Ancak olas\u0131 bir yanl\u0131\u015f anlamaya mahal vermemek i\u00e7in \u015funu da belirtmek gerekir: \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin yeniden proleterle\u015fmesi diye tabir etti\u011fim \u015fey, sahadan elde etti\u011fim verilere dayanarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m olgusal bir saptamadan ziyade teorik bir \u00e7\u0131karsama. Yani, teoriden yal\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir saha ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 yapmad\u0131m. Makro e\u011filimlerden, sosyal devletin \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc, \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmeleri, piyasa hukukunun devlet kurumlar\u0131na daha \u00e7ok n\u00fcfuz etmesini, d\u00fczensiz ve a-tipik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bi\u00e7imlerinin istisna olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p \u201cnormalle\u015fmesini\u201d ve yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131; bir ba\u015fka deyi\u015fle, \u00f6zetle ve teorik olarak s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn artmas\u0131n\u0131 ve derinle\u015fmesini kastediyorum. Mikro e\u011filimlerden ise kast\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n emek s\u00fcrecindeki deneyimleri: Yani, o \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015fverenin verece\u011fi \u00fccreti almazsa hayat\u0131n\u0131 idame ettirebilir mi? Kendi eme\u011finin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fczerinde tasarruf yetkisi var m\u0131? Emek s\u00fcrecini kendi planlayabiliyor mu? \u0130\u015f g\u00fcvencesi var m\u0131? vs&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Bu sorulara tek tek olgular d\u00fczeyinde olumlu yan\u0131tlar verilebilir belki. Ama o sorular\u0131 tarihsel bir ba\u011flamda, ana de\u011fil s\u00fcrece bakarak yan\u0131tlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, yan\u0131tlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n olumsuz olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor ve verilecek her olumsuz yan\u0131t\u0131n s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ili\u015fkisinin mikro \u00f6l\u00e7ekli bir boyutuna tekab\u00fcl etti\u011fini savunuyorum. \u015eimdi bu makro ve mikro e\u011filimleri \u00f6\u011fretmenler \u00f6zelinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin yeniden proleterle\u015fmesi dedi\u011fimiz \u015fey en az\u0131ndan tarihsel bir e\u011filim olarak kendini g\u00f6steriyor zaten. Ben s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fim e\u011filimlerin \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fam pratiklerinde nelere kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geldi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m diyebilirim.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8211; Peki \u00f6\u011fretmenler proleterle\u015fmeye do\u011fru gidiyorlar da, nereden geliyorlar? Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ten \u00f6nce s\u0131n\u0131fsal konumlar\u0131 neydi? Siyasal bir analiz yaparken ya da m\u00fccadele pratiklerinin seyri i\u00e7inde s\u00f6z konusu terimlerin aras\u0131na birtak\u0131m analitik ayr\u0131mlar koymak anlaml\u0131, hatta bazen zorunlu olabilir. Ama emek s\u00fcreci odakl\u0131 sosyolojik bir incelemede, bu ayr\u0131mlar\u0131 olabildi\u011fine inceltmek ve \u201cemek g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc satmak zorunda olan\u201d herkesi, kimi istisnalar\u0131n olabilece\u011fi \u015ferhini de d\u00fc\u015ferek, i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n bir bile\u015feni olarak ele almak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Burada bir parantez a\u00e7mak yararl\u0131 olabilir. Emek g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc satmak zorunda olan emek\u00e7iler i\u00e7inden farkl\u0131 farkl\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131f konumlar\u0131 t\u00fcretmenin, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131n\u0131n niyetinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak, ya post-Marksizme ya da Weberyan s\u0131n\u0131f analizlerine do\u011fru yelken a\u00e7mak anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Oda\u011f\u0131na s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ili\u015fkilerini alan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7in bu b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tehdit ve analizdeki Marksist vurguyu zay\u0131flatmamak i\u00e7in o tehdidi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurmak gerekir diyerek de parantezi burada kapatay\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n konusuna geri d\u00f6nersek, \u00f6\u011fretmenlik yaparak ge\u00e7imini sa\u011flayan insanlar\u0131n neredeyse tamam\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretim ili\u015fkileri i\u00e7indeki yeri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan emek\u00e7i, yani proleter oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izebiliriz. Bu ge\u00e7mi\u015fte de b\u00f6yleydi, bug\u00fcn de b\u00f6yle.<\/p>\n<p>O halde \u015fimdi de\u011fi\u015fen ne? De\u011fi\u015fen \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7i konumlar\u0131 oluyor. Bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle, emek\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n m\u00fccadeleleri sonucunda elde edilmi\u015f bir s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7i konum, sermayenin kar\u015f\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 sonucunda ba\u015fka bir konuma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Sosyal refah rejimleri ya da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de oldu\u011fu gibi ithal ikameci ekonomi modelleri taraf\u0131ndan \u015fekillendirilen bir emek rejimi h\u0131zla \u00e7\u00f6kertilirken, piyasa hukuku yeni emek rejiminin asli, hatta tek unsuru haline geliyor. Yeniden proleterle\u015fme olarak kavramsalla\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7 de i\u015fte o piyasa hukukunun \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fam pratikleri ba\u011flam\u0131ndaki yeri oluyor. \u00d6\u011fretmenler eskiden, belli bir itibar\u0131\/sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan, \u00f6nemsiz say\u0131labilecek istisnalar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kamuda istihdam edilen, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc sosyal g\u00fcvencesi ve kadrosu olan bir meslek grubunun \u00fcyeleriyken, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc g\u00fcvence ve imtiyazdan yoksun, herhangi bir i\u015fi icra eden i\u015f\u00e7ilere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyorlar. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, biraz da bu nedenle \u201cproleterle\u015fme\u201d yerine \u201cyeniden proleterle\u015fme\u201d kavram\u0131n\u0131 tercih ettim. Yani, h\u00e2l\u00e2 \u00fccretli emek s\u00f6z konusu, ama o \u00fccretli eme\u011fin sermaye s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 ile olan ili\u015fkilerinde \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler, k\u0131r\u0131lmalar mevcut. G\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, birtak\u0131m angarya uygulamalar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7ok daha uzun ve yo\u011fun bir i\u015f temposu, dershane ve \u00f6zel okullar\u0131n e\u011fitim hizmet \u00fcretimi i\u00e7indeki paylar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrekli artmas\u0131, etkisiz sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler, i\u015fsiz bir emek\u00e7i kitlesinin olu\u015fmas\u0131, devlet okullar\u0131nda kamu akl\u0131n\u0131n yerini piyasa hukukuna b\u0131rakmas\u0131 gibi baz\u0131 olgular biraz \u00f6nce s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fim k\u0131r\u0131lmalara \u00f6rnek olarak g\u00f6sterilebilir. Mesela bug\u00fcn bir \u00f6\u011fretmenin dershanede ya da kurumsal olmayan ba\u015fka bir \u00f6zel \u00f6\u011fretim kurumunda istihdam edilebilmesinin \u00f6n \u015fart\u0131 sosyal \u00fccretinden vazge\u00e7mesini taahh\u00fct etmesidir. Yani, \u00fccret almak d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir beklentisi olmayacak \u00f6\u011fretmenin. Bir bak\u0131ma, \u00fccret alabilmek i\u00e7in i\u015f g\u00fcvencesinden ve di\u011fer sosyal g\u00fcvencelerden yoksun olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131ks\u0131z mesai yapmay\u0131, bazen g\u00fcnde 12 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131, \u00fccretsiz izin hakk\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7meyi, gerekti\u011finde daha i\u015fe ba\u015flamadan istifa dilek\u00e7esini yaz\u0131p y\u00f6netime sunmay\u0131 g\u00f6ze alacak. Yoksa istihdam edilemez. Piyasa hukuku bunu emrediyor. Yeniden proleterle\u015fmenin maddi zeminini de i\u015fte bu t\u00fcr olgular olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Piyasala\u015fma ve proleterle\u015fme i\u00e7 i\u00e7e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8211; \u00d6zellikle 80 sonras\u0131nda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de e\u011fitimin ad\u0131m ad\u0131m piyasala\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Dershaneler, \u00f6zel okullar, \u00f6zel dersler ald\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc&#8230; AKP iktidar\u0131 da, bir yandan, \u00e7ocuk ba\u015f\u0131na verdi\u011fi ekonomik te\u015fviklerle, \u00f6zel okullar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc daha da fazla a\u00e7\u0131yor, \u00f6te yandan devlet okullar\u0131nda verdi\u011fi e\u011fitimin i\u00e7eri\u011fini giderek bo\u015faltarak ve dinselle\u015ftirerek, bir anlamda \u00f6zel okullara mecbur b\u0131rak\u0131yor. Bir de i\u015fin \u015fu yan\u0131 var: Devlet okullar\u0131n\u0131n bile, \u201ckapitalist bir i\u015fletme\u201d zihniyetiyle y\u00f6netildi\u011fini, velilerle ili\u015fkinin bu zihniyete g\u00f6re kuruldu\u011funu, y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin (yeniden) proleterle\u015fmesi s\u00fcrecinin, e\u011fitimin kamusal hizmet olmaktan \u00e7\u0131karak piyasala\u015fmas\u0131 s\u00fcreciyle paralel gitti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebilir miyiz?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kesinlikle \u00f6yle. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin yeniden proleterle\u015fmesi ve e\u011fitimin piyasala\u015fmas\u0131 e\u015fzamanl\u0131 i\u015fleyen s\u00fcre\u00e7ler. Hatta \u00e7o\u011fu zaman bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ler i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7en, birbirleriyle kesi\u015fen s\u00fcre\u00e7ler olarak ya\u015fan\u0131yor. \u00c7ok basit bir \u00f6rnekle mesele daha kolay anla\u015f\u0131labilir: Devletin sosyal harcamalar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmas\u0131n\u0131n, ilk ve ortaokullara daha az b\u00fct\u00e7e ay\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n bir g\u00f6stergesi, okullarda eskiden \u201chizmetli\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan yard\u0131mc\u0131 hizmetler s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131ndan personelin art\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131, bu ihtiyac\u0131n velilerden toplanan ba\u011f\u0131\u015flar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla piyasadan temin edilmesidir. Ayn\u0131 durumun, yani devletin daha az sosyal harcama yapmas\u0131n\u0131n bir di\u011fer g\u00f6stergesi ise, okullara k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 say\u0131da kadro verilmesi, \u00f6\u011fretmen ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n, \u00e7ok daha az \u00fccret alan, i\u015f g\u00fcvencesi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015ften kolayca \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131labilen, \u00fccretsiz izin hakk\u0131 olmayan ge\u00e7ici stat\u00fcde \u00f6\u011freticiler (\u00fccretli \u00f6\u011fretmen) arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla doldurulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, sosyal devletin tasfiyesi olarak nitelenebilecek bir s\u00fcrecin e\u015fzamanl\u0131, birbirleriyle alakal\u0131 iki sonucunu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz bu \u00f6rnekte: Birinci sonu\u00e7, yani personel ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n piyasadan temin edilmesi e\u011fitimin piyasala\u015fmas\u0131na; ikinci sonu\u00e7, yani \u00fccretli \u00f6\u011fretmen istihdam\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 ise \u00f6\u011fretmenin yeniden proleterle\u015fmesine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor\u2026 \u00d6te yandan, senin de belirtti\u011fin gibi, e\u011fitimin piyasala\u015fmas\u0131 dedi\u011fimiz \u015fey devlet taraf\u0131ndan te\u015fvik ediliyor. Devleti, kendi okullar\u0131na harcama yaparken olduk\u00e7a eli s\u0131k\u0131, \u00f6zel \u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131na maddi te\u015fvikler sunarken ise olduk\u00e7a c\u00f6mert g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Niteliksiz e\u011fitimin do\u011frudan sonucu \u015fudur: Emek\u00e7i \u00e7ocuklar\u0131, s\u00fcrekli kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131klar\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131fsal e\u015fitsizlikleri kamusal e\u011fitim arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bir nebze olsun a\u015fabilme imk\u00e2n\u0131na sahipken, bu imk\u00e2n onlar\u0131n ellerinden al\u0131n\u0131yor. Yani, s\u0131n\u0131fsal e\u015fitsizliklerin yeniden \u00fcretimi dedi\u011fimiz \u015fey kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor\u2026<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitimin dinselle\u015ftirilmesi meselesi de en az piyasala\u015fma kadar \u00f6nemli. Devlet nitelikli-modern e\u011fitim alamayan emek\u00e7ilere diyor ki \u201cGelin sizin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 \u0130mam Hatiplere alal\u0131m.\u201d Yani, Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6ylemiyle ifade edecek olursak, \u201cDindar nesiller yeti\u015ftirelim!\u201d Bu s\u00f6ylem ki, art\u0131k eyleme d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc en saf liberaller bile ink\u00e2r edemez, sermaye s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 lehine s\u0131n\u0131flar m\u00fccadelesine ideolojik bir girdi de sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Yani e\u011fitimin dinselle\u015ftirilmesi ya da laik e\u011fitime vurulan her darbe, sadece ayd\u0131nlanman\u0131n dogmatik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kal\u0131plar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki yenilgisini ifade etmiyor, ayn\u0131 zamanda kendi s\u0131n\u0131f \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele pratikleri geli\u015ftirecek bir s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n, i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n, elini kolunu ba\u011fl\u0131yor, zihnini k\u00f6reltiyor. Bir s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n g\u00fcndelik deneyimlerini kolektif bir d\u00fczeye ta\u015f\u0131yabilmesi, biat k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc y\u0131k\u0131p kendi rasyonel \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131n pe\u015finde ko\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in sek\u00fcler bir e\u011fitim sistemi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, hem genel olarak laikli\u011fi hem de konumuz \u00f6zelinde, e\u011fitim sisteminin sek\u00fclerle\u015ftirilmesini s\u0131n\u0131flar m\u00fccadelesini kesen sorun alanlar\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6\u011fretmenler g\u00fcvencesizlik ko\u015fullar\u0131nda e\u015fitlenebilir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8211; Piyasala\u015fma s\u00fcreci, \u00f6\u011fretmenler aras\u0131nda gelir durumu, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da farkl\u0131l\u0131klar yaratm\u0131yor mu? Ya da \u015f\u00f6yle soral\u0131m, her \u00f6\u011fretmen yeniden proleterle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinden ayn\u0131 oranda m\u0131 etkileniyor, yoksa konumunu koruyabilenleri, \u201ckendini kurtarabilen\u201dleri de yarat\u0131yor mu s\u00fcre\u00e7? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8211; <\/em>\u201cKendini kurtarabilenden\u201d dershane\/\u00f6zel okul sahibi\/orta\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenleri kastediyorsak, evet \u00f6yle \u00f6\u011fretmenler var elbette. Ama onlar, meslek grubu i\u00e7inde ihmal edilebilir bir nicel b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011fe sahip. Say\u0131lar\u0131 y\u00fcz binlerle ifade edilen emek\u00e7i \u00f6\u011fretmen kitlesinin (sadece atamas\u0131 yap\u0131lmayan 300 binin \u00fczerinde \u00f6\u011fretmen var T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de) kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda meslek grubunun genelini temsil edemeyecek kadar az say\u0131da \u201cburjuva \u00f6\u011fretmen\u201d var. Di\u011fer yandan \u00f6zel \u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131nda sermayedar olan \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin, \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fi bir i\u015f olarak de\u011fil de, daha \u00e7ok bir al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k hatta hobi olarak yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da eklemek laz\u0131m. Bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle, onlar \u00f6\u011fretmenlik yapmak zorunda de\u011filler, ama emek\u00e7i \u00f6\u011fretmen i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak, mesle\u011fini icra etmek, evine ekmek g\u00f6t\u00fcrmek zorunda olan bir i\u015f\u00e7inin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak zorunda olmas\u0131 gibi, bir zorunluluk.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, tabii ki her \u00f6\u011fretmen yeniden proleterle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinden ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde etkilenmiyor. Mesela bir devlet okulunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kadrolu bir \u00f6\u011fretmen ile dershanede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir \u00f6\u011fretmenin yeniden proleterle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinden ayn\u0131 oranda etkilendikleri s\u00f6ylenemez. G\u00fcvenceli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir \u00f6\u011fretmen ile g\u00fcvencesiz bir \u00f6\u011fretmen aras\u0131nda, ayl\u0131k gelir, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131, i\u015fyerindeki g\u00fc\u00e7 ve otorite ili\u015fkileri ve hatta insan ili\u015fkileri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok fazla fark var. Bu farklar\u0131 sahada g\u00f6zlemlemek de m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. S\u0131n\u0131f bilincine sahip ya da \u201cpolitik \u00f6\u011fretmenler\u201d bir yana b\u0131rak\u0131lacak olursa, kadrolu \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin di\u011fer emek\u00e7i \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin sorunlar\u0131na olduk\u00e7a yabanc\u0131 kald\u0131klar\u0131 da s\u00f6ylenebilir. Ancak tam da bu noktada iki hususa dikkat \u00e7ekmek gerekir. Birincisi, birle\u015fik bir i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 hareketinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda emek\u00e7iler aras\u0131nda bir duyguda\u015fl\u0131k olmamas\u0131, son derece normal. Yani buradan hareketle i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n, konumuz \u00f6zelinde de emek\u00e7i \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin, s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 daraltmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak, meseleyi gereksiz yere karma\u015f\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131rmaktan ba\u015fka bir \u015feye hizmet etmez. \u0130kincisi, piyasala\u015fmay\u0131 ve metala\u015fmay\u0131 sadece \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn geni\u015flemesi olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Bir \u00f6nceki soruya verdi\u011fim yan\u0131tta da bahsetmi\u015ftim: \u00dccretli \u00f6\u011fretmenlik uygulamas\u0131 ve hizmetli ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n piyasadan temin edilmesi, devletin kamu rasyonalitesini terk etti\u011fini g\u00f6steren \u00f6rneklerdir. Bu gibi \u00f6rnekler \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde \u00e7o\u011falabilir ve nihayetinde emek\u00e7i \u00f6\u011fretmenler g\u00fcvencesizlik ortak paydas\u0131nda e\u015fitlenebilir. Yani, \u00e7ok da uzak olmayan bir gelecekte \u201ckadrolu olmak\u201d istisnai bir istihdam pozisyonuna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir. O halde halihaz\u0131rdaki durumun analizini yapmak kadar s\u00fcrecin gidi\u015fat\u0131na dair \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclerde bulunmak, tarihsel e\u011filim neyse onu saptamak da \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cHaleleri s\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcp at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f\u201d t\u00fcm meslek gruplar\u0131 proleterle\u015fiyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8211; Yeniden proleterle\u015fme s\u00fcreci, neo-liberal ekonomi politikalar\u0131n\u0131n bir sonucu; bu anlamda ne sadece T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yle, ne de sadece \u00f6\u011fretmenlerle ilgili. Marks ve Engels\u2019in <em>Manifesto<\/em>\u2019daki ifadeleriyle, \u201chaleleri s\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcp at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f\u201d meslek gruplar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 proleterle\u015fme. Kitab\u0131n kuramsal \u00e7er\u00e7evesinin neredeyse tamam\u0131nda bu meseleyi ele ald\u0131m. \u201cOrta s\u0131n\u0131f\u201d diye nitelenen s\u0131n\u0131f konumlar\u0131n\u0131n proleterle\u015fme s\u00fcreci taraf\u0131ndan a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n zorunlu sonucu, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ili\u015fkileri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan emek\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131flar i\u00e7indeki ortakl\u0131klar\u0131n artmas\u0131 oluyor. Sonu\u00e7 itibariyle, hem toplum hem de i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc proleterle\u015fiyor. Bu arada ayr\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131na girmeyece\u011fim, ama \u201corta s\u0131n\u0131f\u201d tabirinin, bir s\u0131n\u0131f pozisyonuna i\u015faret etmek i\u00e7in son derece mu\u011flak ve a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131c\u0131 olmaktan uzak bir kavram oldu\u011funu da ifade edeyim. Daha \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kodlara i\u015faret eden bu kavram, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc odakl\u0131 analizler i\u00e7in uygun de\u011fil. Marksizmde bir s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n toplumsal hiyerar\u015fi i\u00e7indeki yeri de\u011fil, di\u011fer s\u0131n\u0131flarla olan ili\u015fkisi esas al\u0131n\u0131r. Dahas\u0131, \u201corta s\u0131n\u0131f\u201d tabirinin bu denli yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131nda ideolojik bir motivasyon da var. Korkut Boratav Hoca bir konu\u015fmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda, dinleyiciler aras\u0131ndaki \u00f6\u011frenci ve akademisyenleri i\u015faret ederek \u201cOrta s\u0131n\u0131f, siz kendinizi i\u015f\u00e7i olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyesiniz diye bu kadar \u00e7ok kullan\u0131l\u0131yor ve benimsetiliyor\u201d minvalinde bir \u015feyler s\u00f6ylemi\u015fti. San\u0131r\u0131m meselenin \u00f6nemli bir boyutu da bu.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8211; \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n Marksist perspestifini de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek, \u015f\u00f6yle bir soru sorsam: \u00d6\u011fretmenler art\u0131de\u011fer \u00fcretir mi?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bu soruya, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin tamam\u0131n\u0131 kapsayacak \u015fekilde, \u201cevet, \u00fcretir\u201d ya da \u201chay\u0131r, \u00fcretmez\u201d diye kesin yarg\u0131 bildiren bir ifadeyle yan\u0131t vermek istemiyorum. Ama \u015funu belirtmek isterim: E\u011fer bir \u00f6\u011fretmenin emek g\u00fcc\u00fc, o \u00f6\u011fretmenin ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 kapitalistin sermaye birikimini artt\u0131r\u0131yorsa ve \u00f6\u011fretmenin \u00fccreti de sermayedar\u0131n gelirinden de\u011fil de do\u011frudan sermayesinden kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yorsa, o \u00f6\u011fretmen art\u0131de\u011fer \u00fcretiyor demektir. Marks, <em>Kapital<\/em>\u2019de\u00a0 bunu \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k bi\u00e7imde ifade eder ve \u201c\u00d6\u011fretmen giri\u015fimciyi zenginle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorsa, o \u00f6\u011fretmen \u00fcretici i\u015f\u00e7idir\u201d diye de ekler. Buradan hareketle, \u00fcretken eme\u011fi sadece sanayi proletaryas\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rlayan yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00e7ok da do\u011fru bulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebilirim. Ayr\u0131ca, yine <em>Kapital<\/em>\u2019de yer alan ve Marks\u2019\u0131n \u00fcretken eme\u011fin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmek i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u201ckolektif emek\u201d ya da \u201ctoplam i\u015f\u00e7i\u201d olarak T\u00fcrk\u00e7eye \u00e7evrilen bir kavramdan da k\u0131saca bahsetmek faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. \u00d6zetle, Marks \u015funu iddia eder: Kapitalist emek s\u00fcreci \u00f6ylesine karma\u015f\u0131kla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki, ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u00fcr\u00fcn bireysel \u00fcreticinin dolays\u0131z \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar ve toplam i\u015f\u00e7inin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline gelir, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla o emek s\u00fcrecinin herhangi bir a\u015famas\u0131nda yer almak, toplam i\u015f\u00e7inin par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak, \u00fcretici i\u015f\u00e7i olarak an\u0131lmak i\u00e7in yeterlidir. Marks\u2019\u0131n m\u00fchendis ve teknisyen eme\u011finden hareketle geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi bu kavram\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmen emek s\u00fcreci \u00f6zelinde tart\u0131\u015fan baz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar da var. Saha ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 k\u0131sm\u0131nda, k\u0131lavuz kitap ve ak\u0131ll\u0131 tahta uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fam pratiklerinde nelere kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geldi\u011fini ele almaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Ancak \u015funu hemen ifade edeyim: Ben bu t\u00fcr uygulamalar\u0131n mutlaka vas\u0131fs\u0131zla\u015fmayla sonu\u00e7lanaca\u011f\u0131 kanaatinde de\u011filim. Vas\u0131fs\u0131zla\u015fma burada potansiyel bir tehdit olu\u015fturuyor, bu do\u011fru. Bu noktada sistemin \u00f6\u011fretmenleri ideolojik olarak da elinde tutmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin, verdikleri e\u011fitimde, devletin m\u00fcfredat\u0131ndan, sistemin beklentilerinden k\u0131smi ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131klarla davranabildiklerini s\u00f6yleyebilir miyiz?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tabii ki e\u011fitim, egemen sistemin yeniden \u00fcretildi\u011fi bir alan. O y\u00fczde ise insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fam pratikleri, yani \u00f6znenin eylemi var. Bir di\u011fer ifadeyle, e\u011fitim sadece devletin ideolojik bir ayg\u0131t\u0131 olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse, bu sefer o sistem i\u00e7indeki insanlar da sistemin pasif ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 olarak kabul edilir. Biraz \u00f6nce de belirtmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m gibi, bu do\u011fru de\u011fil. \u00d6znenin etkinli\u011fi yap\u0131y\u0131 her zaman zorlar, o yap\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ve ba\u015fka g\u00fc\u00e7 dengelerini g\u00f6zetecek \u015fekilde yeniden kurulmas\u0131na olanak sa\u011flar. Birincisi postmodern yakla\u015f\u0131mlarla arama net, kal\u0131n bir s\u0131n\u0131r \u00e7izmek, ikincisi ise modernite dahilindeki i\u00e7 ayr\u0131mlar\u0131 ele al\u0131p, kendimi tarihsel maddeci bir pozisyonda tutmak&#8230; \u00d6zellikle akademide, eskisi kadar yayg\u0131n olmasa da, \u201cs\u0131n\u0131f indirgemecili\u011finden ve ekonomik determinizmden mutlaka ka\u00e7\u0131nmak\u201d gibi e\u011filimler h\u00e2l\u00e2 yayg\u0131n. Bir t\u00fcr postmodern saplant\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu yani. Ben elimden geldi\u011fince o saplant\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 konumland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebilirim. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde s\u0131n\u0131f \u00e7eli\u015fkileri s\u00fcrekli derinle\u015fiyor, \u00fcstelik bunlar\u0131 olgusal olarak tespit edebilmek de hi\u00e7 zor de\u011fil. Hal b\u00f6yleyken, s\u0131n\u0131f \u00e7eli\u015fkileri ile s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadeleleri aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkileri g\u00f6rmezden gelen ya da s\u00f6z\u00fc ge\u00e7en ili\u015fkinin belirleyici konumunu ba\u015fka \u00e7eli\u015fkilerin i\u00e7inde eritmek gibi bir misyonla hareket eden postmodern yakla\u015f\u0131mlarla metodolojik bir hesapla\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctmek gerekiyordu, ben de \u00f6yle yapt\u0131m. Ayr\u0131ca s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadeleleri h\u00e2l\u00e2 tarihin motoru olarak i\u015flev g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. S\u00f6zgelimi her yasal d\u00fczenleme, e\u011fitim hizmeti \u00fcretimi de bundan muaf de\u011fil, ya do\u011frudan ya da dolayl\u0131 olarak, s\u0131n\u0131flar m\u00fccadelesinin izlerini ta\u015f\u0131yor. Haziran Ayaklanmas\u0131nda sosyal medyada y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen eylemlerden biri de, okullara \u201cd\u00fc\u015fen direni\u015f\u00e7ilerin\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 veren foto\u015foplu foto\u011fraflar\u0131 yaymaya d\u00f6n\u00fckt\u00fc; ama tabii bir ger\u00e7eklik de\u011fil, bir talepti. Samimi bir ortamda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme yapabilmek ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin birtak\u0131m hakl\u0131 \u00e7ekincelerini minimize etmek i\u00e7in bu gerekliydi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 Haziran Direni\u015fine ve direni\u015f\u00e7ilerine atfetmek ise, direni\u015fin anlam\u0131 ve direni\u015f\u00e7ilerin bizim i\u00e7in yapt\u0131klar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemsiz bir jest olabilir ancak. En de\u011ferli varl\u0131klar\u0131 olan hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015f bu gen\u00e7 insanlar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmamda anmam ve isimlerini g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m kurumlara vermem, o isimlerin belleklerde kal\u0131c\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131na k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcc\u00fck de olsa bir katk\u0131 sunmu\u015fsa, ne mutlu bana!.. A\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7as\u0131, Haziran Direni\u015fi s\u0131ras\u0131ndaki foto\u015foplu foto\u011fraflardan haberim yoktu. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131, \u00f6zellikle de ayn\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131n yaz aylar\u0131, tez yaz\u0131m s\u00fcrecimin yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, yani bu kitab\u0131n fiilen ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6neme kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyordu. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, Haziran Direni\u015fi ve bu kitab\u0131n yaz\u0131m\u0131 ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neme denk geldi. Emek s\u00fcreci tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerde Burawoy\u2019un kuramsal yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenler \u00f6zelinde tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. \u00d6\u011fretmenleri s\u0131n\u0131f konumlar\u0131na g\u00f6re kategorize etti\u011fim k\u0131s\u0131mda ise, Korkut Boratav\u2019\u0131n geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131f modelinden hareketle bir uyarlama yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Ayr\u0131ca, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki entelekt\u00fcel tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n i\u00e7inde \u00f6nemli bir yeri olan baz\u0131 Neo-Marksist ve Neo-Weberyan s\u0131n\u0131f analizlerine dair de\u011ferlendirmeler de var kitapta. \u00d6zellikle kuramla ilgilenen okuyucu i\u00e7in bunlar ilgi \u00e7ekici olabilir. Saha ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 son b\u00f6l\u00fcmde ise \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fam pratiklerinden hareketle birtak\u0131m kavramsal genellemelere ula\u015ft\u0131m. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin, kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131yla ve i\u015fyerinde cereyan eden toplumsal ili\u015fkilerle ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinden derlenen al\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n ise herkes i\u00e7in dikkat \u00e7ekici olabilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8211; Hem b\u00f6yle
