Re\u015fit bireylerin cinselli\u011fi evlilik d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ya\u015fama hakk\u0131na g\u00f6z dikiyor. Bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k vermek i\u00e7in, AKP\u2019nin durdu\u011fu ve savundu\u011fu \u00e7izgi gibi bizlerin durdu\u011fu mevzi de a\u00e7\u0131k olmak zorundad\u0131r.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131zl\u0131 erkekli tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, h\u00fck\u00fcmetin insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imlerine yap\u0131lan m\u00fcdahale olarak tepki g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Bu m\u00fcdahale muhafazak\u00e2r de\u011ferlere ayk\u0131r\u0131 ya\u015fayan insanlara verilen bir ayard\u0131. Tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli kanallarda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclme \u015fekli, bireysel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklere sald\u0131r\u0131 ya da toplumsal muhafazak\u00e2rla\u015fma boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 bir miktar derinle\u015ftirmeyi gerekli k\u0131l\u0131yor. Bunu yaparken kullan\u0131lacak anahtar kelime \u00f6be\u011fi ise AKP s\u00f6zc\u00fcleri taraf\u0131ndan yinelenen \u201cbizim de\u011ferlerimiz\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Egemenlerin ve halk\u0131n ahlak\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bizim de\u011ferlerimiz dedikleri muhafazak\u00e2r de\u011ferlerin referans\u0131 \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k ki Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6nemine dayan\u0131yor. Fakat Osmanl\u0131 toplumunda tek bir de\u011ferler k\u00fcmesinden bahsetmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Genel olarak ahlaki de\u011ferler bak\u0131m\u0131ndan egemenlerin ve halk\u0131n de\u011ferleri uyu\u015fmaz. \u00d6rne\u011fin halk aras\u0131nda \u015f\u00fckretmek makbuld\u00fcr; egemenler i\u00e7inse a\u00e7g\u00f6zl\u00fcl\u00fck. Karde\u015flerin birbirini \u00f6ld\u00fcrmesi toplumda ay\u0131plan\u0131r; fakat sarayda hayatta kalmak i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken budur. Cinsellik de bu a\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n belirgin oldu\u011fu bir meseledir. Halk i\u00e7inde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011finde bedeli a\u011f\u0131r bir bi\u00e7imde \u00f6detilen zina, Osmanl\u0131 saraylar\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Hatta \u201charem\u201c ile birlikte kurumsalla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r da. Halk i\u00e7inde cinsellik ay\u0131plan\u0131r, g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken Osmanl\u0131 saraylar\u0131nda ulu orta ve t\u00fcrl\u00fc sapk\u0131nl\u0131klarla ya\u015fan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Halk i\u00e7in iktidar egemenleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile g\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fcndedir. Bu anlamda halk\u0131n dini de\u011ferleri merkeze ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc anlam\u0131yla muhafazak\u00e2r oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Fakat egemenler i\u00e7in iktidar da ya\u015famlar\u0131 da son derece d\u00fcnyevidir. Kimse kesilen karde\u015flerin, saray i\u00e7inde \u00e7e\u015fitli entrikalarla d\u00f6k\u00fclen onca kan\u0131n hesab\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6te d\u00fcnyada nas\u0131l verilece\u011fine bakmaz; \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131n pe\u015finden gider. Kimse k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015ftaki k\u0131z ve erkek \u00e7ocuklar\u0131yla ya da gen\u00e7 kad\u0131nlarla yap\u0131lan \u015fehvetli e\u011flencelerin Allah kat\u0131nda nas\u0131l de\u011ferlendirilece\u011fini de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmez. Arzular, istekler, hazlar ba\u015fatt\u0131r. Egemenlerin iktidar\u0131 gibi ahlak\u0131 da d\u00fcnyevi bir temele oturur. Aksi takdirde ne iktidarlar\u0131n\u0131n ne de iktidarlar\u0131n\u0131n sonsuz yetkisiyle sa\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131 hazlar\u0131n\u0131n devam edemeyece\u011fini bilirler. Benzer bir \u015fekilde bu d\u00fcnyevi ya\u015fam halk aras\u0131nda yayg\u0131nl\u0131k kazan\u0131rsa iktidarlar\u0131n\u0131n sona erece\u011finin de fark\u0131ndad\u0131rlar. G\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn kanunlar\u0131n\u0131 dayat\u0131r, onun temsilcisi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yler fakat ya\u015fam pratiklerinde bunu g\u00f6z ard\u0131 ederler. Halk ile egemenlerin sahip olduklar\u0131 de\u011ferlerin aras\u0131ndaki a\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n, egemenlerin riyak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n temeli buradad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>AKP\u2019nin siyasi bir egemen olarak \u201cbizim de\u011ferlerimiz\u201d diyip referans verdi\u011fi o d\u00f6nemin y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fcne d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f halk\u0131na ait de\u011ferlerdir.\u00a0 AKP iktidar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fcnden de\u011fil, oy veren halktan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in muhafazak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yan\u0131na bir de demokrat koyar ve g\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc i\u015faret etmeye devam eder. Fakat ilham ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6teki y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6zlerden uzak tutar. Bu, ayn\u0131 zamanda kendi riyak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6zlerden uzak tutma \u00e7abas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kad\u0131n\u0131 yeniden \u201cmahrem\u201dle\u015ftirmek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalara ili\u015fkin bir di\u011fer nokta ise, \u00f6rnek al\u0131nan de\u011ferler b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u00f6kenidir. Bahsi ge\u00e7en muhafazak\u00e2r de\u011ferler, feodal d\u00f6nemin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr, \u00e7er\u00e7evesi tanr\u0131n\u0131n kanunlar\u0131 ile belirlenir. Bu, \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131n haklar\u0131 ve kad\u0131n-erkek ili\u015fkileri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nemlidir. Dini kanunlar, anasoylu bir d\u00f6nemin ard\u0131ndan d\u00fcmeni eline alan erkek egemenli\u011finin sa\u011flama al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 metinlerdir. Binlerce y\u0131l, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00fcnahk\u00e2r, \u015feytani, ak\u0131ldan yoksun, eksik say\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gerek\u00e7elendiren anlat\u0131larla y\u00fckl\u00fcd\u00fcr. Havva\u2019n\u0131n \u015feytana kan\u0131p yasak meyveyi yemesiyle ba\u015flayan \u00f6yk\u00fc, \u015feytan ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi yap\u0131p cinsellik vas\u0131tas\u0131yla erkekleri do\u011fru yoldan \u00e7\u0131karan kad\u0131n imgesine kadar ilerler. \u015eehvetli ve ak\u0131ls\u0131z kad\u0131nlar ancak gizlenerek ve denetim alt\u0131na tutularak var olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu anlay\u0131\u015f, cinselli\u011fe ili\u015fkin bir yasa\u011f\u0131 da g\u00fcndeme getirir. Yaln\u0131zca bu kurallara uyup \u015feytandan uzak tutulan kad\u0131nlarla cinsellik makbuld\u00fcr. Erkek oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k olan tanr\u0131n\u0131n kanunlar\u0131 hemcinslerine bunu \u00f6\u011f\u00fctler. T\u00fcm tek tanr\u0131l\u0131 dinlerin tanr\u0131lar\u0131, kad\u0131n ve cinsellik konusunda ayn\u0131 fikirdedir.<\/p>\n<p>Orta\u00e7a\u011f\u2019da cad\u0131 olduklar\u0131 s\u00f6ylenen kad\u0131nlar, \u015feytanla i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapmakla su\u00e7lan\u0131rlar. Yapt\u0131klar\u0131, tanr\u0131n\u0131n kanunlar\u0131na uymamak, erke\u011fin denetimine girmemektir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n eksik ve tehlikeli say\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu ko\u015fullar, onlar\u0131n hak talep etmesini de bu taleplerin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulmas\u0131n\u0131 da olanaks\u0131z k\u0131lar. \u0130lk feminist ak\u0131m olan liberal feministlerin Ayd\u0131nlanma ile birlikte tarih sahnesine \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 tesad\u00fcf de\u011fildir. \u0130ktidar\u0131n g\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fcnden yery\u00fcz\u00fcne inmesi; dini kurumlar\u0131n siyasal olarak geri plana itilmesi ve itibar\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n omuzlar\u0131ndan a\u011f\u0131r bir y\u00fck\u00fc kald\u0131r\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te ya\u015fanan devrim pratiklerinde kad\u0131nlar, siyasal s\u00fcre\u00e7lere kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve taleplerini eylemlili\u011fe ge\u00e7irmeyi deneyimler. Delacroix\u2019n\u0131n Frans\u0131z Devrimi\u2019ni betimledi\u011fi \u00fcnl\u00fc tablosunda bayra\u011f\u0131n bir kad\u0131n taraf\u0131ndan tutulmas\u0131 bir ilerlemenin g\u00f6stergesidir. Fakat \u015funu da unutmamak gerekir ki, devrime aktif olarak kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f kad\u0131nlardan Olympe de Gouges devrim sonras\u0131 yaln\u0131zca erkekleri dikkate alan Erkek ve Yurtta\u015f Haklar\u0131 Beyannamesi\u2019ne kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k Kad\u0131n ve Kad\u0131n Yurtta\u015f Haklar\u0131 Beyannamesi\u2019ni yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve bunun i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele etti\u011finde idam edilecektir. Elbette yeni iktidar da erkektir ve kad\u0131nlar, yasal olarak dahi erkeklerle e\u015fit konuma gelmek i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck m\u00fccadeleler verir. Fakat feminist m\u00fccadelenin de, kazan\u0131lan mevzilerin de zeminini insanlar\u0131n kendi tarihlerini ve iktidarlar\u0131n\u0131 eline almas\u0131, feodal d\u00f6nemin kapanmas\u0131 d\u00f6\u015fer.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa\u2019da ba\u015flayan bu liberal dalga Osmanl\u0131\u2019ya yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bu co\u011frafyada kad\u0131nlar kamusal alanda g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olmaya ba\u015flar. Modernizmin etkisinin yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130kinci Me\u015frutiyet sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nem kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hak taleplerini y\u00fckselttikleri d\u00f6nemdir. Osmanl\u0131\u2019da kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fccretli i\u015f\u00e7i olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flamalar\u0131 1897 y\u0131l\u0131na tarihlenir. 1913\u2019te devlet memuru olarak g\u00f6rev al\u0131rlar. Ayn\u0131 tarihlerde k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 i\u00e7in ilk lise a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Fakat kad\u0131n ve erkeklerin bir arada bulunmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar da mevcuttur: Toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131nda, tiyatrolarda, lokantalarda kad\u0131nlar kendileri i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6zel b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerde oturur. K\u0131z ve erkek \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 yerde ders almas\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Fakat feodal de\u011ferlerin Avrupa\u2019da y\u00fckselen burjuva de\u011ferlerle zay\u0131flamas\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131, giyimlerinden toplumsal rollerine kadar etkilemi\u015ftir. K\u0131r\u0131lma ise \u015f\u00fcphesiz ki, cumhuriyet devrimi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Bunu kad\u0131nlar\u0131n edindi\u011fi siyasal haklar ile a\u00e7\u0131klamak do\u011fru olmaz. As\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm kamusal alanda kad\u0131nlar ve erkeklerin bir arada bulunmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n bitirilmesidir. K\u0131r\u0131lma, kad\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131k \u201cmahrem\u201d olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle, muhafazak\u00e2r \u0130slami kurallar\u0131n belirleyicili\u011fini yitirmesidir. (1)<\/p>\n<p>AKP\u2019nin bizim de\u011ferlerimiz dedi\u011fi feodal d\u00f6nemin yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ve kad\u0131n ile erkek aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin yeniden bi\u00e7imlendirilmesini g\u00fcndeme getirmesi, bu en temel mevziye sald\u0131rarak kad\u0131n\u0131 yeniden \u201cmahrem\u201dle\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6neliktir. Modern toplumda bir \u00f6zel alan olarak herhangi bir cinsiyet ayr\u0131m\u0131na referans ta\u015f\u0131mayan \u201cmahrem\u201d, \u0130slam\u2019da iki cinsiyeti birbirinden ay\u0131rmak \u00fczere kurgulan\u0131r. AKP\u2019nin amac\u0131 bug\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6zel alanlar\u0131n\u0131, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n kad\u0131n\u0131 ikincille\u015ftiren mahrem kurgusuyla birle\u015ftirmektir. Toplumsal de\u011ferler \u00fczerinden yeniden g\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc i\u015faret etmek anlam\u0131na gelen bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, hem insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n hem de \u00f6zelde feminist m\u00fccadelenin iki y\u00fcz y\u0131ll\u0131k kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015fa d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmekten ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00f6zle\u015fme yapmadan sevi\u015fme hakk\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fcp dola\u015f\u0131p geldi\u011fi ba\u015fka bir nokta ise cinselli\u011fe ili\u015fkindir. Tart\u0131\u015fmalarda Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131 savunan anlay\u0131\u015fa bak\u0131l\u0131rsa, kad\u0131n ve erke\u011fin bir araya geldi\u011fi durumlarda ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz sondur cinsellik. Elbette bu tam da \u201cmahrem\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile ili\u015fkilidir. Yaln\u0131zca feodal d\u00f6nemin de\u011fil, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplumun da sahip oldu\u011fu cinsellik tabusu erkek egemenli\u011fi ile at ba\u015f\u0131 ilerler. Antik Yunan filozoflar\u0131ndan bir k\u0131sm\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 varl\u0131klar olmas\u0131 sebebiyle onlarla yaln\u0131zca \u00fcreme ama\u00e7l\u0131 cinsel ili\u015fkiye girilmesini \u00f6nerir. (Bunlardan biri olan Aristoteles i\u00e7in kad\u0131nlar sapmaya u\u011fram\u0131\u015f erkeklerdir.) Baz\u0131 Yunan filozoflar\u0131 da cinsel ili\u015fkiden al\u0131nan d\u00fcnyevi hazz\u0131n uhrevi olana eri\u015fimi engelleyece\u011finden dem vurur. Musevilik ve H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131kta cinsel ili\u015fkiden haz almak g\u00fcnaht\u0131r; zira bu, yaln\u0131zca \u00fcreme ama\u00e7l\u0131 yap\u0131lan bir eylemdir. \u0130slamiyet ise daha d\u00fcnyevi bir din olarak cinsellikte hazz\u0131 \u00f6telemez; hatta \u015fart ko\u015far. Fakat haz al\u0131nan bu eylem, erke\u011fi m\u00fclkiyetini devredece\u011fi varisleri konusunda yan\u0131ltmayacak ve kad\u0131n\u0131 denetim alt\u0131na alacak bir s\u00f6zle\u015fme ile onaylanmak durumundad\u0131r. Modern toplum i\u00e7in de ayn\u0131 gerek\u00e7eler ge\u00e7erlidir. B\u00f6ylece insan\u0131n do\u011fal bir g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fc, devletin denetimindeki bir s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyle kontrol edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn toplumu da cinselli\u011fin evlilik s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi alt\u0131nda ya\u015fanmas\u0131n\u0131 uygun g\u00f6rebilir; fakat yasalar, cinselliklerini ya\u015fama konusunda re\u015fit bireyleri evlenmeye zorlamaz, karar\u0131 bireye b\u0131rak\u0131r. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle evlilik i\u00e7i gibi evlilik d\u0131\u015f\u0131 cinsel deneyimler de re\u015fit bireyler i\u00e7in hakt\u0131r. AKP g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc bu hakka dikmi\u015f, yasal olarak re\u015fit say\u0131lan bireylerin, cinselliklerini evlilik ile kay\u0131t alt\u0131na alarak denetleme tela\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u0130\u015fleyen mant\u0131k esas\u0131nda \u015fudur: 18 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki insan devleti y\u0131kmaya te\u015febb\u00fcs etti\u011fi i\u00e7in as\u0131labilir, eyleme kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bir sokak k\u00f6\u015fesinde d\u00f6v\u00fclerek \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, okudu\u011fu kitaptan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc y\u0131llarca hapiste yatabilir, eline silah tutu\u015fturularak askere g\u00f6nderilebilir; sadece mesle\u011fini de\u011fil y\u00f6netenlerini de se\u00e7ecek kadar kendindedir; ama cinselli\u011fini nas\u0131l ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131 konusunda karar veremez. \u0130\u015fte b\u00fct\u00fcn kuramsal temellerle birlikte AKP\u2019nin i\u00e7ine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7eli\u015fkili pratik budur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hangi Bat\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son olarak yaz\u0131da a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir sav\u0131n \u00fczerinde \u00f6zel olarak durmak i\u00e7in bir parantez a\u00e7\u0131yorum. Evlerde k\u0131zl\u0131-erkekli birlikte oturulmas\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 durulurken AKP h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin temsilcilerinden biri \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p karma e\u011fitimin \u201csa\u00e7mal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan\u201d ve bu uygulaman\u0131n kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcze de\u011fil Bat\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan s\u00f6z etti. Elbette \u0130slami mahremiyet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n sald\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 bir sonraki noktan\u0131n karma e\u011fitim olmas\u0131 \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fildir.
