AKP\u2019liler geldiler ve o devleti \u00f6l\u00fc ge\u00e7irdiler. Bunda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yerel \u00fcretime dayal\u0131 bir ekonomi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p, finans kapitalin kontrol\u00fcne ge\u00e7mi\u015f ve uluslararas\u0131 kapitalizm ile \u201cb\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmi\u015f\u201d bir yap\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesinin pay\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck. Bu \u015fartlarda y\u00f6netmek ve d\u00fczeni muhafaza etmek i\u00e7in din \u015fartt\u0131r. Dincileri neoliberal piyasac\u0131lara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme yine bir devlet projesiydi. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cCumhuriyet tarihinin en radikal ekonomik hamlesi\u2026\u201d 24 Ocak kararlar\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle s\u00f6yleniyordu. Vah\u015fi kapitalizm ya da ekonomik liberalizm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00fczerine geliyordu ve istikrar paketini haz\u0131rlama g\u00f6revi bir dindar teknokrata, Turgut \u00d6zal\u2019a verilmi\u015fti. Devlet\u00e7i politikalardan vazge\u00e7ilecekti, T\u00fcrkiye art\u0131k ithali ikame etmeyecek, d\u0131\u015fa a\u00e7\u0131lacak, kapitalist d\u00fcnyaya entegre olacakt\u0131. Haliyle do\u011facak vah\u015feti ve direni\u015fi din ile engellemek, katlan\u0131labilir k\u0131lmak \u015fartt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bunu zorlamak ve zorla kabul ettirmek gerekiyordu. 24 Ocak kararlar\u0131 ancak 12 Eyl\u00fcl darbesi ile hazmedilebilirdi. Darbe bunu yapt\u0131; bunun yan\u0131nda kapitalist d\u00fcnya pazar\u0131na entegrasyonun siyasi ideolojik altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 da haz\u0131rlamaya giri\u015fti. Bunun en \u00f6nemli ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri \u201ctoplumun \u0130slamizasyonu\u201dydu. Kenan Evren\u2019in ayetlerle desteklenmi\u015f konu\u015fmalar\u0131 bu \u0130slamizasyon politikas\u0131n\u0131n ilk habercisiydi. Turgut \u00d6zal\u2019l\u0131 ANAP d\u00f6nemi b\u00fct\u00fcn tarikatlar\u0131 iktidara ta\u015f\u0131yarak T\u00fcrkiye y\u00f6netici s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni bir \u201ckoalisyon\u201d d\u00f6nemini de a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f oldu. (1) Eyl\u00fcl darbesinin ate\u015fi hen\u00fcz s\u00f6nmemi\u015fti. Birikim Yay\u0131nlar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n deste\u011finde ve Murat Belge\u2019nin \u00f6nderli\u011finde yay\u0131n hayat\u0131na ba\u015flayan dergi, d\u00f6nemin ruhuna uygun \u201csol liberal\u201d bir \u00e7izgi izliyordu. Dergi bu tutumunu bir s\u00fcre sonra din konusunda da temellendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015facakt\u0131. Taha Parla\u2019n\u0131n yaz\u0131s\u0131 gelmekte olan depremin bir t\u00fcr erken habercisiydi. Parla, makalesinde 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019le birlikte din devlet ili\u015fkisi konusunda 60 y\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcrmekte olan bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ve siyasi m\u00fccadelenin taraflar\u0131n\u0131n ve bunlar\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7 konumlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini haber veriyordu. Darbeci generaller 1980 ila 1986 aras\u0131nda klasik Kemalist laiklik ilkesini terk etmi\u015fti ve dini, devletin g\u00f6zetiminde tekrar kamu ya\u015fam\u0131na hatta siyasi ya\u015fam\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7ine alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Devlet taraf\u0131ndan tarif edilmi\u015f belli bir din toplumda zaaf noktas\u0131ndan kuvvet noktas\u0131na ge\u00e7mi\u015fti. Laikli\u011fin \u00fczerinde durdu\u011fu \u201cbat\u0131c\u0131 milliyet\u00e7ilik\u201d terk edilmi\u015f, yerine \u201cT\u00fcrk-\u0130slam Sentezi\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda dinci bir milliyet\u00e7ilik y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteydi. Bu sentezde din, bir ahlak sistemi ve toplumsal kurum olmaktan \u00e7ok, b\u00fcrokratik-otoriter devletin elindeki toplumsal denetim ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmekteydi. Ama\u00e7 se\u00e7ilmemi\u015f ya da g\u00fcd\u00fcml\u00fc y\u00f6netimlere kitlesel pop\u00fclarite sa\u011flamakt\u0131. Din az\u0131nl\u0131kla \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu y\u00f6netmenin bir arac\u0131 olarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteydi. Bu dinin Ortodoks devlet\u00e7i t\u00fcr\u00fcyd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Yani 24 Ocak kararlar\u0131n\u0131n gizli maddeleri aras\u0131nda, dinsel dozu art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir y\u00f6netim ve \u0130slamize edilmi\u015f bir halk yaratmak vard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc iktidar yap\u0131s\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7ok tan\u0131d\u0131k gelen bu tan\u0131mlamalar, yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihte \u00e7ok uzak g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyordu. Ger\u00e7i Kenan Evren\u2019in <em>Kuran<\/em>\u2019dan ayetler okuyarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmalar yepyeni bir durumdu, ancak dinci milliyet\u00e7ilik daha yolun ba\u015f\u0131ndayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun somut kan\u0131tlar\u0131ndan biri, yeni Anayasa\u2019da dinin bir ferdi vicdan meselesi oldu\u011funu \u201cunutarak\u201d Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na toplumun b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesini sa\u011flamak g\u00f6revinin verilmesiydi. \u201cT\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn tarihi ve manevi de\u011ferleri\u201d zorunlu din ve ahlak derslerini de gerekli k\u0131l\u0131yordu haliyle. Laik devletin anayasas\u0131 \u201cmanevi de\u011fer\u201d k\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda dini kutsuyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Art\u0131k \u201cAtat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc bir dinci milliyet\u00e7ilik\u201d y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteydi. Bu Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck anti Kemalist bir yeni Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fckt\u00fc. Atat\u00fcrk burada T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam Sentezine g\u00f6re yeniden tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Kurucu \u00f6nder imamdan hallice bir politikac\u0131 olarak anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yordu. Bu durumda laiklik de art\u0131k din-devlet i\u015flerinin ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 olarak anla\u015f\u0131lmayacakt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>12 Eyl\u00fcl darbesi dini bir kez daha toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n merkezine koymaya haz\u0131rlan\u0131yordu. Bu bir anlamda Cumhuriyet\u2019in \u00f6l\u00fcm haliydi. Laik devlet \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc ve \u00f6l\u00fc devleti elinde tutanlar cenazeyi kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in bir imam aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na girmi\u015fti. Necmettin Erbakan laik devletin imam\u0131yd\u0131, yeni duruma uyum sa\u011flayamayaca\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00e7abuk anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan i\u00e7in h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fckseli\u015f \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc b\u00f6yle ba\u015flatabiliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak darbeci generaller daha yolun ba\u015f\u0131ndayd\u0131; 12 Eyl\u00fcl darbesinin solu bast\u0131rarak T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc MHP ile \u0130slamc\u0131 RP i\u00e7in yolu a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. Burada \u201cmilliyet\u00e7i dincili\u011fin\u201d mi yoksa \u201cdinci milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fin\u201d mi galebe \u00e7alaca\u011f\u0131na halk karar verecekti. \u0130\u015fte buna se\u00e7im diyoruz, b\u00f6ylece uluslararas\u0131 kapitalizme entegre olmu\u015f bir d\u00fczende demokrasinin \u00f6z\u00fcne ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f oluyoruz. Y\u00f6netmek i\u00e7in, din ve piyasan\u0131n da\u011f\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplum i\u00e7in muhafazak\u00e2rl\u0131k \u015fartt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yurti\u00e7inde Diyanet\u2019in, yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ondan t\u00fcreyen Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam Birlikleri, k\u0131sas\u0131 D\u0130T\u0130B\u2019in en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u0130slamc\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fct haline gelmesinin arka plan\u0131 i\u015fte b\u00f6yle. Yani Diyanet\u2019in \u201cdevlet taraf\u0131ndan tarif edilmi\u015f yeni dini\u201dnin olu\u015fumunu ve yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 anlamak i\u00e7in 24 Ocak ve 12 Eyl\u00fcl tarihlerine ba\u015fvurmak \u015fartt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Toplumla \u0130li\u015fkiler Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, k\u0131sas\u0131 ile T\u0130B Genelkurmay Genel Sekreterli\u011fi b\u00fcnyesinde kuruldu. Kurulu\u015funun 1983 gibi erken bir tarihe rastlamas\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131k rastlant\u0131 sayamay\u0131z. Gizli bir y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe dayand\u0131r\u0131lan bu olu\u015fumun g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr amac\u0131 toplumu Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck konusunda e\u011fitmekti. Devlet bu i\u015fi bir \u201cpsikolojik harp\u201d faaliyeti say\u0131yordu ve savu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in <em>Kuran<\/em> bast\u0131r\u0131p da\u011f\u0131t\u0131yordu. Demek ki d\u00fc\u015fmana kur\u015fun yerine <em>Kuran<\/em> s\u0131k\u0131lan yeni bir t\u00fcr harp s\u00f6z konusuydu.<\/p>\n<p>Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri T\u00fcrk \u0130slam Birlikleri, k\u0131sas\u0131yla D\u0130T\u0130B, \u201cdini, sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve sportif faaliyetleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek ve Almanya genelindeki kendisine ba\u011fl\u0131 derneklerin bu t\u00fcr faaliyetlerini koordine etmek amac\u0131yla\u201d 1984 y\u0131l\u0131nda kuruldu. Kurulu\u015f tarihi Genelkurmay T\u0130B\u2019inin bir y\u0131l sonras\u0131na gelen bu Diyanet T\u0130B\u2019i, k\u0131sa zamanda bin civar\u0131nda derne\u011fin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla Avrupa\u2019daki en b\u00fcy\u00fck tarikat haline gelecekti. Almanya\u2019da g\u00f6rev yapan gazeteci G\u00fcllapo\u011flu\u2019nun \u201cTanks\u0131z Topsuz Harek\u00e2t\u201d adl\u0131 kitab\u0131na g\u00f6re Genelkurmay\u2019\u0131n T\u0130B\u2019i ile Diyanet\u2019in D\u0130T\u0130B\u2019i aras\u0131nda organik bir ili\u015fki var. T\u0130B\u2019i kuranlar\u0131n ona verdi\u011fi ilk g\u00f6rev, yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrkleri camiler etraf\u0131nda ve tek \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplamakt\u0131. Laik devletin tek \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 art\u0131k camiydi. T\u0130B\u2019de g\u00f6revli subaylar \u00fclk\u00fcc\u00fc Diyanet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tayyar Alt\u0131kula\u00e7\u2019\u0131 da alarak Avrupa\u2019ya sefere \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bulabildikleri ka\u00e7ak \u00fclk\u00fcc\u00fclerle Diyanet\u2019e ba\u011fl\u0131 bir dernek olu\u015fturdular ve Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam Birli\u011fi dediler. Neden \u201cDiyanet \u0130\u015fleri Toplumla \u0130li\u015fkiler Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d demediler, bilemiyoruz. Bildi\u011fimiz \u015fu; 12 Eyl\u00fcl cuntas\u0131n\u0131n \u201ctoplumla ili\u015fki\u201dden anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131, toplumu T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam Sentezi ilkesi uyar\u0131nca yeniden organize etmekti. T\u0130B\u2019de g\u00f6rev yapan subaylar \u201cy\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 ve b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fc\u201d hareketlerin yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemek i\u00e7in cami cami dola\u015f\u0131p cemaati camiler etraf\u0131nda toparlanmaya, y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 ve b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fclere kar\u015f\u0131 birlik olmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131lar. Devlet tarikatlar\u0131n kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131rmaya i\u015fte b\u00f6yle ba\u015flad\u0131. Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n \u201cyeni T\u00fcrkiye\u201dsine giden yolu d\u00fczleyen bu g\u00f6revlileri art\u0131k minnetle an\u0131yoruz. Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn y\u0131k\u0131lacak heykellerinin yerine onlar\u0131n heykelleri dikilse azd\u0131r. (2)<\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyetin \u00e7ubu\u011funun dinden yana b\u00fck\u00fclmesiyle geli\u015fmek i\u00e7in uygun bir siyasi ortam bulan tarikatlar da h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc. Fethullahc\u0131lar, askerlerin bu yeni politikas\u0131ndan en \u00e7ok yararlanan tarikatlardan biriydi. Nak\u015fibendi tarikat\u0131 Meclis\u2019te b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fc\u00e7 haline gelmi\u015fti. K\u0131sa d\u00f6nemde o kadar ilerleme sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ki, d\u00f6nemin iktidar partisi ANAP bir \u201ckutsal g\u00fc\u00e7ler koalisyonu\u201dna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. M\u0130T-\u00d6HD-MGK eliyle s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z bir \u0130slamizayon y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteydi. Bu \u00fc\u00e7 kurulu\u015f ayn\u0131 zamanda TSK\u2019n\u0131n y\u00f6netici kayna\u011f\u0131yd\u0131; \u0130slamizasyonda g\u00f6rev alan \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor, h\u0131zla y\u00fckseliyordu. MGK, M\u0130T ya da \u00d6HD\u2019inden yolu ge\u00e7memi\u015f bir askerin general olma \u015fans\u0131 yoktu.<\/p>\n<p>D\u0130T\u0130P bilgimize g\u00f6re, halen Avrupa\u2019daki en b\u00fcy\u00fck ve en yayg\u0131n dini \u00f6rg\u00fct. Temellerinde T\u0130B\u2019in, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Genelkurmay\u2019\u0131n harc\u0131 var.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bat\u0131 \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 sever<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il\u0131ml\u0131 \u0130slam ya da T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam Sentezi ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta daha \u00e7ok bir Amerikan projesiydi. Kom\u00fcnizme kar\u015f\u0131 geni\u015f kitleleri din ile tutmak ve kontrol etmek istiyorlard\u0131. Antiemperyalist e\u011filimler ta\u015f\u0131mayan, piyasac\u0131 ve Bat\u0131c\u0131 \u0130slam yaratma projelerine \u201c\u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 \u0130slam\u201d dediler. (3)<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa i\u00e7in durum biraz daha karma\u015f\u0131kt\u0131. \u0130slam co\u011frafyas\u0131ndan geni\u015f g\u00f6\u00e7 alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n bu g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131lar\u0131na entegre edebilmi\u015flerdi. Bunun sonucu olarak Avrupa bir yandan h\u0131zla bir \u201ck\u00fclt\u00fcrel M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131k\u201d \u00fcretirken, bir yandan da cihat\u00e7\u0131 imal ediyordu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slamc\u0131lar ise \u0130slami d\u00fczeni laik demokrasilerin yerine koymak istiyorlard\u0131. Bunun i\u00e7in \u015feriat, \u00fcmmet ve tak\u0131yyeden ba\u015fka silahlar\u0131 da yoktu. Geni\u015f M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kitlelerin derin bir cehalet ve yoksulluk i\u00e7inde olmalar\u0131 da tek \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131yd\u0131. Onlara n\u00fcfuz etmek i\u00e7in sert, ac\u0131mas\u0131z ve kanl\u0131 eylemlere ba\u015fvurdular. B\u00f6ylece ideolojik olarak da ayakta kalmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131lar. Biat edenlerin efendilerinden ba\u015fka kimseye ve hi\u00e7bir \u00fclkeye sadakati geli\u015fmiyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u0130slam anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ideolojik \u00f6nderleri Vehhabilerdi. Vehhabiler 18. y\u00fczy\u0131l \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olmalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n alt\u0131n \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na d\u00f6nme niyetindeydiler. \u0130ddialar\u0131na g\u00f6re, onlar ilk M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n takip\u00e7ileriydi. Bu ideolojik motivasyon sert bir dogmatik din anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na dayand\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. O kadar \u00f6yle ki, Vehhabili\u011fin en sayg\u0131n \u00e2limlerinden \u015eeyh bin Baz, Bat\u0131\u2019n\u0131n D\u00fcnya\u2019y\u0131 yuvarlak kabul etmesinin cehaletten kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f, 1985\u2019te bir Suudi astronot Discovery uzay meki\u011finde u\u00e7tu\u011fu zaman, bu iddias\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7meye yana\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bunun yan\u0131nda ilk M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n paganizm fobisini de aynen s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekteydiler. Eski kutsal emanet ve mabetleri yak\u0131p y\u0131kmakla g\u00fcndeme gelmelerinin arkas\u0131nda bu motivasyon vard\u0131. Nitekim Muhammed\u2019in evi diye bilinen bir kal\u0131nt\u0131y\u0131 da ayn\u0131 nedenle y\u0131kt\u0131rm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Yak\u0131n zamanda Irak i\u00e7lerine ilerleyen I\u015e\u0130D de K\u00e2be\u2019yi ele ge\u00e7irip, \u0130brahim\u2019in evini y\u0131kmakla tehdit etti. B\u00f6yle bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Suudilerin K\u00e2be manzaral\u0131 g\u00f6kdelen merak\u0131n\u0131 anlamland\u0131rmak \u00e7ok kolay de\u011fil tabii.<\/p>\n<p>Bat\u0131 ise bir yandan \u015fiddet yanl\u0131s\u0131 \u0130slamc\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 \u0130slamc\u0131 ortaklar ar\u0131yor, bu arada \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 ideolojisinin yarataca\u011f\u0131 risklerden bihaber g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyordu. Ancak M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019da da g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc ki, \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 olmalar\u0131 g\u00f6zlerini k\u0131rpmadan b\u00fcy\u00fck kalabal\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcme g\u00f6ndermeyecekleri anlam\u0131na gelmiyordu. Dogmatizmde Selefiler\u2019den geri kal\u0131r yanlar\u0131 yoktu.<\/p>\n<p>Buna kar\u015f\u0131n, Seyyid Kutup\u2019un \u00f6\u011frencileri uzun bir s\u00fcredir Bat\u0131 i\u00e7in bir \u0130slami model olmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.\u00a0 Il\u0131ml\u0131 \u0130slam i\u00e7in ise Bat\u0131, 1970\u2019lerden itibaren kendi \u00fclkelerinin despot rejimlerine kar\u015f\u0131 bir s\u0131\u011f\u0131nak g\u00f6revi g\u00f6r\u00fcyordu. B\u00f6ylece b\u00fcy\u00fcmek i\u00e7in uygun bir zemin de bulmu\u015f oldular; Avro-\u0130slam i\u015fte b\u00f6yle do\u011fdu.<\/p>\n<p>Avro-\u0130slam\u2019\u0131n en \u00f6nemli temsilcilerinden Milli G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve Almanya \u0130slam Cemiyeti M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Alman devleti i\u00e7in yeniden tan\u0131mlad\u0131, hazmedilebilir bir hale getirdi. B\u00f6ylece hem T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de, hem de Avrupa\u2019da \u0130slam dinini bir disiplin ve y\u00f6netim arac\u0131 olarak kullanma projesi amac\u0131na ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyordu. Denklemi de\u011fi\u015ftiren \u015fey ise \u0130hvan\u2019\u0131n \u0130slam co\u011frafyas\u0131ndaki laik devletleri ele ge\u00e7irmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131 oldu. \u0130ktidar bir anlamda onlar\u0131n ger\u00e7ek niyetlerini de a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Vehhabiler gibi, onlar da 7. y\u00fczy\u0131la d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f e\u011filimi ta\u015f\u0131maktayd\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin AKP ile ula\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 menzile baz\u0131lar\u0131 daha erken ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Pakistan\u2019da \u0130slamla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan ceza kanunlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re dini ve peygamberi korumak \u00fczerine yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyordu. B\u00f6ylece \u0130slam giderek daha fazla \u201csaplant\u0131l\u0131 bir inan\u00e7\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcne b\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Fransa\u2019da Charlie Hedbo bask\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan g\u00f6sterilen \u201c\u0130slami\u201d tepkiler de bunun kan\u0131t\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde Bat\u0131\u2019dan beslenmesine kar\u015f\u0131n Milli G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, anti Bat\u0131c\u0131 ve antikapitalist e\u011filimler ta\u015f\u0131yordu. Yeniden tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f devletl\u00fc dine f\u0131tratlar\u0131 uygun de\u011fildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130mdada 28 \u015eubat kararlar\u0131 yeti\u015fti. AKP b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle bir 28 \u015eubat \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. 1997 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir k\u0131r\u0131lma noktas\u0131na gelmi\u015f \u0130slami hareket bak\u0131m\u0131ndan, 28 \u015eubat s\u00fcreci bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yolu oldu.\u00a0 D\u00fczen a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 AKP\u2019den yana koyarak Erbakan\u2019\u0131 ve partisini engelledi. Erbakan\u2019\u0131n 1994 yerel se\u00e7imleriyle ba\u015flayan y\u00fckseli\u015fi iktidar olmaya yetmiyordu. Yenilik\u00e7i hareket 28 \u015eubat\u2019\u0131n deste\u011fiyle i\u015fte bu dokunu\u015fu yapt\u0131; Erbakan\u2019\u0131n \u00f6\u011frencileri o \u015fubat g\u00fcn\u00fcnde Bat\u0131c\u0131 ve AB\u2019ci oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka a\u00e7\u0131dan bakarak \u015funu da s\u00f6yleyebiliriz: Susurluk olay\u0131 devletin \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. AKP\u2019liler geldiler ve o devleti \u00f6l\u00fc ge\u00e7irdiler.<\/p>\n<p>Bunda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yerel \u00fcretime dayal\u0131 bir ekonomi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p, finans kapitalin kontrol\u00fcne ge\u00e7mi\u015f ve uluslararas\u0131 kapitalizm ile \u201cb\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmi\u015f\u201d bir yap\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesinin pay\u0131 elbette b\u00fcy\u00fck. T\u00fcrkiye art\u0131k \u00fcreterek de\u011fil, paray\u0131 \u00e7evirerek kazananlar\u0131n \u00fclkesidir ve bu \u015fartlarda y\u00f6netmek ve d\u00fczeni muhafaza etmek i\u00e7in din \u015fartt\u0131r. Ancak dincileri neoliberal piyasac\u0131lara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme yine bir devlet projesiydi. B\u00f6ylece \u201cmillet, milli, selamet, fazilet ve saadet\u201d \u00e7izgisi, \u201cak\u201da d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, Erbakan\u2019\u0131n yerini Erdo\u011fan alm\u0131\u015f, kalk\u0131nmac\u0131 bir dinsel e\u011filimden faizci bir \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k t\u00fcretilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>1997 devlet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da bir k\u0131r\u0131lma noktas\u0131yd\u0131. 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcn ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 dinci e\u011filimler art\u0131k mant\u0131ki sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
