Neyse ki elimizin alt\u0131nda internet var! \u0130htiyac\u0131m\u0131z olan her \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc parmak hareketlerimizle ekranlar\u0131m\u0131za ta\u015f\u0131yabiliyoruz. Do\u011fadan kopup gelen insan\u0131n genlerinde de \u00f6zg\u00fcr olma iste\u011fi vard\u0131r; g\u00f6\u00e7 etmek ister, ke\u015ffetmek ister. Ve u\u00e7mak eskiden beri insan\u0131n i\u00e7inde bir ukdedir. Tarihte bir\u00e7ok u\u00e7ma giri\u015fimi g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Fakat Da Vinci ile u\u00e7ma giri\u015fimlerinin bir ad\u0131m daha ileri ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bulgulara g\u00f6re Da Vinci tasarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 makineyi ku\u015flar\u0131n anatomik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne alarak olu\u015fturdu. Muhtemelen ondan \u00f6ncekiler de ku\u015flardan ilham alarak u\u00e7may\u0131 denedi, fakat elimizde onlar\u0131n incelemeler yap\u0131p yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair bulgular ne yaz\u0131k ki yok. Da Vinci\u2019nin giri\u015fimini biyomimetik alan\u0131n\u0131n temeli olarak alabiliriz. Ayr\u0131ca ilk ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 insanl\u0131 u\u00e7u\u015fu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren Wright Karde\u015fler de, bir g\u00fcvercinin anatomisini inceleyerek kendi aletlerini tasarlad\u0131lar. Bunlar tarihteki ilk taklit giri\u015fimleri; g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ise bu alan \u00e7ok geli\u015fti ve geli\u015fmeye de devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bize ev sahipli\u011fi yapan gezegen \u00fczerinde milyonlarca farkl\u0131 t\u00fcr var ve her t\u00fcr\u00fcn birinci amac\u0131 hayatta kalmak. Biyomimeti\u011fi, insan\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 do\u011fay\u0131 \u00f6rnek alarak ya da taklit ederek \u00e7\u00f6zme \u00e7abas\u0131 \u015feklinde tan\u0131mlayabiliriz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc do\u011fa insandan \u00e7ok daha yarat\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlere sahip! Evet, asl\u0131nda m\u00fchendisli\u011fin do\u011fa ile i\u00e7 i\u00e7e olan bu alan\u0131nda i\u015fler do\u011fay\u0131 ve do\u011fadaki canl\u0131lar\u0131 taklit ederek i\u015fliyor. Derilerinin biyokimyasal yap\u0131s\u0131 s\u00fcrt\u00fcnmeyi azaltma \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip, bu da y\u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fclere daha h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fczme imk\u00e2n\u0131 sa\u011flayabilir. Fakat konu ku\u015flar oldu\u011funda \u201chareket\u201d yelpazesini daha geni\u015f tutmal\u0131y\u0131z. De\u011fi\u015fik hareketlere sahip olan ku\u015flardan birisi de a\u011fa\u00e7kakanlar. A\u011fa\u00e7kakanlar \u00fcreme d\u00f6nemleri geldi\u011finde, kuru a\u011fa\u00e7 g\u00f6vdelerine sivri gagalar\u0131n\u0131 vurarak kar\u015f\u0131 cinsi etkilemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. \u0130smini ise bu hareketinden almaktad\u0131r. Uzun ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar sonucu, ku\u015flar\u0131n beyinlerini sars\u0131nt\u0131lardan d\u00f6rt farkl\u0131 y\u00f6ntem kullanarak korudu\u011fu bulunmu\u015f. \u0130ki biliminsan\u0131 yazd\u0131klar\u0131 makalede d\u00f6rt y\u00f6ntemin \u015funlar oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor: Gagalar\u0131 sert fakat esneyebilir; kafatas\u0131 kemikleri s\u00fcngerimsi; beyin ve kafatas\u0131 aras\u0131nda s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu geni\u015f\u00e7e bir bo\u015fluk var ve titre\u015fimi azaltmak i\u00e7in evrimle\u015fmi\u015f olan ve a\u011fa\u00e7kakan\u0131n diline ba\u011flanan bir zar mevcut. Deneyin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u00fcretilen silindir \u015feklindeki alet 60.000 kg kuvvete kadar dayanabiliyor. Kullan\u0131c\u0131lar bu sayede zehirlenmekten veya eti bo\u015f yere \u00e7\u00f6pe atmaktan kurtulmu\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Teknolojinin geli\u015fmesi yeni t\u0131bbi uygulamalar\u0131 da beraberinde getiriyor. Bu geli\u015fmelerden en \u00f6nemlisi ise yapay organ nakilleri. Hen\u00fcz \u00e7ok ilerlemi\u015f bir teknoloji de\u011fil fakat organ nakillerinin taht\u0131na oturmas\u0131 an meselesi. Bir bireyden di\u011ferine yap\u0131lan organ nakillerinde doku uyu\u015fmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 problem basamaklar\u0131ndan en \u00f6nemlisini olu\u015fturuyor. Yapay organ nakillerinde ise bu problem hasta ki\u015finin v\u00fccudu ile nakledilecek organ\u0131n uyu\u015faca\u011f\u0131 \u015fekilde \u00fcretilen yapay doku kullan\u0131larak a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oluyor. Ancak teknolojimiz baz\u0131 durumlarda hen\u00fcz yetersiz. H\u00fccrelerin sahip oldu\u011fu zarlar organizmay\u0131 korumak \u00fczere evrimle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bunu zararl\u0131 kimyasallar\u0131 ve maddeleri h\u00fccrenin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir. Bir yandan da h\u00fccrenin ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu kimyasallar\u0131 i\u00e7eriye almak zorundad\u0131r. Bu durumda h\u00fccre zar\u0131 \u00fczerinde duran baz\u0131 kanalc\u0131klar g\u00f6revi devral\u0131r ve gerekli maddeler bu kanalc\u0131klar sayesinde organizman\u0131n i\u00e7erisine al\u0131n\u0131r.
