T\u00fcrlerdeki milyonlarca SNP \u00fczerinden saptanan genetik farkl\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131n evrimsel biyolojinin temel arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ivme sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hemen belirtelim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrle\u015fme adac\u0131klar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmadaki iki form aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131 ortaya koymak i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00fcn genomdaki SNPlerin taranmas\u0131yla hesaplanan bir genetik farkl\u0131la\u015fma de\u011ferinin ortaya koydu\u011fu manzara ise olduk\u00e7a etkileyici. B\u00fcy\u00fck evrimsel genetik\u00e7i Sewall Wrigth\u2019\u0131n kuramsal temelini haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 <em>F<sub>ST<\/sub><\/em> adl\u0131 bir farkl\u0131la\u015fma parametresinin hesab\u0131na dayal\u0131 bu de\u011fer, derin ve y\u00fczey formlar\u0131n\u0131n kromozomlar\u0131na da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f son derece belirgin genetik farkl\u0131la\u015fma b\u00f6lgelerinin, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n tabiriyle \u201cfarkl\u0131la\u015fma adac\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n\u201d varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 bir di\u011fer bile\u015feni ise, formlar aras\u0131ndaki e\u015f se\u00e7imi fark\u0131na odaklanm\u0131\u015f durumda. Genom boyunca elde edilen SNPlerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen genom \u00e7apl\u0131 ili\u015fkilendirme haritalamas\u0131 sonucu saptanan genlerin y\u00fczge\u00e7, solunga\u00e7 ve k\u0131k\u0131rdak geli\u015fimi biyolojisinde; \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011fa duyarl\u0131l\u0131k ve g\u00f6rmeyle ili\u015fkili fotoresept\u00f6r kodlayan genleri de i\u00e7eren alg\u0131 sistemlerinde; ve steroid hormon sinyal s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde i\u015f g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri ortaya konuyor.
