Bu i\u015flemde kullan\u0131lan \u00f6zel lazer t\u00fcr\u00fc ise t\u00fcrl\u00fc dikkat \u00e7ekici \u00f6zelliklere sahip. Bunlardan biri, kuantum durumunun de\u011fi\u015ftirilemeden g\u00f6zlemlenemedi\u011fi \u201cg\u00f6zlemci etkisi\u201d olarak biliniyor. Yani, uydu taraf\u0131ndan belirli bir kuantum durumunda yarat\u0131lan \u015fifreleme anahtar\u0131, ona yap\u0131lacak herhangi bir m\u00fcdaheleyi an\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor ve ayn\u0131 zamanda mevcut anahtar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirerek kullan\u0131lamaz hale getiriyor. Projeyi y\u00f6neten Wang Jianyu, yap\u0131lacak i\u015flemin \u201cdeniz seviyesinden 100.000 metre y\u00fcksekte u\u00e7an bir u\u00e7aktan, d\u00f6nen bir kumbaraya bir bozuk para f\u0131rlatmakla ayn\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u201d ifade ediyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neden \u00c7in?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7in Halk Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin en son yap\u0131lan be\u015f y\u0131ll\u0131k kalk\u0131nma plan\u0131nda temel bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck miktarlarda para tahsis etmesi, onu bu alanda d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda en \u00f6n s\u0131ralara ta\u015f\u0131yor.
