Ne Ders Olsa Veririz\u2019e yay\u0131n haberleri aras\u0131nda rastlad\u0131\u011f\u0131mda duydu\u011fum heyecan\u0131n, kitab\u0131n kapak foto\u011fraf\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmde tuhaf bir kedere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirterek ba\u015flamal\u0131y\u0131m. Kitap, vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerinde akademisyen olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sosyolog Asl\u0131 Vatansever ve psikolog Meral Gezici Yal\u00e7\u0131n\u2019\u0131n 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma. Yazarlar\u0131n \u201ceme\u011fin ve bilginin metala\u015fmas\u0131yla ili\u015fkilendirdikleri akademik eme\u011fin g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fi\u201d (s.9) konusu, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin akademik iklimindeki yozla\u015fman\u0131n sembol\u00fc olarak g\u00fcndeme gelen\u201d (s.20) \u201cs\u00f6zde\u201d vak\u0131f \u00fcniversiteleri \u00fczerinden ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f. Vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerinin \u201ckamusal ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn kesi\u015fme alan\u0131nda\u201d bulundu\u011fu sav\u0131yla yola \u00e7\u0131kan yazarlar, bu \u00fcniversiteleri, i\u015fleyi\u015fi, tan\u0131m\u0131 ve ak\u0131beti belirsiz bir i\u015fletme bi\u00e7iminin par\u00e7as\u0131\/\u00f6znesi (?) olarak tan\u0131mlamakta. Say\u0131s\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn artan vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerinin yazarlar\u0131n bahsetti\u011fi t\u00fcrde bir i\u015fletme bi\u00e7imi olarak nas\u0131l bir istihdam yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve aslen bu istihdam\u0131n niteli\u011fini ortaya koyan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma olmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan Ne Ders Olsa Veririz \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7aba olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n yol haritas\u0131n\u0131 temelde prekarya ve prekarizasyon tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve bu kavramlar ba\u011flam\u0131nda akademik eme\u011fin g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftirilmesi ve vas\u0131fs\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 iddias\u0131 belirliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Metin vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerinde akademisyenlik yapm\u0131\u015f\/yapan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmecilerin s\u00f6zleriyle \u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f. Ba\u015fl\u0131klarda kullan\u0131lan dilin metinsel b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc destekledi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu ba\u011flamda b\u00f6l\u00fcm ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n vuruculu\u011fu (\u00f6rne\u011fin; \u201cAkademik Mitler ve Kan\u0131ksanm\u0131\u015f S\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc\u201d) meselenin h\u0131zla toplumsalla\u015fabilmesi anlam\u0131nda, kitab\u0131n akademik \u00e7evre d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan da okuyucu edine(bile)ce\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor; bunu, vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitesinde g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir akademisyen aday\u0131 olarak \u00f6nemli buluyorum. Toplumsalla\u015fma meselesi ba\u011flam\u0131nda Ne Ders Olsa Veririz i\u00e7in bir g\u00fcncellik parantezi a\u00e7mak isabetli olacakt\u0131r. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l yap\u0131lan veri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fin \u00fcniversitede yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 anomaliyi \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc olarak g\u00f6rme imk\u00e2n\u0131 yarat\u0131yor. Di\u011fer taraftan, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 vak\u0131f \u00fcniversiteleri \u00f6zelinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f olsalar da, Asl\u0131 Vatansever ve Meral Gezici Yal\u00e7\u0131n\u2019\u0131n kuramsal \u00e7er\u00e7eveyi tarihsel bir perspektifle vererek konuyu devlet\/kamu \u00fcniversiteleri nezdinde de ele ald\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Akademik eme\u011fin g\u00fcvencesizle\u015f(tiril)mesi konusu, her iki \u00fcniversite yap\u0131s\u0131 ya da i\u015fletme bi\u00e7imi i\u00e7in ortak bir sorun olarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye devam ediyor. Bu t\u00fcrden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da sorunu da yok edecek \u00e7abalar olarak g\u00f6rmek m\u00fchim.<\/p>\n<p>Ne Ders Olsa Veririz g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fin akademik bilgi \u00fcretimi \u00fczerinde b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hasar\u0131 ele alan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma de\u011fil. Tabii ki bunu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir eksiklik olarak de\u011ferlendirmek yanl\u0131\u015f olur. Akademinin durumunu eme\u011fin g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftirilmesi \u00fczerinden tart\u0131\u015fmak muhakkak ki verimli, fakat akademik bilgi \u00fcretimine etkileri de her defas\u0131nda bu tart\u0131\u015fmalara dahil edilmeli. G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme al\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131nda yer yer akademik bilgi \u00fcretiminin niteli\u011fine ili\u015fkin yorumlara rastlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. \u201cAkademik hayattaki yard\u0131mc\u0131 do\u00e7entlik, do\u00e7entlik, profes\u00f6rl\u00fck gibi a\u015famalar sanki bilimsel yeterlili\u011fin birer yan getirisi gibi de\u011fil de, etik olmayan bu ortamda ki\u015fisel g\u00fcvenceyi sa\u011flaman\u0131n birer arac\u0131 gibi alg\u0131lanmaktad\u0131r.\u201d (s.194) \u201cAkademisyenlerin \u00f6rg\u00fcts\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda ge\u00e7en bu c\u00fcmle, yukar\u0131da bahsetmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m meseleyi de i\u00e7eriyor. Bilimsel yeterlili\u011fin T\u00fcrkiye akademilerine \u201c\u00f6zg\u00fc\u201d \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctleri olu\u015fmu\u015f gibidir ve bu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc \u00f6zellikle sosyal bilimler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan pek parlak de\u011fil. Akademik bilgi \u00fcretiminin daha \u00e7ok nicel olarak \u00f6nemsenmesinin ard\u0131nda, sadece akademik eme\u011fin g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftirilmesi mi yat\u0131yor? Ne Ders Olsa Veririz, bu ve bunun gibi akademi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hi\u00e7 de yeni olmayan ve fakat \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenememi\u015f\/g\u00fcndemle\u015fememi\u015f sorunlar\u0131 akla getirmesi ba\u011flam\u0131nda k\u0131ymetli bir \u00e7aba olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda duruyor. Ayr\u0131ca, kitab\u0131n metodolojik olarak da farkl\u0131 konularda kullan\u0131labilecek g\u00fcncel bir \u00f6rnek olu\u015fturdu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyelim. M\u00fclakat tekni\u011fi ve s\u00f6ylem analizi akademik bilgi \u00fcretimindeki sorunlar\u0131n if\u015fa edilmesi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilir mi ve kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak eserlerin konuya katk\u0131lar\u0131 nas\u0131l olur t\u00fcr\u00fcnden sorular, kitab\u0131 incelerken zihnimin bir k\u00f6\u015fesinde yer etti. Belki kitap bilimsel \u00fcretimdeki yozla\u015fman\u0131n hem nitel hem nicel if\u015fas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7in de bir \u00f6rnek olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n<p>Ne Ders Olsa Veririz akademilerin yeniden in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funa ili\u015fkin s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya tutunmak istedi\u011fimiz umuda katk\u0131s\u0131 yads\u0131namayacak bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma. Yeniden in\u015fa i\u00e7in gerekli olan \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc m\u00fccadele idealini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek, akademinin g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftirilen unsurlar\u0131 olarak bize d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor.
