T\u00fcm bunlar \u00fczerinden de sahip olunan g\u00fcc\u00fcn ve kimli\u011fin en etkili ifadesiydi. Do\u011fal olarak 21. y\u00fczy\u0131lda da mimarinin bu g\u00fcc\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fmedi, yaln\u0131zca g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn d\u00fczeni sebebiyle kullan\u0131m bi\u00e7imi ve amac\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fti. Douglas Spencer\u2019 a g\u00f6re ise mimarl\u0131k neoliberalle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Spencer okuyucunun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015ftan netle\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla kitaba, neoliberalizmin toplum, birey ve ili\u015fkiler a\u011f\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 tasvir ederek ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Analizlerini Michel Foucault, Fredrick von Hayek, Karl Polanyi, Pierre Dardot ve Christian Laval gibi filozof ve sosyologlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan faydalanarak yap\u0131yor. Spencer t\u0131pk\u0131 Foulcault gibi neoliberalizmin bir \u201chakikat\u201d oyunu oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor ve \u201c\u2026\u0130nsan bilgisine, toplumsal karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa ve piyasaya dair al\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 sayesinde, bireyleri y\u00f6netmesine me\u015fruluk kazand\u0131r\u0131r\u201d diyor. Neoliberalizmin ekonomi politikas\u0131ndan bireylerin hayat\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen bir y\u00f6netim politikas\u0131na geni\u015fleyen etki alan\u0131na vurgu yapan Spencer, neoliberalist yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n bu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc her \u015fartta piyasa ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ncelik olarak kabul eden d\u00fczen i\u00e7inde yava\u015f yava\u015f \u015fekillendirdi\u011fi toplum, birey ve ili\u015fkiler a\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinden elde etti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Spencer\u2019a g\u00f6re, neoliberalizm birey ve toplumu \u015fekillendirirken g\u00f6rsel sanatlardan yararlan\u0131yor ve bunlar aras\u0131nda en etkili g\u00fcce sahip olanlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda mimarl\u0131k geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>21. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n her alandaki ivmeli devinimi, g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz neoliberal d\u00fczenin bilgi ve ili\u015fki a\u011flar\u0131 ile \u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f sisteminden al\u0131yor. Mimarl\u0131k teorisi ve prati\u011fi ise son y\u0131llarda bu devinimi yakalamak i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir de\u011fi\u015fim \u00e7abas\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Mimarinin yenilik\u00e7i ve ilerici y\u00fcz\u00fc olarak sunulan bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc Douglas Spencer b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle olumlu bir geli\u015fme olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fcyor. Spencer\u2019a g\u00f6re, mimari Deleuzeculuk olarak an\u0131lan yenili\u011fin mutfa\u011f\u0131nda, mimari teori neoliberal anlay\u0131\u015f ile senkronize olabilecek \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftiriliyor ve ele\u015ftiriye kapat\u0131larak da koruma alt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131yor. Sonu\u00e7 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan eserler ise ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na neoliberalizmin g\u00fcndemine hizmet eden birer ara\u00e7 oluyor. Spencer\u2019a g\u00f6re Gilles Deleuze\u2019un felsefi yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n avangart mimarlar taraf\u0131ndan tasar\u0131ma adapte edilebilecek \u015fekilde yorumlanmas\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda, bu yorumun onlara mimari teoride istedikleri de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi yapma ve esnekli\u011fi yakalama imk\u00e2n\u0131 tan\u0131yacak olmas\u0131 yat\u0131yor. \u0130lk kez Deleuze ve Guattari taraf\u0131ndan ortaya at\u0131lan \u201cp\u00fcr\u00fczs\u00fczl\u00fck\u201d ve \u201ck\u0131vr\u0131m\u201d gibi kavramlar ger\u00e7ek anlamlar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p yorumlanarak tasar\u0131mda ara\u00e7la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Spencer bu fikrin \u00f6nc\u00fcleri aras\u0131nda Zaha Hadid, Patrick Schumacher, Alejandro Zaera-Polo, Farshid Moussavi, Jesse Reiser, Nanako Umemoto, Lars Spuybruek ve son y\u0131llardaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile Rem Koolhaas gibi mimarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n avangartlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131ral\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Spencer\u2019a g\u00f6re mimari Deleuzeculuk, yeni neoliberal i\u015fletme modellerinin ve ili\u015fki a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu ba\u011flamda inceledi\u011fi projeler aras\u0131nda Zaha Hadid ve Patrick Schumacher taraf\u0131ndan tasarlanan BMW Liepzig Merkez Binas\u0131 yer al\u0131yor. Spencer\u2019a g\u00f6re binan\u0131n i\u00e7 mek\u00e2nlar\u0131nda ve cephesinde kullan\u0131lan e\u011frisel y\u00fczeyler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131ndan ge\u00e7en ve takip edilemeyecek kadar karma\u015f\u0131k \u00fcretim bantlar\u0131, stajyerden m\u00fcd\u00fcre herkes i\u00e7in ayn\u0131 tasarlanm\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131, t\u00fcm fabrika \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve ziyaret\u00e7iler taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lan ortak giri\u015f gibi mimari \u00f6\u011feler, i\u015fletmenin burada kurmak istedi\u011fi hiyerar\u015fi-gerginlik-\u00e7at\u0131\u015fmadan ar\u0131nm\u0131\u015f; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00fcksek kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve \u00fcretkenlik odakl\u0131; bireyin par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu\u011fu, ancak bilgi olarak h\u00e2kim olamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 karma\u015f\u0131k \u00fcretim modelli bir y\u00f6netim \u015feklinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesine hizmet ediyor. Zaha Hadid ve Partrick Schumacher bu projenin karma\u015f\u0131k program\u0131n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irmede kulland\u0131klar\u0131 y\u00f6ntemi \u201cproje sahas\u0131n\u0131 kentle\u015ftirmek\u201d ve \u201csaha i\u00e7erisinde kent ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmezli\u011fini yeniden \u00fcretmek\u201d olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yor. Spencer\u2019\u0131n inceledi\u011fi projeler aras\u0131nda Zaera-Polo ve Moussavi taraf\u0131ndan tasarlanan \u0130stanbul Meydan Al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f Merkezi de yer al\u0131yor. Spencer\u2019a g\u00f6re bu proje a\u00e7\u0131k plan\u0131 ve ustaca kullan\u0131lan kabuk mimarisi ile d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelir grubunun bulundu\u011fu kentsel b\u00f6lgede kamusal alan hizmeti g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Ayr\u0131ca d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelir grubunu orta s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n t\u00fcketici grubu ile harmanlayarak t\u00fcketim zincirine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelir grubundan yeni yurtta\u015flar kazand\u0131r\u0131yor ve ayn\u0131 zamanda kentsel b\u00fcy\u00fcmede kataliz\u00f6r g\u00f6revi g\u00f6r\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Spencer\u2019\u0131n uzun bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucu ortaya koydu\u011fu bu kitap, mimarinin yenilik\u00e7i olarak nitelendirilen Deleuzecu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k bir dille ve sa\u011flam dayanaklarla sorguluyor. Mimarinin avangartlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6ylemlerinin ard\u0131na saklanm\u0131\u015f, dile getirilmekten ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lan neoliberal i\u015fbirliklerine dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Kitap mimarinin bu y\u00f6nelimine tepki ile yakla\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayabilecek g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir zemin olu\u015fturuyor.
