Bu y\u00fczdendir ki, m\u00fc\u015ftereklerin siyasi bir kavram olarak do\u011fu\u015funun sanc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekiyoruz. Bug\u00fcn sol partiler kendi i\u00e7inde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor, teorilerini ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme pratiklerini sorguluyorsa bunun ate\u015fleyicisi Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131, en b\u00fcy\u00fck nedeni ise \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde neresinden tutaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilemedi\u011fimiz bir \u015fekilde y\u00fckselen asri zaman kapitalizmidir.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>31 May\u0131s 2013\u2019ten bug\u00fcne Haziran Ruhu, bir ruh olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p elle tutulur bir \u00f6zneye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fumuz ve kod ad\u0131n\u0131 AKP ya da RTE koydu\u011fumuz hasm\u0131n acilen bertaraf edilmesi gerekiyor ama Haziran Ruhu, yerel se\u00e7imler ve Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7imlerinde, \u00fczerine o kadar oynanmas\u0131na, kitlenin o kadar mobilize olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen hasm\u0131na y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 bir darbe vuramad\u0131. Havada bir hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, a\u011fz\u0131m\u0131zda biber gaz\u0131ndan beter buruk bir tat var. Dahas\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 vakte kadar bir genel se\u00e7im kap\u0131da ve siyaseten r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fece\u011fine y\u00f6nelik herhangi bir umut yok ufukta.<\/p>\n<p>Fark\u0131nday\u0131z ki, pratik teorinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ti, d\u00f6rtnala ko\u015fturuyor. Beden prati\u011fi yakalamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken ruh geri d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc sanki. Bir noktada beden ile ruhun tekrar kavu\u015fmas\u0131, zihnimizdeki hayaletin elle tutulur bir \u00f6zneye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi gerekiyor, ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olan tek \u015fey bu. H\u00e2l b\u00f6yleyse ortaya yeni sorular atmak gerekiyor. Asri zamanlarda yan\u0131tlar hi\u00e7bir akt\u00f6r\u00fcn tek ba\u015f\u0131na alt\u0131ndan kalkabilece\u011fi boyutta de\u011fil ama do\u011fru ve kolektif sorular form\u00fclle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabiliriz:<\/p>\n<p>1) Haziran Ruhu\u2019nun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki hasm\u0131n\u0131 siyasi olarak devirme g\u00fcc\u00fc var m\u0131d\u0131r?<\/p>\n<p>2) Haziran Ruhu\u2019nun as\u0131l y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 ve yak\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fc nerede yatmaktad\u0131r?<\/p>\n<p>Bu sat\u0131rlar\u0131n gere\u011finden fazla uzama ihtimaline kar\u015f\u0131 bu iki soruya, i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015f tek yan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ba\u015ftan vereyim, sonra devam edeyim:<\/p>\n<p>Haziran Ruhu\u2019nun AKP\u2019yi siyaseten devirme g\u00fcc\u00fc yoktur, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc as\u0131l y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 ve yak\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fc realpolitik\u2019te de\u011fil, kar\u015f\u0131k\u00fclt\u00fcr alan\u0131ndad\u0131r ama bu g\u00fc\u00e7 reel siyaset taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6lgelenmektedir, ihmal edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Can s\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 bir yan\u0131t gibi duruyor ama emin olun bir yan\u0131ttan \u00e7ok sarmal \u015feklinde bir ba\u015fka soru bu. Anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00fc\u015fterek \u015eeyler\u2019den m\u00fc\u015fterek siyasete uzanan \u00e7\u0131kmaz sokak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gezi Park\u0131\u2019ndaki lojistik \u00e7ad\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131, \u00e7ok do\u011fru bir se\u00e7imle M\u00fc\u015fterekler ismini ta\u015f\u0131yordu. Gezi Direni\u015finin ate\u015fledi\u011fi Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131\u2019ndan (iki vakay\u0131 art\u0131k birbirinden ay\u0131rmak ve ikisini ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 tarif etmek gerekiyor) bug\u00fcne kadar ise t\u00fcm muhalif g\u00fcndem, m\u00fc\u015ftereklerin siyasi arenaya nas\u0131l terc\u00fcme edilebilece\u011fine dair acil beklentiler ve hezeyanlarla i\u015fgal edildi. \u0130\u015fgal edildi diyorum, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc biraz olsun paranoyaksan\u0131z (ki bir nebze paranoyakl\u0131k elzemdir) Gezi Ruhu\u2019nun siyasi arenaya nas\u0131l terc\u00fcme edilece\u011fine dair bask\u0131n g\u00fcndemin bir komplo oldu\u011fu kanaatine bile varabilirsiniz. Soka\u011fa d\u00f6k\u00fclen ve m\u00fc\u015fterek bir talep i\u00e7in yekv\u00fccut ayaklanan bu kitlenin oyu siyasi arenan\u0131n muhaliflerinin a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131 suland\u0131rd\u0131. \u015eaka de\u011fil, on milyonlarca potansiyel oydan bahsediyoruz. Kimin i\u015ftah\u0131 kabarmaz ki?<\/p>\n<p>Gelinen noktada reel siyasi muhalefetin bu kitleyi bir araya getiremedi\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ortada birka\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck problem vard\u0131. Her \u015feyden \u00f6nce Gezi Park\u0131\u2019ndaki M\u00fc\u015fterekler \u00e7ad\u0131r\u0131 <strong>\u015feyler<\/strong> bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yordu, oysa <strong>siyasi kavramlar<\/strong> halinde m\u00fc\u015fterekleri ortaya koymak g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kadar kolay de\u011fil. Bu kitleyi e\u011frisine do\u011frusuna bakmadan kabaca ortadan b\u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fczde iki ayr\u0131 profil \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yordu kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za: Halihaz\u0131rda az ya da \u00e7ok politikle\u015fmi\u015f kitle ve politikay\u0131 g\u00fcndelik hayat\u0131ndan uzak tutup birden Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131\u2019yla birlikte politikle\u015fen kitle. Bu ikinci kitle i\u00e7in yekten apolitik diyemeyiz, olsa olsa siyasetin \u201ckirlili\u011fine\u201d ikna olmu\u015f ve siyaseti kendinden uzak tutan bir kitle oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Haziran sokaklar\u0131na karakterini veren zamane gen\u00e7li\u011finin \u00e7o\u011funun da bu ikinci gruba ait oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Haziran\u2019\u0131n ilk haftas\u0131nda Twitter verileri \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan bir analiz, daha \u00f6ncesinde politikayla ilgili hi\u00e7 tweet atmam\u0131\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kitlenin birden politikle\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor \u00f6rne\u011fin: Twitter verileri \u00fczerindeki analizlerden kesin yarg\u0131lara varamay\u0131z tabii ama ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde Konda\u2019n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmadan \u00e7\u0131kan Gezi Raporu\u2019nda da bunu destekleyecek, hemen hemen ayn\u0131 oranlar\u0131 i\u015faret eden bir veri mevcut:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Politik<\/strong> ile <strong>taze politik<\/strong> iki grubun beklenmedik birlikteli\u011fi Haziran k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n tarihi anlar\u0131ndan biriydi. Direni\u015fe kadar say\u0131s\u0131z \u201cetikete\u201d ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k: \u201cYetmez ama evet\u00e7i\u201d, \u201cKemalist\u201d, \u201culusalc\u0131\u201d, \u201cfa\u015fist\u201d, \u201cK\u00fcrt\u201d, \u201ccemaat\u00e7i\u201d, \u201cmilliyet\u00e7i\u201d, \u201cCHP\u2019li\u201d, \u201cAKP\u2019li\u201d, \u201capolitik gen\u00e7lik\u201d, \u201cApa\u00e7i\u201d vs. diye uzay\u0131p gidiyordu liste. Herkesin kendi kulvar\u0131 vard\u0131 ve yan kulvarda olanlar di\u011ferlerini enterese etmiyordu. Bu iktidar s\u00f6yleminin bile isteye, itinayla kurdu\u011fu bir enterne sistemiydi. Direni\u015fte ise, \u201cohh, mis gibi empati koktu\u201d dedik. Ama ayaklanmalar yerini park forumlar\u0131na b\u0131rak\u0131rken iki grup yeniden atomize oldu. Dilimiz ve bize ait oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz kavramlar hen\u00fcz \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmemi\u015fti. H\u00e2l\u00e2 daha etiketler kavramlara bask\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Uzayda has\u0131l olan elektri\u011fin \u00f6z\u00fc konusunda bitmek bilmeyen bu tart\u0131\u015fmada, politik grubun elinde Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131\u2019na yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan haz\u0131r cevaplar vard\u0131. Diyebiliriz ki, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 doz siyaset ald\u0131k! 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019den bu yana itinayla, katman katman kurgulanm\u0131\u015f ve kurumsalla\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir siyasi iklimden zaferle \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hayal etmek Haziran Ruhu\u2019nun bir hatas\u0131yd\u0131. Bu siyasi iklim, sistemin bekas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan suni dengeye g\u00f6re dizayn edilmi\u015fti ve bu suni dengenin kendisini y\u0131kabilece\u011fini sanmak ne b\u00fcy\u00fck safl\u0131kt\u0131! Ama hi\u00e7 \u00f6nemli de\u011fil, safl\u0131k Haziran Ruhu\u2019nun asli bir par\u00e7as\u0131, bunu g\u00f6r\u00fcp kendini tekrar in\u015fa edebildi\u011fi s\u00fcrece. Suni dengenin akt\u00f6rleri 30 k\u00fcsur y\u0131ld\u0131r bu sistemi anayasa, se\u00e7im yasas\u0131, partiler yasas\u0131, sendikalar yasas\u0131 vs. yasalarla koruma alt\u0131na alacak t\u00fcm a\u011f\u0131 en ince detaylar\u0131na kadar \u00f6rd\u00fc. Bug\u00fcn demokratik se\u00e7im oyunuyla sistemi sarsmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s\u00fcrecin bir somut olgusu <strong>memnuniyetsizler<\/strong> dedi\u011fimiz, Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7imlerinde sand\u0131\u011fa gitmeyerek suni dengeye bilin\u00e7li ya da bilin\u00e7siz destek vermeyi reddedenler oldu. Kitlesel ve m\u00fc\u015fterek taleplerin sand\u0131k demokrasisiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015femeyece\u011finin sessiz ama genel bir kabul g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu manzaray\u0131 daha da karma\u015f\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131ran jeopoliti\u011fi de unutmayal\u0131m. Sokaktaki muhalefetin do\u011frudan etkisinin s\u0131f\u0131ra yak\u0131n oldu\u011fu uluslararas\u0131 geli\u015fmelerin suni denge \u00fczerinde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir etkisi var. Ne ironiktir ki, Yeni Osmanl\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmeti \u015fu anda Osmanl\u0131-Rus Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n sonucunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan iki fay hatt\u0131 \u00fczerinde ya\u015f\u0131yor: Kafkasya ve Do\u011fu Sorunu. Kafkasya\u2019dan Ortado\u011fu\u2019ya uzanan ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden \u00e7ok daha birbiriyle ilintili bu fay hatt\u0131 hem i\u00e7erde hem de d\u0131\u015far\u0131daki suni dengeleri \u00f6ng\u00f6remeyece\u011fimiz \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte bu manzaraya <strong>Reel Siyaset \u00c7\u0131kmaz Soka\u011f\u0131<\/strong> ad\u0131n\u0131 takabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>RTE\u2019den Molok\u2019a\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201czihni salt bir makine olan Molok! damarlar\u0131nda kan yerine para dola\u015fan Molok! parmaklar\u0131 on ordu olan Molok! g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fc kendi cinsinin etini t\u00fcketen bir dinamo olan Molok! kenarlar\u0131ndan dumanlar t\u00fcten bir g\u00f6m\u00fct olan Molok!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>(Allen Ginsberg &#8211; Uluma)<\/p>\n<p>Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n otonom karakteri, ince eleyip s\u0131k dokuyacak, teorik tart\u0131\u015fmalara girecek vakti olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve s\u00f6ylemek istedi\u011fini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca somut s\u00f6ylemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, RTE\u2019yi, kar\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011fu sistemin v\u00fccutla\u015fm\u0131\u015f hali olarak kabul etti ve onu d\u00fc\u015fman belledi. Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131 s\u00fcresince RTE neredeyse demonik bir karakter olarak her \u015feye muktedir, her \u015feyin ba\u015f sorumlusu bir hedef haline geldi. Bunu do\u011fru okuyan sistemin kimi akt\u00f6rleri RTE\u2019yi bertaraf ederek konuyu ge\u00e7i\u015ftirme planlar\u0131n\u0131 bile uygulamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar. Oysa mesele RTE\u2019den de AKP\u2019den de daha b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fc elbette. Bu bir ki\u015fi meselesi de\u011fil, bir parti meselesi de\u011fil, bir sistem meselesiydi. Ama ad\u0131na ister kapitalizm, ister neoliberalizm, ister ba\u015fka \u015fey diyelim, bu sistemin klasik analizlere direnen kal\u0131n bir derisi var. Bir k\u0131sm\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00f6zg\u00fc, bir k\u0131sm\u0131 ise k\u00fcresel dinamiklere paralel de\u011fi\u015fimlerle karma\u015f\u0131kla\u015fm\u0131\u015f bu sisteme RTE ad\u0131n\u0131 vermek onu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck g\u00f6rmek demektir. Ginsberg\u2019in izinden giderek Molok diyebiliriz. T\u0131pk\u0131 Marx\u2019\u0131n kendi d\u00f6nemindeki gibi <strong>kat\u0131 olan her \u015feyin buharla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> bir d\u00f6nemdeyiz, herkes yeni bir \u015feyler s\u00f6ylenmesi gerekti\u011fini biliyor ve birisinin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p bunu s\u00f6ylemesini bekliyor. D\u00fcnya \u2018yeni bir Marx\u2019 bekliyor, kapitalizme dair yeni yay\u0131nlanan her kitap \u2018g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn <em>Kapital<\/em>\u2019i muamelesi\u2019 g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Hen\u00fcz aranan Marx bulunabilmi\u015f de\u011fil, muhtemelen de ortada b\u00f6yle tek bir Marx yok. End\u00fcstri Devrimi\u2019nin kendi \u015fartlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f analizler, kavramlar bug\u00fcn h\u00e2l\u00e2 ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini korusa da kapitalizm prati\u011fi \u00e7ok daha deneyimli ve daha derin art\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Gelece\u011fe dair yeni bir sol muhalefet aray\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00e7atallanan yollar, bildik analizlerin yetmedi\u011fi durumlar \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za. Bu y\u00fczdendir ki, m\u00fc\u015ftereklerin siyasi bir kavram olarak do\u011fu\u015funun sanc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekiyoruz. Bug\u00fcn sol partiler kendi i\u00e7inde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor, teorilerini ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme pratiklerini sorguluyorsa bunun ate\u015fleyicisi Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131, en b\u00fcy\u00fck nedeni ise \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde neresinden tutaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilemedi\u011fimiz bir \u015fekilde y\u00fckselen asri zaman kapitalizmidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn Molok sadece fabrikadan \u00e7\u0131kan mal \u00fczerinde de\u011fil, insan geninden, topra\u011fa at\u0131lan tohuma kadar hak iddia eden bir sistemdir. Bug\u00fcn Molok sadece i\u015fyerinde ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerine h\u00fckmeden de\u011fil, esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma prensibiyle 24 saat 7 g\u00fcn i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc kontrol eden bir sistemdir. Bug\u00fcn Molok sa\u011f eliyle verdi\u011fi \u00fccretin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bize en temel mallar\u0131 <strong>satarak<\/strong> sol eliyle geri alan de\u011fil, her \u015feyi bize <strong>kiralayan<\/strong> bir sistemdir. Bug\u00fcn Molok herkese e\u015fit muamele eden de\u011fil, her birimize \u00f6zel s\u00f6m\u00fcrme modelleri geli\u015ftiren bir sistemdir. Tam da bu y\u00fczdendir ki, fabrika i\u015f\u00e7isinin ko\u015fullar\u0131 150 y\u0131ld\u0131r temelde de\u011fi\u015fmemekle birlikte, yeni ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan i\u015fkollar\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ko\u015fullar\u0131 s\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. De\u011fi\u015fmeyen tek \u015fey Marx\u2019\u0131n proletarya tan\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. Kendi ba\u015f\u0131na bir siyasi ideoloji olmamakla birlikte her t\u00fcr sol ideolojinin zeminidir. <em>Gemeinschaft<\/em>\u2019tan <em>Gesellschaft<\/em>\u2019a ge\u00e7i\u015fin biricik yoludur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Postmodern ideolojinin sonu mu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u2019oldu Derrida?\u201d duvarlardan bize seslenen sloganlardan biriydi. Derrida\u2019ya haks\u0131zl\u0131k yapmayal\u0131m ama Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131, bir ideoloji olarak postmodernizme de bir tepkiydi. <em>Gemeinschaft<\/em>\u2019lar\u0131n y\u00fcceltildi\u011fi bir d\u00fcnyada topra\u011fa g\u00f6m\u00fcld\u00fc san\u0131lan <em>Gesellschaft<\/em>\u2019\u0131n birden dipdiri aya\u011fa kalk\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u015fahit olduk. D\u00fcnyada Reagan ve Thatcher ikilisiyle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fmi\u015f kapitalizmin yeni kabu\u011funun T\u00fcrkiye baca\u011f\u0131 ise \u00d6zalizm\u2019di. Ya\u015fananlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 bize \u00f6zel ama bir\u00e7o\u011fu da bir \u015fablon halinde her co\u011frafyada uygulanan bir pland\u0131: Sendikalar bertaraf edilecek, esnek ya da yar\u0131 zamanl\u0131 i\u015fkollar\u0131, ta\u015feronluk (outsourcing) gibi sistemlerin sisteme enjeksiyonuyla \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan a\u011flar\u0131 zay\u0131flat\u0131lacak. Kamunun g\u00fcvenceli i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran kurumlar\u0131 \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilerek serbest rekabete ve g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7\u0131k hale getirilecek. Bunlar\u0131n nas\u0131l sistematik olarak hayat\u0131m\u0131za sokuldu\u011funu biliyoruz, halen bu s\u00fcrecin i\u00e7indeyiz.<\/p>\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fim, sermayenin esnek dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n (flexible accumulation) uluslararas\u0131 boyuttan uluslar\u00fcst\u00fc boyuta ge\u00e7erek yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 global finans pazar\u0131. Ama finans\u0131n \u00fcretimle ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n koparak referanss\u0131z, kendi ba\u015f\u0131na bir pazar olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde bir de\u011fi\u015fim bu. \u00dcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin par\u00e7alanabildi\u011fi, planlama\/tasar\u0131m\/imalat gibi safhalar\u0131n co\u011frafyadan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z hale gelebildi\u011fi bir d\u00fcnyadan s\u00f6z ediyoruz. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin par\u00e7alanabilmesinin en b\u00fcy\u00fck nedeni bilgi teknolojisinin k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131, bilginin kontrol edilmesinin, payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n ve iletilmesinin \u00fcretim s\u00fcreci planlamas\u0131n\u0131n asli bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline gelmesidir. \u0130malat\u0131n kendisi toplam \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinin i\u00e7inde art\u0131 de\u011ferin en \u00f6nemsiz haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sekt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri aras\u0131nda farkl\u0131l\u0131klar elbette vard\u0131r. Kimi sekt\u00f6rlerde imalat sadece ucuzlu\u011funa g\u00f6re planlanan bir <strong>commodity<\/strong> iken y\u00fcksek teknoloji sekt\u00f6rlerinde i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc kalifikasyonundan mal\u0131n son haline kadar s\u00fcrecin \u00f6nemli safhalar\u0131ndan biri olabiliyor. Ama \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinin par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f, co\u011frafyadan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, mavi yaka ile beyaz yakan\u0131n asla bir araya gelme gereksinimi bile duymad\u0131\u011f\u0131 boyutta atomize oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fi de\u011fi\u015fmemektedir. Bu Post-Fordist \u00fcretim mant\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.
