Hele b\u00f6yle bir dergi, hem fen hem de sosyal bilimlerden feyz alan, \u201ciki k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u201d aras\u0131 kopuklu\u011fun kapanmas\u0131na hizmet eden bir \u00f6zelli\u011fe sahip olacaksa, bir \u00f6rne\u011fini memleketimizin sanc\u0131l\u0131, badireli yay\u0131n tarihinde mumla arasak zor bulunur.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_17413\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-17413\" style=\"width: 186px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-17413 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/yurt-ve-dunya-1-186x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"186\" height=\"300\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-17413\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Yurt ve D\u00fcnya dergisinin 1 \u015eubat 1944 tarihli 39. say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kapa\u011f\u0131.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Bununla birlikte, Behice Boran, Pertev Naili Boratav, Niyazi Berkes ve Adnan Cemgil\u2019in her t\u00fcrden \u00f6nderli\u011finde \u00e7\u0131kan 1940\u2019lar\u0131n <em>Yurt ve D\u00fcnya<\/em>\u2019s\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn bu \u00f6zellikleri b\u00fcnyesinde ta\u015f\u0131yan, kan\u0131mca memlekette bir e\u015fi daha hen\u00fcz ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131\u015f olan bir dergi olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda durmaktad\u0131r. Kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle son say\u0131s\u0131 15 Mart 1944\u2019te \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olan, yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre boyunca 42 say\u0131 \u00fcreten bu ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc Ankaral\u0131 derginin en \u00f6nemli \u00f6zelli\u011fi, ilk say\u0131s\u0131nda ilan olundu\u011fu gibi, memleket meselelerini d\u00fcnyan\u0131n geri kalan\u0131 ile olan ba\u011flar\u0131 ile ele almak, her t\u00fcrden entelekt\u00fcel ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu evrensel ton i\u00e7inde g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lmak olmu\u015ftur. <em>Yurt ve D\u00fcnya<\/em>\u2019n\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrel antropolojiden edebiyat tarihine, m\u00fczik ve g\u00fcncel siyasetten biyolojik temelsizli\u011fi daha o g\u00fcnden a\u015fikar \u0131rk meselelerine kadar uzanan geni\u015f ve dopdolu yaz\u0131lar\u0131na bug\u00fcn bile rahatl\u0131kla ba\u015fvurulabilir.<\/p>\n<p><em>Yurt ve D\u00fcnya<\/em>\u2019n\u0131n bu ayki yaz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n konusunu olu\u015fturan taraf\u0131 ise, Charles Darwin\u2019in 135. do\u011fum y\u0131l\u0131 m\u00fcnasebetiyle yaz\u0131lar\u0131n yay\u0131nland\u0131\u011f\u0131, Darwin kapakl\u0131, 1 \u015eubat 1944 tarihli say\u0131s\u0131na dayanmaktad\u0131r. Biri unutulmaz, b\u00fcy\u00fck antopolog Muzaffer \u015eeny\u00fcrek\u2019in, di\u011feri yine b\u00fcy\u00fck siyaset bilimci Niyazi Berkes\u2019in kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 iki yaz\u0131dan ve bir editoryal giri\u015ften olu\u015fan Darwin yaz\u0131lar\u0131 kan\u0131mca hem mevzunun g\u00fcnceli\u011finden hem de bizzat bu yaz\u0131lar\u0131n i\u00e7eriklerinin h\u00e2l\u00e2 par\u0131lt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 korumalar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. Bu yaz\u0131larda geri cereyanlar\u0131n ve emperyalist propagandalar\u0131n Darwinizm\u2019i kendi hedefleri i\u00e7in kullanmak isteyi\u015flerinin temelsizli\u011fini de belirtme\u011fe \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z. Baz\u0131 kimseler Darwin\u2019i Nietzsche\u2019cilikle ve Fa\u015fizm ideolojileri ile kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak hatas\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyorlar. Mesela Dr. Sadi Irmak, vaktile \u00e7ok methetti\u011fi ve fa\u015fizmin esas\u0131 sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 Nietzsche felsefesinin iflas\u0131n\u0131 haber veren yaz\u0131s\u0131nda bile bu hataya d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Onun sand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n aksine olarak Darwin, \u2018\u00fcst\u00fcn insan\u2019 felsefesinin dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 temelleri daha Nietzsche bu felsefeyi icad etmeden \u00f6nce reddetmi\u015f bulunuyordu. \u2018\u0130nsan\u0131n Ceddi\u2019 kitab\u0131n\u0131n be\u015finci fasl\u0131nda Darwin\u2019in Nietzsche\u2019den ne kadar ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Burada harbin insanlar aras\u0131nda tabii \u0131st\u0131fa [Do\u011fal Se\u00e7ilim] vas\u0131tas\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da belirtmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBu m\u00fcnasebetle di\u011fer hatal\u0131 bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe daha dokunmak istiyoruz: Bir gazetenin Fikir Hareketleri sahifesinde \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ld\u0131z imzas\u0131n\u0131 kullanan bir muharrir \u2018ileri fikir\u2019, \u2018geri fikir\u2019, \u2018do\u011fru fikir\u2019, \u2018yanl\u0131\u015f fikir\u2019 gibi tabirler kullananlara k\u0131z\u0131yor. Bunlar ileri fikrin veya do\u011fru fikrin ne oldu\u011funu, ni\u00e7in baz\u0131 fikirlere geri veya yanl\u0131\u015f dediklerini ispat etmiyorlarm\u0131\u015f. Bunlar\u0131n \u2018hi\u00e7bir de\u011feri olmayan bu fikirleri niye yazmakta olduklar\u0131na hayret\u2019 ediyormu\u015f. Fikirlerin ileri, geri, do\u011fru ve yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011funu kabul edenlerin fikirlerinin hi\u00e7bir de\u011feri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia edecek kadar y\u00fcksek bir selahiyette oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclen bu zat\u0131n fikir hareketleri sahifesinde yaz\u0131 yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde, fikirlerin ilerisini, gerisini hen\u00fcz daha se\u00e7emeyecek bir durumda olmas\u0131 ac\u0131nacak bir \u015feydir. Bu say\u0131m\u0131zda Darwin\u2019den bahsedilmesi bize, fikirlerin do\u011frulu\u011funu ya da yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u2018esen havaya g\u00f6re\u2019 \u00f6l\u00e7meyi uygun bulan bu yazara ileri fikirle geri fikir aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ek bir fark oldu\u011funu bir misalle g\u00f6stermek f\u0131rsat\u0131n\u0131 veriyor.
