Sosyologlar\u0131n ve din eksenli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen ulemalar\u0131n ideal ya\u015fam aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131 hep olmu\u015ftur. Fakat ya\u015fam\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve par\u00e7alara ayr\u0131lmaz \u00f6zelli\u011fiyle, var olan giri\u015fim ve tespitlerin \u00e7o\u011fu tek y\u00f6nl\u00fc kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr ve bilimcilerin tek tek do\u011frular\u0131n\u0131 bir araya getirdi\u011fimizde, ya\u015fam\u0131n \u00e7ok boyutlu gereksinimlerinin toplam\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bir ger\u00e7ektir.<\/p>\n<p>Tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde \u00fctopyac\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrler, ama\u00e7 edindikleri mutlu, \u00f6zg\u00fcr ve e\u015fitlik ilkelerine dayal\u0131 ideal toplumu tasarlam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u201c\u0130deal toplum\u201d tasarlay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrler Platon, Farabi, Thomas Moore, Campanella.<\/p>\n<p>Platon\u2019a g\u00f6re insanda duygu, cesaret ve ak\u0131l (itaat eden, eylemde bulunan, buyuran) olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7 yeti vard\u0131r. Toplumda da \u00fc\u00e7 s\u0131n\u0131f vard\u0131r. Bunlardan birincisi, zanaatk\u00e2rlar yani i\u015f\u00e7ilerle k\u00f6yl\u00fclerden olu\u015fan \u00fcretici s\u0131n\u0131f; ikincisi askerlerden olu\u015fan sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc de filozoflardan olu\u015fan y\u00f6netici s\u0131n\u0131ft\u0131r. \u0130deal devlete y\u00f6netici olacak insanlar; uzun bir e\u011fitimden ge\u00e7mek zorundad\u0131r. Yakla\u015f\u0131k elli ya\u015f\u0131na kadar s\u00fcren bu e\u011fitimde, felsefe e\u011fitimi almalar\u0131 zorunludur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ona g\u00f6re ancak filozoflar kral oldu\u011funda ideal devlet ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Onun ideal devletinde \u00f6zel m\u00fclkiyet yoktur ve kad\u0131n erkek e\u015fitli\u011fi vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Farabi \u00fctopyas\u0131na \u201cErdemli toplum\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015ftir. Ona g\u00f6re \u201cerdemli toplum\u201d y\u00f6neticilerin eliyle olu\u015fturulabilir. Erdemli y\u00f6neticiler taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilen toplumda insanlar, tanr\u0131 inanc\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7lerinde hisseder, birbirlerini sever, dayan\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7inde ya\u015farlar, birbirlerine yard\u0131m ederler. Erdemli toplumda ba\u015fkan (y\u00f6netici) bilginler aras\u0131ndan se\u00e7ilir. Ona g\u00f6re toplum sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir insan bedenine benzer. Bir bedende b\u00fct\u00fcn organlara h\u00fckmeden kalp ise, erdemli toplumda da, topluma y\u00f6n veren filozof y\u00f6neticidir. Ona g\u00f6re evrensel bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n olmas\u0131 ise, ancak t\u00fcm s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n ortadan kalkmas\u0131 ve herkesin istedi\u011fi yerde ya\u015famas\u0131yla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas Moore ise, esas\u0131nda Platon\u2019un <em>Devlet<\/em>\u2019inden esinlenerek yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 <em>\u00dctopya<\/em> adl\u0131 roman\u0131nda, erdem ve e\u015fitlik temeline dayal\u0131 ideal bir toplum sistemi tasarlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Moore, ideal devletinde \u201cs\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z bir toplum\u201d tasarlar. \u00d6zel m\u00fclkiyetin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini savunur. M\u00fclkiyet ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan s\u00f6z eder.<\/p>\n<p>Campanella da Moore\u2019a benzer bir \u00fctopya tasarlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <em>G\u00fcne\u015f \u00dclkesi<\/em> ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fi ideal bir toplum d\u00fczeni tasarlayan Campanella t\u0131pk\u0131 Platon gibi bilim ve felsefeyi \u00f6nemsedi\u011fini hatta esas ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ideal bir toplum i\u00e7in zorunlu olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yler. Devletin ba\u015f\u0131nda hem filozof hem de rahip olan bir h\u00fck\u00fcmdar bulunur. <em>G\u00fcne\u015f<\/em> <em>\u00dclkesi<\/em>\u2019nde de \u00f6zel m\u00fclkiyete yer verilmez. Birlikte \u00fcretilen her \u015fey birlikte t\u00fcketilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130deal d\u00fczenin olabilece\u011fini savunanlar e\u015fitlik, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, adalet, ahlak, hukuk devleti, devrim gibi kavramlar\u0131 temel alarak g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini ortaya koyarlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc temel alan yakla\u015f\u0131m liberalizm olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn temsilcileri, Adam Smith ve John Stuart Mill\u2019dir. Bunlara g\u00f6re her \u015feyden \u00f6nce inan\u00e7, vicdan, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve ekonomi alan\u0131nda serbest giri\u015fim \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne \u00f6nem verilmelidir. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck temel ilke olarak kabul edilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>E\u015fitli\u011fi temel alan yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n ise liberalizme tepki olarak geli\u015fti\u011fi s\u00f6yleniyor. E\u011fer \u00fcretim alan\u0131nda e\u015fitsizlik d\u00fczeltilemezse toplumun ve \u00fclkenin b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tehlikeye girebilir. Bunlar \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yerine temel ilke olarak e\u015fitli\u011fi \u00f6nerirler. Bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelere g\u00f6re, ideal d\u00fczen insanlar aras\u0131nda e\u015fitli\u011fin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi d\u00fczendir. Bu da ancak \u00fcretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n ortak m\u00fclkiyetiyle sa\u011flanabilir. E\u015fitlik sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck de ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu t\u00fcr d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerde temel ilkeler insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n mutlulu\u011fu i\u00e7in do\u011fru d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerdir. Ama tarih bize tek ba\u015f\u0131na kavramsal yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n, hi\u00e7bir zaman toplumlar\u0131 ideal d\u00fczene kavu\u015fturamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Nietzsche\u2019ye g\u00f6re toplumda iki t\u00fcr toplumsal s\u0131n\u0131f vard\u0131r. Bunlardan biri halk, di\u011feri de se\u00e7kinler s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131d\u0131r. Ona g\u00f6re halk s\u00fcr\u00fc durumundad\u0131r. Var olan din ve ahlak kurallar\u0131 halk i\u00e7in yeterlidir. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe kar\u015f\u0131 olarak, evrensel ahlak yasas\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabul eden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrler, evrensel ahlak yasas\u0131n\u0131 belirleyenin insan ve onun ya\u015fam\u0131 oldu\u011funu savunur.<\/p>\n<p>Bergson, sezgicili\u011fin kurucusu olarak tan\u0131n\u0131r. O, evrensel ahlak yasas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6znel \u00f6zelliklerin belirledi\u011fini savunur. Do\u011fru eyleme sezgiyle ula\u015f\u0131labilir. Neyin iyi neyin k\u00f6t\u00fc oldu\u011fu ancak sezgiyle kavranabilir. Bu ahlak toplumsal yap\u0131 ve al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131, t\u00f6releri ve yasalar\u0131 korumay\u0131 sa\u011flar. Ona g\u00f6re toplumsal ahlak evrensel de\u011fildir. Sezgisel ahlak ise evrenseldir.<\/p>\n<p>Sokrates\u2019e g\u00f6re bedenimizde herhangi bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapabilmemiz elimizde de\u011fildir. Fakat karakterimizi de\u011fi\u015ftirmek, geli\u015ftirmek ve daha iyi bir insan olmak elimizdedir. Ona g\u00f6re ahlaki eylemin amac\u0131 mutluluktur. Ahlaki eylemin kayna\u011f\u0131 ise bilgidir.<\/p>\n<p>Montesquie, b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00f6netim bi\u00e7imlerinin eksikliklerini ve \u00fcst\u00fcn yanlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131ktan sonra, iktidar\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullanmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in ne yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r sorusunu sorar. Ona g\u00f6re, iktidar ancak iktidarla durdurulabilir. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle iktidar\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ba\u015fka g\u00fc\u00e7lerle s\u0131n\u0131rlamak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Devletin \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcc\u00fc vard\u0131r: yasama, y\u00fcr\u00fctme, yarg\u0131. Bu g\u00fc\u00e7lerin tek elde toplanmas\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7ler ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir ki, bu durum tehlikelidir. Ahlak\u0131n g\u00f6revi, olumsuz ve y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 tutkular\u0131 yenmektir.<\/p>\n<p>Kant\u2019a g\u00f6re ise iyi niyete dayanan ve \u00f6dev duygusundan kaynaklanan her eylem sonucu ne olursa olsun ahlakidir. Kant\u2019a g\u00f6re insanlar \u00f6yle davranmal\u0131lar ki eylemlerine \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc olarak ald\u0131klar\u0131 ilkeler t\u00fcm insanlar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli ve genel bir yasa haline gelsin.<\/p>\n<p>Hayal ger\u00e7e\u011fin tanr\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r, ger\u00e7e\u011fi yaratan hayalin olmas\u0131d\u0131r.
