Arke k\u00f6kenli genlerin i\u015flevsel yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve \u00f6nemine i\u015faret eden \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir bulgu bu. Yine, genlerin ifade d\u00fczeyleri ve dokulardaki ifade yayg\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda da insan genomunda arke genleri \u00f6nde g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n, modern genetik ve genomik ba\u011flam\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilece\u011fimiz bir di\u011fer sonucu da, arke k\u00f6kenli genlerin, protein-protein etkile\u015fim a\u011flar\u0131nda daha merkezi ve kontrol mahiyetli i\u015flevlerinin bulunmas\u0131. Gen etkile\u015fiminin yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ve \u00e7oklu genli biyolojik \u00f6zellik evrimi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nemi bulunan protein etkile\u015fimlerinin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da arkeden yana g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor.
