Peki bu siyaset dilinin kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc form\u00fclleri, ortak yap\u0131sal \u00f6zelikleri var m\u0131? \u00dcst metinde bize bir \u015feyler s\u00f6ylerken alt metinde asl\u0131nda neler s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor? Ve pop siyaset dili kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda elemiz kolumuz ba\u011fl\u0131 m\u0131?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pop, \u00f6znenin metala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda kullan\u0131lan bir tabir. Pop yayg\u0131n ve esnektir ama sayg\u0131n bir tabir de\u011fildir, bir <em><strong>pop\u00fcler<\/strong><\/em> tabiri hi\u00e7 de\u011fildir. Kendini yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00fcr\u00fcnleri bir meta olarak sunar. Ama siyasi s\u00f6ylemlerin popla\u015fmas\u0131 (pop\u00fclerle\u015fmesi de\u011fil) ve nihayetinde siyasetin kendisinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7erek bir <em><strong>pop siyaset<\/strong><\/em> alan\u0131 a\u00e7mas\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmaya de\u011fer bir durum. Siyasi s\u00f6ylemin da\u011f\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, t\u00fcketildi\u011fi ve yeniden \u00fcretildi\u011fi mecralar\u0131n getirdi\u011fi de\u011fi\u015fimi az bu\u00e7uk biliyor, tart\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Sosyal medyan\u0131n ana ileti\u015fim mecras\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc son on y\u0131ld\u0131r Arap Bahar\u0131ndan Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131na kadar toplumsal hareketlerde sosyal medyan\u0131n belirleyici etkisi her d\u00fczeyde ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya konu oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu de\u011fi\u015fimi \u00f6zetlersek: Sosyal medya, al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131k lineer ve tek tarafl\u0131 bilgi alma ve bilgi de\u011fi\u015f toku\u015f etme hatt\u0131n\u0131 alt \u00fcst etti. \u00dcst\u00fcne bir de sosyal medyada nesnel bilgi ile \u00f6znel fikirler ve mavralar birbirine kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a, \u201cpost \u0131rma\u011f\u0131nda\u201d her bir bilginin idrakine harcanan zaman d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fck\u00e7e d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bug\u00fcn birka\u00e7 saniye i\u00e7inde bilgi ediniyor ve s\u0131radakine ge\u00e7iyoruz. D\u00fcnyadaki olaylarla ilgili bilgi alma zaman\u0131m\u0131z, kedi videolar\u0131na harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zamandan daha az. Taraf olmak i\u00e7in <em>\u201cDevam\u0131n\u0131 Oku\u201d<\/em> linkine t\u0131klamaya bile mecalimiz yok, 140 karakterde tarihi halla\u00e7 pamu\u011fu gibi atabilir, bir <em><strong>like<\/strong><\/em> ile toplumsal protestoya omuz verebilir, bir <em><strong>share<\/strong><\/em> ile na\u00e7izane kitlemize na\u00e7izane \u00f6nderlik yapabilir hale geldik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pop siyaset dilinin form\u00fclleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Evet, bunlar\u0131 biliyoruz. Asri zamanlarda yekpare zaman de\u011fersizle\u015firken, <em><strong>post anlar\u0131na<\/strong><\/em> par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f zaman\u0131n biricikle\u015fti\u011finin fark\u0131nday\u0131z. Yani s\u00f6ylemin <strong>da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m<\/strong>, <strong>t\u00fcketim<\/strong> ve <strong>yeniden \u00fcretim<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndaki dinamiklerin az \u00e7ok bilincindeyiz. Ama bilgi ve siyasetle olan g\u00fcndelik imtihan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir de \u00f6b\u00fcr taraf\u0131 var: <strong>T\u00fcketim mecras\u0131n\u0131n dinamiklerine g\u00f6re siyaset dili nas\u0131l kurgulan\u0131yor?<\/strong> Radyo ya da televizyon bask\u0131n kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde siyaset dili kendini nas\u0131l bu mecralara g\u00f6re yeniden ke\u015ffetmi\u015fse, \u015fu anda da kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda eskisinden farkl\u0131 bir siyaset dili var; hamaset, manip\u00fclasyon ya da propaganda gibi daha bildik tabirlere s\u0131\u011fm\u0131yor. Nihat Gen\u00e7\u2019ten \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 alarak bu yeni kurguya <strong>pop siyaset<\/strong> diyebiliriz. (Nihat Gen\u00e7, Cenaze mi, Bayram m\u0131?, http:\/\/goo.gl\/clkkqL)<\/p>\n<p>Pop siyaset dilinin in\u015fas\u0131ndaki temel dinamikleri g\u00f6rebilmek ayn\u0131 zamanda sa\u011f siyasetin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki s\u00f6ylemini de\u015fifre etmemizi sa\u011flayabilir. Ve elbette yeni bir <strong>sol siyaset dilinin<\/strong> m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmemizi sa\u011flayabilir. \u00d6ncesini ihmal etmemek kayd\u0131yla sa\u011f siyaset dilinin pop siyaset devrine ge\u00e7i\u015fine bir tarih koymak gerekirse Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131n\u0131 esas alabiliriz. \u0130ronik ve tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 bir milat gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 iki temel dinami\u011fin sa\u011f siyaset taraf\u0131ndan sol siyasetten daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve daha becerikli bir \u015fekilde entegre edildi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir. Barthes bu foto\u011fraf\u0131n alabildi\u011fini depolitize bir \u015fekilde Frans\u0131z emperyalizminin me\u015fruiyetini tesis etti\u011fini belirtir.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Neydi bu iki dinamik?<\/p>\n<p>1) Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan, duvarlarda, sosyal medyada, insanlar aras\u0131nda f\u0131rt\u0131na gibi esen <em><strong>mavra dili<\/strong><\/em>. Bu dilin \u00e7eki\u00e7 gibi k\u0131sa ve vurucu karakteri, pop siyaset dilinin <em><strong>teknik<\/strong><\/em> olarak \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ama organik karakterinden s\u0131y\u0131r\u0131p <em><strong>\u015fekilsel<\/strong><\/em> k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 unsurdur.<\/p>\n<p>2) Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131, o g\u00fcne dek apolitik diye yaftalanan gen\u00e7 kitleleri <em><strong>politikaya duyarl\u0131<\/strong><\/em> hale getirdi. Bu bildi\u011fimiz anlam\u0131yla bir <em><strong>politikle\u015fme<\/strong> <\/em><em>de\u011fil<\/em><em>,<\/em> <em>politikaya duyarl\u0131<\/em> hale gelme s\u00fcreciydi. Politikle\u015fmenin i\u00e7ermesi gereken politik bilin\u00e7 ve politik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc illa da gerektirmeyen, daha naif ve h\u00fcmanist duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n artmas\u0131 olarak yorumlanmal\u0131. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131yla birlikte politikaya duyarl\u0131 yeni, geni\u015f ve siyasi i\u00e7erikleri t\u00fcketmeye, onlar\u0131 yeniden \u00fcretmeye, tepki vermeye ve taraf olmaya haz\u0131r bir kitlenin \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit edebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131 sonras\u0131nda iyice t\u0131rmanan politik m\u00fccadele ve arka arkaya gelen se\u00e7imler sa\u011f siyaset dilini kendini yeniden kurgulamaya itti. Alt\u0131ndaki zeminin kayd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hisseden sa\u011f siyasetin kendini onarmas\u0131, tabir-i caizse kendini yeniden paketlemesi gerekiyordu. Paketin i\u00e7indekilerin ayn\u0131 kalmas\u0131nda zarar yoktu; paketin yenilenmesi, hedef kitlesinin ve t\u00fcketim \u015feklinin geni\u015flemesini sa\u011flamaya y\u00f6nelikti. <em><strong>\u0130leriye do\u011fru bir hamle<\/strong><\/em> havas\u0131 yaratmak yeterliydi. Aradan ge\u00e7en 2 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde kitle ileti\u015fim mecralar\u0131ndaki siyaset dilinin bu dinamiklere uygun olarak h\u0131zla d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve bunun \u00f6zelikle genel se\u00e7imlerdeki propaganda s\u00fcrecinde olgunla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz ama unutmayal\u0131m ki bu dil sadece bir se\u00e7im d\u00f6nemine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir propaganda dili de\u011fil, ondan \u00e7ok daha kal\u0131c\u0131 hegemonik bir siyaset dilinin uzant\u0131s\u0131\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pop siyaset dilinin \u00e7\u0131plak hali<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pop siyaset dilini de\u015fifre etmek i\u00e7in ard\u0131m\u0131zda geni\u015f bir literat\u00fcr var, sadece tek ba\u015f\u0131na Roland Barthes\u2019\u0131n <strong>mitler<\/strong> kavram\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131rken s\u0131ralad\u0131\u011f\u0131 7 mekanizman\u0131n h\u00e2l\u00e2 y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte oldu\u011fu kesin. Ama k\u00fclt\u00fcrel pop s\u00f6ylemleri de\u015fifre ederken kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu form\u00fclleri siyasi s\u00f6ylemleri analiz ederken kullanmaya pek e\u011filimli de\u011filiz. Bunun bir nedeni de T\u00fcrkiye \u00f6zelinde siyaset dilinin art\u0131k tamamen pop siyaset alan\u0131na ge\u00e7mesidir denebilir. Bug\u00fcn televizyonlara, k\u00f6\u015fe yaz\u0131lar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda siyasi vaatlerin nas\u0131l <em><strong>sat\u0131labilece\u011fi<\/strong><\/em> \u00fczerine b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tart\u0131\u015fma d\u00f6n\u00fcyor. Siyasi s\u00f6ylemin metala\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 nokta budur ve T\u00fcrkiye bunu a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 dozda ya\u015famaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Buradaki amac\u0131m, pop siyaset dilini eksiksiz ve kusursuz bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckle analiz etmek olamaz elbette? Alt katman <em><strong>stratejik<\/strong><\/em>, ideolojinin \u00fcretildi\u011fi alan iken, \u00fcst katman <em><strong>taktiksel<\/strong><\/em>, kitleyi avlayacak oltalardan olu\u015fuyor. Bu oltalar \u00e7o\u011funlukla tarih boyunca kullan\u0131lan demagoji ve propaganda tekniklerinden olu\u015fuyor ve de\u011fi\u015fik oltalar bu alana girip \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor. Hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 me\u015fgul eden tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n da genelde bu \u00fcst katmandaki unsurlar \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Oysa asli tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n, kal\u0131c\u0131 ve \u00f6ze y\u00f6nelik ideolojik form\u00fcllerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt katman \u00fczerinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi gerekmez mi? \u00dcst katmandaki her form\u00fcl kendi ba\u015f\u0131na ge\u00e7ici unsurlar iken, alt katmandakiler s\u0131k\u0131 ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 bir ili\u015fki i\u00e7inde. Bu durumda, pop siyaset dilinin manzaras\u0131n\u0131 yukar\u0131daki \u015fekilde g\u00f6rselle\u015ftirebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcst katman: \u0130deolojik oltalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle \u00fcst katmandaki form\u00fcllerden birka\u00e7\u0131na k\u0131saca de\u011finelim. Bunlar az bu\u00e7uk a\u015fina oldu\u011fumuz teknikler zaten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ya Ben \/ Ya Felaket<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>\u0130ki farkl\u0131 \u00f6nermeden birini se\u00e7me zorunda b\u0131rakan bu form\u00fcl, alternatifinin \u201cfelaket\u201d olaca\u011f\u0131 durumlarda tek \u00e7arenin \u201cbu taraf\u201d oldu\u011funu vurgular. Retorik, bu sonuca ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in kurgulan\u0131r. T\u0131pk\u0131 tarafl\u0131 anket sorular\u0131 gibi. Belli bir mant\u0131k dizgesinde ilerleyen sorular y\u00f6nelterek istedi\u011finiz her yan\u0131t\u0131 alman\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u201cBu \u00fclke par\u00e7alans\u0131n m\u0131 istiyorsun?\u201d sorusuna cevab\u0131n\u0131z \u201cHay\u0131r\u201d ise devam eden sorulara bu mant\u0131k dizgesinde yan\u0131t vererek, MHP, CHP, AKP ya da HDP\u2019nin \u201cb\u00f6l\u00fcnmeme \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne\u201d destek verir durumuna gelmeniz i\u015ften bile de\u011fil. Bu y\u00f6nlendirmenin k\u00f6r g\u00f6z\u00fcme \u00f6rneklerinden biri se\u00e7im \u00f6ncesi sosyal medyada dola\u015fan \u201c<strong>Karars\u0131z Kalma\u201d<\/strong> adl\u0131 bir test sitesiydi. (karars\u0131zkalma.com)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ya Ben \/ Ya Felaket<\/strong> form\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fcn en u\u00e7 noktas\u0131 t\u00fcm s\u00f6ylemi tek bir \u015feyin kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ya da taraftarl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kilitlemektir. Bu AKP\u2019nin bug\u00fcne kadar girdi\u011fi t\u00fcm se\u00e7imlerde kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 temel form\u00fcld\u00fcr: \u201cAskeri vesayet mi, ben mi?\u201d, \u201cParalel mi, ben mi?\u201d. Son se\u00e7imlerde, ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f bu form\u00fcl HDP taraf\u0131ndan da ba\u015far\u0131yla uyguland\u0131: \u201cBa\u015fkanl\u0131k m\u0131, ben mi?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Siyah\/Beyaz<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> Basit ve her zaman i\u015fleyen bir form\u00fcl olarak \u201ckar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n\u201d siyah olarak tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumda \u201cbu taraf\u0131n\u201d kendili\u011finden beyaz hale gelmesidir: \u201cTayyip mi, demokrasi mi?\u201d retorik bir sorudur, cevab\u0131, en az\u0131ndan <em>hard core<\/em> AKP se\u00e7menleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bellidir. S\u00f6ylemin kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 buradan a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda kendinizi otomatik olarak beyaz taraf\u0131nda tan\u0131mlar, siyaha kar\u015f\u0131 olan t\u00fcm kuvvetleri kendi beyaz bayra\u011f\u0131n\u0131z alt\u0131nda birle\u015ftirirsiniz. Size teslim olurlar. Teslimiyet de bildi\u011fimiz gibi bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. Bu kelime onun dilinde AKP d\u00f6neminin icraatlar\u0131na verilmi\u015f yald\u0131zl\u0131 bir isimdi. Ama AKP\u2019nin <em><strong>KOB\u0130<\/strong><\/em>\u2019leri (K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve Orta Boy \u0130deologlar olarak okuyunuz) taraf\u0131ndan hemen benimsendi ve farkl\u0131 n\u00fcanslarla herkesin ayr\u0131 bir restorasyon kavram\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131verdi. Alabildi\u011fine basit bir mekanizma \u00fczerinden \u00fcretilir ve <strong>tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n<\/strong> \u00fcretimine ko\u015fulan entelekt\u00fcel kadrolardan da \u00f6zel bir zeka p\u0131r\u0131lt\u0131s\u0131 ve liyakat beklenmez. Tek yapmalar\u0131 gereken do\u011fru d\u00fc\u011fmeleri \u00e7evirmek, bir \u015feyleri oradan al\u0131p buraya koymakt\u0131r. O y\u00fczden klasik anlamda b\u00fcy\u00fck teorisyenleri yoktur, <em>KOB\u0130<\/em>\u2019leri vard\u0131r. Vasatl\u0131k tercih sebebidir. RTE\u2019yi yaratan AKP ideolojisiydi, tersi de\u011fil. Bug\u00fcn RTE\u2019siz bir AKP ideolojisinin restorasyonundan s\u00f6z edenlerin, AKP\u2019yi iyi d\u00f6nemi\/k\u00f6t\u00fc d\u00f6nemi diye ay\u0131ranlar\u0131n a\u011fz\u0131na almad\u0131klar\u0131 ger\u00e7ek de budur. RTE tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir ideolojinin ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olarak h\u00e2l\u00e2 me\u015fruiyetini korumaktad\u0131r. Ba\u015f\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu her kuruma muhaliftir, 13 y\u0131ll\u0131k cazibesini buradan al\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u0131l\u0131c\u0131yla t\u00fcm siyasi sistemi bekleme odas\u0131na alma yetkisiyle ideolojik olarak ilk g\u00fcnden donanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. RTE ile ilgili sorun, y\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n yerine bir \u015fey kurmak istedi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemesidir. Ne kurmak istedi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemese de, kurma eyleminin imas\u0131 bile d\u0131\u015flanmas\u0131na yetmi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc <strong>tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131k<\/strong> kurma ile ilgilenmez, y\u0131kma iledir onun i\u015fi. Kurulan her \u015fey <strong>tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong> ideolojiyi tehdit etmektedir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc. O s\u00fcrekli, dilim dilim, par\u00e7a pin\u00e7ik, dirhem dirhem, geriye hi\u00e7bir \u015fey kalmay\u0131ncaya kadar t\u00fcm v\u00fccudu yemenin pe\u015findedir.<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011f ideolojinin kendini b\u00f6ylesine tarihten azad etmesi ve korumaya almas\u0131 nereden bakarsan\u0131z bak\u0131n \u015fanl\u0131 bir zaferdir. Tarihsel ba\u011flam\u0131n, rasyonel ve bilimsel olan\u0131n i\u00e7inde \u015fekillenmi\u015f sol ideoloji ile has\u0131m olmaktan kurtarm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r onu, k\u00fcresel \u00e7apta ayn\u0131 ideolojiyi fabrikasyon olarak \u00fcretebilir konuma gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kavrambozum<\/strong>: <strong>Tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131k<\/strong> i\u00e7in kavramlar tedav\u00fclden kalm\u0131\u015f bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fin, rasyonel olan\u0131n zincirlerinden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. Kavramsal bir tart\u0131\u015fma tuzaklarla doludur, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte s\u00f6ylenenlerin, fiillerin gelecekte bedelinin \u00f6denmesini gerektirir. O y\u00fczden siyasi kavramlar \u00e7ok basit bir y\u00f6ntemle bozulur, ba\u015f\u0131na bir <em><strong>s\u0131fat<\/strong><\/em> eklenir. S\u0131fat eklenen her kavram, tan\u0131mlanabilir bir kavram olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar, <strong>tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n<\/strong> yer\u00e7ekimsiz evreninde gezinmeye ba\u015flar. \u201c\u0130leri demokrasi\u201d 13 y\u0131l boyunca AKP\u2019nin siyasi diline b\u00f6yle egemen olmu\u015ftur. HDP\u2019nin \u201cradikal demokrasi\u201d tan\u0131m\u0131 da ayn\u0131 form\u00fcl\u00fc devam ettirir. Demokrasi vard\u0131r, bir de <strong>ileri<\/strong> olan\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u0130leri olan\u0131 epriyince <strong>radikal<\/strong> olan\u0131 onun yerini al\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde \u201cbask\u0131c\u0131 laiklik \/ \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc-ger\u00e7ek laiklik\u201d kavramlar\u0131 da laiklik kavram\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nce g\u00fcd\u00fckle\u015ftirmi\u015f, sonra tedav\u00fclden kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <em>CNN T\u00fcrk<\/em>\u2019te, ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u015firketlerinin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir programda, halk\u0131n \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en \u00f6nemli sorunlar\u0131\u201d sorusuna verdi\u011fi yan\u0131tlarda laiklik maddesinin son s\u0131raya d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f olmas\u0131, \u015eirin Payz\u0131n taraf\u0131ndan \u201cdemek laiklik sorunu halk nezdinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f\u201d olarak yorumlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u0130\u015fte <strong>kavrambozum<\/strong><strong>un<\/strong> sihiri buradad\u0131r. Ve istisnas\u0131z t\u00fcm partilerin laiklik konusunda AKP\u2019nin \u201cger\u00e7ek laiklik\u201d ya da HDP\u2019nin \u201c\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc laiklik\u201d ya da \u015eafak Pavey\u2019in \u201csek\u00fclarizm\u201d kavram\u0131nda uzla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n sonucudur, laiklik meselesinin son s\u0131raya inmesi. Android karakterlerden Leon\u2019a y\u00f6neltilen can al\u0131c\u0131 imge \u015fudur: \u201cK\u0131zg\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015f alt\u0131nda bir \u00e7\u00f6lde y\u00fcr\u00fcyorsun. Ters d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f bir kaplumba\u011faya rastl\u0131yorsun ve bir \u015fey yapm\u0131yorsun\u2026\u201d Leon, imgenin tasviri boyunca durumu rasyonel bir ba\u011flama oturtabilmek i\u00e7in kar\u015f\u0131 sorular sorar: \u201cNiye o \u00e7\u00f6ldeyim? T\u0131pk\u0131 <em>Blade Runner<\/em>\u2019da oldu\u011fu gibi bireylerden ve kitlelerden, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ba\u011flam\u0131ndan kopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir vicdani tepki \u00fcretmeleri beklenir. Bu yeri geldi\u011finde atlar\u0131n g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc k\u00f6t\u00fc muamele dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Adalar\u2019dan faytonlar\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 talebi, yeri geldi\u011finde ise Dersim katliam\u0131 olabilir. Burada sa\u011f ideolojiye hizmet eden kritik nokta her t\u00fcrl\u00fc sosyal, tarihi ve kavramsal ba\u011flam ile imgenin kendisi aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7izginin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve <strong>tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong> bir imgeye kar\u015f\u0131 empati geli\u015ftirip vicdani tepki vermemizin talep edilmesidir. Birinci \u00f6rnekte s\u0131k\u0131 bir hayvan haklar\u0131 kontrol\u00fcyle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilecek bir konu, atlar\u0131n \u015fehir hayat\u0131n\u0131n tamamen silinmesi gibi bir talebe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. \u0130kinci \u00f6rnek ise ayn\u0131 form\u00fcl taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilmekle birlikte daha \u00e7etrefildir, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da de\u011finece\u011fimiz <strong>Su\u00e7lu\/Ma\u011fdur<\/strong> form\u00fcl\u00fcyle daha s\u0131k\u0131 ili\u015fki i\u00e7indedir ve do\u011frudan tarihe kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7arp\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 yarat\u0131r. \u00c7arp\u0131kl\u0131k illa ele al\u0131nan olay\u0131n ger\u00e7ekli\u011finde de\u011fil, sadece <em><strong>bug\u00fcne<\/strong><\/em> dair vicdani de\u011ferleri ilahi k\u0131lan<em>, <\/em><strong>tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong> bir perspektifin in\u015fas\u0131nda yatar.<\/p>\n<p>Vicdan, ka\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 en kolay ve ideolojikle\u015ftirmeye en uygun form\u00fcllerden biri. Bireysel empatiyi tetikleyerek Change.org gibi mecralar ya da sosyal medya yay\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden toplumsal bir empati dalgas\u0131 yarat\u0131r. Ama bu kadarla kalsa anla\u015f\u0131labilir, <em><strong>h\u00fcmanist\/new age<\/strong> <\/em>bir s\u00f6ylem olarak kalabilirdi. Yaz\u0131n kediler i\u00e7in kap\u0131m\u0131za su b\u0131rakmam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini hat\u0131rlar, tarihin ac\u0131mas\u0131z \u00e7ark\u0131n\u0131n sonu gelmez kurbanlar\u0131n\u0131n ac\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcre\u011fimizde hissederdik; etmeliyiz de\u2026 Oysa burada kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan durumun boyutlar\u0131 \u00e7ok daha farkl\u0131d\u0131r, <strong>toplumsal bir su\u00e7luluk duygusunun<\/strong> kitleler \u00fczerinde egemen k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131yla ilgilidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Su\u00e7lu\/Ma\u011fdur<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>Bizden vicdani tepkinin istendi\u011fi siyasi ve tarihi durumlar daha \u00e7etrefilli demi\u015ftik, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc burada \u201cAdalardaki faytonlar\u0131n\u201d durumundan farkl\u0131 olarak siyasi bir tav\u0131r da talep edilir. Tam olarak tan\u0131mlanmam\u0131\u015f, bilin\u00e7li olarak yap\u0131s\u0131 olu\u015fturulmam\u0131\u015f bir <strong>\u00fctopya<\/strong>, <strong>tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n<\/strong> yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in uygun ve etkili bir form\u00fcld\u00fcr. Bunlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde ilk akla gelen \u201cYeni T\u00fcrkiye\u201ddir. Cannetti\u2019nin tarifiyle AKP\u2019nin kendi <em><strong>kapal\u0131 kitlesine<\/strong><\/em> sundu\u011fu \u00fctopyad\u0131r \u201cYeni T\u00fcrkiye\u201d. Bu \u00fctopyan\u0131n \u00f6zelli\u011fi belirsizli\u011fe endekslenmi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>HDP taraf\u0131nda ise partiye destek veren kalemlerin se\u00e7im boyunca sistematik bir \u015fekilde \u201cHDP baraj\u0131 ge\u00e7ti\u011finde\u2026\u201d ile ba\u015flayan \u201cAKP\u2019nin geriletilmesi\/nefes al\u0131nmas\u0131\/yeni bir ya\u015fam kurulmas\u0131\u201d gibi cennetin kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n aralanmas\u0131 tarz\u0131 pragmatik ve mesnetsiz <em><strong>hayaller<\/strong><\/em> an\u0131labilir. Ama HDP\u2019nin \u015fekillendirdi\u011fi ve sahiplendi\u011fi resmi \u00e7at\u0131 \u00fctopya \u201cBar\u0131\u015f\u201dt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcndemimizde bir de \u201cKanton\u201d \u00fctopyas\u0131 var ki, kendi ba\u015f\u0131na incelenmesi, tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken apayr\u0131 bir durum.<\/p>\n<p>CHP\u2019nin \u201cYa\u015fanacak Bir T\u00fcrkiye\u201d slogan\u0131n\u0131n ise \u00fctopik bir hedeften ziyade, ekonomik bir vaat i\u00e7erdi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir ancak. Bu CHP\u2019nin yeni konumlan\u0131\u015f\u0131yla ilgili bir durum, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla konu d\u0131\u015f\u0131, ama a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da de\u011finece\u011fiz!<\/p>\n<p>Hem \u201cYeni T\u00fcrkiye\u201d, hem de \u201cBar\u0131\u015f\u201d \u00fctopyalar\u0131 <strong>tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131k<\/strong> form\u00fcl\u00fcne uygun olarak u\u00e7ucu, g\u00fcndeme g\u00f6re esneyebilen, daralabilen karakterlere sahiptir. AKP\u2019nin \u201cYeni T\u00fcrkiyesi\u201dnin temel dinami\u011fi, <em>ancien regime<\/em>\u2019e kafa tutmaktan ibarettir ama kendi i\u00e7i \u201cOnlar Konu\u015fur Biz Yapar\u0131z\u201ddan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ermez. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla hedef kitlenin kendi arzu ve hayallerine g\u00f6re i\u00e7ini doldurabilece\u011fi, iktidar\u0131n da her t\u00fcr <em><strong>de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi<\/strong><\/em> \u201cYeni T\u00fcrkiye\u201dnin karakteri olarak i\u00e7ine t\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rabilece\u011fi bir c\u0131lkl\u0131ktan s\u00f6z ediyoruz. Yerli a\u015f\u0131 yapmaktan duble yol yapmaya kadar her \u015fey \u201cYeni T\u00fcrkiye\u201dnin par\u00e7as\u0131 olabilir ama alt metinde iletilen temel mesaj bu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin <em><strong>dinle\u015fme<\/strong><\/em> ko\u015fuluyla liberalizmin her t\u00fcr\u00fcne girebilme becerisine haiz oldu\u011fudur.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBar\u0131\u015f\u201d ise Dolmabah\u00e7e Mutabakat\u0131 ad\u0131 verilen 10 maddelik a\u00e7\u0131klamayla ta\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 <em><strong>n\u00f6tr<\/strong><\/em> bir de\u011fer olarak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze koyan mu\u011flakl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan sual olunmaz bir <strong>\u00fctopya<\/strong>d\u0131r. 10 maddelik a\u00e7\u0131klamaya bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman <em>\u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Evrensel Bildirgesini<\/em> tekrar okur gibi oluyoruz ve biraz demokratl\u0131ktan nasibini alm\u0131\u015f herkesin \u00fczerinde uzla\u015fabilece\u011fi (ah, \u015fu <em><strong>uzla\u015fma<\/strong><\/em> kelimesi) bu \u00e7er\u00e7evenin nas\u0131l olup da somut bir bar\u0131\u015fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilece\u011fi konusunda hi\u00e7bir ipucu vermiyor. \u00dctopyan\u0131n tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n da amac\u0131 bu zaten. <em><strong>Reddedilemeyecek<\/strong><\/em> bir \u00fctopya \u00fczerinden ileti\u015fim yapmak ve karma\u015f\u0131k toplumsal bam tellerini es ge\u00e7erek \u201cBar\u0131\u015f\u201d kelimesini d\u00fcn\u00fc ve yar\u0131n\u0131 olmayan ilahi bir <em><strong>bug\u00fcn<\/strong><\/em> hedefi olarak, bir <strong>\u00fctopya<\/strong> olarak konumlamak. Bu sayede gelebilecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ele\u015ftiri ve arg\u00fcman\u0131 \u201canalar a\u011flamaya devam m\u0131 etsin?\u201d, \u201cinsanlar m\u0131 \u00f6ls\u00fcn?\u201d, \u201cbar\u0131\u015f istemiyor musun?\u201d gibi retorik sorularla bertaraf etmek, \u00fctopyay\u0131 yal\u0131tmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oluyor. Bu form\u00fcl arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kitleler, kitlesel bir ele\u015ftiri \u00fcretemeyecek kadar irrasyonel ve bilimd\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir \u00fctopya ile \u00e7evreleniyor ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn somut ad\u0131mlar\u0131 <em><strong>kapal\u0131 kap\u0131lar ard\u0131nda<\/strong><\/em> tutulabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan pop siyaset dilindeki <strong>\u00fctopya<\/strong>lar\u0131n, <em><strong>realpolitik<\/strong><\/em>\u2019i k\u0131rmak i\u00e7in de\u011fil, <em>realpolitik<\/em>\u2019i ne pahas\u0131na olursa olsun ayakta tutmak, tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 tek ge\u00e7erli politik tasavvur k\u0131lmak amac\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia edebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pop siyaset ve de\u011fi\u015fim fantazmagoryas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pop siyaset dili, basit ama kendini t\u00fcm g\u00f6zlerden gizleyen yap\u0131s\u0131yla sa\u011f ideolojiyi biteviye yeniden in\u015fa ediyorsa, hegemonik m\u00fccadele i\u00e7in bu yap\u0131y\u0131 de\u015fifre etmek hayatidir. Ki ancak ondan sonra sol bir dille siyaset \u00e7ark\u0131na \u00e7omak sokmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. Oysa sa\u011f ideolojinin ve <em>KOB\u0130<\/em>\u2019lerinin afi\u015fe edilmesindense, kaypakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n samimiyet san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemden ge\u00e7iyoruz. Yukar\u0131da \u00f6zetlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm form\u00fclleri bug\u00fcne kadar <em>AKP ideolojisini<\/em> kurmak ve ya\u015fatmak i\u00e7in kullanan <em>KOB\u0130<\/em>\u2019lerin genel se\u00e7imler \u00f6ncesi saf de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi ve ayn\u0131 form\u00fclleri sol bir paketle tekrar dola\u015f\u0131ma sokmalar\u0131na kimsenin ses \u00e7\u0131karmamas\u0131 bu y\u00fczdendir herhalde.<\/p>\n<p>Yaz\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131n\u0131n, sa\u011f siyaset dilinin revizyonu i\u00e7in bir milat oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftik. Bir milatt\u0131r, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de siyasi ve toplumsal bir <em><strong>travman\u0131n<\/strong><\/em> ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. Onun i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u015fey s\u00f6ylendi ve muhtemelen \u00e7ok \u015fey de s\u00f6ylenmeye devam edecek, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc kaba kategorilerle anlamland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve tek yere m\u0131hlanmas\u0131 zor toplumsal bir isyandan s\u00f6z ediyoruz. Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131 <em><strong>modernist<\/strong><\/em> anlam\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ideolojinin do\u011fum zemininin olu\u015ftu\u011fu an olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmelidir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc <em><strong>ulusla\u015fma<\/strong><\/em> s\u00fcrecinin kritik merhalelerinden biridir. \u0130lk bak\u0131\u015fta b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6nerme olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de, 150 y\u0131ll\u0131k tarih i\u00e7inden yorumland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, 15-20 milyon <em><strong>bireyin<\/strong><\/em> bizzat soka\u011fa inip <em><strong>toplumsal devrim<\/strong><\/em> talebini d\u0131\u015fa vurdu\u011fu <em><strong>d\u00f6neme\u00e7tir<\/strong><\/em>. Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131n\u0131n dinamikleri ne Arap Bahar\u0131 ile ne de G\u00fcney Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n ekonomik krize ba\u015fkald\u0131r\u0131\u015f\u0131yla benze\u015fiyor. Kim ne tarafa \u00e7eki\u015ftirirse \u00e7eki\u015ftirsin, Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n orta-s\u0131n\u0131f temelli oldu\u011fu ve bu alemde <em><strong>Gemeinschaft<\/strong><\/em> (toplum) olmay\u0131 reddeden bireyleri <em><strong>Gesellschaft<\/strong><\/em> (cemaat) olarak birle\u015ftiren baz\u0131n laiklik oldu\u011fu ayan beyan ortadad\u0131r. Heyhat bu enerjiyi ta\u015f\u0131yacak siyasi irade yoktu ve h\u00e2l\u00e2 yok. Yine de Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131 v\u00fccutta <em><strong>\u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl olabilecek<\/strong><\/em> (illa de\u011fil) bir b\u0131\u00e7ak yaras\u0131 a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f ve <em>travma<\/em> s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. O g\u00fcnden bu yana AKP ideolojisi fa\u00e7ay\u0131 kurtarmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken yan\u0131nda <em><strong>toplumsal s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi<\/strong><\/em> de g\u00f6t\u00fcrmeye niyetlidir. Bug\u00fcn \u201cnizam\u201d\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc dahi yoktur bu y\u00fczden. Hegemonya \u00e7\u00f6km\u00fc\u015f, geriye lime lime olmu\u015f bir \u2018erk\u2019ler manzaras\u0131 kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Panik bundand\u0131r. Sa\u011f ideoloji kendisine y\u00f6neltilen bu b\u00fcy\u00fck tehdidi g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ve h\u0131zla revizyona gitmi\u015ftir. Buradaki ama\u00e7, \u00e7ok\u00e7a dile getirildi\u011fi gibi <em>ancien regime<\/em>\u2019in y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131nda de\u011fil, Hegel\u2019in me\u015fhur s\u00f6z\u00fcnde gizlidir: <em>\u201cBazen hi\u00e7bir \u015feyin de\u011fi\u015fmemesi i\u00e7in her \u015feyin de\u011fi\u015fmesi gerekir\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fim fantazmagoryas\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong><\/em> yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve hi\u00e7bir \u015feyin de\u011fi\u015fmemesi ad\u0131na \u201cHaziran Ruhu\u201dnun acilen terbiye edilmesi ve sistem i\u00e7inde eritilmesi gerekti\u011fi a\u015fikard\u0131r. Buradaki fantazmagorya kelimesinin Marx ve Benjamin hatt\u0131ndan geldi\u011fini vurgulamak laz\u0131m. Metan\u0131n \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecindeki karma\u015f\u0131k ili\u015fkilerin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu b\u00fcy\u00fcleyici ama aldat\u0131c\u0131 feti\u015fizm siyaset dilinin de asli bir unsuru olmu\u015f ve toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fim feti\u015fist bir meta olarak kurgulan\u0131p sat\u0131l\u0131r olmu\u015ftur. Haziran ruhunun \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7menin en iyi y\u00f6ntemi onunla yar\u0131\u015facak, onu ikame etmeye aday bir toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fim fantazmagoryas\u0131 yaratmakt\u0131r \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc. Genel se\u00e7imlerle birlikte parlamenter demokrasinin ve \u201csand\u0131k\u201d mitinin yald\u0131zlanarak tekrar \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze s\u00fcr\u00fclmesinin nedeni de budur. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fcze konan tek se\u00e7enek \u2018<em><strong>b\u00fcy\u00fck uzla\u015fma<\/strong><\/em>\u2019d\u0131r. Pop siyaset dili buna g\u00f6re kurgulanm\u0131\u015f ve <em>KOB\u0130<\/em>\u2019ler buna g\u00f6re resetlenmi\u015ftir. \u201cHDP\u2019nin baraj\u0131 ge\u00e7mesi\u201d, \u201cRTE\u2019nin ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi\u201d gibi <em><strong>nefes ald\u0131r\u0131c\u0131<\/strong><\/em> hedeflerle evlerimize geri \u00e7ekilmemiz \u00f6nerilmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece suni denge devam edebilecek, siyasi nema bug\u00fcne kadar oldu\u011fu gibi da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmaya devam edilecek, sistem kendi ayar\u0131n\u0131 kendi yapacakt\u0131r. Aslolan bug\u00fcnd\u00fcr. D\u00fcn yoktur. Yar\u0131n hi\u00e7bir zaman gelmeyecektir. Tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir kaps\u00fclde sistem ilelebet payidar kalacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00fczden, CHP ve HDP\u2019nin de se\u00e7im s\u00f6ylemlerini <strong>tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131k<\/strong> \u00fczerine kurmalar\u0131 ve aralar\u0131nda sessiz bir i\u015fb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc yapm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131 rastlant\u0131 de\u011fildir. Her iki partinin de kendilerini <em><strong>bug\u00fcn<\/strong><\/em> kurulmu\u015f sayd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, ge\u00e7mi\u015fin y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcstlerinden at\u0131verdiklerine \u015fahit olmad\u0131k m\u0131? CHP siyasetin siyaset aya\u011f\u0131ndan tamamen ricat etmi\u015f ve sisteme sadece <em><strong>teknokrasi<\/strong><\/em> hizmeti sunmay\u0131 vaat edecek \u015fekilde yeniden konumlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kemal Dervi\u015f \/ Selin Sayek B\u00f6ke ikilisi CHP\u2019nin yeni, teknokrat, so\u011fuk, sisteme g\u00fcven veren \u00e7ehresidir art\u0131k. HDP\u2019nin \u00e7ok profesyonel bir ileti\u015fimle bir avantaja \u00e7evirdi\u011fi \u015fey \u201cher \u015feyi s\u00f6yleyen parti\u201d olmas\u0131 de\u011fil miydi? A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 soldan (\u201cNATO\u2019dan \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d) a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 sa\u011fa kadar (Said-i Nursi anma geceleri, \u201cger\u00e7ek \u0130slam\u201d s\u00f6ylemleri) b\u00fct\u00fcn bir yelpazeye yay\u0131lan bir s\u00f6ylem temelde apolitiktir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc <strong>tarihd\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong>. Her nabza \u015ferbet verebilen HDP temelde S.D.\u2019nin karizmas\u0131na, saz\u0131na, aile foto\u011fraf\u0131na dayand\u0131. CHP sisteme <em>teknokrasiyi<\/em> sunarken, HDP de elman\u0131n di\u011fer yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, <em><strong>toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fim<\/strong><\/em><strong> <em>fantazmagoryas\u0131n\u0131<\/em><\/strong> sundu. E\u011fer ki k\u00fcresel sa\u011f Olimpos da\u011f\u0131nda oturmu\u015f T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in bir koalisyon hayal ediyorsa, <em>match made in heaven<\/em><em>,<\/em> CHP-HDP simbiosidir.<\/p>\n<p><em>KOB\u0130<\/em>\u2019ler bu se\u00e7im s\u00fcrecinde i\u015flerini o kadar ba\u015far\u0131yla ifa ettiler ki 13 y\u0131ld\u0131r AKP ideolojisi olarak bildi\u011fimiz t\u00fcm s\u00f6ylemler yeni paketlerle bu partiler i\u00e7in dola\u015f\u0131ma sokuldu. CHP \u00f6v\u00fcld\u00fc, HDP g\u00f6klere \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Bu ayar de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi o kadar ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131yd\u0131 ki bunca zaman k\u00fcf\u00fcr etti\u011fimiz <em>KOB\u0130<\/em>\u2019lerin yaz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 bay\u0131la bay\u0131la payla\u015f\u0131r hale geldik, toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fim fantazmagoryas\u0131n\u0131 sat\u0131n ald\u0131k.
