Physical Review Letters\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan bulgular\u0131n, par\u00e7ac\u0131k fizi\u011fi ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc etkile\u015fimleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>LHCb grubu s\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc Guy Wilkinson, pentakuarklar\u0131n yeni bir par\u00e7ac\u0131k olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak, \u201cBildi\u011fimiz proton ve n\u00f6tronlar\u0131 olu\u015fturan temel par\u00e7ac\u0131klar, pentakuarklarda farkl\u0131 bir birle\u015fim d\u00fczeni olu\u015fturuyorlar. Bu egzotik par\u00e7ac\u0131\u011f\u0131n detayl\u0131 analizlerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131, baryonik maddeyi olu\u015fturan proton ve n\u00f6tronun i\u00e7 yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ve olu\u015fum mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na olanak tan\u0131yabilir\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<p>Amerikan fizik\u00e7i Murray Gell-Mann\u2019\u0131n 1964 y\u0131l\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131flama, temel par\u00e7ac\u0131klar konusunda devrimci bir nitelik ta\u015f\u0131yor; baryon ad\u0131 verilen \u00fcst kategori, proton ve n\u00f6tron gibi \u00fc\u00e7 kuarktan meydana gelen par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131 kapsar. Mezon denilen ba\u015fka kategoride ise, bir kuark ve bir antikuarktan olu\u015fmu\u015f par\u00e7ac\u0131klar vard\u0131r. 1969 y\u0131l\u0131nda Nobel Fizik \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc alan bu s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma, farkl\u0131 kuark kombinasyonlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan egzotik par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131 da \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyordu; d\u00f6rt kuark ve bir antikuarktan meydana gelen pentakuarklar da \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen fakat \u015fimdiye dek g\u00f6zlemlenememi\u015f bir par\u00e7ac\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>LHCb ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131, \u039bb(Lambda b) olarak bilinen baryon ailesine ait temel par\u00e7ac\u0131\u011f\u0131n; J\/\u03c8- (Jpsi), proton ve y\u00fckl\u00fc kaona bozunumunu \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak pentakuark durumlar\u0131n\u0131 incelediler. J\/\u03c8 ve protonun k\u00fctle spektrum \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131 ki, ara haller de bazen \u00fcretime kat\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Pc(4450)+ ve Pc(4380)+ olarak isimlendirilen bu ara durumlar verilerde g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr s\u0131\u00e7ramalar olarak g\u00f6zlemlendi ve datan\u0131n tamam\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131klanabilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli oldular. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 Tomasz Skwarnicki, \u201cDedekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn y\u00fcksek hassasiyetinden ve LHC\u2019nin sahip oldu\u011fu veri setlerinden yararlanarak, bahsi ge\u00e7en sinyale sebep olacak t\u00fcm olas\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131k ve vard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sonu\u00e7 bu sinyalin sadece pentakuark durumlar\u0131ndan gelebilece\u011fidir\u201d diyor. Skwarnicki, pentakuark durumunun daha kesin olarak, iki yukar\u0131(up), bir a\u015fa\u011f\u0131(down), bir t\u0131ls\u0131ml\u0131(charm) ve bir anti-t\u0131ls\u0131ml\u0131(anti-charm) kuarktan olu\u015ftu\u011funu belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7suz kalan \u00f6nceki pentakuark ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131n aksine, LHCb deneyleri pentakuark durumlar\u0131n\u0131 farkl\u0131 perspektiflerden incelemi\u015f ve ayn\u0131 sonuca varm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
