G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr \u0131\u015f\u0131k ortam\u0131nda, bir dizi karma\u015f\u0131k kimyasal reaksiyon sonucunda karbon dioksit (CO<sub>2<\/sub>) ve su (H<sub>2<\/sub>O), glukoz ve oksijene (O<sub>2<\/sub>) d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. Fransa\u2019daki Paul Pascal Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi\u2019nden ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n geli\u015ftirdikleri yeni bir biyoyak\u0131t h\u00fccresi, fotosentez sonucu olu\u015fan \u00fcr\u00fcnleri (glukoz ve O<sub>2<\/sub>) yak\u0131t olarak kullan\u0131yor. H\u00fccre i\u00e7erisinde bulunan iki adet modifiye edilmi\u015f enzim elektrodu glukoz ve oksijenin kullan\u0131larak elektrik ak\u0131m\u0131 olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Biyoyak\u0131t h\u00fccresi ya\u015fayan bir bitki i\u00e7erisine yerle\u015ftiriliyor. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar kakt\u00fcs kullanm\u0131\u015flar. Biyoyak\u0131t h\u00fccresine ba\u011fl\u0131 bir masa lambas\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u011fmesi a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda elektrik ak\u0131m\u0131nda bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6zlemlenirken lamba d\u00fc\u011fmesi kapat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise ak\u0131mda azalma g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Kakt\u00fcs yapra\u011f\u0131na yerle\u015ftirilen biyoyak\u0131t h\u00fccresi 9 \u03bcW\/cm<sup>2<\/sup> g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcretiyor. Elde edilen g\u00fc\u00e7 miktar\u0131 gelen \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n miktar\u0131 ile do\u011fru orant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden de, \u0131\u015f\u0131k miktar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131yla fotosentez sonucu olu\u015facak glukoz ve oksijen miktar\u0131 artacak ve sonu\u00e7 olarak da biyoyak\u0131t h\u00fccresi i\u00e7in daha fazla yak\u0131t olu\u015facakt\u0131r. Sistemin daha geli\u015ftirilmesi yoluyla \u00e7evre dostu ve yenilenebilir bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fturmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar bu deneyler s\u0131ras\u0131nda, fotosentez sonucu olu\u015fan glukoz seviyesindeki art\u0131\u015f\u0131 da ilk defa g\u00f6zlemlemi\u015f oldular. Glukoz ve oksijene duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcksek olan elektrodlar kakt\u00fcs yapra\u011f\u0131na yerle\u015ftirildi\u011finde, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar fotosentezin a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131 canl\u0131 olarak takip etmeyi ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 amac\u0131n\u0131n, olu\u015fturulan h\u00fccrenin t\u0131bbi ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtiyorlar.
