Bu genelle\u015ftirmeyi, mizah \u00f6rne\u011fi tekille\u015ftirip \u201cBir \u00d6zal kolay yeti\u015fmiyor\u201d, \u201cBir RTE kolay yeti\u015fmiyor\u201d, \u201cBir Necdet Pa\u015fa kolay yeti\u015fmiyor\u201da kolayca evirebildi\u011fini de g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. Peki bu s\u00f6ylem, neden, \u00f6rne\u011fin, hastane acil servisinde \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen bir doktorun ard\u0131ndan, \u00f6\u011fretmen cinayetinin ard\u0131ndan, bir sanat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, hatta bir milletvekilinin diyelim ki Meclis\u2019te kalp krizi ge\u00e7irip \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fczerinden kurgulanmaz? \u00d6yle g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor ki bu soru, \u00fcst stat\u00fc sosyolojisi veya e\u011fitimin maliyeti s\u00fcre\u00e7leriyle a\u00e7\u0131klamaktan daha \u00f6te bir anlam ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tap\u0131nma-kutsama k\u00fclt\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mesele, T\u00fcrk toplumsal arketipi diyebilece\u011fimiz <strong>kutsama k\u00fclt\u00fc<\/strong>yle ili\u015fkili olabilir mi? Ya da birey-devlet ikileminin i\u00e7ine s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131p kalan yurtta\u015f olamama ruhsall\u0131\u011f\u0131yla\u2026 Yukar\u0131daki olumlama-kutsama \u00e7abas\u0131 \u00fczerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeme yol a\u00e7an uyar\u0131c\u0131, apolitik \u00f6\u011fretmen profiline sahip birinin, s\u00f6ylemin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 zorlayarak \u201cTelevizyondan savc\u0131n\u0131n cenaze t\u00f6renini izledim, \u00e7ok \u00fcz\u00fcld\u00fcm. Bence ulusal yas ilan edilmeli\u201d s\u00f6zleri oldu. Asl\u0131nda ne oldu, ya da oluyor?\u2019a bakmak yerine, idealize edilmi\u015f duygusal d\u0131\u015favurumla payda\u015f arayan birinin, bildik kli\u015fesi ba\u011flam\u0131nda \u00f6zelde tek bireyin, genelde t\u00fcm bir toplumun karakteristik foto\u011fraf\u0131 \u00e7ekilebilir mi? Zira, idealize edilmi\u015f bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n, bilgiden beslenmeyen ama duygusal tazyikle e\u015f tutumlu, duyusal kirlenmeyle s\u00fcregiden halinin, analitik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme refleksinden yoksunluk olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia edebiliriz. S\u0131\u011f sularda bal\u0131k avlama, bu topraklar insan\u0131n\u0131n ortalama resmi bi\u00e7iminde kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yorsa, bunun k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kodlar\u0131n\u0131 ne t\u00fcr parametreler kullanarak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleyebilir ya da iz s\u00fcrebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015ftan savlayabiliriz ki, tap\u0131nma-kutsama k\u00fclt\u00fc, t\u00fcm tarihselli\u011fini a\u015f\u0131p toplumsal olaylara kendini kolayca mayalama \u00f6zelli\u011fiyle, birey-kitle duygulan\u0131m\u0131nda kendini kolayca ele verir. Yeni durum ve s\u00f6ylemlere uyarlanmada olduk\u00e7a ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r k\u0131sacas\u0131. Bu nedenle \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar, biraz da \u00e7al\u0131versinler, ne olmu\u015f ki?\u201d repli\u011fi, \u00f6zne\u2019nin, giderek \u00f6teki\u2019nin dili olmaktan kolayca s\u0131yr\u0131l\u0131p toplumsal me\u015fruiyetini sinsice kazanabilmektedir. Eylemsel alanda ise, at\u0131fta bulunulan, s\u00f6zde de\u011fer y\u00fcklenen lider \u00f6zne, toplumsal bellekte san\u0131lan\u0131n aksine bir itibar kayb\u0131 ya\u015famaz. Esasen t\u00fcmden ak\u0131l oyunlar\u0131yla yaz\u0131lan senaryolar\u0131n toplumsal bellekteki aynalamas\u0131 ak\u0131l tutulmas\u0131 \u015feklinde tezah\u00fcr etmektedir. \u0130stanbul\u2019daki savc\u0131 cinayeti olay\u0131n\u0131 da, t\u00fcm bile\u015fen ve boyutlar\u0131yla ancak bu ak\u0131l tutulmas\u0131ndan kurtularak ve bilgiyle iz s\u00fcrerek anlamak ve toplumsall\u0131kta bir yere konumland\u0131rmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Ama \u00f6nce birey-devlet ili\u015fkisi, yurtta\u015f olamama hali ve tap\u0131nma k\u00fclt\u00fcne, psikoprojeksiyon ba\u011flam\u0131nda bakmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fal\u0131m: Psikanalitik\u2019in babas\u0131 Sigmund Freud\u2019un \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00f6rne\u011fidir aysberg. Hani \u015fu co\u011frafik bir terim olarak m\u00fcfredattan \u00f6\u011frencinin \u00f6nbelle\u011fine \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fclen, ders \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da y\u00f6ntemin k\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc nedeniyle u\u00e7up giden buzda\u011f\u0131 meselesi. Ki\u015fi merkezli bilin\u00e7-bilin\u00e7alt\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemesinden isabetle, kolayca toplumsal olaylara dev\u015firilebilen aysberg benzetmesi, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Psikanalitik\u2019in terminolojisini a\u015f\u0131p sosyal olgu ve olaylarda sa\u011flam bir pozlama i\u015flevi g\u00f6rebilmektedir. Freud, bilinci buzda\u011f\u0131n\u0131n suyun \u00fcst\u00fcndeki k\u0131sm\u0131yla, bilin\u00e7alt\u0131n\u0131 ise su alt\u0131ndaki bilinebilir ama \u00e7\u0131plak g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fclemez dev k\u00fctleyle e\u015fle\u015ftirir. \u0130nsan zihninde bunu birebir oranlamak pek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir ama nesnel olarak bunun y\u00fczde doksana y\u00fczde on gibi bariz fark\u0131 i\u015faret etti\u011fi kabul edilebilir. Bilin\u00e7alt\u0131, malum doyumsuzluklar\u0131n, ya\u015fayamam\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n veya k\u00f6t\u00fc ya\u015fant\u0131lar\u0131n, hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n, beklentilerin, travmatik tak\u0131lmalar\u0131n yuvaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 depo alan\u0131 ya da \u00e7\u00f6p sepeti gibi i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Freud terminolojisiyle yolda\u015fl\u0131k yapan Lacan daha da ileri giderek arzunun \u00f6znede a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kacak yol bulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 her durumda \u00f6teki \u00fczerinden bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f arad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve daha fazlas\u0131, kendini simge karakterler \u00fczerinden var etti\u011fini savunur. Toplumun zihin d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn de kolektif bir bilin\u00e7alt\u0131na uygunlu\u011fundan s\u00f6z edebiliriz. Arzular bilin\u00e7 d\u00fczeyine ta\u015f\u0131namay\u0131nca bilin\u00e7alt\u0131 kendi \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131n\u0131 \u201cham d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce\u201d yoluyla bilincin eylem alan\u0131 olarak geni\u015fletir.<\/p>\n<p>Savc\u0131ya ulusal yas isteyen zihin tam da bu kolektif bilincin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak kendini a\u00e7\u0131k eder. Savc\u0131ya olumlama yaparken, onunla ayn\u0131 akademik e\u011fitimden ge\u00e7en ve e\u015f hukuk nosyonuna sahip avukatlar\u0131, \u201cBir polis kolay yeti\u015fmiyor\u201du teyit edercesine, polislerce kolayca tartaklatabilir, ki bu, tam da militer devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na uygun d\u00fc\u015fer. Buradaki \u201cT\u00fcrkiyem\u201d k\u0131l\u0131k de\u011fi\u015ftiren \u2018lider \u00f6zne\u2019den ba\u015fkas\u0131 de\u011fildir. G\u00fcc\u00fcn, otoriter hazz\u0131na varm\u0131\u015f olan ego, bununla yetinmeyecek ve kutsanmas\u0131n\u0131 da talep edecektir. Art\u0131k, g\u00fcc\u00fc onayanlar, kutsal ittifak\u0131n iflah olmaz yanda\u015flar\u0131 olarak olas\u0131 her olayda kendili\u011finden bi\u00e7imde \u2018durumdan vazife\u2019 \u00e7\u0131karacakt\u0131r. Ruhsal doygunluk ta\u015f\u0131mayan, e\u011fitim ehille\u015fmesi kazanamam\u0131\u015f \u201cbirey\u201dimsilerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi, hi\u00e7bir zorlukla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmadan fiile d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir ve hatta denilebilir ki fiil onun i\u00e7in daha ziyade d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin bir telafisidir. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle g\u00f6z karad\u0131r para militer tebaa.<\/p>\n<p>Biat k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn de buradan yani feodal ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k ve ko\u015fulsuz g\u00f6rev yetisinden do\u011fdu\u011funu unutmayal\u0131m. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ya\u015fanan t\u00fcm s\u00f6zde karanl\u0131k cinayetleri de bu ba\u011flamda de\u011ferlendirmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Hep buzda\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnen y\u00fcz\u00fcnde, faili belli ya da me\u00e7hul, kand\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f adi tetik\u00e7iler yer al\u0131yor g\u00f6r\u00fcnmekle birlikte, suyun alt\u0131nda onlar\u0131n eylemini zihinlerinden ve kalplerinden onay\u0131p \u201coh olmu\u015f \u00e7eken\u201d geni\u015f bir toplumsal bellek vard\u0131r. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki Abdi \u0130pek\u00e7i cinayetinde de, Bedrettin C\u00f6mert, Bahriye \u00dc\u00e7ok, Turan Dursun, Muammer Aksoy, U\u011fur Mumcu cinayetlerinde de\u2026 Hrant Dink cinayetinde hatta Fenerbah\u00e7e otob\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn kur\u015funlanmas\u0131nda da bu kutsal g\u00f6rev bilinci yan\u0131lsamas\u0131n\u0131n yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek yanl\u0131\u015f olmaz.Tetik\u00e7i ya da tetik\u00e7iler kuvvetle muhtemel kendilerine kar\u015f\u0131t g\u00f6r\u00fcnen simge karakterler \u00fczerinden, bir kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fcnya nefreti ya\u015famaktad\u0131rlar ve tek ya da birka\u00e7 kur\u015fun s\u0131karak toptan bir hesapla\u015fma ill\u00fczyonuna kap\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Yani rasyonel bir hayat tarz\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131, tap\u0131n\u0131lan\u0131n irrasyonel s\u00f6yleminde kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulan ve can yak\u0131c\u0131 bir eylemde dirim kazanan monist d\u00fcnya arzusu\u2026 Tap\u0131nan ve kutsay\u0131c\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan lidere y\u00f6nelen her ele\u015ftiri, a\u00e7\u0131k bir sald\u0131r\u0131 olarak alg\u0131lanmakta, tabusal bir refleksle, kar\u015f\u0131 fiil istemine yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Biat, \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmenin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engeldir ve ko\u015fulsuz itaat ister. O nedenle, toplumsal bellekte, \u201cBir akademisyen, bir gazeteci, bir sanat\u00e7\u0131\u2026 kolay yeti\u015fmiyor!\u201d bilin\u00e7 \u0131\u015f\u0131mas\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7 ama hi\u00e7 g\u00f6remeyiz. \u00d6rne\u011fin Cumhuriyet d\u00f6nemi T\u00fcrk edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli kalemlerinden Aziz Nesin\u2019in de Sivas\u2019ta 34. can olarak yanmas\u0131n\u0131 arzulayan s\u00f6ylem ve replikler tarihte not d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcl\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Egemenlerin tabusu mu \u00f6l\u00fclerin tabusu mu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Egemenlerin tabusunu hakim ve s\u00fcre\u011fen k\u0131lmak isteyen anlay\u0131\u015f, y\u0131llard\u0131r milletin iradesi s\u00f6ylemi \u00fczerinden olu\u015fturdu\u011fu son derece baya\u011f\u0131 retorikle, az s\u00f6zc\u00fckl\u00fc \u00e7ok duygu yo\u011funluklu bir kurmaca dil yaratarak g\u00fcc\u00fcn \u00e7eperlerini olduk\u00e7a geni\u015fletmi\u015ftir.
