Amerikal\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 80\u2019inde haftada \u00f6nerilen ortalama d\u00fczeydeki 2,5 saatlik fiziksel aktivite yetersiz kalmaktad\u0131r. \u0130nsanlara oturma s\u00fcrelerine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bundan daha da fazla spor yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek ise ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olamayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Utah \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131, bireylere, uzun oturma s\u00fcrelerine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k daha ula\u015f\u0131labilir, k\u0131sa ve hafif spor \u00f6nerileri getirme konusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapt\u0131lar. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda Ulusal Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve Beslenme Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn verilerini kullanarak, hayat\u0131n\u0131n uyan\u0131k olan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 oturarak ge\u00e7irmek zorunda kalan bireylerde, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yo\u011funluklu aktiviteler (ayakta durmak gibi) ile hafif yo\u011funluklu aktivitelerin (hafif y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f, temizlik yapmak, bah\u00e7ede hafif i\u015fler yapmak gibi) ya\u015fam s\u00fcrelerine etki edip etmedi\u011fini incelediler.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonucunda, her saatte oturmay\u0131 2 dakika azaltma ve bunun yerini tutan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yo\u011funluklu aktivite eklenmesinin sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok da faydas\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenmi\u015f. Buna g\u00fcnl\u00fck gezinmeler ya da g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yap\u0131labilen \u00e7e\u015fitli aktiviteler de dahildir.
