Ancak Xinhua Haber Ajans\u0131n\u0131n verdi\u011fi bilgiye g\u00f6re teleskop, \u015fimdiden iki yeni pulsar g\u00f6zlemledi ve muhtemelen onlarcas\u0131 daha kap\u0131da.<\/p>\n<p>Guizhou b\u00f6lgesine kurulan teleskopun toplam geni\u015fli\u011fi 30 futbol sahas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l\u0131n Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan teleskop, ke\u015ffedilmemi\u015f d\u00fcnyalar ve olas\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131n izlerini arayacak.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7in Ulusal Astronomi G\u00f6zlemevi, teleskopun A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 galaktik d\u00fczlem taramas\u0131nda iki yeni pulsar ke\u015ffetti\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Ke\u015ffedilen J1859-01 ve J1931-01 pulsarlar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla 16 bin ve 4 bin \u0131\u015f\u0131k y\u0131l\u0131 uzakl\u0131kta. Avustralya\u2019daki Parkes Radyo Teleskopu da ke\u015ffi onaylad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Projenin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc Li Di, ke\u015fiflerin yaln\u0131zca iki pulsarla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, onlarca yeni pulsar aday\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlediklerini ve bunlardan alt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n onayland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor. Vekil y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fc- c\u00fc Peng Bo ise, Xinhua\u2019ya verdi\u011fi deme\u00e7te, teleskopun tamamen fonksiyonel hale gelebilmesi i\u00e7in 3 ila 5 y\u0131l aras\u0131nda zaman gerekti\u011fini, fakat bulgular\u0131n son derece umut verici oldu- \u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek, \u201cBir y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde bu t\u00fcr ke\u015fiflerin yap\u0131labilmesi olduk\u00e7a cesaret verici\u201d diye ekliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Pulsarlar, kendi etraf\u0131nda \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 periyotlarda d\u00f6nen ve belirli bir eksende \u0131\u015f\u0131ma yapan n\u00f6tron y\u0131ld\u0131zlar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu mekanizma hen\u00fcz tam olarak anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir, ancak y\u0131ld\u0131zla birlikte d\u00f6nen \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc manyetik alanla (D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131nkinden yakla\u015f\u0131k bir trilyon kat daha b\u00fcy\u00fck) do\u011frudan ili\u015f- kilidir. E\u011fer y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131ma yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 eksen D\u00fcnya\u2019ya y\u00f6nelmi\u015f ise -y\u0131ld\u0131z d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in- kesikli bir \u0131\u015f\u0131k vuru\u015fu g\u00f6zlemlenir. Bu kesikli\u011fin periyodu ise y\u0131ld\u0131za ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak saniye mertebeleriyle milisaniye mertebeleri aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015febilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>1967 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015fans eseri ke\u015ffedilen ilk pulsar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 2000\u2019in \u00fczerinde pulsar katalogland\u0131. Her ne kadar g\u00f6zlemlenen t\u00fcm pulsarlar Samanyolu galaksisinde olsa da, FAST tamamen \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r duruma geldi\u011finde galaksimiz d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan da pulsarlar\u0131n g\u00f6zlenebilece- \u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun astronomi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Hollanda Radyo Astronomi Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nden Emiliy Petroff, \u201cPulsarlar, galaksimizdeki iyonize maddenin \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli. Pulsarlar\u0131n radyo at\u0131mlar\u0131, y\u0131ld\u0131zlararas\u0131 ortamda ilerleyerek ortam\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerini incelememize olanak tan\u0131yor. Ba\u015fka bir galaksiye ait bir pulsar g\u00f6zlemine sahip oldu\u011fumuzda, galaksimiz ve pulsar\u0131n ait oldu\u011fu galaksi aras\u0131ndaki galaksileraras\u0131 ortam\u0131 anlamaya y\u00f6nelik \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir araca sahip oluruz\u201d diyerek olas\u0131 ke\u015fiflerin \u00f6- nemini vurguluyor.<\/p>\n<p>FAST ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00fctle\u00e7ekimi dalgalar\u0131, uzaydaki organik molek\u00fclleri ve olas\u0131 d\u00fcnya d\u0131\u015f\u0131 medeniyetlerden gelecek sinyalleri ara\u015ft\u0131racak. Maria kas\u0131rgas\u0131nda hasar alan d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck radyo teleskobu olan Arecibo, unvan\u0131n\u0131 FAST\u2019a devretti. Arecibo g\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc 20 derece tararken, FAST 40 derece tarayabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu mega makine yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 180 milyon dolara in\u015fa edildi. Radyo dalgas\u0131 giri\u015fimleri riskinden dolay\u0131 civarda ya\u015fayan 8000 vatanda\u015f ba\u015fka yerlere ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131.
