Ancak, \u00fcniversite tarihini tasfiyeler \u00fczerinden de\u011fil de, ba\u015fka bir eksenden, \u00f6rne\u011fin rekt\u00f6rlerin kim oldu\u011fu, e\u011fitim programlar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fmeler, \u00f6\u011frenci derneklerinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve nitelikleri, \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyelerinin akademik performanslar\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131 vs. gibi \u00e7ok say\u0131da eksende de yazmak olas\u0131d\u0131r. Tarihin hangi nesnellik \u00fczerinden yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemi ve fark\u0131 nedir? Fark, \u00fczerinden bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z nesnelli\u011fin simgeledi\u011fi toplumsal konumdur. Tasfiyeler \u00fczerinden \u00fcniversite tarihini ele almak, \u00fcniversitenin konumland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda devletin, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla egemen s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n rol\u00fcn\u00fcn, en az\u0131ndan, \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli kabul edildi\u011finin bir ifadesidir. \u00dcniversite tarihinin ve tasfiyelerin s\u0131n\u0131fsal a\u00e7\u0131dan de\u011ferlendirilmesinin de ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131 buras\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer bir sorun ise \u201ctasfiye\u201d kavram\u0131d\u0131r. S\u00f6zl\u00fck anlam\u0131 bir yana, tasfiye asl\u0131nda bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r ve ara\u00e7lar iyi, k\u00f6t\u00fc, olumlu, olumsuz, ilerici, gerici, do\u011fru, yanl\u0131\u015f gibi s\u0131fatlarla genel tan\u0131mlamalardan uzak tutulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Hi\u00e7bir ara\u00e7 i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle bir genelleme yap\u0131lamaz. Ara\u00e7lar\u0131n nitelikleri, do\u011frudan arac\u0131 kullananlar taraf\u0131ndan belirlenir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde ara\u00e7lar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131fsal karakteri de yoktur; kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131fsal yap\u0131s\u0131 arac\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131fsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirler. Tasfiye konusunda da de\u011fi\u015fen bir \u015fey yoktur; tasfiyeyi yapan s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n o andaki konumu tasfiyenin niteli\u011fini belirler. Tasfiye hangi s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131na olmu\u015ftur ve\/veya hangi s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131 ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r? En temel soru budur. S\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7i bir \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma sonucu olmu\u015f ise, ki T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de genelde b\u00f6yle oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir, o zaman tarihsel a\u00e7\u0131dan ileriyi mi yoksa geriyi mi i\u015faret etti\u011fi \u00f6nemlidir. Malche\u2019nin geli\u015finden bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce, ba\u015fta <em>Kadro<\/em> dergisi olmak \u00fczere yay\u0131n organlar\u0131nda Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun\u2019u ele\u015ftiri kampanyas\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 6 Ocak 1932\u2019de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye gelen Malche, Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 1 Haziran 1932\u2019de tamamlam\u0131\u015f ve bir rapor halinde Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na sunmu\u015ftur (Malche daha sonra iki kez daha T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye gelerek reformun uygulanmas\u0131na da belirli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerde kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r).<\/p>\n<p>Burada k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir parantez a\u00e7\u0131p, 1933 tasfiyesinin hemen \u00f6ncesinde, ama ayn\u0131 zamanda onunla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 ve Cumhuriyet d\u00f6neminin ilk \u00fcniversite tasfiyesi say\u0131labilecek bir olaydan s\u00f6z etmek gerekir: 1932 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan \u0130kinci Tarih Kurultay\u0131\u2019nda iktidar\u0131n tarih tezi kabul ettirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yordu. G\u00fcne\u015f-dil teorisinin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc olan bu tezin bilimsel ger\u00e7eklere ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bug\u00fcn \u00e7ok net olsa da, o y\u0131lda bile bu teorinin yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6renler ve s\u00f6ylemekten \u00e7ekinmeyenler vard\u0131. Zeki Velidi Togan bunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyordu. Tart\u0131\u015fmalar s\u0131ras\u0131nda k\u00fcrs\u00fcye \u00e7\u0131kan Re\u015fit Galip\u2019in \u201cEsefle ifade edeyim ki, Zeki Velidi Bey\u2019in Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun\u2019daki k\u00fcrs\u00fcs\u00fc \u00f6n\u00fcnde talebe olarak bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ma \u015f\u00fckrediyorum\u201d \u015feklindeki konu\u015fmas\u0131, bir anlamda tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n bast\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve resmi tezin kabul edilmesi anlam\u0131na geliyordu (Burada unutulmamas\u0131 gereken nokta, her devrimin hem y\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hem de kurmak istedi\u011fi toplumsal ve siyasal yap\u0131y\u0131 \u00f6ncelikle tarih \u00fczerinden a\u00e7\u0131klamak durumunda oldu\u011fudur. Devrimlerin tarih yapmas\u0131 denilerek kastedilen tam da budur). Kurultay\u0131n hemen sonras\u0131nda, aralar\u0131nda Pertev Naili Boratav ve Nihal Ats\u0131z\u2019\u0131n da bulundu\u011fu bir grup asistan, Re\u015fit Galip\u2019e telgraf \u00e7ekerek, \u201cBiz Zeki Velidi\u2019nin talebesi olmakla iftihar ediyoruz\u201d demi\u015flerdir. Bu asistanlar\u0131n hakk\u0131nda resmi bir i\u015flem yap\u0131lmamas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n, hocalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nerisiyle kendileri Anadolu\u2019nun \u00e7e\u015fitli liselerine \u00f6\u011fretmen olarak tayinlerini istemi\u015flerdir (Tarihin garip bir cilvesi, 1946 y\u0131l\u0131nda P. N. Boratav\u2019\u0131n yeniden tasfiye edilmesi s\u00fcrecinde ba\u015frol\u00fc oynayanlardan birisinin, 1932\u2019de beraber tasfiye edildikleri N. Ats\u0131z olmas\u0131d\u0131r).<\/p>\n<p>Malche\u2019nin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rapor bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde, \u00e7ok y\u00fczeysel oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Somut saptamalar i\u00e7in yeterince ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Hukuk Fak\u00fcltesi K\u00fct\u00fcphanesinin yeterli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemektedir. Ancak konunun uzman\u0131 olan Hirsch an\u0131lar\u0131nda \u201ck\u00fct\u00fcphanenin mecellelerden olu\u015ftu\u011fu ve \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f hukuk a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yetersiz oldu\u011fu\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcndedir. Ancak, bunlara kar\u015f\u0131n Malche\u2019nin ciddi ve yerinde \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar\u0131 vard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fak\u00fclteler aras\u0131nda bilimsel i\u015fbirli\u011fi bulunmamakta, fak\u00fcltelerin bir k\u0131sm\u0131 kendini yaln\u0131zca \u00f6\u011fretimden sorumlu g\u00f6rmekte; \u00f6\u011frenciler kendilerini yaln\u0131zca teksir ve ders notlar\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rlamakta; seminer, laboratuvar ve uygulama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yeterince yap\u0131lmamakta, t\u0131p \u00f6\u011fretiminde klinik uygulamalara az yer verilmektedir.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-35878 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/3-37-300x227.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"227\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/3-37-300x227.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/3-37-80x60.jpg 80w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/3-37-100x75.jpg 100w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/3-37-180x135.jpg 180w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/3-37.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00d6\u011fretim \u00fcyeleri bilimsel say\u0131labilecek ciddi hi\u00e7bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapmamakta ve \u00f6zg\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce \u00fcretmemektedirler.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00d6\u011fretim \u00fcyeleri \u00f6nemli eserler vermemekte, ders teksirlerini seminerlerde yinelemekte ve basit \u00e7evirileri bile tez olarak nitelemektedirler.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00d6\u011frenci ve \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi aras\u0131ndaki etkile\u015fim ders d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclmemekte, \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyeleri \u00f6\u011frencilere rehberlikte bulunmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00d6\u011fretim \u00fcyeleri d\u0131\u015far\u0131daki i\u015flerini birinci, esas g\u00f6revlerini ikinci planda tutmakta ve aralar\u0131ndaki z\u0131tla\u015fma nedeniyle akademik y\u00f6netim belli bir grubun elinde bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00d6zerkli\u011fin, \u00fcniversiteyi politikadan ar\u0131nd\u0131rmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n; z\u00fcmre, klik ve grup n\u00fcfuzu devam etmektedir ve \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyeleri aras\u0131nda so\u011fukluk, z\u0131tl\u0131klar ve k\u00fcsk\u00fcnl\u00fckler ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Dikkat edilirse bu \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar bug\u00fcn bile ge\u00e7erlidir. Ancak dikkat \u00e7eken nokta, raporla sonucu aras\u0131ndaki uyumsuzluktur. Ayr\u0131ca raporda tasfiye \u00f6nerisi de bulunmamaktad\u0131r; somut \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri gayet yumu\u015fakt\u0131r. Daha sonra Mustafa Kemal\u2019in raporu okurken ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 notlar\u0131 Utkan Kocat\u00fcrk yay\u0131mlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Burada ifade biraz daha sertle\u015fmektedir. Son olarak, Re\u015fit Galip\u2019in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada ifade en sert bi\u00e7imini almakta, Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun kapat\u0131lmakta ve 240 \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesinin 157 tanesi \u00fcniversiteden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r! Bu durum, Cumhuriyet kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n kafalar\u0131nda tasfiyeyi ve hatta sonras\u0131n\u0131 kurgulad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, s\u00fcreci me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in Malche\u2019i getirdiklerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrtmektedir. Re\u015fit Galip\u2019in a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda esas vurgu ise, Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun\u2019un devrimlere ilgisiz kalmas\u0131nad\u0131r. Bu asl\u0131nda reformun ve tasfiyenin s\u0131n\u0131fsal ifadesidir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc yukar\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m gibi egemen s\u0131n\u0131f \u00fcniversiteden kendi ideolojisinin yeniden \u00fcretimini ister. Ancak g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutulmas\u0131 gereken bir di\u011fer nokta da egemen s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n y\u00fckselen bir s\u0131n\u0131f olmas\u0131 ve tarih sahnesinde \u201cileriyi\u201d temsil etmesidir. Bu nedenle Kemalist Cumhuriyetin bilimin geli\u015fmesine gereksinimi vard\u0131. Genel olarak \u015f\u00f6yle bir saptama yap\u0131labilir: S\u0131n\u0131f ileriyi temsil etti\u011fi s\u00fcrece bilimden yanad\u0131r, gerileme d\u00f6neminde bilimi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNeden Malche?\u201d sorusunun yan\u0131t\u0131 net de\u011fildir. Malche\u2019\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye davet mektubunu Mustafa Kemal\u2019in onay\u0131yla o zamanki Milli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131 Dr. Re\u015fit Galip yazar. Malche Dr. Re\u015fit Galip\u2019in hocas\u0131 Akil Muhtar\u2019la (Akil Muhtar \u00fcniversite e\u011fitimini Cenevre \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde yapm\u0131\u015f ve sonras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na devam ederek \u201cprivat do\u00e7ent\u201d unvan\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r) tan\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Albert Malche, Cenevre \u00dcniversitesinde Pedagoji Profes\u00f6r\u00fcd\u00fcr ve ayn\u0131 zamanda Cenevre \u015eehir Konseyi \u00dcyesidir. T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyelerinden Akil Muhtar, reform \u00f6ncesi Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00fcste\u015far\u0131 olan Mehmet Emin Eri\u015firgil\u2019i ziyaret ederek \u00fcniversite reformu i\u00e7in yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan getirilecek uzman\u0131n \u0130svi\u00e7reli olmas\u0131 konusunda ricada bulunmu\u015f ve \u201c\u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019de benim dostlar\u0131m var, oradan kim gelirse gelsin, o dostlar\u0131m arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bu uzman\u0131n \u00f6nce beni g\u00f6rmesini sa\u011flayabilirim. Verece\u011fi raporda da benim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimin etkili olaca\u011f\u0131ndan \u015f\u00fcphe etmiyorum\u201d demi\u015ftir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k Eri\u015firgil de \u201cDar\u00fclf\u00fcnun reformuna bir yabanc\u0131n\u0131n memur edilmesine asla akl\u0131m ermez, hatta b\u00f6yle bir uzman istemeyi memleket i\u00e7in ay\u0131p da g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcm. Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun\u2019lar\u0131n te\u015fkilat\u0131 ansiklopedilerden bile \u00f6\u011frenilebilir. Biz Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun bilmiyoruz diye nas\u0131l uzman isteyebiliriz? Gelecek uzman T\u00fcrk\u00e7e bilmeyece\u011fine g\u00f6re, hocalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hangisi ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 hangisi ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z nas\u0131l ay\u0131rt edebilir?\u201d demi\u015ftir. Bunun \u00fczerine Akil Muhtar odadan ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Eri\u015firgil bir g\u00fcn sonra Milli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131n\u0131n kendisini \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131p \u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019den bir uzman getirtilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi\u011fini aktarmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Fritz Neumark\u2019\u0131n yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re ise, 1905 Rus Devrimi\u2019nden ka\u00e7\u0131p Z\u00fcrih\u2019e yerle\u015fen Prof. Tschulok, Malche\u2019\u0131n arkada\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Malche T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yeni kurulacak \u00fcniversitenin profes\u00f6r ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu Tschulok\u2019a anlat\u0131r. Tschulok\u2019un damad\u0131 Macaristan do\u011fumlu, Frankfurt \u00dcniversitesi Patoloji Profes\u00f6r\u00fc Philipp Schwartz\u2019d\u0131r. Schwartz 1933 Mart ay\u0131nda nasyonal sosyalistlerce i\u015finden ayr\u0131lmak zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131nca, Z\u00fcrih\u2019e kay\u0131npederinin yan\u0131na gelmi\u015ftir. Schwartz orada di\u011fer m\u00fclteci profes\u00f6rlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131r. \u201cYurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki Alman Bilim Adamlar\u0131na Yard\u0131m Derne\u011fi\u201d adl\u0131 bir dernek kurar. Schwartz 1933 May\u0131s ay\u0131 sonlar\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki \u00fcniversite kurma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fitir. \u00d6nce Malche ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr; daha sonra da do\u011frudan T\u00fcrk yetkililerle ili\u015fki kurar. \u0130lki 5-7 Temmuz 1933\u2019te, ikincisi 25 Temmuz-A\u011fustos sonu 1933\u2019te T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye iki kez gelir. \u0130lk geli\u015finde kendini Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnun Matematik Profes\u00f6r\u00fc Kerim Erim kar\u015f\u0131lar. Schwartz 6 Temmuz 1933\u2019te Milli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131 ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yedi saatlik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme sonunda, Z\u00fcrih\u2019e \u015fu telgraf\u0131 \u00e7eker: \u201c\u00dc\u00e7 de\u011fil 30\u201d. G\u00f6r\u00fcnen odur ki, bakanl\u0131\u011fa atanmas\u0131n\u0131n esas nedeni tasfiye s\u00fcrecini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmekti. Ger\u00e7ekten de, reform i\u00e7in start verildikten sonra bakanl\u0131\u011fa atanm\u0131\u015f, reformu ve tasfiyeyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f ve sonras\u0131nda incir \u00e7ekirde\u011fini doldurmayacak bir gerek\u00e7eyle de g\u00f6revden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Re\u015fit Galip\u2019in Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sadece 13 ay s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr (19 Eyl\u00fcl 1932-13 A\u011fustos 1933). G\u00f6revden ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 Re\u015fit Galip\u2019in \u201cDevrim Tarihi\u201d dersini vermek istemesi ve baz\u0131 ki\u015filerin bunu Mustafa Kemal\u2019e aktar\u0131p, \u201cSizin vermeniz gereken bir dersi ne hakla Re\u015fit Galip verir\u201d tarz\u0131nda bir konu\u015fmayla, aralar\u0131nda gerginlik yaratmas\u0131 ve sonu\u00e7ta Re\u015fit Galip\u2019in istifa etmesi bi\u00e7iminde anlat\u0131l\u0131rsa da, bu bir bakan\u0131n g\u00f6revden al\u0131nmas\u0131\/g\u00f6revi b\u0131rakmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeterli bir neden gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnmemektedir. Re\u015fit Galip tam bir cumhuriyet aktivistiydi. Ki\u015filik yap\u0131s\u0131 radikal kararlar alabilmeye ve uygulamaya uygundu. Herhangi bir yere atanmak istemeyenlere de bir y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle maa\u015flar\u0131 \u00f6dendi. Elbette bunlar\u0131n hi\u00e7birisi tasfiye edilmenin s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 azaltacak \u015feyler de\u011fildi (bir \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi intihar etmi\u015ftir), ama 1980 tasfiyesiyle k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, bu tasfiyenin bir \u201cadab\u0131\u201d oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r. 1933 y\u0131l\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, e\u011fitimli insan say\u0131s\u0131ndaki azl\u0131k, daha do\u011fru bir ifadeyle yetersizlik de, b\u00f6yle bir kararda etkili olmu\u015f olabilir. Bunlar doktora yapmak i\u00e7in 1928\u2019den itibaren yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na yollananlar, tasfiye sonras\u0131 geride kalan 80 civar\u0131ndaki \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi ve Nazi Almanyas\u0131\u2019ndan ka\u00e7an biliminsanlar\u0131yd\u0131. Bilindi\u011fi gibi, 1930 d\u00fcnya ekonomik bunal\u0131m\u0131ndan Almanya\u2019da pay\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Artan i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 radikal ak\u0131mlar\u0131 bu arada milliyet\u00e7i\/\u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 partileri g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmi\u015fti. Almanya\u2019da tasfiyeye u\u011frayan \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyelerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in, \u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019de yukar\u0131da da s\u00f6z etti\u011fimiz Yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki Alman Bilim Adamlar\u0131 Derne\u011fi kurulmu\u015ftu. Bu derne\u011fin ba\u015fkan\u0131 Schwartz arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00e7ok say\u0131da biliminsan\u0131 getirildi. Bu biliminsanlar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi zaman\u0131n\u0131n en iyi \u00fcniversitelerinden biri oldu. Ciddi bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve yay\u0131nlar yap\u0131ld\u0131. Manyas G\u00f6l\u00fc, kelaynaklar\u0131n konaklad\u0131klar\u0131 yerler (Birecik) gibi \u00fclkenin co\u011frafi ve biyolojik kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n ke\u015ffine bile katk\u0131da bulunuldu.
