Pyrrhon\u2019culuk da i\u00e7inde t\u00fcm eski ku\u015fkuculuklar, umutsuz ku\u015fkuculuk diye adland\u0131rabilece\u011fimiz t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011fretiler Yeni\u00e7a\u011f\u2019a ku\u015fkuculu\u011fu esinlerken ger\u00e7ekte kendilerine taban tabana kar\u015f\u0131t bir e\u011filimin do\u011fmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131lar. Orta\u00e7a\u011f\u2019\u0131n son bulmas\u0131yla ba\u015flayan zamanlar h\u0131zla geli\u015fmekte olan bilgi a\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak k\u00f6kle\u015fmeye ba\u015flayan bilimsel bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131yla belirgindir, o durumda yeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin kurucular\u0131 evrensel bilgiyi yads\u0131yan vakti ge\u00e7mi\u015f ku\u015fkuculu\u011fu benimseyemezlerdi. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce tarihi zincirleme etkilemelerin ve etkilenmelerin, birbirini izleyen etkile\u015fimlerin tarihidir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler birbirlerini \u00e7eler gibi yaparken birbirlerini tamamlarlar. Bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin kendisine kar\u015f\u0131t gibi duran bir ba\u015fka d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceden ya da ba\u015fka d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerden do\u011fdu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz.<\/p>\n<p>Epikuros\u2019un Pyrhhon\u2019dan etkilenmi\u015f oldu\u011fu kesindir. Epikuros\u2019\u00e7ulu\u011fu ele almadan \u00f6nce ku\u015fkucu Pyrrhon\u2019a ve \u00f6b\u00fcr ku\u015fkuculara k\u0131saca bir g\u00f6z atmak gerekir. Ku\u015fkuculuk yunancada \u201cincelemek\u201d anlam\u0131nda bir s\u00f6zc\u00fckten gelir. Eski\u00e7a\u011f\u2019\u0131n en \u00f6nemli ku\u015fkucusu Pyrrhon\u2019dur, ku\u015fkuculuk denince ilkin Pyrrhon akla gelir. Pyrrhon\u2019culuk ku\u015fkuculukla e\u015fanlaml\u0131 gibidir. Pyrrhon iki b\u00fcy\u00fck felsefe \u00f6\u011fretisini kuran filozoflarla yani Stoa\u2019c\u0131larla ve Epikuros\u2019\u00e7ularla zamanda\u015ft\u0131r ve Epikuros\u2019un \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc say\u0131l\u0131r. Pyrrhon b\u00fct\u00fcn eski ku\u015fkucular gibi t\u00fcm yarg\u0131lar\u0131n e\u015fde\u011fer oldu\u011funu yani do\u011frulara ula\u015famayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, evrensel bilginin olas\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildiriyordu. Pyrrhon M\u00d6 356\u2019ya do\u011fru Elis\u2019de do\u011fdu. Daha \u00f6nce de g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz gibi Elis ya da Eleia ya da \u0130lia Yunanistan\u2019da Peloponnesos\u2019un kuzeybat\u0131s\u0131ndaki ormanl\u0131k b\u00f6lgede Akalar\u0131n kurmu\u015f oldu\u011fu bir yerle\u015fim alan\u0131d\u0131r. Pyrhhon atomcu Abdera\u2019l\u0131 Demokritos\u2019un \u00f6\u011fretisiyle erkenden tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131, onun \u00e7\u00f6mezi olan Anaksarkhos\u2019un derslerini izledi. Abdera\u2019l\u0131 Anaksarkhos B\u00fcy\u00fck \u0130skender diye bildi\u011fimiz Aleksandros\u2019un yak\u0131n dostuydu, ya\u015fam\u0131 boyunca Demokritos\u2019un g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini yaymaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. O daha \u00e7ok Demokritos\u2019un ahlak anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemsiyordu. Pyrrhon Anaksarkhos\u2019la birlikte Aleksandros\u2019un Asya seferine kat\u0131ld\u0131. Bu seferde \u201cgymnosophiste\u201d denilen hint \u00e7ilecilerini tan\u0131d\u0131, onlar\u0131n dillerini bilmese de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleriyle ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla ilgilendi, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlemledi. Orada ebe olan k\u0131zkarde\u015finin yan\u0131nda tam anlam\u0131nda s\u0131radan bir yoksul bilge ya\u015fam\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc. Ev i\u015flerini o g\u00f6r\u00fcyor, hizmet\u00e7i gibi her i\u015fe yeti\u015fiyordu. Elis\u2019liler onu <strong>B\u00fcy\u00fck Rahip<\/strong> diye adland\u0131rd\u0131lar ve o 275\u2019e do\u011fru \u00f6l\u00fcnce ad\u0131na bir an\u0131t diktirdiler. Pyrrhon yunan ku\u015fkucular\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemlisi ve en ilgi \u00e7ekicisidir. Onunla ilgili bilgileri Diogenes Laertios\u2019dan al\u0131yoruz. Pyrrhon kendini sak\u0131nmazm\u0131\u015f, kendini korumay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmezmi\u015f, ne araba alt\u0131nda kalmaktan ne kuyuya d\u00fc\u015fmekten ne k\u00f6pe\u011fe \u0131s\u0131r\u0131lmaktan korkarm\u0131\u015f. Ona g\u00f6re bizler \u015feylerin ger\u00e7ek do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 bilemezdik, hi\u00e7bir do\u011fruyu bilemezdik, yaln\u0131zca \u015feylerin g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015flerini alg\u0131layabilirdik, \u015feylerin \u00f6zleri bize kapal\u0131yd\u0131. Bu y\u00fczden \u201cNe g\u00fczel ne \u00e7irkin ne do\u011fru ne yanl\u0131\u015f vard\u0131r\u201d (Diogenes Laertios). O durumda yarg\u0131y\u0131 ask\u0131ya almam\u0131z gerekiyordu (<em>epokhe<\/em>). Sessiz kalmak (<em>aphasia<\/em>) \u00f6nemliydi. B\u00f6ylece tutkulardan ar\u0131nmak ve bilgeli\u011fe ula\u015fmak, b\u00f6ylece mutlulu\u011fa ermek (<em>ataraksia<\/em>) olas\u0131yd\u0131. Onun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini daha sonra \u00e7\u00f6mezi Timon (M\u00d6 325-235) savundu. Hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yazmam\u0131\u015f olan Pyrrhon\u2019u bize tan\u0131tan odur. \u201cPyrrhon\u2019un ku\u015fkuculu\u011fu insan\u0131 mutlulu\u011fa y\u00f6nlendiren ahlaki bir ku\u015fkuculuktur\u201d der F\u00e9licien Challaye. Onlar\u0131n ku\u015fkuculu\u011fu bir t\u00fcr olumsalc\u0131l\u0131kt\u0131r: biz ancak olumsal olan\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcp sezebiliriz. Hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yazmam\u0131\u015f olan Arkesilaos her t\u00fcrl\u00fc dogmac\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye kar\u015f\u0131yd\u0131 ve diyalekti\u011fi savunuyordu. Onun anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 diyalektik herhangi bir fikri olumlu a\u00e7\u0131dan da olumsuz a\u00e7\u0131dan da ayn\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kta savunma sanat\u0131yd\u0131. Ona g\u00f6re \u2018do\u011fru\u2019yla san\u0131 aras\u0131nda bir ayr\u0131m yoktu. Bize do\u011fruyu g\u00f6sterecek hi\u00e7bir veri olamazd\u0131. O durumda Pyrrhon\u2019da oldu\u011fu gibi yarg\u0131lar\u0131 ask\u0131ya almak gerekirdi. Do\u011frular olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re insan do\u011fru sayd\u0131klar\u0131na g\u00f6re davranmal\u0131yd\u0131. Roma\u2019ya el\u00e7i diye g\u00f6nderilmi\u015f olan Karneades\u2019e gelince o ger\u00e7ek anlamda bir s\u00f6z ustas\u0131yd\u0131, Roma\u2019n\u0131n ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7 Romal\u0131lar\u0131 konu\u015fmas\u0131yla ve bilgeli\u011fiyle kendine hayran b\u0131rakt\u0131. Onunla tan\u0131\u015fan Romal\u0131lar yunan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ilgi duydular, b\u00f6ylece yunan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc Roma\u2019da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir h\u0131zla yay\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Karneades her \u015feyi uygulamaya g\u00f6re d\u00fczenlemekten yanayd\u0131, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc kuramsal bilgi olas\u0131 de\u011fildi. Ne sunumlar ne usumuz bize do\u011fru bilgiyi verebilirdi. Do\u011fruya yak\u0131n olan\u0131 benimsemek zorundayd\u0131k. Enesidemes \u0130skenderiye\u2019de dersler verdi. Bu kim oldu\u011fu pek bilinmeyen filozofun bir\u00e7ok yap\u0131t\u0131 oldu\u011fu san\u0131l\u0131r. Pyrrhon\u2019da daha \u00e7ok ahlaki bir anlam kazanm\u0131\u015f olan ku\u015fkuculuk Enesidemes\u2019de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel bir a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Filozofun bu bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 <strong>diyalektik ku\u015fkuculuk<\/strong> diye adland\u0131rabiliriz. O da \u00f6b\u00fcr ku\u015fkucular gibidir, bilgide yaln\u0131z ki\u015fisel \u00f6zelliklerin ve toplumsal ortam\u0131n belirleyici oldu\u011funa inan\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden verdi\u011fimiz yarg\u0131lar\u0131n hi\u00e7biri sa\u011flam de\u011fildir. Kimse bu yan\u0131lsamal\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler d\u00fczeyini a\u015fabilecek g\u00fc\u00e7te olamaz. Yer ve zaman bizim bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 etkiliyor, verdi\u011fimiz yarg\u0131lar\u0131 etkiliyor, buna g\u00f6re insanlar durmadan birbirine uymaz g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler \u00fcretiyorlar. Enesidemes ku\u015fkuyu belli bir tak\u0131m nedenlere ba\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, bu nedenler aras\u0131nda duyu yan\u0131lmalar\u0131, g\u00f6reneklerin ba\u015fkal\u0131\u011f\u0131, ki\u015fisel yarg\u0131lar\u0131n uyu\u015fmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi belirleyiciler vard\u0131r. Sextus Empiricus dogmac\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye kar\u015f\u0131yd\u0131, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc dogmac\u0131l\u0131k ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi yaln\u0131zca bir y\u00fcz\u00fcnden g\u00f6rebilirdi. Ba\u015fta Pyrrhon ku\u015fkuculu\u011fu olmak \u00fczere Eski\u00e7a\u011f\u2019\u0131n t\u00fcm ku\u015fkuculuklar\u0131 Yeni\u00e7a\u011f\u2019\u0131 ba\u015flatan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce adamlar\u0131na ufuk a\u00e7t\u0131lar. Eski d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyle yeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce aras\u0131nda bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc olan ve bir edebiyat adam\u0131 olmakla birlikte yeni felsefenin kurulmas\u0131nda katk\u0131s\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck olan Montaigne, Epikuros\u2019dan ve Stoa\u2019dan etkilendi\u011fi kadar Pyrrhon\u2019culuktan da etkilendi. Ku\u015fkuculuk onunla Yeni\u00e7a\u011f\u2019\u0131n daha ba\u015flar\u0131nda anlam de\u011fi\u015ftirecek, bilgiye g\u00fcvenmeyen anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n yerine bilgiyi aray\u0131\u015fta ku\u015fkuyu bir y\u00f6ntem olarak benimseyen anlay\u0131\u015f alacakt\u0131r. Bu da Bacon\u2019a ve Descartes\u2019a uzanan yolun a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>EP\u0130KUROS VE EP\u0130KUROS\u2019\u00c7ULUK<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Atomcu ve hazc\u0131 gelenek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Abdera ve Kyrene okullar\u0131n\u0131n yeni bir yorumu sayabilece\u011fimiz Epikuros felsefesi bir y\u00f6n\u00fcyle de Pyrrhon\u2019culu\u011fa yak\u0131nd\u0131r. Epikuros\u2019\u00e7uluk t\u00fcm Akdeniz havzas\u0131 insanlar\u0131n\u0131 derinden etkiledi hatta bir tarikat gibi benimsendi ve yay\u0131ld\u0131. M\u00d6 2. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Philonides, Antiokhia\u2019da (Antalya) Epikuros\u2019un izinde bir okul kurdu. O s\u0131rada \u0130skenderiye\u2019de de benzer bir okul a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Epikuros\u2019un g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleriyle \u00f6zellikle Romal\u0131lar yak\u0131ndan ilgilendiler. Epikuros\u2019un Pyrrhon\u2019a yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Nausiphanes\u2019in etkisi oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcr. Epikuros Samos\u2019da ya\u015fasa da Atina yurtta\u015f\u0131yd\u0131, on sekizine gelince Atina\u2019ya askerlik yapmaya gitti, orada Ksenokrates\u2019den dersler ald\u0131. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle o ahlak anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Aristippos\u2019dan ve Demokritos\u2019dan etkilenirken do\u011fa kavray\u0131\u015f\u0131nda do\u011frudan do\u011fruya Demokritos atomculu\u011funun izini s\u00fcrd\u00fc, bu \u00f6\u011fretiyi maddecili\u011fe yakla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. Demokritos\u2019un maddesel olmayan ya da maddesel olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen atomlar\u0131 Epikuros\u2019da do\u011frudan maddeye indirgendiler. Felsefenin zaman\u0131 hen\u00fcz gelmedi ya da \u00e7oktan ge\u00e7ti diyen biri mutlulu\u011fun zaman\u0131 hen\u00fcz gelmedi ya da \u00e7oktan ge\u00e7ti diyen adama benzer. \u00d6yle ki gen\u00e7 ve ya\u015fl\u0131 her ikisi de felsefe yapmal\u0131, biri sevgiyle an\u0131msad\u0131\u011f\u0131 iyiliklerle gen\u00e7le\u015fen ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ad\u0131na \u00f6b\u00fcr\u00fc gelecek kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda dinginlikle olgunla\u015fmas\u0131 ad\u0131na. \u00d6yleyse mutlulu\u011fu olu\u015fturan \u015feyler \u00fczerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek gerekir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc mutlulu\u011fu elde etti\u011fimiz zaman her \u015feyi elde ederiz, mutluluk olmad\u0131 m\u0131 onu elde etmek i\u00e7in her \u015feyi yapar\u0131z.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Haz ama\u00e7t\u0131r<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hazz\u0131 ger\u00e7ekte ac\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeliyiz. Buna g\u00f6re haz ne savurganl\u0131kla ilgilidir ne de tenselde s\u0131n\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6nemli olan ac\u0131n\u0131n yoklu\u011fu ve ruhun dinginli\u011fidir. Do\u011fru ya\u015fam sak\u0131n\u0131k insanlar\u0131n ya\u015famd\u0131r. Sak\u0131n\u0131kl\u0131k t\u00fcm erdemlerin kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Azla yetinmek en b\u00fcy\u00fck zenginliktir. Doymay\u0131 bilmek \u00f6nemlidir: doymayan midemiz de\u011fildir, bazen midemiz doyar biz doymay\u0131z. Yetinmeyi bilmeyen insana hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yeterli g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez, yetinmeyi bilmeyen insan k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131kla hasetle ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 karart\u0131r. Ya\u015fam genelde b\u00fcy\u00fck ac\u0131lar\u0131n bask\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Her durumda do\u011faya ba\u015fe\u011fmek gerekir. Do\u011faya ba\u015fe\u011fen insan egemenlik d\u00fc\u015fleri g\u00f6ren insandan daha mutludur. Bu arada iyilik getirmeyecek hazlardan uzak durmay\u0131 bilmeliyiz. Ger\u00e7ek hazz\u0131n oldu\u011fu yerde k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck zaten bar\u0131nmaz. Bu da do\u011fru ve iyi ya\u015faman\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f olmakla belirgindir. Dinginlik gibi bir de\u011fer varken kavga hi\u00e7 ama hi\u00e7 gerekmez. Kendine yetme en b\u00fcy\u00fck zenginliktir. Kendine yeten insan \u00f6zg\u00fcr insand\u0131r. Zenginlik diye bilinen \u015fey ger\u00e7ek yoksulluktur, yoksulluksa ger\u00e7ek zenginliktir. Bilge yoksuldur, almaktan \u00e7ok vermeyi bilir. Bilgelik d\u00fcnya hazlar\u0131ndan, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n insana yara\u015f\u0131r her t\u00fcrl\u00fc hazz\u0131ndan pay almam\u0131z\u0131 engellemez. \u201cKar\u0131n hazlar\u0131\u201d da vard\u0131r, y\u00fcce hazlar da vard\u0131r.
