Bunun yerine, her g\u00fcn, her yerde, her an iktidar\u0131n hegemonyas\u0131n\u0131n ve me\u015fruiyetinin alt\u0131n\u0131 oyacak bir kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr dinami\u011fi geli\u015ftirmek \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde uzanan muazzam bir yol. Bunu s\u00f6ylerken on y\u0131llard\u0131r T\u00fcrk solunun diline pelesenk olmu\u015f \u201cbunu tekrar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemiz gerekiyor\u201d gibi s\u0131f\u0131r noktas\u0131ndaki bir teoriden s\u00f6z etmiyoruz, tam tersine pratikle desteklenen, zaten olmakta olan organik bir hareketi kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc dinamikleriyle kal\u0131c\u0131 ve daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc hale getirmekten s\u00f6z ediyoruz. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>31 May\u0131s 2013 gecesi ne oldu?<\/p>\n<p>O geceyi \u00f6nceleyen ve sonras\u0131n\u0131 olaylar zinciriyle a\u00e7\u0131klayan her \u015feyi, s\u00f6zl\u00fc \u015fahitlikleriyle, foto\u011fraf kareleriyle, belgesel anlar\u0131yla, bireysel hik\u00e2yelerle biliyor ve anlatabiliyoruz. Gezi Direni\u015fi ve Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131 olgusal olarak belgelendi, belgelenmeye de devam ediyor. Ama \u201c31 May\u0131s 2013 gecesi ne oldu?\u201d h\u00e2l\u00e2 yak\u0131c\u0131 bir soru olarak duruyor \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde. Bir zembere\u011fin bo\u015falmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni nas\u0131l a\u00e7\u0131klanabilir ki? Ama 31 May\u0131s 2013 gecesinin \u00f6z\u00fcne dair en g\u00fczel tasvir hep Elias Cannetti\u2019ninki olacak:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAz \u00f6nce hi\u00e7bir \u015feyin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerde birden gizemli ve evrensel bir \u015fey has\u0131l olur: Kitle. Birden her yer, sanki t\u00fcm caddeler oraya ak\u0131yormu\u015f\u00e7as\u0131na siyah noktalarla dolar. \u00c7o\u011fu ne oldu\u011funu bilmez ve sorgulamaz, di\u011fer insanlar\u0131n oldu\u011fu yere ula\u015fmak ister sadece. Sanki baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n hareketi di\u011ferlerine iletilmektedir. Fakat bu kadarla kalmaz, bir ama\u00e7lar\u0131 vard\u0131r, ad\u0131n\u0131 koyamad\u0131klar\u0131. \u00c7o\u011fu insan\u0131n topland\u0131\u011f\u0131 o en kara noktaya ula\u015fmak, onlara kat\u0131lmak. \u0130\u015fte bu kendili\u011finden olu\u015fan kalabal\u0131\u011f\u0131n en u\u00e7 bi\u00e7imidir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cannetti buna, do\u011fal kalabal\u0131k, b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck\u00e7e a\u00e7\u0131lan, a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131k\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fcyen <strong>a\u00e7\u0131k kitle<\/strong> der. S\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131zd\u0131r bu kalabal\u0131k, s\u00fcrekli birilerini katt\u0131k\u00e7a daha da b\u00fcy\u00fcr. Kitle <strong>de\u015farj<\/strong> ile birlikte var olur. De\u015farj, kitle i\u00e7indeki farklar\u0131, mesafeleri yok eder ve e\u015fit k\u0131lar. B\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 an da\u011f\u0131lacakt\u0131r a\u00e7\u0131k kitle, o y\u00fczden b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye e\u011filimlidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00e7\u0131k kitle iktidara kar\u015f\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir \u00f6nceki yaz\u0131mda, Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n siyasi nedenlere indirgenmesinin bizi acil siyasi sonu\u00e7 beklentilerine hapsetti\u011fini iddia etmi\u015ftim. Bu sefer de Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha derin, asla onar\u0131lamayacak bir k\u0131r\u0131\u011fa neden oldu\u011funu iddia edece\u011fim. Bir organizma olarak Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n <strong>n\u00fcvesini<\/strong> anlamak ve \u00f6n\u00fcndeki potansiyeli g\u00f6rmek, neden ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan daha elzem geliyor bana.<\/p>\n<p>Cannetti\u2019nin <strong>a\u00e7\u0131k kitlesi<\/strong>, Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bedensel bir tepki oldu\u011funu anlat\u0131yor bize. Bu bir organizma ve ya\u015f\u0131yor. De\u011fi\u015fik \u015fekillerde, de\u011fi\u015fim ge\u00e7irerek ya\u015f\u0131yor. \u015eimdilerde 17 ayl\u0131k oldu. Onu ya\u015fatabilmek ve b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye devam etmesini sa\u011flamak acil \u00f6nceli\u011fimiz olmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Gezi Direni\u015fi ve Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131\u2019yla ilgili iktidar\u0131n her dedi\u011fi do\u011fruydu! Bu bir darbe giri\u015fimiydi. Bu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin istikrar\u0131na zarar veriyordu. Bu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin frene basmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in bir komploydu. \u0130ktidar kendi penceresinden bunlar\u0131 s\u00f6ylerken hakl\u0131yd\u0131. AKP iktidar\u0131ndan \u00f6nce in\u015fa edilmeye ba\u015flanan ve AKP\u2019nin \u00fczerine kondu\u011fu b\u00fcy\u00fck s\u00f6ylem, b\u00fcy\u00fck uzla\u015fma, kitleler taraf\u0131ndan 31 May\u0131s 2013 tarihinde ala\u015fa\u011f\u0131 edildi. Ondan sonras\u0131 da bu s\u00f6ylemin molozlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serilmesinden ibaretti. \u0130ktidar\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 ana kolonunun yerle yeksan oldu\u011funu iddia edebiliriz o gece:<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcndemi elinden ka\u00e7\u0131ran iktidar. <\/strong>\u0130ktidar\u0131n ilk g\u00fcnden bu yana ba\u015far\u0131yla uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcndem belirleme stratejisi 31 May\u0131s 2013 gecesi i\u015fe yaramad\u0131. Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00e7er\u00e7evesinin iktidar\u0131n kendisi taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7izildi\u011fi ve t\u00fcm siyasi ve toplumsal muhalefetin bu \u00e7er\u00e7eve i\u00e7inde tart\u0131\u015fmaya zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir stratejiydi bu. Hi\u00e7 sekmeden 12 y\u0131l boyunca efektif bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bu g\u00fcndem belirleme ve de\u011fi\u015ftirme k\u0131vrakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7er\u00e7eveleyemedi\u011fi, kendi retori\u011fine hapsedemedi\u011fi bir organizma kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yenilgiye u\u011frad\u0131. O d\u00f6nemde RTE\u2019nin psikolojik d\u0131\u015favurumlar\u0131, gol yollar\u0131nda al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131k becerisini g\u00f6steremeyen egosu \u015fi\u015fkin bir forvetin oyundan al\u0131n\u0131\u015f an\u0131ndaki tav\u0131rlar\u0131na benziyordu. Bildi\u011fi tek \u015feyi, tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kendine g\u00f6re bi\u00e7imlendirmeyi ve y\u00f6netmeyi ba\u015faramayan bir iktidar\u0131n aczi g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serildi. <strong>Usta<\/strong>\u2019dan, f\u00fctursuzca ana avrat k\u00fcfredilen birine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi birka\u00e7 saat s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bir g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde iktidar t\u00fcm s\u00f6ylemini bir kenara b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015f ve her t\u00fcr bask\u0131 ayg\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 ayn\u0131 f\u00fctursuzlukla kitlelerin \u00fczerine salm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ama olan olmu\u015ftu bir kere, her \u015fey berrakla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131 kitlelerin g\u00f6z\u00fcnde. Bug\u00fcne kadar ciddiye ald\u0131klar\u0131 her iktidar hamlesi, her c\u00fcmle, bir parodiden ibaretti me\u011ferse. Direni\u015f \u00f6nce dili ele ge\u00e7irdi. \u0130ktidar alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ters y\u00fcz etti. Daha birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce, g\u00fcndemi belirlemekten zevk ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 itiraf eden bir ba\u015fbakan g\u00fcndemin esiri oldu. \u0130ktidar s\u00f6ylemi t\u00fcm \u00e7abalara ra\u011fmen art\u0131k onar\u0131lamaz hale geldi, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc <strong>\u00f6zne<\/strong> olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p <strong>nesne<\/strong> haline gelmi\u015fti bir kere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entelekt\u00fcellerin iflas\u0131. <\/strong>\u0130ktidar\u0131n kendi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na at\u0131lmas\u0131 ve g\u00fcndemin gerisine d\u00fc\u015fmesi, 12 y\u0131ld\u0131r g\u00fcndemini iktidar\u0131n g\u00fcndemiyle e\u015fg\u00fcd\u00fcml\u00fc hale getirmi\u015f medyan\u0131n da patinaja girmesine neden oldu. Penguenler bir kay\u0131ts\u0131zl\u0131ktan ziyade, iktidar\u0131n belirleyici olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir olgu \u00fczerine ne diyece\u011fini bilemeyen medyan\u0131n hi\u00e7bir \u015fey dememeyi tercih etmesi olarak yorumlanabilir. Bu \u00e7at\u0131rdaman\u0131n devam\u0131nda iktidar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck ittifaklar\u0131ndan biri, geleneksel ve ana ak\u0131m entelekt\u00fcelleri saf d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kald\u0131. Bakmay\u0131n siz, sonras\u0131nda nedamet getirip muhalefet saflar\u0131na ge\u00e7ti\u011fini iddia eden entelekt\u00fcellere, iktidar i\u00e7in onlar Haziran sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemde kullan\u0131lamaz hale gelmi\u015f, zaten \u0131skartaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. \u0130ktidar\u0131n art\u0131k bir s\u00f6ylem olu\u015fturmaya ve bunun etraf\u0131nda insanlar\u0131 iyi k\u00f6t\u00fc ikna etmeye ihtiyac\u0131 kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Havuz medyas\u0131 dedi\u011fimiz kaba propaganda ara\u00e7lar\u0131 bundan sonraki yol haritas\u0131 i\u00e7in iktidara yeterliydi. Gezi\u2019deki her sald\u0131r\u0131 daha inat\u00e7\u0131 bir direni\u015fe yol a\u00e7arken, di\u011fer \u015fehirlerde bu, do\u011frudan bir ayaklanmaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00fc\u00e7 s\u00fctunun \u00e7atlamas\u0131 bug\u00fcnden geriye bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda h\u00e2l\u00e2 onar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f de\u011fil. Bu y\u00f6ndeki her \u00e7aba \u00e7atla\u011f\u0131 daha da derinle\u015ftiriyor. 31 May\u0131s 2013 gecesi iktidar 12 y\u0131ll\u0131k itinayla in\u015fa edilmi\u015f stratejisini rafa kald\u0131r\u0131p elinde kalan \u00e7eki\u00e7le, g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc her \u015feye \u00e7ivi muamelesi yapan yeni bir yola girdi. \u0130\u015fte bu noktada, Haziran Ruhu\u2019nu somutla\u015ft\u0131rabilecek bir k\u0131lavuza ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var. Pratikten teoriye do\u011fru gideceksek yaz\u0131n\u0131n bundan sonraki k\u0131sm\u0131nda Gramsci\u2019nin k\u0131lavuzlu\u011funu talep etmemiz gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gramsci\u2019yi hat\u0131rlamak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gramsci\u2019nin biraz bahts\u0131z oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Mussolini hapishanelerinde geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi temel kavramlar\u0131n karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve birbiriyle olan ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n genelde etki-tepki d\u00fczeyine indirgenerek tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir. Di\u011fer yandan me\u015fhur \u201csivil toplum\u201d teorisinin 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019den ba\u015flayarak sol liberaller taraf\u0131ndan <strong>\u00e7al\u0131narak<\/strong> ve i\u00e7i bo\u015falt\u0131larak yeni sa\u011f ideolojinin temel direklerinden biri haline getirildi\u011fi de bir ger\u00e7ek. \u00d6zellikle AKP d\u00f6neminin 31 May\u0131s 2013 gecesine kadar olan k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hegemonyas\u0131n\u0131n merkezinde, sivil toplum tezinin sapt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir yorumunun bulundu\u011funu kabul etmek gerekiyor. O y\u00fczden bug\u00fcn H\u00fcdapar\u2019dan STK diye s\u00f6z edilebiliyor. Ama b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131 bir yana b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, Gramsci\u2019nin tezleri bug\u00fcn her zamankinden daha fazla g\u00fcndeme getirilmeyi hak ediyor, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Gramsci\u2019nin tezleri, T\u00fcrkiye ba\u011flam\u0131nda hi\u00e7 bu kadar olgularla desteklenmemi\u015fti. Bu olgular\u0131 Gramsci\u2019nin bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla okumaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130deoloji.<\/strong> Gramsci i\u00e7in ideoloji toplumun sinir sisteminin b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcne yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, bilin\u00e7 d\u00fczeyinde oldu\u011fundan daha \u00e7ok bilin\u00e7alt\u0131nda da i\u015fleyen bir de\u011ferler b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Dilin kendisi, ideolojinin ana kanallar\u0131ndan biridir. Dil \u00fczerindeki bilin\u00e7d\u0131\u015f\u0131 hakimiyet ideolojiyi me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n en \u00f6nemli arac\u0131d\u0131r. Sa\u011fduyu diyebilece\u011fimiz, genel ge\u00e7er do\u011frular, \u00e7o\u011funluk\u00e7a kabul g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f de\u011fer ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ideolojinin yeniden \u00fcretildi\u011fi alanlardan ikincisidir. Ve \u201cfolklor\u201d \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplanan, yayg\u0131n dini inan\u00e7lar, fikirler ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ideolojinin toplum i\u00e7inde s\u00fcrekli dola\u015f\u0131mda tutuldu\u011fu \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc aland\u0131r. Egemen s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 temsil eden devlet, okullar, camiler gibi kurumlarla ideolojinin yeniden \u00fcretilmesini garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131r. Bu anlam\u0131yla devlet, yeni bir uygarl\u0131k yaratma ad\u0131na kendini bir \u201ce\u011fitici\u201d gibi konumland\u0131r\u0131r. Bu eylemler, kitlelerin ekonomik ve politik kurumlardan d\u0131\u015flanmas\u0131yla hegemonyan\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ad\u0131na s\u00fcrekli olarak devlet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn yeniden ve yeniden d\u00fczenlenmesine neden olur. Buna da <strong>pasif devrim<\/strong> (isterseniz kar\u015f\u0131 devrim) der Gramsci. \u00a0Kitlelerin dahil olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, devlet kurumlar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla planlanan bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecidir bu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hegemonya<\/strong>. Gramsci i\u00e7in hegemonya bir tahakk\u00fcm ya da salt iktidar anlam\u0131na gelmiyor kesinlikle. Hegemonya kavram\u0131ndan anlamam\u0131z gereken, g\u00fc\u00e7 ili\u015fkilerindeki stat\u00fckoyu korumak i\u00e7in de\u011ferler, inan\u00e7lar, tav\u0131rlar ve ahlaktan olu\u015fan b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir sistemin toplumun damarlar\u0131na kadar n\u00fcfuz ettirilmesidir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla hegemonya, g\u00fcndelik hayat\u0131n her k\u00f6\u015fesindeki sosyal ili\u015fkilere sinmi\u015f <strong>d\u00fczenleyici ilke<\/strong> olarak tarif edilir. Bu sa\u011fduyunun kitleler taraf\u0131ndan i\u00e7selle\u015ftirildi\u011fi oranda, h\u00fckmeden s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n felsefesi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve ahlaki de\u011ferleri do\u011fal, de\u011fi\u015ftirilemez bir d\u00fczen olarak alg\u0131lan\u0131r. \u0130ktidar ancak ve ancak k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hegemonyas\u0131n\u0131 kurabilmi\u015f ise kal\u0131c\u0131 bir iktidara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc hegemonya zorla de\u011fil me\u015fruiyet ile kurulabilir. Bunun i\u00e7in de kitlelerin <strong>r\u0131zas\u0131<\/strong> (consent) gerekir. Burada iktidar\u0131n hegemonik ayg\u0131tlar\u0131 ile bask\u0131c\u0131 ayg\u0131tlar\u0131 aras\u0131na bir \u00e7izgi \u00e7ekmek gerekiyor. \u0130ktidar\u0131n hegemonyas\u0131n\u0131 kurabilmesi i\u00e7in bask\u0131c\u0131 ayg\u0131tlar de\u011fil her \u015feyden \u00f6nce hegemonik ayg\u0131tlar devrededir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada durup AKP iktidar\u0131n\u0131n bir hegemonyas\u0131 olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir soru sormak durumunday\u0131z. Buna cevaben 31 May\u0131s 2013\u2019e kadar AKP iktidar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm toplumsal muhalefete ra\u011fmen hegemonik olarak da iktidar oldu\u011funu kabul etmemiz gerekir. 12 Eyl\u00fcl sonras\u0131ndaki milliyet\u00e7i muhafazak\u00e2r \u00e7izginin bir\u00e7ok unsurunu i\u00e7inde ta\u015f\u0131yan bu hegemonya, de\u011fi\u015fik s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n ve entelekt\u00fcel kadrolar\u0131n ittifak\u0131 ile kurulmu\u015ftur. AKP\u2019nin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hegemonyas\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcm boyutlar\u0131yla tart\u0131\u015fmak elbette bizi a\u015far. Ama kimileri i\u00e7in \u201cekonomiyi idare etmeyi biliyorlar\u201d, kimileri i\u00e7in \u201c\u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar\u201d, kimileri i\u00e7in \u201cAB\u2019ye uyumlu yasalar ge\u00e7iriyorlar\u201d, kimileri i\u00e7in \u201caskeri vesayete kar\u015f\u0131lar\u201d, kimileri i\u00e7in de \u201cyerine gelecek daha iyisi var m\u0131?\u201d \u015feklinde g\u00fcndelik dilimize girmi\u015f bir\u00e7ok kli\u015fe bu hegemonyan\u0131n sinsice in\u015fa etti\u011fi <strong>r\u0131za s\u00f6zc\u00fckleriydi<\/strong>. AKP d\u00f6nemi boyunca hedef tahtas\u0131na konmu\u015f ve kitlelerce de kabullenilmi\u015f ulus, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k, laiklik gibi eski T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye ait oldu\u011fu iddia edilen kavramlar yerini \u00f6tekile\u015ftirmeme, kimlikler, cemaatler, etnisite, dini kimlikler gibi normalle\u015ftirilmi\u015f kavramlara terk ettiler. Fark\u0131nda olmadan kitleler bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7er\u00e7eveyi kabullendi ve iktidara r\u0131zalar\u0131n\u0131 verdi. Burada r\u0131za g\u00f6stermeyi illa da AKP\u2019ye oy vermek anlam\u0131nda de\u011fil, onun bu \u015fart ve ko\u015fullarda bir ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazl\u0131k olarak alg\u0131lanmas\u0131 olarak okumak gerekiyor. Hegemonya bu \u015fekilde i\u015fliyor \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc. K\u00fclt\u00fcrel hegemonya kitlenin iktidara verdi\u011fi r\u0131zan\u0131n \u00e7imentosu i\u015flevini g\u00f6r\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 dolduran geleneksel ve bir zamanlar\u0131n sol liberal entelekt\u00fcellerinden dev\u015firme pop\u00fcler bir kadro t\u00fcm AKP iktidar\u0131 boyunca b\u00fcy\u00fck bir so\u011fukkanl\u0131l\u0131k ve dirayetle bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hegemonyaya har\u00e7 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131lar. <em>Gemeinschaft<\/em> perspektifiyle neo-liberalizmin temel alg\u0131 kal\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n harmanland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc 80\u2019lerde ba\u015far\u0131lamayan hegemonik iktidar\u0131n 2000\u2019lerde ancak kurulabildi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor bize.<\/p>\n<p>Hegemonyan\u0131n iki baca\u011f\u0131 var: Politik-Etik ve Ekonomik. AKP\u2019nin entelekt\u00fceller d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00fcretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc elinden tutan as\u0131l s\u0131n\u0131f ile de bir ittifak\u0131 olmadan bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hegemonyay\u0131 kurmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildi. Burada da AKP\u2019nin i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne koydu\u011fu <strong>teknokrasi<\/strong> kavram\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmememiz gerekiyor. 90\u2019larda ve 2001\u2019de b\u00fcy\u00fck ekonomik \u00e7alkant\u0131lar ya\u015fanan bir ortamda AKP, ekonomiyi ideolojik de\u011fil teknik bir y\u00f6ntemle idare etmeyi teklif etti burjuvaziye. Asl\u0131nda bu IMF kararlar\u0131na, kitleler aleyhine olsa bile s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya ba\u011fl\u0131 kal\u0131naca\u011f\u0131na dair verilmi\u015f bir s\u00f6zden ibaretti. Teknokrasiyi, ideolojiden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z, do\u011fal bir sistemin devam\u0131 olarak lanse eden bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f burjuvazi i\u00e7in bi\u00e7ilmi\u015f kaftand\u0131. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u015fer ittifak\u0131 i\u00e7in her \u015fart mevcuttu.<\/p>\n<p>Ger\u00e7ekten de geriye d\u00f6n\u00fcp bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ortada tutarl\u0131 ve kendi i\u00e7inde anlaml\u0131 bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hegemonya tesis edildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Ta ki 31 May\u0131s 2013 gecesine kadar. O gece pald\u0131r k\u00fcld\u00fcr y\u0131k\u0131lan 20 y\u0131lda in\u015fa edilmi\u015f bu hegemonya idi.<\/p>\n<p>Gramsci domino ta\u015flar\u0131 gibi s\u0131rt s\u0131rta vermi\u015f \u00fc\u00e7 krizden s\u00f6z eder: <strong>Otorite krizi<\/strong>, <strong>hegemonya krizi<\/strong> ve <strong>devlet krizi<\/strong>. 31 May\u0131s 2013 gecesi \u00f6nce otorite krizi ba\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Bir ba\u015fbakan, 10 y\u0131ld\u0131r iktidarda olan bir parti ve t\u00fcm \u015f\u00fcrek\u00e2s\u0131, kolluk kuvvetleriyle birlikte otoritesini yitirdi. Ama bundan daha \u00f6nemlisi, duvar yaz\u0131lar\u0131nda g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz gibi bug\u00fcne kadar \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde dikilmekte olan ve t\u00fcm g\u00fcndelik hayat\u0131m\u0131za n\u00fcfuz etmi\u015f Molok bir anda \u00e7\u0131plak kald\u0131. Saat durdu ve on y\u0131llard\u0131r t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi yorumlama ve y\u00f6nlendirme imtiyaz\u0131na sahip medya yay\u0131na penguen belgeseli s\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Gramsci i\u00e7in hegemonya krizi toplumsal m\u00fccadelenin \u00fc\u00e7 stratejik kavram\u0131ndan biridir. Tarihsel olarak Gezi Direni\u015fi ve Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131\u2019na verilecek ilk ve en somut paye hegemonya krizini yaratmas\u0131d\u0131r. Hegemonya krizi hayatidir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc yoktur. Yaz\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda da belirtti\u011fimiz gibi sonradan nedamet getiren entelekt\u00fceller asl\u0131nda saf de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f de\u011fillerdir, iktidar\u0131n hegemonya krizi sonras\u0131 onlara ihtiyac\u0131 kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Gramsci, hegemonya krizi sonras\u0131 iktidar\u0131n elinde kalan tek g\u00fcc\u00fcn, bask\u0131 ara\u00e7lar\u0131na ba\u015fvurarak ve h\u0131zla totaliterle\u015ferek <strong>krizi uzatmak<\/strong> oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yler. Bu noktada iktidar\u0131n elindeki se\u00e7enekler \u00f6ylesine azalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki, devlet kurumlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrerek pasif devrimi h\u0131zland\u0131rmak ve bunu yaparken kitlelerin r\u0131zas\u0131na de\u011fil bask\u0131 ara\u00e7lar\u0131na ba\u015fvurmak zorundad\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden iki \u015feye ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r: Bu kitleyi tehdit eden d\u00fc\u015fmanlara ve bu kitleyi bir arada tutacak zaman\u0131 belirsiz, soyut bir hedefe. Cannetti\u2019nin tarifini burada da olgular\u0131n deste\u011fiyle okumam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Ergenekon\u2019dan paralellere ve son olarak Lawrence\u2019lara kadar d\u00fc\u015fmanlarla tehdit ediliyor bu kapal\u0131 kitle ve bir yandan da, ne id\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirsiz, ne zaman nas\u0131l ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fi mu\u011flak Yeni T\u00fcrkiye hedefine kilitlenmeleri isteniyor. AKP iktidar\u0131na damga vuran ve Muhafazak\u00e2r Demokrasi diye adland\u0131r\u0131labilecek k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hegemonyan\u0131n kitleler taraf\u0131ndan devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte iktidar, \u0130slamoliberalizm denebilecek yeni bir s\u00f6ylem in\u015fa etmeye ve pasif devrimi acilen ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye odakland\u0131. Toplumsal her alan\u0131 ve sivil toplumu bir yana iterek devlet kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, iktidar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmek i\u00e7in tek \u015fans\u0131. Burada \u0130slam, dile getirildi\u011fi gibi toplumsal bir \u00e7imento olarak de\u011fil, tam tersine par\u00e7alay\u0131c\u0131 bir unsur olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Fakat pasif devrimin bir ba\u015fka amac\u0131 daha olmal\u0131. Bu da AKP iktidar\u0131n\u0131n damarlar\u0131nda dola\u015fan liberalizmde mevcut. \u0130ktidar\u00a0 pasif devrim ile devleti liberalizme kiralanabilir, sat\u0131labilir bir yap\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda da kendi iktidar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmek i\u00e7in toplumun de\u011fil ama liberalizmin r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 almak pe\u015finde. Politik-Etik alan\u0131n\u0131 \u0130slam ile doldururken, Ekonomi alan\u0131n\u0131 Liberalizme devretmek \u00fczere kurulu bir stratejisi var art\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Ama, der Gramsci, iktidar\u0131n devam etmesi i\u00e7in aslolan k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hegemonyad\u0131r. Dahas\u0131 Gezi ile birlikte aktivist olan, politikle\u015fen gen\u00e7 ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yeti\u015fkin sosyal g\u00fc\u00e7lerle ayn\u0131 cephede bulu\u015fturacak \u00e7izgiyi yaratmak da kolay de\u011fil, ama Gezi Direni\u015fi ve Haziran Ruhu bunun \u015fu anda, ge\u00e7mi\u015f on y\u0131llara nazaran \u00e7ok daha m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu i\u015faret ediyor. K\u00fclt\u00fcr Devrimi, bir kere daha Gramsci\u2019yi izleyerek s\u00f6ylersek, kitlelerin ve demokrasinin kendini y\u00f6netme g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn do\u011fal bir uzant\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fclt\u00fcr, t\u0131pk\u0131 Gramsci i\u00e7in oldu\u011fu kadar, Frankfurt Okulu, Marcuse, Althusser, Raymond Williams gibi isimler i\u00e7in de asli m\u00fccadele alan\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 be\u015f yukar\u0131 hepsinde ayn\u0131 \u201ck\u00fclt\u00fcr\u201d tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 bulabiliriz: \u201cK\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00fcretim i\u015fb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden, ailenin yap\u0131s\u0131na, toplumsal ili\u015fkileri d\u0131\u015fa vuran ve y\u00f6neten kurumlar\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131na kadar, toplum \u00fcyelerinin birbirleriyle ileti\u015fim halinde oldu\u011fu t\u00fcm karakteristik bi\u00e7imleri i\u00e7erir.\u201d K\u00fclt\u00fcre dair bu yakla\u015f\u0131m bu topraklar i\u00e7in de yeni de\u011fildir. Bug\u00fcn Kad\u0131k\u00f6y\u2019deki su eyleminde ya da Mecidik\u00f6y i\u015f cinayetleri sonras\u0131 \u201cBu daha ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7, m\u00fccadeleye devam\u201d slogan\u0131n\u0131n tekrarlan\u0131yor olu\u015funda Haziran Ruhu\u2019nu sonras\u0131ndaki eylem zincirlerine ba\u011flayan bir hat g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Mahalle d\u00fczeyinde ba\u015flayan, Soma\u2019da, Kobani\u2019de, Mecidiyek\u00f6y\u2019de ya da d\u00fcnyan\u0131n herhangi bir noktas\u0131ndaki olayda birden parlay\u0131veren <strong>sosyal bir empati<\/strong> g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. 15 g\u00fcnl\u00fck Gezi Park\u0131 Otonom Cumhuriyeti biricik ve m\u00fcthi\u015f bir deneyim de\u011fil midir? Soka\u011f\u0131 talep eden, duvar yaz\u0131lar\u0131nda g\u00fcndemi kovalayan ya da g\u00fcndem yaratan bir ifade patlamas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Kentin ideolojik \u015fekillenme bi\u00e7imini ya\u015fayarak g\u00f6ren bir kitlenin Kent Savunmalar\u0131 cepheleri kurdu\u011funu ve kentle ilgili her \u00fcst\u00fc kapal\u0131 karara kar\u015f\u0131 inat\u00e7\u0131 bir m\u00fccadele geli\u015ftirdi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u0130nternette giderek artan say\u0131da alternatif haber kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n, tart\u0131\u015fma bloglar\u0131n\u0131n, g\u00fcncel sanat sitelerinin a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. T\u00fcm tuzaklar\u0131na ra\u011fmen internetin ve dijital i\u00e7erik \u00fcretiminin dinamik bir medya halini ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. G\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fczle bu kadar \u015fey g\u00f6rebiliyorsak bunun bir anlam\u0131 olmal\u0131, de\u011fil mi? B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar esasl\u0131, ilkeli ve politik bir kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr m\u00fccadelesi y\u00fckseltmek i\u00e7in un ve \u015feker sunuyor bize.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pozisyon sava\u015f\u0131. <\/strong>Yeni bir d\u00fcnya vizyonu geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in yarat\u0131lan bu kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr, yeni bir toplumun normlar\u0131n\u0131 ve de\u011ferlerini iktidar k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yerine koyacakt\u0131r. Gramsci, proleter kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn devleti ku\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu stratejiye <strong>pozisyon sava\u015f\u0131<\/strong> ad\u0131n\u0131 verir. Siklet merkezinin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hegemonya \u00fczerinde odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn merkezinde <strong>parti<\/strong> yer almaktad\u0131r (ki bu en az\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in ama genelde d\u00fcnyadaki t\u00fcm benzeri kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr hareketleri i\u00e7in bug\u00fcn olgusal olarak mevcut de\u011fildir). Fakat Gramsci\u2019ye g\u00f6re partinin i\u015flevi dikey bir kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr dayatmak de\u011fil, tabandan ye\u015feren kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc organik ve geleneksel ayd\u0131nlarla ba\u011flamak ve kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc m\u00fccadelenin merkezine yerle\u015ftirmektir. Gramsci\u2019deki parti \u00f6\u011fesinin bo\u015flu\u011fu \u00f6nemli bir sorundur. Bir kurum olarak partinin illa \u015fart olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayr\u0131 konu, ama bu kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn harc\u0131nda <strong>politik<\/strong> bir ideoloji olmak zorunda, aksi halde Gramsci\u2019nin sivil toplum kavram\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcndeki ideolojik \u00f6zneyi g\u00f6zden ka\u00e7\u0131rm\u0131\u015f oluruz ve \u201880\u2019lerden itibaren bu kavram\u0131n sa\u011f ideolojik akt\u00f6rler yaratmak i\u00e7in nas\u0131l kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlayamay\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sosyal empatiden siyasi sempatiye<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u015eu an itibariyle Haziran Ruhu\u2019nu ayakta ve birlikte tutan har\u00e7 <strong>sosyal empati<\/strong> olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir. S\u0131n\u0131r tan\u0131mayan bu sosyal empati, kitlenin h\u0131zl\u0131 tepkiler vermesini ve otonom m\u00fccadele alanlar\u0131 a\u00e7mas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Ancak <strong>sosyal empati<\/strong> ile <strong>siyasi sempati<\/strong> aras\u0131nda kal\u0131n bir duvar var ve bu ayr\u0131mda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir karma\u015fa ve \u00e7eli\u015fki ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir. Sosyal empatiyi siyasi pozisyonlara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrecek bir \u00e7izginin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan s\u00f6z edemiyoruz bug\u00fcn.\u00a0 Bunun d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7eli\u015fkili gibi g\u00f6z\u00fcken iki nedeni oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Birincisi, 31 May\u0131s 2013 gecesini siyasi bir hareket olarak yorumlayarak, reel siyasette ivedi de\u011fi\u015fimlere yol a\u00e7abilece\u011fini sanmakt\u0131. Bunun g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kadar kolay olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131, ama Haziran Ruhu\u2019nu reel siyasetle ilgili polemiklere bolca hapsetti bu bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131. \u0130kincisi ise, siyasete dair tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00e7er\u00e7evesini halen daha suni dengenin bekas\u0131 i\u00e7in in\u015fa edilmi\u015f s\u00f6ylem belirliyor. Ve bu destek hi\u00e7 gelmez. \u00d6\u011frenciler k\u0131z\u0131l bayraklar dalgaland\u0131r\u0131r, barikatlar\u0131 eski ve yeni Marksist kahramanlar\u0131n resimleriyle donat\u0131r ama kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya olduklar\u0131 durum, geleneksel bir sol-sa\u011f analiziyle anla\u015f\u0131lamaz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Benzeri \u015fekilde Gezi Direni\u015fi ve Haziran Ayaklanmalar\u0131 da geleneksel sol muhalefetten \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir destek almad\u0131. Ama aralar\u0131nda bir ileti\u015fim ve etkile\u015fim olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da s\u00f6ylenemez. Yine de gen\u00e7 ku\u015faklar ile yeti\u015fkin ku\u015faklar\u0131, sokaklar ile geleneksel toplumsal muhalefet \u00f6rg\u00fctlerini tek bir cephede birle\u015ftirebilecek yeni bir t\u00fcr dayan\u0131\u015fmaya ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011fu da kesin. Gezi Direni\u015fi\u2019nin do\u011furdu\u011fu en \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 olgular\u0131ndan biri \u00c7ar\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n, t\u0131pk\u0131 1970\u2019lerdeki D\u0130SK\u2019e y\u00f6neltilen su\u00e7lamalarla yarg\u0131lan\u0131yor olmas\u0131. Toplumsal muhalefetin geleneksel muhalefet kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda vuku bulmas\u0131 bir rastlant\u0131 de\u011fil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00fcnevver-ayd\u0131n-entelekt\u00fcel-?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131da s\u00f6z etti\u011fimiz Haziran Ruhu\u2019nun cephele\u015fmi\u015f bir siyasete d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesini ve geleneksel sol muhalefet ile bulu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyen b\u00fcy\u00fck bo\u015flu\u011fu toplumdaki entelekt\u00fcelin rol\u00fcnde aramam\u0131z gerekiyor b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde. T\u00fcrk d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce hayat\u0131nda \u2018m\u00fcnevver\u2019den ba\u015flay\u0131p \u2018ayd\u0131n\u2019a, oradan da \u2018entelekt\u00fcel\u2019e uzanan ser\u00fcvende bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131na gelindi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir. Sorun iki tarafl\u0131d\u0131r: Bir yandan, iktidar\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hegemonyas\u0131n\u0131n kurucular\u0131 olan sa\u011f liberal entelekt\u00fcel kesim 31 May\u0131s 2013 gecesi itibariyle tedav\u00fclden kalkarken geride a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve tarihe s\u00fcp\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gereken bir dizi arg\u00fcman ve s\u00f6ylem b\u0131rakt\u0131. Di\u011fer yandan daha geleneksel sol ayd\u0131n diyebilece\u011fimiz kesim de Gezi sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemin analizinde hayli zorlan\u0131yor. Daha geleneksel s\u0131n\u0131f analizleri ve parti merkezli m\u00fccadele bi\u00e7imlerine dayal\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131yla \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki dinamikler a\u00e7\u0131klanam\u0131yor, kucaklanam\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ktidar\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hegemonyas\u0131, kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 etraf\u0131nda k\u00fcmelenmi\u015f geni\u015f bir entelekt\u00fcel gruba havale edilmi\u015fti. Muhafazak\u00e2r Neo-Liberalizm s\u00f6ylemini geli\u015ftirmeye memur edilmi\u015f bu grubun i\u00e7inde akademisyenler, sol ve sa\u011f liberaller, muhafazak\u00e2r liberaller ve bolca gazeteci mevcuttu. Ortak b\u00f6lenleri kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131nda boy g\u00f6stermeye uygun bir vasatl\u0131k olan bu entelekt\u00fcel camian\u0131n bo\u015faltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan\u0131n nas\u0131l dolaca\u011f\u0131 bir muamma. Ana ak\u0131m medya bu s\u00f6ylemi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck farklar ve isim de\u011fi\u015fiklikleriyle tekrar in\u015fa etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ama bunun toplumsal muhalefette art\u0131k bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yok. Kalan k\u0131r\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 da acilen s\u00fcp\u00fcrmek, yeni bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme bi\u00e7imine alan a\u00e7mak gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bo\u015flu\u011fu herkes <strong>hissi<\/strong> bir siyaset yaparak doldurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Herkesin siyaset yapmas\u0131 ideal bir durum gibi g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir ama Atilla Dorsay\u2019\u0131n bile kendini K\u00fcrt sorunuyla ilgili yazmak zorunda hissetti\u011fi, herkesin sosyal medyada kendi \u00e7evresine siyasi nutuklar \u00e7ekti\u011fi, bu siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin s\u00fcrekli olarak k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k gruplar aras\u0131nda s\u00fcrt\u00fc\u015fme ve ayr\u0131\u015fma sebebi yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 entelekt\u00fcel bir kakafoniden s\u00f6z edebiliriz. Bir kere daha Gramsci\u2019ye ba\u015fvurursak, \u201cherkes entelekt\u00fcel olabilir, olmal\u0131d\u0131r da\u2026 Ama toplumda herkes entelekt\u00fcel rol\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcstlenmek zorunda de\u011fildir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uomo Collettivo. <\/strong>Bu bizi yeni ve organik bir ayd\u0131n aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na getirecektir eninde sonunda. Gramsci\u2019nin <strong>uomo collettivo<\/strong> (m\u00fc\u015fterek insan) ya da <strong>uomo massa<\/strong> (kitle insan\u0131) dedi\u011fi bu entelekt\u00fcel profil bir yandan kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr dinamiklerini tepeden de\u011fil i\u00e7eriden s\u00fczerken, di\u011fer yandan geleneksel ayd\u0131nlarla kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr aras\u0131nda k\u00f6pr\u00fc vazifesi g\u00f6r\u00fcr. \u0130n\u015fa edilen kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn i\u00e7inde <strong>uomo collettivo<\/strong>\u2019nun i\u015flevi profesyonel bir meslek de\u011fildir, organiktir. Ve toplumsal muhalefetin i\u00e7indeki i\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde kritik bir rol \u00fcstlenirler. Bu profilin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131, konu etti\u011fimiz kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn pozisyon sava\u015f\u0131nda ve reel siyasette etki yaratmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6neme\u00e7 olacak. O zamana kadar entelekt\u00fcel ve siyasi fikir kakafonisinin devam edece\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir. Kendini kar\u015f\u0131-k\u00fclt\u00fcr i\u00e7inde tan\u0131mlayan t\u00fcm bireylerin kendilerine uygun i\u015fb\u00f6l\u00fcmlerine odaklanmalar\u0131 da ancak ondan sonra m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacak galiba.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toparlarsak\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en say\u0131daki \u201cSiyaset ve S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n G\u00f6lgesinde Haziran Ruhu\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131m\u0131 da dahil ederek bir toparlama yapma ihtiyac\u0131 hissediyorum. Her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bu sayfalardaki tart\u0131\u015fma elbette bir tart\u0131\u015fmadan ibaret, kesin yan\u0131tlar g\u00fcn\u00fcn ahval ve \u015ferait i\u00e7inde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn ve hatta gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fcyor. Do\u011fru sorular\u0131 sormaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak daha \u00f6nemli kan\u0131mca. Ama bu demek de\u011fil ki, ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z, Haziran Ruhu\u2019nun bize vaat ettikleri soyut, mu\u011flak ve u\u00e7ucu. Tam tersine bug\u00fcn\u00fc somut bir ba\u011flama oturtmak i\u00e7in elimizde yeterince olgu, yeterince k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m var. Bu noktada Gramsci\u2019yi yeniden hat\u0131rlaman\u0131n \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yorum.
