Se\u00e7ilen \u00f6neriler, \u00c7in Bilimler Akademisi (CAS) ve \u00e7e\u015fitli enstit\u00fcler, ara\u015ft\u0131rma merkezleri, \u00fcniversiteler ve az say\u0131da da end\u00fcstriden al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7in Ulusal Uzay Bilimi Merkezi Y\u00f6neticisi Dr. Wu Ji, \u201cBaz\u0131 \u00f6nerilerin, en ileri problemleri olu\u015fturdu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin baz\u0131 \u00f6neriler, evrenin k\u00f6kenindeki karanl\u0131k d\u00f6nemler hakk\u0131nda. B\u00fcy\u00fck Patlama ile y\u0131ld\u0131zlar\u0131n parlamaya ba\u015flamas\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki bu karanl\u0131k d\u00f6nemler \u015fimdiye dek g\u00f6zlenememi\u015ftir\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<p>NCSS, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda \u00f6neriler bekledi\u011fine dair \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 yapmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, 54 ara\u015ft\u0131rma enstit\u00fcs\u00fc, \u00fcniversite ve di\u011fer organizasyonlardan, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 10-15 y\u0131ll\u0131k hedefler i\u00e7in 136 \u00f6neri ald\u0131. 30 kadar akademisyen taraf\u0131ndan bunlar\u0131n 80 tanesi se\u00e7ildi; bunu se\u00e7ilenlerin Ouyang Ziyuan\u2019\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda oldu\u011fu 15 uzman\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir panelde de\u011ferlendirilmesi takip etti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7in\u2019in Ay Ke\u015fif Projesi\u2019ndeki (CLP) \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6netici ve tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f bir kozmokimyac\u0131 olan Mr. Ouyang, \u00c7in\u2019de do\u011fmakta olan uzay bilimi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndaki eksiklikleri de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in talep edilen \u00f6nerilerden olu\u015fan bu yeni sistemi etrafl\u0131ca anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00e7ilen \u00f6nerilere, \u00c7in Bilimler Akademisi taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6rev kavray\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n daha da geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in alt\u0131 ay s\u00fcreyle finansman sa\u011flanacak, daha sonras\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rma i\u00e7in daha ileri desteklere de ula\u015f\u0131labilir olacak.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6nerilerin baz\u0131lar\u0131, \u00fclkenin 2021-2030 y\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan, 14. veya 15. Be\u015f Y\u0131l\u0131k Planlar\u0131 i\u00e7in aday olarak se\u00e7ilecek. Wu, Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 yaparken, birinci kriterin bilimsel ba\u015far\u0131 beklentisi oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Wu, \u201cUzayda deney yapmak i\u00e7in, 10-15, hatta 20 bilim uydusu f\u0131rlatmay\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz.
