Daha sonra bu verileri, g\u00fcnd\u00fcz uykululuk hali g\u00f6steren veya g\u00fcnd\u00fcz \u015fekerleme yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar ile bu kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n beyinlerinde beta amiloid birikiminin pozitif olup olmamas\u0131 aras\u0131nda bir ili\u015fki olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in analiz ettiler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>G\u00fcnd\u00fcz uykulu olma halinin beta amiloid proteinini neden etkiledi\u011fi hen\u00fcz bilinmiyor<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Ya\u015f, cinsiyet, e\u011fitim ve beden kitle endeksi gibi g\u00fcnd\u00fcz uykulu olma halini etkileyebilecek demografik fakt\u00f6rleri d\u00fczenlemeden elde edilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, g\u00fcnd\u00fcz uykulu olduklar\u0131n\u0131 bildirenlerin g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde yorgun olduklar\u0131n\u0131 bildirmeyen kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara g\u00f6re beta amiloid birikimine yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 kat daha yatk\u0131n oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdi. Bu fakt\u00f6rleri d\u00fczenledikten sonra elde edilen risk, g\u00fcnd\u00fcz uyku hali olanlarda 2,75 kat daha y\u00fcksekti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Bu fakt\u00f6rlerin d\u00fczenlenmedi\u011fi durumda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan amiloid birikimi i\u00e7in elde edilen risk, g\u00fcnd\u00fcz \u015fekerleme yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildiren g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fclerde yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 kat daha y\u00fcksekti; ancak bu istatistiksel olarak anlaml\u0131 de\u011fildi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Spira, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde g\u00fcnd\u00fcz uykulu olma halinin neden beta amiloid proteininin birikmesiyle ili\u015fkili oldu\u011funun a\u00e7\u0131k olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor. Bir olas\u0131l\u0131k, g\u00fcnd\u00fcz uyku halinin bir \u015fekilde bu proteinin beyinde olu\u015fmas\u0131na neden olabilece\u011fi.
