Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n dedi\u011fi gibi bu okullar\u0131n bir misyonu vard\u0131r; o okullarda okuyanlar \u201cgelece\u011fin umudur\u201d. Ve yine Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n deyi\u015fiyle o gen\u00e7lerin devrald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir Necip Faz\u0131l miras\u0131 vard\u0131r&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cD\u00fczce\u2019nin Ak\u00e7akoca \u0130l\u00e7esi\u2019nde, okullar\u0131n\u0131n K\u0131z \u0130mam Hatip Lisesi\u2019ne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesine tepki g\u00f6steren Sosyal Bilimler Lisesi \u00f6\u011frencileri, s\u0131n\u0131f giri\u015flerinde barikat olu\u015fturup \u0130mam Hatip Lisesi \u00f6\u011frencilerinin giri\u015fine izin vermedi.\u201d Haber medyada b\u00f6yle yer ald\u0131.<sup>(1)<\/sup> Bu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcn\u00fcn ad\u0131 toplumsal, siyasal bir sorun haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f \u201cimam hatip okulu\u201d meselesi midir, yoksa g\u00fcnl\u00fck adli bir vaka m\u0131d\u0131r siz karar verin. Bize g\u00f6re ise hadise g\u00fcnl\u00fck bir vakadan ziyade daha derin bir muhteviyata sahip toplumsal bir sorundur. Zira son 14 y\u0131lda lehine en \u00e7ok ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yap\u0131lan \u201cimam hatip okullar\u0131\u201d beraberinde bu t\u00fcr sorunlar\u0131 da getirecekti. Nitekim bu durum yak\u0131n gelecekte de \u00f6nemli problemler a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130fade etti\u011fimiz gibi imam hatip okullar\u0131 iktidar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k bir deste\u011fine mazhar olan e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 olarak kay\u0131tlarda yerini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6yle ki geleneksel \u0130slam anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 savunucular\u0131ndan biri olan \u0130hsan \u015eenocak kendi sosyal medya hesab\u0131ndan bu konu ba\u011flam\u0131nda \u015fu s\u00f6zleri s\u00f6ylemekten kendini alamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: \u201cOkullar ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Kasabalara kadar \u0130mam-Hatiplerin a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir zamanda maneviyat devrimi yap\u0131lamazsa b\u00fct\u00fcn sorumluluk biz hocalarda&#8230;\u201d \u015eenocak\u2019a g\u00f6re iktidar \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015feni yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131, s\u0131ra art\u0131k \u201cmaneviyat devrimi\u201dnde idi? Peki bu devrimden ama\u00e7lanan neydi, dahas\u0131\u201cimam hatipler\u201d ile \u201cmanevi devrim\u201d aras\u0131nda nas\u0131l bir ba\u011f vard\u0131? Bu sorular\u0131 akl\u0131m\u0131zda tutarak devam edelim ve bir soru daha soral\u0131m: \u0130mam hatiplerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bu kadar \u00e7ok artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n bilimsel, etik ve sosyolojik bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 var m\u0131d\u0131r? Sorumuzun cevab\u0131n\u0131 birazdan aktaraca\u011f\u0131z. Ama \u00f6ncelikle \u015fu \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 verileri de aktarmam\u0131za izin verin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lise \u00f6\u011frencilerinin y\u00fczde 15\u2019i imam hatipli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn liselerde okuyan her 100 \u00f6\u011frenciden 15\u2019i imam hatip liselidir. Buna g\u00f6re a\u00e7\u0131k\u00f6\u011fretim liseleri dahil olmak \u00fczere bug\u00fcn \u00fclkemizde e\u011fitim g\u00f6ren imam hatip liseli \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131 605.205\u2019e ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<sup>(2) <\/sup>Toplamda imam hatip okullar\u0131nda e\u011fitim g\u00f6ren \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131 ise 1 milyon 136 bindir.<sup>(3)<\/sup> Di\u011fer liselerle imam hatip liseleri aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131 g\u00f6rmek bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u015fu verilerin de \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. \u201c2010\u2019dan 2015\u2019e \u0130mam-hatip lisesi \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131, 198.581\u2019den 668.381\u2019e \u00e7\u0131karak 3 kat\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131na (art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde \u00a0337\u2019dir) y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir. Bu d\u00f6nemler aras\u0131nda di\u011fer mesleki liselerde okuyan \u00f6\u011frenci 1.439.872\u2019den 2.043.846\u2019a \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Oransal olarak art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde 70\u2019tir. Yani \u0130mam-hatip lisesi \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131ndaki oransal art\u0131\u015f di\u011fer meslek liselerindeki oransal art\u0131\u015f\u0131n neredeyse 5 kat\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<sup>(4)<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131da zikretti\u011fimiz sorunun cevab\u0131na d\u00f6nersek s\u00f6z konusu okullar\u0131n bu derecede artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal hi\u00e7bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yoktur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu okullar\u0131n ne evrensel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte bilimsel bir ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 ne de e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim kalitesi noktas\u0131nda ba\u015fat bir yeri vard\u0131r. Di\u011fer taraftan b\u00fct\u00fcn etik, ahlaki kayg\u0131lar\u0131 bir yana b\u0131rak\u0131p s\u00f6z\u00fcm ona bu okullar\u0131 \u201cdini ihtiya\u00e7lar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde\u201d p\u0131trak gibi b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcrken, Alevilere ait cemevlerini ibadethane olarak kabul etmemek, Alevi \u00f6\u011frencilere h\u00e2l\u00e2 zorunlu din dersini dayatmak da ya\u015fanan samimiyetsiz durumu g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermektedir. Bu anlamda s\u00f6z konusu okullar hem laiklik hem de adalet ilkesine ayk\u0131r\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde var olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada \u00f6nemli bir ayr\u0131nt\u0131y\u0131 da sizlerle payla\u015fmak istiyoruz. An\u0131lan okullar\u0131n y\u00fczde 99\u2019u, en ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 y\u00fczde 10\u2019luk dilimden \u00f6\u011frenci alamamaktad\u0131r. Dahas\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sadece 5 lise 450\u2019nin \u00fczerindeki TEOG taban\u0131yla \u00f6\u011frenci alabilmi\u015ftir.<sup>(5)<\/sup> \u00a0Bu veriden \u00e7\u0131karaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z iki \u00f6nemli sonu\u00e7 ise \u015funlar olabilir. Birincisi bu okullara gelen \u00f6\u011frencilerin e\u011fitim kalitesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr; ikincisi de buna ra\u011fmen bahse konu okullar y\u00fcz binlerce \u00f6\u011frenci ile bulu\u015fabilmektedir. Durum bu kadar vahimdir i\u015fte. Devam edelim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130mam hatiplilerin gelece\u011fi sorunu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir \u0130mam Hatip Lisesi M\u00fcdiresi, \u00f6\u011frenci kalitesinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bu ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z grafi\u011fi kendi zaviyesinden \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle ele\u015ftirmektedir: \u201cVerileni alma, ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 depolama, sentezleme, geli\u015ftirme kapasitesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7erisinden gelece\u011fin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019sini \u015fekillendirecek yeni Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fanlar \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 beklemek safdillik olur. B\u00f6ylesi bir durumda\/vasatta \u2018\u0130mam-Hatip tabelas\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7mek bile yeter\u2019 tesellisinden ba\u015fka tutunacak bir dal kalmamaktad\u0131r.\u201d<sup>(6)<\/sup> G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere kamuya ait bir okulun y\u00f6neticisi i\u00e7in mesele imam hatip okullar\u0131n\u0131n as\u0131l amac\u0131 yeni Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019lar yeti\u015ftirmekmi\u015f. Oysa imam hatip okullar\u0131n\u0131n geldi\u011fi nokta bu durumdan \u00e7ok uzakm\u0131\u015f. Yanl\u0131\u015f anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n, Adalet ve Kalk\u0131nma Partisi te\u015fkilat yap\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu durumdan de\u011fil, Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131 imam hatip okullar\u0131ndan bahsediyor M\u00fcdire Han\u0131m!<\/p>\n<p>Oysa bu noktada sorgulamas\u0131 gereken husus, an\u0131lan okullarda biriken bu ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenci profilinin gelece\u011fi ve bu okullarda okutulan e\u011fitim m\u00fcfredat\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 olmal\u0131yd\u0131. Di\u011fer taraftan imam hatip okullar\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitim m\u00fcfredat\u0131 da yukar\u0131da zikretti\u011fimiz sorun kadar yak\u0131c\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6yle ki bu okullarda okutulan \u201cf\u0131k\u0131h\u201d dersi bile ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na problemlidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu derslerde her ne kadar \u201cf\u0131k\u0131h kurallar\u0131\u201d y\u00fczeysel bir dille g\u00f6sterilmi\u015f olsa da gelinen noktada \u201cf\u0131k\u0131h anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131\u201d e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim kat\u0131nda me\u015fruluk kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Nitekim bir Anadolu \u0130mam Hatip Lisesi F\u0131k\u0131h kitab\u0131nda bu durum \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle ortaya konulur: \u201cF\u0131k\u0131h kelimesi, Peygamber\u2019in (s.a.v.) vefat\u0131ndan sonra zamanla \u00f6zel bir anlam kazanmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve bir ilim dal\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk anlam\u0131 \u201cbir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak dinin do\u011fru bi\u00e7imde anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131\u201dd\u0131r.\u201d<sup>(7)<\/sup> F\u0131k\u0131h bir defa zihinlerde \u201cdinin do\u011fru anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131\u201d olarak kodlan\u0131nca, bu okumay\u0131 yapan ak\u0131l i\u00e7in f\u0131kh\u0131n kap\u0131lar\u0131 sonuna kadar a\u00e7\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Elbet bu durum b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in s\u00f6z konusu olmayabilir, lakin burada \u00f6nemli olan bu kap\u0131n\u0131n, \u00fcstelikte e\u011fitim ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan \u00f6\u011frencilere a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu noktada Bahattin Ak\u015fit ve\u00a0 Mustafa Kemal Co\u015fkun taraf\u0131ndan kaleme al\u0131nan \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Modernle\u015fmesi Ba\u011flam\u0131nda \u0130mam Hatip Okullar\u0131\u201d isimli makale bize olduk\u00e7a \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 veriler sunmakta. \u00d6yle ki an\u0131lan makalede ayn\u0131 sorulara imam hatip liseleri ile di\u011fer liseli \u00f6\u011frencilerin verdi\u011fi cevaplar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 olarak g\u00f6sterilmi\u015f ve bu ba\u011flamda imam hatip okullar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel profili g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serilmi\u015ftir. Buna g\u00f6re \u201cKad\u0131nlar d\u0131\u015far\u0131da \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak eve kazan\u00e7 sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d \u00f6nerisine imam hatip liselerinde okuyan erkek \u00f6\u011frencilerin yaln\u0131zca y\u00fczde 19,7\u2019si olumlu cevap vermi\u015ftir. Oysa ayn\u0131 oran di\u011fer liselerde y\u00fczde 63,9\u2019dur. Yine \u201cKad\u0131n kendi fikirlerini serbest\u00e7e ba\u015fka erkeklere s\u00f6yleyebilir\u201d \u00f6nerisine sahip \u00e7\u0131kan imam hatipli erkek \u00f6\u011frenci oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 24\u2019lerde kal\u0131rken bu oran di\u011fer liselerde y\u00fczde 60\u2019lar d\u00fczeyindedir.\u00a0 \u201cKad\u0131n kendi fikirlerini yaln\u0131zca kocas\u0131na s\u00f6yleyebilmelidir\u201d \u00f6nerisine sahip \u00e7\u0131kan erkek imam hatip \u00f6\u011frenci y\u00fczdesi ise \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u00f6z konusu \u00f6\u011frencilerin y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131 bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi desteklemektedir. Oysa ayn\u0131 oran di\u011fer liselerde y\u00fczde 30\u2019lar d\u00fczeyinde kalmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu \u00f6neriler aras\u0131nda en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc olanlar\u0131ndan bir tanesi de ku\u015fkusuz \u201cKad\u0131n\u0131n meslek sahibi olmas\u0131 gereksizdir\u201d \u00f6nerisidir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k di\u011fer liselerde bu durum y\u00fczde 10\u2019lar\u0131n bile alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Tahmin edilece\u011fi \u00fczere \u201cKad\u0131nlar d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131nda ya da ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda mutlaka \u00f6rt\u00fcnmelidir\u201d \u00f6nerisini erkek imam hatip \u00f6\u011frencilerinin y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131 desteklemi\u015ftir. Benzer bi\u00e7imde imam hatip liselerinde okuyan k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciler de y\u00fczde 90 oran\u0131nda bu \u00f6neriye sahip \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k di\u011fer liselerde okuyan erkek \u00f6\u011frencilerin y\u00fczde 25\u2019i bu \u00f6neriyi desteklerken, k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencilerin yaln\u0131zca y\u00fczde 10\u2019u bu \u00f6neriye sahip \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Son olarak \u201cKad\u0131n\u0131n esas yeri evi olmal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d \u00f6nerisine destek veren erkek imam hatip \u00f6\u011frenci oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 83\u2019ler d\u00fczeyindedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada bizim a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131zdan \u00f6nemli olan sonu\u00e7ta\u00a0 \u201cimam hatip liselerinde\u201d okuyan k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n konu \u201ckad\u0131n haklar\u0131\u201d meselesine geldi\u011finde erkek \u00f6\u011frencilerden farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ger\u00e7e\u011fidir. \u00d6yle ki an\u0131lan liselerde okuyan k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciler, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na, fikirlerini ba\u015fka erkeklerle payla\u015fma hakk\u0131na, meslek sahibi olma iste\u011fine ve yaln\u0131z ba\u015f\u0131na d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kma talebine b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda hak vermekte ve bu noktada erkek \u00f6\u011frencilerden farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmektedir. \u00dcstelik h\u00e2kim f\u0131k\u0131h anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n bu noktada \u201cerkek egemen\u201d bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc benimsemesine ra\u011fmen b\u00f6yle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmektedirler. Buna g\u00f6re tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde emir telakki edilen dini g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler \u201ckimi muhataplar\u0131nca\u201d kabul edilmemektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu noktada s\u00f6z konusu olan bizatihi kendi ya\u015famlar\u0131d\u0131r!<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c\u0130mam hatipler iyi, ama \u00f6\u011fretmenleri k\u00f6t\u00fc!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ise durum olduk\u00e7a farkl\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o gerek \u0130mam Hatipli \u00f6\u011frencilerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel, itikadi d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndan gerekse de bu d\u00fcnyay\u0131 ku\u015fatan iklimden olduk\u00e7a ho\u015fnuttur. \u00d6yle ki \u0130mam Hatip Lisesi Mezunlar\u0131 ve Mensuplar\u0131 Derne\u011fi\u2019nin d\u00fczenledi\u011fi bir etkinlikte, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 mutlulu\u011fu \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koymu\u015ftur Erdo\u011fan. \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n izniyle, Hazret-i Peygamber\u2019in ve \u015fehitlerimizin \u015fefaatiyle, aziz milletimizin ve sizlerin gayretleriyle in\u015fallah bu topraklar \u00fczerinde <em>Kuran-\u0131 Kerim<\/em> ebediyen okunacak, Peygamber ve Ehl-i Beyt sevgisi hi\u00e7 s\u00f6nmeyecek, Ezan-\u0131 Muhammedi hi\u00e7 susmayacakt\u0131r. Kur\u2019an ahlak\u0131yla ahlaklanm\u0131\u015f, Siyer-i Nebi\u2019yi kendisine rehber edinmi\u015f imam hatip mezunlar\u0131, bug\u00fcne kadar oldu\u011fu gibi, bundan sonra da in\u015fallah bu milletin, bu \u00fclkenin, hatta insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n hem hizmetkar\u0131, hem de medar\u0131 iftihar\u0131 olmaya devam edecektir.\u201d<sup>(9) <\/sup>Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k \u00f6nceki sat\u0131rlarda yer verdi\u011fimiz, \u201cErdo\u011fan Sevdal\u0131s\u0131\u201d M\u00fcdire Han\u0131m Ayfer Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m \u0130mam Hatip Liseleri\u2019nin durumunu hi\u00e7te i\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131c\u0131 g\u00f6rmemektedir. Bir okul M\u00fcdiresi olarak \u015fu s\u00f6zler ona aittir: \u201c\u0130mam-Hatip liselerindeki \u00f6\u011fretmen profili de sorunludur. \u0130mam-hatiplerin misyonuna kar\u015f\u0131 bir duru\u015f ortaya koyan siyasal angajmanlara sahip \u00f6\u011fretmenler \u00f6\u011frenme ortam\u0131n\u0131 ifsad etmekte, bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00f6\u011fretmen de f\u0131rsat buldu\u011funda \u00f6\u011frenciyi kendi ideolojisinin oca\u011f\u0131na, buca\u011f\u0131na, lokaline ta\u015f\u0131ma \u00e7abas\u0131 i\u00e7erisine girmektedir. \u00d6zellikle 2010 Referandumu\u2019ndan sonra yeni d\u00f6nemde \u0130mam Hatip liselerinin \u00f6zel ilgiye mazhar olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6ren 17-25 Aral\u0131k s\u00fcrecinin akt\u00f6r\u00fc malum yap\u0131ya entegre \u00f6\u011fretmenler, bir merkezden y\u00f6nlendirilmi\u015f\u00e7esine \u0130mam-Hatip liselerinde yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Malum yap\u0131yla yollar ayr\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra bu yap\u0131n\u0131n kur\u015fun askeri olan bu nev\u2019i \u00f6\u011fretmenler \u0130mam-Hatip liselerinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde birer takoz olarak okullar\u0131n geli\u015fimine engel olmak \u00fczere misyonland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ne yaz\u0131k ki, \u0130mam-Hatip lisesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ancak, belli puan\u0131n \u00fczerinde puan\u0131 olan \u00f6\u011frencileri \u2018Size burada yaz\u0131k olur\u2019 kabilinden ayartmalarla ba\u015fka okullara ta\u015f\u0131ma gayreti i\u00e7erisine giren \u00f6\u011fretmenler bulunmaktad\u0131r. Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0130mam-Hatip ortaokullar\u0131 ve liselerindeki \u00f6\u011fretmen profilini mutlaka g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmeli, i\u00e7i ge\u00e7mi\u015f, heyecan\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015f \u00f6\u011fretmenlerle i\u00e7i bozuk, \u0130mam-Hatiplerin misyonuna inanmayan, \u0130mam-Hatiplerin mesafe almas\u0131na engel olmaya ko\u015fullanm\u0131\u015f; \u00f6\u011frencileri kendi oca\u011f\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131p saf zihinleri vurdulu k\u0131rd\u0131l\u0131 hik\u00e2yelerle izlal eden, kendi buca\u011f\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131p derste ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 propaganday\u0131 maklubeli m\u00fclaane ile s\u00fcrd\u00fcren \u00f6\u011fretmenlerden \u0130mam-Hatipleri mutlaka kurtarmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<sup>(10)<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcdire Han\u0131m\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131yla ba\u015fba\u015fa b\u0131rakal\u0131m ve yaz\u0131m\u0131za imam hatip liselerinin ba\u015far\u0131 durumuyla devam edelim. Pe\u015finen \u015funu ifade edelim ki an\u0131lan okullar\u0131n karnesi olduk\u00e7a k\u00f6t\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u00d6yle ki\u00a0 \u201cAnadolu \u0130mam Hatip ile \u0130mam Hatip Liselerinin 4 y\u0131ll\u0131k YGS matematik ve fen bilimlerinin soru \u00e7\u00f6zme ortalama sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 karanl\u0131k bir tabloyu i\u015faret etmektedir. \u00d6zellikle fen bilimleri alan\u0131nda soru \u00e7\u00f6zme ortalamas\u0131 1\u2019in alt\u0131nda olan liselerin oran\u0131 Anadolu liselerinde % 66,47\u2019ya, \u0130mam-Hatip liselerinde ise % 81,26\u2019ya ula\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Soru \u00e7\u00f6zme ortalamas\u0131 5\u2019in \u00fczerinde olan Anadolu Liselerinin oran\u0131 % 3.41, \u0130mam-Hatip liselerinin oran\u0131 ise 0\u2019d\u0131r. Sadece bu milletin de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda t\u00fcm \u00fcmmetin de umudusunuz. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6zlerini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurursak, bu okullara yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde \u201ce\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretime\u201d yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar olarak a\u00e7\u0131klayabiliriz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu s\u00f6zlerde buram buram \u201cdinsellik\u201d ve \u201cmisyonerlik\u201d faaliyeti kokmaktad\u0131r. O halde s\u00f6z konusu okullar\u0131n \u201cMilli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d b\u00fcnyesinde faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde do\u011frudur? Daha do\u011frusu b\u00f6ylesine y\u00fcksek profilli bir d\u00fczlemde faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fcten \u201cdinsel okullar\u0131n\u201d bulunmas\u0131 kabul edilebilir bir durum mudur? Nitekim laikli\u011fi ilke edinen ve Anayasas\u0131nda buna yer veren bir devlette s\u00f6z konusu okullar\u0131n en az\u0131ndan b\u00f6ylesi bir tahayy\u00fcl ve i\u00e7erikle var olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir; olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00f6rebildi\u011fimiz kadar\u0131 ile \u201cselefi, ba\u011fnazl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d ile me\u015fhur \u00fclkeler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Yunanistan hari\u00e7 d\u00fcnyada \u201cdin liseleri\u201d olan bir ba\u015fka \u00fclke de yoktur.\u00a0 E\u011fer kimi \u201cmeslek\u201d gruplar\u0131na duyulan ihtiya\u00e7 \u00fczerine bu t\u00fcr okullar a\u00e7\u0131lacaksa, bunun i\u00e7in de \u00f6ncelikli tercih y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011frenim kurumlar\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer taraftan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u201cdin \u00f6\u011fretimi\u201d sorununun imam hatip okullar\u0131 ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyemeyiz. \u00d6tesinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bilimsel anlamda bir din \u00f6\u011fretimi verildi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek bile g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr. B\u00f6ylesi bir hakikat ortada iken fen ve do\u011fa bilimleri alan\u0131na giren konular\u0131n \u201cilahi\u201d bir s\u00f6ylemle ili\u015fkilendirilmesinin anlam\u0131 nedir? Dahas\u0131 bu t\u00fcr s\u00f6ylemler d\u00fcnden bug\u00fcne \u201citaatk\u00e2r\u201d bir toplum ile \u201cteokratik\u201d bir iktidar tipi yaratmaktan ba\u015fka bir i\u015flev g\u00f6rmemi\u015ftir. Ya kafama ceviz yerine kabak d\u00fc\u015fseydi, halim ne olurdu!\u201d Bu f\u0131krada vurgulanan ana fikir a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakilerden hangisidir?<\/p>\n<p>A) Allah\u2019\u0131n i\u015fine kar\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz<br \/>\nB) Allah her \u015feyi bilir ve g\u00f6zetir<br \/>\nC) Allah\u2019\u0131n her \u015feyi yapmaya g\u00fcc\u00fc yeter.<br \/>\nD)Allah her \u015feyi bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcye g\u00f6re yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Olduk\u00e7a problemli \u015f\u0131klar i\u00e7erisinde yazar\u0131n bizi g\u00f6t\u00fcrmek iste\u011fi yer, yine k\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcmle\u015fmi\u015f bir zihin ve o zihnin \u00e7eperinde bir d\u00fcnya olsa gerek. Zira \u00f6rne\u011fe g\u00f6re Nasreddin Hoca\u2019n\u0131n cevizi yerip, bal kaba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6vmesi onun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde bir durumdur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Hoca, b\u00f6ylesi bir konu\u015fmayla haddini a\u015fm\u0131\u015f, Allah\u2019\u0131n \u201c\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne\u201d ya da \u201ctakdirine\u201d\u00a0 m\u00fcdahale etmi\u015ftir. Tam da bundan dolay\u0131d\u0131r ki, Hoca\u2019n\u0131n kafas\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen ceviz tanesi asl\u0131nda bir uyar\u0131d\u0131r; ona g\u00f6nderilen bir mesajd\u0131r.
