Anla\u015f\u0131lan, \u201ciyi saatte olsunlar\u201d yine bir \u015feyler kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor!<\/p>\n<p>3 Nisan ve 10 Nisan 2011 Pazar g\u00fcnleri, NTV kanal\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 kocaman k\u00fclt\u00fcr adam\u0131, Murat Belge, G\u00fcnd\u00fcz Vassaf ve \u015eeref Mardin \u201cdevrim\u201d kavram\u0131n\u0131 iki\u015ferden d\u00f6rt saat tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131 m\u0131, yoksa birlikte mi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcler; arad\u0131lar tarad\u0131lar, \u201cdevrim\u201din ne oldu\u011funu bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc bulamad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>K\u00fclt\u00fcr tarihine bir bak\u0131\u015f<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ana \u00e7izgileriyle: \u00fcretimin \u00fc\u00e7 temel eleman\u0131n\u0131n, \u201cdo\u011fa\u201dn\u0131n, \u201csermaye\u201dnin ve \u201cemek\u201din ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 sosyal s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n elinde toplanmas\u0131 her \u015feyin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ayr\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcreci, i\u015fb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve ilk sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6lelik d\u00fczeni ile vermi\u015ftir. Biliyorum, bunlar hepimizin bildi\u011fi ger\u00e7ekler. Ama uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131zda, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimizde bu ger\u00e7ekleri g\u00f6z ard\u0131 ediyoruz ve insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015fmesini yava\u015flatmak i\u00e7in kurulan tuzaklara d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Devam edeyim: k\u00f6lelik d\u00fczeninin k\u00fclt\u00fcre yans\u0131m\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imi dinlerdir. K\u00f6leli\u011fin s\u00fcrmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6nce do\u011fal g\u00fc\u00e7lerin egemenli\u011fi kabul edilmi\u015f ve bu g\u00fc\u00e7leri kullanma becerisi g\u00f6steren insanlar egemen s\u0131n\u0131f olarak \u00fcretimi eline ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftir. Bu d\u00f6nem, \u00f6nce b\u00fcy\u00fcc\u00fc krallar, sonra da mucize g\u00f6steren peygamberler d\u00f6nemidir. Do\u011fal g\u00fc\u00e7leri elinde tutanlar ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n efendisi, yani aristokratlard\u0131r. Aristokratlar, \u00f6nce do\u011fal g\u00fcc\u00fcn, sonra da tanr\u0131n\u0131n kendisi, o\u011flu, vekili, peygamberi, halifesi, papas\u0131, kral\u0131, yery\u00fcz\u00fcndeki g\u00f6lgesi gibi s\u0131fatlarla tanr\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lerini kullananlard\u0131r. Geri kalanlar \u201chal\u00eek (halk)\u201d, yani yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, yani \u201ckul\u201ddur.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece \u201ckulluk d\u00fczeni\u201d kurulur, kendi i\u00e7inde geli\u015fme b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerine ayr\u0131larak ya\u015fama s\u00fcrecini y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr. \u00d6nce \u00e7ok tanr\u0131l\u0131 dinler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Do\u011fan\u0131n kimi \u00f6zellikleri tanr\u0131lara y\u00fcklenir. Aristokratlar sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131nda kendilerini tanr\u0131 sayd\u0131r\u0131r. Ard\u0131ndan tanr\u0131n\u0131n o\u011flu, vekili gibi \u00f6zellikler y\u00fcklenerek tanr\u0131sal efendilik yetkilerini kullanmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrler, \u00f6ld\u00fckten sonra tanr\u0131la\u015f\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>Sonra peygamber krallar gelir. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n tanr\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131nca tanr\u0131n\u0131n vekili olarak krall\u0131\u011f\u0131 ellerinde tutmaya ba\u015flarlar. Bu yetki de zamanla ayr\u0131\u015f\u0131r, y\u00f6netici krallar yetkilerini ruhbanlardan almaya ba\u015flar. Bu y\u00fczden H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131kta ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta krall\u0131k yetkisi Papalar taraf\u0131ndan verilir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de Avrupa \u00fclkelerinde h\u00e2l\u00e2 krallar din adamlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ta\u00e7 giydirilerek yetkilendirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131kta ise Sultanl\u0131k ile Halifelik birle\u015ftirilir ve halife sultanlar d\u00f6nemi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n<p>Her iki durumda da \u00f6nemli olan \u201ctanr\u0131sal kan\/\u0131rk\u201dt\u0131r. \u0130slamiyet\u2019te sultan soylular \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclse bile kan\u0131 ak\u0131t\u0131lmaz, tanr\u0131sal kan yere d\u00f6k\u00fclmez, kementle bo\u011fularak \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131kta bir \u00fclkede ayn\u0131 aileden gelen kral olacak erkek bulunmazsa ba\u015fka bir \u00fclkenin hanedan\u0131ndan tanr\u0131 soylu birisi krall\u0131\u011fa getirilebilir ya da kral ailesinin devam\u0131 ile g\u00f6revlendirilebilir. \u015eimdiki \u0130ngiltere krali\u00e7esi II. Elizabeth\u2019in kocas\u0131, Yunanl\u0131 prens Philip\u2019tir. B\u00f6ylece kraliyetin tanr\u0131sal kan\u0131 bozulmam\u0131\u015f(!)t\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Geri kalanlar, y\u00f6netilenler, Arap\u00e7a \u201chal\u00eek\/yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flar\u201d yani \u201chalk\u201dt\u0131r. Onlar hi\u00e7bir tanr\u0131sal yetkiye sahip olmayan \u201ckullar\u201dd\u0131r. \u201cBirey\u201d olmalar\u0131, yani \u201cben\u201dle\u015fmeleri yasak olanlar, bunun i\u00e7in biny\u0131llar boyu sava\u015f\u0131m vermeleri gerekenlerdir!<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte insanl\u0131k tarihinin ilk \u201cdevrim\u201d s\u00fcreci bu a\u015famada devreye girer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Marx\u00e7\u0131 sosyolojide \u201cdevrim\u201d kavram\u0131\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marks\u00e7\u0131 sosyoloji, iki y\u00fcz y\u0131la yak\u0131nd\u0131r Marks\u00e7\u0131 kuram\u0131n temel ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. \u201cDevrim\u201d kavram\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn pozitif bilimlerde oldu\u011fu gibi t\u00fcmevar\u0131m ile saptanm\u0131\u015f olgular\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcnden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir kavramd\u0131r. \u0130ki y\u00fcz y\u0131ld\u0131r egemen burjuva g\u00fc\u00e7lerin destekledi\u011fi bilim, Marks\u00e7\u0131 sosyolojiyi g\u00f6rmezden gelmekte, hi\u00e7 bilinmiyor gibi davranmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk \u201cdevrim\u201d s\u00fcreci, y\u00f6netilenlerin, halk\u0131n aristokrat y\u00f6netimlerin k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ba\u015fkald\u0131rmas\u0131 ile ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bildi\u011fimiz ilk ba\u015fkald\u0131r\u0131, \u201cben\u201dle\u015febilmek i\u00e7in \u201ctanr\u0131la\u015fmak\u201d zorunda kalan H\u00fcseyin ibn Mansur el Halla\u00e7 (Hallac-\u0131 Mansur o\u011flu H\u00fcseyin, k\u0131saca Hallac-\u0131 Mansur)\u2019dan gelir. 858 y\u0131l\u0131nda Tur\u2019da do\u011far, 26 Mart 922\u2019de \u201cEnel Hakk\u201d (1) yani \u201cTanr\u0131 benim\u201d dedi\u011fi i\u00e7in Ba\u011fdat\u2019ta par\u00e7alanarak \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, \u00d6mer Hayyam gibi, Farabi ve \u0130bn Sina gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerden ge\u00e7er, Anadolu\u2019nun 13. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel ve toplumsal olaylara neden olur ve ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta Aristokrat olmayan iki devlet do\u011furur. Bunlar Ankara ve Osmanl\u0131 devletleridir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 y\u00fczy\u0131lda, 1215 y\u0131l\u0131nda, \u0130ngiltere\u2019de \u201cMagna Carta Libertatum\u201d ile K\u00fclt\u00fcr Tarihinde ilk kez \u201c\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u201d kavram\u0131 an\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur. Ard\u0131ndan 1250\u2019li y\u0131llarda Aristokratlar \u0130ngiltere\u2019de d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ilk meclisini krala kabul ettirirler. Kral, buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k 1290\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ilk halk meclisini kurar. Bu meclisler bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Lordlar Kamaras\u0131 ile Avam Kamaras\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kurulu\u015f d\u00f6nemini olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131\u2019da 2. Mehmet\u2019le doru\u011funa ula\u015fan ve Sultan Selim\u2019le devrimci g\u00fc\u00e7lerin ezildi\u011fi kar\u015f\u0131 devrim s\u00fcrecinden sonra Avrupa\u2019da geli\u015fen Renaissance ve Dinde Reform hareketleri ve 18. y\u00fczy\u0131l Ayd\u0131nlanmas\u0131 ile iyice haz\u0131r hale gelen sosyal ortam, \u00f6nce Amerika\u2019da 1776, hemen ard\u0131ndan Fransa\u2019da 1789 y\u0131llar\u0131nda d\u00fcnyadaki ilk burjuva egemenli\u011findeki devletleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcrecin ekonomik yan\u0131, hareketlendiricisidir. Birka\u00e7 ana ba\u015fl\u0131kla s\u00f6ylenirse:<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131\u2019da yeni bir toprak d\u00fczeni, \u201cDirlik D\u00fczeni\u201d kurulur; Avrupa\u2019da Yahudi bankerler elinde sermaye birikir. Paras\u0131z kalan krallar Yahudi bankerlerden bor\u00e7 al\u0131r. Geri \u00f6deyemeyince alacakl\u0131 bankerleri ya \u00f6ld\u00fcrerek bor\u00e7lar\u0131ndan kurtulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r ya da Avrupa\u2019dan s\u00fcrer.<\/p>\n<p>Burjuva s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131 ve geli\u015fmesi b\u00f6yle ba\u015flar. Marks\u00e7\u0131 sosyolojide \u201cdevrim\u201d, bir gecede iktidar\u0131n ele ge\u00e7irilmesi de\u011fil, y\u00fczy\u0131llar s\u00fcren uzun bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te sosyolojik, ekonomik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel geli\u015fmeler olur. Yeni egemen olan sosyal s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n iktidar\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irmesini, bu s\u00fcrecin, yani devrimin \u201cdarbe\u201dsi olarak nitelemek do\u011fru olur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u0130ran Devrimi(!) ger\u00e7ek bir devrim miydi?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada burjuva k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yerine oturmas\u0131, devrimin tamamlanmas\u0131, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131lda payla\u015f\u0131m sava\u015flar\u0131ndan sonra ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Bu geli\u015fme, Ortado\u011fu\u2019daki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman sultanl\u0131klar\u0131 da etkiler. \u00d6nce Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nde Lale Devri\u2019nden (1718-1730) bu yana Avrupa\u2019ya \u00f6yk\u00fcnerek geli\u015fmekte olan burjuva k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, pek \u00e7ok sallant\u0131, sapma ge\u00e7irdikten sonra Kemalist Burjuva Devrimi ile ray\u0131na girer ve iktidara gelir. K\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve ekonomik ili\u015fkiler \u201cbirey\u201d ve \u201ck\u00e2r\u201d temelli ili\u015fkilere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fme s\u00fcrecine girer.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kurulma s\u00fcrecine giren demokratik burjuva yap\u0131, \u00f6teki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fclkelerde kapitalist devletlerin kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 do\u011frultusundaki zorlamas\u0131 ile olu\u015fturulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. Ama do\u011fal s\u00fcreci ya\u015fanmam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, ad\u0131 yaln\u0131zca ya Cumhuriyet, ya da Krall\u0131k olan diktat\u00f6rl\u00fcklere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Ard\u0131ndan, geli\u015fmesi \u00f6nlenemeyen \u201cbirey\u201d ve \u201ck\u00e2r\u201d temelli yap\u0131n\u0131n zorlamas\u0131yla da \u00e7e\u015fitli denetimsiz patlamalara neden olur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu patlamalar, pusuda bekleyen \u00fcmmet \u00f6zlemli toplumsal gruplar\u0131n yeniden iktidara gelmesine neden olacakt\u0131r. Eski aristokrat yap\u0131lara \u00f6yk\u00fcnen \u00fcmmet toplumu kurma \u00f6zlemli siyasi guruplar, art\u0131k aristokrat k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn ger\u00e7ek dayanaklar\u0131n\u0131 bulamad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni bask\u0131 rejimleri olu\u015fturacaklard\u0131r. (2)<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ran Devrimi(!) bunlar\u0131n ilki olmu\u015ftur. Pehlevi ailesinin d\u00fcnya sermaye d\u00fczeninin deste\u011fiyle, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ama burjuva demokrasisine de izin vermedi\u011fi bask\u0131 d\u00fczeni, \u0130ran \u00fcmmet yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan devrilir ve dinsel yap\u0131 yeniden iktidara gelir. Ancak \u201ckul k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc\u201dne yeniden d\u00f6n\u00fclemiyor olmas\u0131, \u201cbirey k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc\u201dn\u00fcn ve \u201ck\u00e2r ekonomisi\u201dnin geli\u015fmesinin \u00f6nlenememesi, \u00e7e\u015fitli sosyal \u00e7alkant\u0131lar\u0131 da birlikte getirir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ran\u2019da \u00fcmmet toplumundan \u015fahl\u0131\u011fa ge\u00e7i\u015f gibi \u015fahl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bask\u0131 rejiminden \u00fcmmet toplumunun bask\u0131 rejimine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f de kendi ba\u015flar\u0131na \u201cdevrim\u201d nitelemesi verilebilecek hareketler de\u011fildir. Bask\u0131 rejimlerinin birbirine kar\u015f\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131t darbelerdir. Y\u00f6netilenler, yani \u201chalk\u201d bu arada bir \u00f6nceki y\u00f6netenin bask\u0131s\u0131ndan kurtulaca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle bir sonraki darbeye destek verebilir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, \u0130ran \u015eah rejimine kar\u015f\u0131, Marksistlerin \u00fcmmet rejimini destekleme hatas\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fmesine neden olmu\u015ftur. (3) Oysa devrim s\u00fcreci, bu ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 da kapsayacak bi\u00e7imde bir yandan i\u015flemekte, do\u011fal s\u00fcreci i\u00e7indeki geli\u015fmesini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Arap \u00fclkelerindeki hareketlere \u201cdevrim\u201d denilebilir mi?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tunus, M\u0131s\u0131r ve Libya\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fclen hareketlerin de \u0130ran \u00f6rne\u011findeki gibi geli\u015fme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 az de\u011fildir. Y\u00f6netilenlerin destekledi\u011fi \u201cM\u00fcsl\u00fcman Karde\u015fler\u201d \u0130ran\u2019daki Ayetullahlar\u0131n yerine konursa ayn\u0131 senaryo yinelenecek gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Devrimci g\u00fc\u00e7lerin, devrim s\u00fcrecinin ay\u0131rd\u0131na varmalar\u0131 ve s\u00fcreci denetim alt\u0131nda tutabilmeleri durumunda, bir devrim s\u00fcrecinin, devrimci muhalefetin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilmesi olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yok de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecek olan yap\u0131 ise ancak burjuva demokratik yap\u0131s\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Burjuva sosyal yap\u0131s\u0131 Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ve \u201ck\u00e2r\u201d ekonomik ba\u011flaml\u0131, \u201cbirey\u201di temel alan burjuva k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131s\u0131 gere\u011fi, bu s\u00fcrece kendi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda destek vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Afganistan ve Irak\u2019a yap\u0131lan sermaye m\u00fcdahaleleri de ayn\u0131 yap\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fal \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde sermaye, kendi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131 gere\u011fi bir \u201cdarbeler d\u00f6nemi\u201d y\u00f6netmektedir. Devrimci sava\u015f\u0131m, bu krizlerin, geli\u015fmeye ve gelece\u011fe a\u00e7\u0131k demokratik y\u00f6ne do\u011fru evrilmesi i\u00e7in muhalefet politikalar\u0131 \u00fcretilmesi ve uygulanmas\u0131 do\u011frultusunda olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Nereden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fclkelerde \u201cdevrim\u201d kavram\u0131?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130ran Devrimi(!)nin olsun, Tunus, M\u0131s\u0131r ve Libya\u2019daki halk hareketlerinin olsun, \u201cdevrim\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, sermayenin kendini ger\u00e7ek devrimlere kar\u015f\u0131 koruma refleksinden gelmektedir. Y\u00f6netilenlerin muhalefet potansiyelini so\u011furarak ve onlar\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcyle kendi egemenli\u011fini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme \u00e7abas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6zlenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Darbelerin, y\u0131k\u0131lan ve y\u0131kan, her iki yan\u0131 da sermayenin elindedir.
