Ya da \u00f6rne\u011fin \u0130slam toplumu hangi konularda geride b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplum anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlerini ve hukuk d\u00fczenini kabul etmi\u015f, hangi konularda s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen gelenekten ciddi bir kopu\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r? Bu yaz\u0131m\u0131zda yukar\u0131da ifade etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sorular\u0131n yan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 aramaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z. Bu noktada konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 inan\u00e7 bi\u00e7imleri, ibadetler, miras hukuku, sava\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131ndaki uygulamalar ve siyasi te\u015fkilatlanmalardaki de\u011fi\u015fim ve farkl\u0131lar olarak sunmaya gayret edece\u011fiz. Konunun hacmi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda, burada k\u00fclliyat\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fil bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n aktar\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve mutlak kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmalar yerine benzerlik ve ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u015fimdiden s\u00f6ylemi\u015f olal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130nan\u00e7 olgusu<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00c7ok genel olarak \u0130slam inanc\u0131 \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde put merkezli bir inan\u00e7 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n var oldu\u011fu ifade edilir, insanlar\u0131n putlara tapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Allah\u2019\u0131 ink\u00e2r etti\u011fi belirtilir. Oysa bu sava tarihi bilgiler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, iddia edilen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin ge\u00e7ersizli\u011fini an\u0131nda g\u00f6rebiliriz. Zira ne ifade edildi\u011fi gibi insanlar ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na \u201celleriyle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d puta tapmakta ne de yarat\u0131c\u0131y\u0131 yani Tanr\u0131\u2019y\u0131 ink\u00e2r etmektedirler. Dahas\u0131 sunulan\u0131n aksine an\u0131lan d\u00f6nemde de tanr\u0131 inanc\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir bi\u00e7imde dile getiren kimseler bulunmakta ve \u00f6tesinde bu inanc\u0131n Mekke d\u00f6neminde de yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisi Kuran\u2019da bulunmaktad\u0131r. Dahas\u0131 o d\u00f6nemde tektanr\u0131 inanc\u0131n\u0131 kabul eden ve tarihi \u0130brahim Peygambere kadar g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclen \u201cHanif dinine\u201d mensup \u00e7ok say\u0131da kimse bulunmaktad\u0131r. Birazdan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerimizi detayland\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z ama bu a\u015famada \u015fu kadar\u0131n\u0131 ifade edelim ki, \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemin \u201ccahiliye\u201d diye kodlanmas\u0131 bile ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na, yanl\u0131 bir kara propagandadan ibarettir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0130slam sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nem, \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemden ne inan\u00e7 ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 itibariyle ne de verili yasalar\/de\u011ferler \u00fczerinden b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kopu\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Oysa ifade etti\u011fimiz \u00fczere \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde b\u00f6yle bir olgu s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. Aksine Mekke, Medine, Taif gibi b\u00f6lgeler din ve inan\u00e7lar\u0131 ba\u011fr\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131yan yerlerdir. Tanr\u0131, peygamber ve din inanc\u0131 bu b\u00f6lgelerde olduk\u00e7a yayg\u0131nd\u0131r. An\u0131lan b\u00f6lgelerde ya\u015fayan, H\u0131ristiyan ve Yahudi topluluklar bulunmaktad\u0131r. En nihayetinde Uzakdo\u011fu\u2019dan de\u011fil Ortado\u011fu\u2019dan s\u00f6z ediyoruz. Bu anlamda \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nem Mekke toplumunda, peygamber ve \u00f6zellikle tanr\u0131 inanc\u0131 olduk\u00e7a yayg\u0131n ve hatta h\u00e2kim inan\u00e7 \u00f6\u011felerini ifade etmektedir diyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Daha \u00f6nce de dile getirdi\u011fimiz gibi bu bilgiler Kuran\u2019da da yer almaktad\u0131r. Mu\u2019minun suresinde bu durum \u015f\u00f6yle ge\u00e7er: \u201cDe ki: biliyorsan\u0131z s\u00f6yleyin, yer ve onda bulunan kimindir? Allah\u2019\u0131nd\u0131r diyecekler. De ki: \u00f6yleyse ders almaz m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z? De ki: yedi g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde rabbi, y\u00fcce ar\u015f\u0131n da rabbi kimdir? Allah\u2019t\u0131r diyecekler. De ki: \u00f6yleyse ona kar\u015f\u0131 gelmekten sak\u0131nmaz m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.\u201d Benzer bi\u00e7imde Mekke toplumunda ve genel olarak Araplarda Allah inanc\u0131n\u0131n var oldu\u011funu d\u00f6neme \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutan eserlerde de g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. \u015e\u00f6yle ki, Araplara g\u00f6re \u201cTanr\u0131 k\u00e2inat\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olup b\u00fct\u00fcn yarat\u0131klar ona tabiydi. Tanr\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn varl\u0131klar\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 ve ulu h\u00e2kimi olup ya\u011fmur ya\u011fd\u0131r\u0131r ve her \u015fey onun emrindedir.\u201d<sup>(1)<\/sup> Yine bu kaynaklara g\u00f6re Hac s\u0131ras\u0131nda Kinane ve Kurey\u015f kabilelerin etti\u011fi \u015fu dua, \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde Tanr\u0131 inanc\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6stermesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r: \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131m sana geldik. Sana geldik ki, senin bir orta\u011f\u0131n yoktur. Ancak senin h\u00fckm\u00fcnde olan bir orta\u011f\u0131n vard\u0131r; sen ona h\u00fckmedersin o ise sana h\u00fckmedemez.\u201d<sup>(2)<\/sup> \u00c7ok a\u00e7\u0131k bir bi\u00e7imde g\u00f6z\u00fckt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen t\u00f6rende edilen dualarda Allah ba\u015fat konumda yer alan bir inan\u00e7 \u00f6\u011fesidir. \u00d6te yandan bu s\u00f6zlerde \u201cortak\u201d ko\u015fulan \u00f6\u011fenin \u201cputlar\u201d oldu\u011fu belirtilmekte, bununla birlikte putlara h\u00fckmedenin de Allah oldu\u011fu dile getirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z s\u0131ras\u0131 putlara gelmi\u015fken burada biraz dural\u0131m isterseniz. Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere Mekke toplumunda putlar da yayg\u0131n olarak kabul edilen bir inan\u00e7 \u00f6\u011fesiydi. Peki, bu \u00f6\u011fe Allah inanc\u0131n\u0131 d\u0131\u015fl\u0131yor, bu \u00f6\u011feyi benimseyenler de tabiri caizse \u201cAllahs\u0131z\u201d kimseler mi oluyordu? Bu sorunun yan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 ve putlar\u0131n inananlar nezdinde neye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geldi\u011fini \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n kutsal kitab\u0131 Kuran\u2019dan \u00f6\u011frenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fal\u0131m. Yunus Suresi: \u201cOnlar Allah\u2019\u0131 b\u0131rakarak kendilerine fayda da zarar da vermeyen putlara taparlar. Derler ki: Bunlar Allah\u2019\u0131n kat\u0131nda bizim \u015fefaat\u00e7ilerimizdir.\u201d Z\u00fcmer Suresi: \u201c\u2026Allah\u2019\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131p putlardan dost edinenler derler ki: onlara bizi Allah\u2019a yakla\u015ft\u0131rs\u0131nlar diye dua ediyoruz.\u201d Konu ile ilgili sureleri \u00e7o\u011faltabiliriz. Fakat maksat has\u0131l oldu\u011fu \u00fczere putlar Allah inan\u00e7 sistemi i\u00e7erisinde yer alan di\u011fer inan\u00e7 unsurlar\u0131 olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Bu anlamda putlar genel olarak Allah inanc\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak var olan inan\u00e7 \u00f6\u011feleri de\u011fildir. Kuran\u2019da da yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere, putu bir inan\u00e7 unsuru olarak kabul eden kimseler, bunlar\u0131 Allah nezdinde \u015fefaat\u00e7ileri yani su\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131\u015flanmas\u0131 ya da dileklerinin yerlerine getirilmesi i\u00e7in arac\u0131l\u0131k yapabilecek inan\u00e7 \u00f6\u011feleri olarak kabul ediyorlard\u0131. \u015eimdi sormal\u0131, bug\u00fcn de kimi evliya, \u015feyh vb. kimselerden \u015fefaat umulmuyor mu, onlardan medet beklenmiyor mu?<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde Allah inanc\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6steren di\u011fer \u00f6rneklerle devam edelim. Bu \u00f6rneklerden ilki \u0130slam peygamberinin dedesi olan Abdulmuttalip\u2019e aittir. Buna g\u00f6re Mekke\u2019yi ele ge\u00e7irmek ve K\u00e2be\u2019yi y\u0131kmak \u00fczere Mekke\u2019ye gelen Habe\u015f Kral\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131 Yemen valisi Ebrehe\u2019nin adam\u0131 Hunata\u2019ya, Ebrehe\u2019ye iletilmek \u00fczere \u015f\u00f6yle der Abdulmuttalip: \u201cVallahi onunla sava\u015fmak istemeyiz. Buna bizim g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz yetmez. Bu mabet Allah\u2019\u0131n kutsal beyti\u2019dir. (kutsal sayg\u0131n ev) Ve sevgili dostu Hz. \u0130brahim aleyhisselam\u0131n evidir. K\u00e2be, Allah\u2019\u0131n beyti ve haremi oldu\u011fu halde, e\u011fer onu m\u00fcdafaa etmezse ve Ebrehe ile Beyt\u2019inin aras\u0131ndan \u00e7ekilirse, yani Ebrehe\u2019nin K\u00e2be\u2019yi y\u0131kmas\u0131na engel olmazsa vallahi bizim m\u00fcdafaa edecek g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz yoktur.\u201d<sup>(3)<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>\u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde Allah inanc\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan tan\u0131k g\u00f6sterece\u011fimiz iki \u00f6nemli isimle bu ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 noktalamak istiyoruz. Bu isimlerde ilki Said o\u011flu Kus\u2019tur. Maad kabilesinin \u0130yad kolundan olan ve \u015fair kimli\u011fi ile bilinen Kus ayn\u0131 zamanda iyi de bir hatiptir. Halkla bir araya geldi\u011fi pek \u00e7ok ortamda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini ifade etmekten imtina etmeyen ve adeta onlara Tanr\u0131 ad\u0131na \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 yapan bir isimdir. S\u00f6z\u00fc ona b\u0131rakal\u0131m: \u201cAllah kendisine ibadet edilecek biricik Allah\u2019t\u0131r. Do\u011fmam\u0131\u015f ve do\u011furmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. O, yarat\u0131klar\u0131 yaratt\u0131 ve yollad\u0131. Yar\u0131n gene ona d\u00f6n\u00fclecektir.\u201d Tanr\u0131\u2019n\u0131n birli\u011fine, ahiret g\u00fcn\u00fcne, \u00f6ld\u00fckten sonra dirilmeye inanan Kus, bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini \u015f\u00f6yle ifade etmi\u015ftir: \u201cEy \u00f6l\u00fcye a\u011flayan kimse! \u00d6l\u00fcler mezarlar\u0131nda yat\u0131yorlar. \u00dcstlerinde kendi mallar\u0131ndan olarak yaln\u0131zca bir kefen par\u00e7as\u0131 vard\u0131r. Onlar\u0131 kendi hallerine b\u0131rak uyusunlar; zira bir g\u00fcn gelecek ki o g\u00fcn \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lacaklar; onlardan uyan\u0131r gibi uyan\u0131p evvelce nas\u0131l yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flarsa gene \u00f6yle yarat\u0131l\u0131p \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lan yere gidecekler. Onlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 \u00e7\u0131plak bir k\u0131sm\u0131 giyinik olarak gelecekler. Giyinik olanlardan bir k\u0131sm\u0131 yeni elbiseler, bir k\u0131sm\u0131 eski elbiseler giymi\u015f olacaklar.\u201d \u015eu s\u00f6zler de Kus\u2019a aittir: \u201cEy topluluk! Nerede babalar\u0131n\u0131z, dedeleriniz? Nerede s\u00fcsl\u00fc saraylar ve ta\u015ftan yap\u0131lar yapan Ad ve Semud kavmi? Hani d\u00fcnya varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ma\u011frur olup da kavmine ben sizin en b\u00fcy\u00fck tanr\u0131n\u0131z\u0131m diyen Firavun ve Nemrud? Onlar size nispetle daha zengin, kuvvet ve kudret bak\u0131m\u0131ndan sizden daha art\u0131k durumda de\u011fil miydi? Bu d\u00fcnya, de\u011firmeninde onlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011f\u00fctt\u00fc, toz etti da\u011f\u0131tt\u0131, kemikleri bile \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fcp da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131, evleri y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p \u0131ss\u0131z kald\u0131. Yerlerini yurtlar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fimdi k\u00f6pekler \u015fenlendiriyor. Sak\u0131n onlar gibi gaflet etmeyin, onlar\u0131n gitti\u011fi yoldan gitmeyin. Her \u015fey yok olacakt\u0131r. Kalacak olan ulu Tanr\u0131d\u0131r ki, birdir benzeri ve orta\u011f\u0131 yoktur. Tap\u0131lacak olan O\u2019dur.\u201d<sup>(4)<\/sup> Dikkat buyurunuz bu s\u00f6zler \u0130slam inanc\u0131ndan \u00f6nce ifade ediliyor. Kus\u2019un bu ve benzeri \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131na daha peygamber olmadan tan\u0131k olan \u0130slam peygamberi ise onunla ilgili olumlu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmektedir. Kus gibi o da \u0130yad kabilesindendir. Aslen Mekkeli olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen Taif\u2019te d\u00fcnyaya gelen \u00dcmeyye t\u0131pk\u0131 Kus gibi d\u00f6nemin bilinen \u015fairlerindendir ve \u0130slam peygamberi d\u00f6neminde ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yahudilik ve H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131k hakk\u0131nda bilgi sahibi olan ve \u015fiirlerinde Tanr\u0131\u2019n\u0131n birli\u011fi, cennet, cehennem, sevap, ceza gibi temalar\u0131 i\u015fleyen \u00dcmeyye\u2019nin ayn\u0131 zamanda bir el\u00e7i gelece\u011fine de inand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirilmektedir. O, tanr\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n merkezine koyar ve \u015f\u00f6yle der: \u201cKendine bir destek edinmeyen ve kullar\u0131n\u0131 bir takdir \u00fczerine yaratan Allah\u2019a hamdolsun. Onun kudretine boyun e\u011fenler aras\u0131nda, \u015f\u00fckretme i\u00e7in benim de y\u00fcz\u00fcm ve b\u00fct\u00fcn v\u00fccudum secde eder.\u201d Konu ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr \u00dcmeyye: \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na olan deliller apa\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Bu iddiaya g\u00f6re Nebe Suresi 31-34. ayetlerde yer alan ifadelerle \u00dcmeyye\u2019nin bir \u015fiirinde yer alan s\u00f6zler aras\u0131nda \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde benzerlik vard\u0131r. Ve bahse konu bu iddialara g\u00f6re s\u00f6z konusu ayette yer alan ifadelerin arka plan\u0131nda \u00dcmeyye\u2019nin o \u015fiiri bulunur. \u00d6nce Diyanet Vakf\u0131 \u00e7evirisine g\u00f6re o ayetlerin mealini okuyal\u0131m: \u201c\u015e\u00fcphesiz takva sahipleri i\u00e7in umulan\u0131 bulduklar\u0131 yer bah\u00e7eler, \u00fcz\u00fcm ba\u011flar\u0131, g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcsleri tomurcuk gibi b\u00fcy\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f ya\u015f\u0131t k\u0131zlar, i\u00e7ki dolu kaseler vard\u0131r.\u201d \u015eu s\u00f6zlerin de \u00dcmeyye\u2019nin \u015fiirinde ge\u00e7ti\u011fi \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir: \u201cOrada, cennette i\u00e7inde g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcsleri tomurcuklanm\u0131\u015f, g\u00fcne\u015f y\u00fcz\u00fc g\u00f6rmemi\u015f huriler vard\u0131r. O huriler alt\u0131n, g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f ve k\u0131ymetli incilerden bilezikler takarlar. Elbette bunlardan geriye kalan baz\u0131 hak bilgiler de olacakt\u0131r. Bu hak bilgilerden baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n Kuran ve hadislerde bulunmas\u0131 gayet normaldir. Bu durum Hz. Peygamberin onlardan etkilendi\u011fini de\u011fil, hepsinin kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n vahiy oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah ilk insan ve ilk peygamber Hz. Her ne kadar, i\u00e7erik itibariyle kimi farkl\u0131l\u0131klar g\u00f6zlense de bu s\u00fcreklili\u011finin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihi bir veridir. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u0130slam inanc\u0131nda da var olan Kurban Bayram\u0131, \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde de kabul edilen bayramlardan biridir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Medine\u2019de Nevruz ve Mihrican bayram\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanan bayramlar da kutlan\u0131rd\u0131. Di\u011fer taraftan \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi Hicaz b\u00f6lgesinde halk her hafta Cuma g\u00fcnleri toplan\u0131r ve ibadet ederdi. Yevm\u00fc\u2019l-Arabe (Arpal\u0131k g\u00fcn\u00fc) ya da \u201cMa\u2019ruzat\u201d (A\u00e7\u0131klama) g\u00fcn\u00fc olarak an\u0131lan bu g\u00fcnde hutbe okunurdu. Kimilerine g\u00f6re ise gerek Kurban Bayram\u0131 gerekse de Cuma g\u00fcnleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ibadetlerin kayna\u011f\u0131 \u0130brahim Peygambere kadar uzanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0131pk\u0131 bayram ve di\u011fer dini uygulamalar gibi, inanc\u0131n s\u00fcreklili\u011fini g\u00f6stermesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan iki \u00f6nemli ibadet bi\u00e7imi de namaz ve oru\u00e7tur. \u015e\u00f6yle ki Hicaz b\u00f6lgesinde t\u0131pk\u0131 \u0130slamiyet\u2019te oldu\u011fu gibi namaz k\u0131l\u0131n\u0131r ve oru\u00e7 tutulurdu. Yine bu durum Kuran sureleriyle de sabittir. Bakara, \u0130brahim ve Enbiya surelerinde orucun daha \u00f6nceki peygamberlere de farz k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Enfal suresinde de \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde namaz ibadetinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r: \u201cOnlar\u0131n beytullah yan\u0131ndaki namazlar\u0131 da, \u0131sl\u0131k \u00e7almadan ve el \u00e7\u0131rpmaktan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir.\u201d \u00d6te yandan namaz\u0131n an\u0131lan y\u0131llarda varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren bilgilerden biri de \u015fu sat\u0131rlarda kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kar: \u201cCahiliye devrinde, Peygamberimiz peygamber olarak g\u00f6nderilmeden \u00f6nce, \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l namaz k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, ayr\u0131ca Zeyd b. Amr b. N\u00fcfeyl\u2019in de namaz k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ebuzer taraf\u0131ndan zikredilmektedir.\u201d<sup>(9)<\/sup> Dahas\u0131 d\u00f6neme dair kaynaklarda namaz\u0131n t\u0131pk\u0131 bug\u00fcnk\u00fc gibi be\u015f vakit k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. Buna g\u00f6re \u015eaharit (Sabah), Musaf (\u00d6\u011fle), Minha (\u0130kindi), Neilat \u015eerahim (ak\u015fam \u00fcst\u00fc) ve Maarib (Ak\u015fam) namaz vakitleri olarak ifade edilmi\u015ftir.<sup>(10)<\/sup> Yine cenaze namaz\u0131n\u0131n da o d\u00f6nemin ibadetleri aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlenmektedir. T\u0131pk\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlarda oldu\u011fu gibi, \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi y\u0131llarda da cenazelerin y\u0131kand\u0131\u011f\u0131, kefenlendi\u011fi ve akabinde dualar\u0131n edildi\u011fi belirtilmektedir.<sup>(11)<\/sup> Ya\u011fmur duas\u0131 da d\u00f6nemin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen dualar\u0131 aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u00d6yle ki bu dualara dedesi Abdulmuttalip ve amcas\u0131 Ebu Talip ile birlikte \u0130slam peygamberinin de i\u015ftirak etti\u011fi aktar\u0131lan bilgiler aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.<sup>(12)<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Hemen hemen b\u00fct\u00fcn din ve inan\u00e7larda kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan oru\u00e7 da Mekke ve Medine topraklar\u0131nda var olan bir ibadet bi\u00e7imidir. Rivayete g\u00f6re Kurey\u015fliler A\u015fure g\u00fcn\u00fc oru\u00e7 tutarlard\u0131. Bu g\u00fcnde t\u00f6ren d\u00fczenleyerek, bayram ilan eder ve K\u00e2be\u2019ye yeni \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc giydirirlerdi. B\u00f6yle yapmalar\u0131n\u0131n sebebi ise \u015f\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131r: Kurey\u015fliler cahiliye d\u00f6neminde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fcnah i\u015flemi\u015fler, bu g\u00fcnaha kefaret olarak A\u015fure g\u00fcn\u00fc oru\u00e7 tutmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flar, akabinde g\u00fcnahlar\u0131n\u0131n affedilmeleri dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Allah\u2019a \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr olarak oru\u00e7 tutmu\u015flard\u0131r.\u201d<sup>(13)<\/sup> Muhammed Peygamber ve e\u015fi Ai\u015fe\u2019nin de bahse konu y\u0131llarda oru\u00e7 tuttu\u011fu aktar\u0131lan bilgiler aras\u0131ndad\u0131r (Buhari, Savm,1; M\u00fcslim, S\u0131yam, 19).<\/p>\n<p>Namaz, oru\u00e7, bayramlar gibi hac ve umre de d\u00f6nemin ibadetleri\/inan\u00e7 uygulamalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda gelmekteydi. Hac esnas\u0131na ayr\u0131ca K\u00e2be ziyaret edilir ve belirli inan\u00e7 rit\u00fcelleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirdi. Yine o d\u00f6nemdeki hacda da ihram, telbiye, vakfe, tavaf, sa\u2019y, cemrelerin ta\u015flanmas\u0131, kurban kesilmesi gibi, bug\u00fcn de s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen uygulamalar d\u00fczenlenirdi. S\u00f6z s\u0131ras\u0131 kurban kesme merasimlerine gelmi\u015fken o konuyla ilgili de birka\u00e7 kelam etmek istiyoruz. \u0130fade etti\u011fimiz gibi K\u00e2be, kurban kesilen yerlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmekteydi. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kabir ba\u015flar\u0131nda da kurban kesilir ve b\u00f6ylelikle \u00f6len kimsenin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda insanlara yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 iyilik, kesilen kurban\u0131n kurt ve ku\u015flara yedirilmesi suretiyle \u00f6denirdi. Ayr\u0131ca cinlere kurban kesildi\u011fi gibi do\u011fan \u00e7ocuklar ve ilk do\u011fan hayvanlar i\u00e7in de kurban kesilirdi. Bug\u00fcn de varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren adak uygulamas\u0131, o d\u00f6nemde de var olan bir rit\u00fceldi. \u00d6zellikle \u00e7ocu\u011fu olmayan kimseler, bu soruna \u00e7are bulmak \u00fczere adak adarlard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Sadaka ve hatta zek\u00e2t da \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan inan\u00e7 \u00f6\u011feleri aras\u0131nda gelmekteydi. Arap toplumunda c\u00f6mertlik \u00e7ok \u00f6v\u00fclen ve takdir edilen bir vas\u0131f olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla zek\u00e2t ve sadaka anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131nda bu olgunun yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Mekke, \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde de h\u00fcrmet edilmesi gereken bir yer olarak kabul edilir ve Mekke i\u00e7in \u201cHaram\u201d yani mukaddes ve dokunulmaz tabiri kullan\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131. \u0130slam inanc\u0131 bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 da kabul etmi\u015f hatta \u0130mam \u015eafi, ikamet veya seyahat sebebiyle de olsa, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kimsenin Mekke\u2019ye giremeyece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir.<sup>(14)<\/sup> Ayr\u0131ca s\u00fcnnet de Mekke\u2019de kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan bir uygulamad\u0131r. Hatta kimi rivayetlere g\u00f6re \u0130slam peygamberi do\u011fumunun yedinci g\u00fcn\u00fc dedesi taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcnnet ettirilmi\u015ftir. Yine kimi tarihi bilgilere g\u00f6re s\u00fcnnet esnas\u0131nda ziyafet verilmesi de o d\u00f6nemin gelenekleri aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r.<sup>(15)<\/sup><\/p>\n<p><strong>Miras uygulamalar\u0131<br \/>\n<\/strong>Arap toplumunda genel olarak kad\u0131nlar mirastan pay edinemez yaln\u0131zca erkekler miras hakk\u0131ndan istifade ederlerdi. Fakat Mekke\u2019de kad\u0131nlara da miras hakk\u0131 verildi\u011fi, aktar\u0131lan bilgiler aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u015e\u00f6yle ki, Z\u00fc\u2019l-Mecasidi\u2019l-Ye\u015fkuri adl\u0131 kimsenin mirastan erkeklere iki pay, kad\u0131na da bir pay verdi\u011fi bildirilmektedir.<sup>(16)<\/sup> \u00d6te yandan mirastan kad\u0131nlara hi\u00e7 pay verilmemesi -\u0130slam\u2019\u0131n ilk devirlerinde de- M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar aras\u0131nda benimsenmi\u015ftir. Fakat zaman i\u00e7erisinde geli\u015fen kimi olaylarla bu uygulama erke\u011fe iki, kad\u0131na bir hisse miras olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6rne\u011fin Ensar\u2019dan Evs b. Sabit, geride kar\u0131s\u0131 ve \u00fc\u00e7 k\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakarak vefat edince, Evs\u2019in amcao\u011fullar\u0131 S\u00fcvey ve Arfece, miras\u0131n hepsini kendilerine alm\u0131\u015flar, Evs\u2019in kar\u0131s\u0131na ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na hi\u00e7bir \u015fey vermemi\u015flerdir. Bunun \u00fczerine Evs\u2019in han\u0131m\u0131 peygambere giderek ya\u015fanan olay\u0131 anlat\u0131r ve bu durumun d\u00fczeltilmesini ister. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi devirde yol kesenin cezas\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm iken \u0130slam, yol kesenleri \u00f6l\u00fcm dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli cezalarla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<sup>(18)<\/sup><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sava\u015fla ilgili uygulamalar<br \/>\n<\/strong>Sava\u015f sonras\u0131nda vuku bulan ganimet uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n pek \u00e7o\u011funun \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde de oldu\u011fu, di\u011fer bir ifade ile ganimet politikalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131yla bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck arz etti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu noktada \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 iki uygulama \u201csafi\u201d ve \u201cmirba\u201d denen politikalarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Safi, sava\u015f ve bask\u0131nlar sonucu elde edilen ve ganimetler da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmadan, sava\u015f reislerinin ganimetler i\u00e7inden kendilerine se\u00e7tikleri \u201cpay\u201da denirdi. Safiler, deve, koyun gibi hayvan cinsinden olabildi\u011fi gibi, esir edilen k\u00f6le ve cariyeler aras\u0131ndan da se\u00e7ilebilirdi. \u0130\u015fte \u0130slam d\u00f6nemi ile birlikte safi uygulamas\u0131 da aynen kabul edilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6rne\u011fin Muhammed Peygamber, han\u0131mlar\u0131ndan Safiye bint\u00fc Huyey\u2019i, Hayber sava\u015f\u0131nda safi olarak alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde Reyhane bint\u00fc Zey, Beni Kureyza olay\u0131 sonras\u0131nda Peygamberin safi olarak se\u00e7ti\u011fi kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131ndayd\u0131. Ve nihai olarak M\u00fcreysi sava\u015f\u0131ndan sonra, C\u00fcveyriye bint\u00fc\u2019l Haris\u2019i de Muhammed Peygamber safi olarak kendine alm\u0131\u015f ve akabinde onunla evlenmi\u015ftir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u0130slam peygamberinin k\u00f6le, at ve benzeri ganimetleri de safi olarak ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edilmektedir.<sup>(19)<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Mirba ise, ganimetin d\u00f6rtte birine verilen isimdir. \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi devirlerde sava\u015f ve bask\u0131nlar sonucunda ele ge\u00e7irilen ganimetin d\u00f6rtte biri, orduyu y\u00f6neten komutana verilirdi. Adi b. Hatim, hem \u0130slam hem de \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemde komutanl\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemde ganimetin d\u00f6rtte birini \u0130slam d\u00f6neminde ise be\u015fte birini ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmektedir.<sup>(20)<\/sup> \u0130slam d\u00f6neminde ordu komutan\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay d\u00f6rtte birden be\u015fte bire d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bununla birlikte bu be\u015fte birin i\u00e7erisinde yetim, miskin ve yolda kalm\u0131\u015f kimselerin de pay\u0131 oldu\u011fu ifade edilmektedir. Be\u015fte bir hisseyle (humus) ilgili \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir bilgi de Yusuf Peygamber d\u00f6nemine aittir. \u015e\u00f6yle ki, Yusuf Peygamberin, M\u0131s\u0131r topra\u011f\u0131n\u0131n be\u015fte biri Firavun\u2019a ait olmak \u00fczere kanun yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedilmektedir (Tevrat, Tekvin, 47\/26).<\/p>\n<p>Sava\u015f uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n da bir neticesi olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan k\u00f6lelerle ilgili kimi uygulamalarda da benzerlik g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde k\u00f6le, kendi k\u0131ymetini kazan\u0131p, sahibine \u00f6deyerek h\u00fcrriyetine kavu\u015fabilirdi. M\u00fckatebe akdi denen bu uygulama \u0130slam\u2019da da ge\u00e7erli say\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Benzer bi\u00e7imde her iki d\u00f6nemde de k\u00f6lelerin miras olarak intikali uygulamas\u0131 kabul g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Yine her iki d\u00f6nemde de sava\u015fa kat\u0131lan k\u00f6lelere ganimetten pay verilmezdi. \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde bir esir, m\u00fchim bir vazifeyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek suretiyle azad edilebilirdi. \u00d6te yandan \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde bor\u00e7lular bor\u00e7lar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 k\u00f6le yap\u0131l\u0131rken, \u0130slam\u2019da bu uygulama kabul edilmemi\u015ftir. An\u0131lan dinde k\u00f6le olma sebepleri sava\u015f, k\u00f6le ana babadan do\u011fmu\u015f olma ve k\u00f6leyi sat\u0131n alma olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Kan ve nesep ba\u011f\u0131 ile birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131 olan kabileler bir taraftan \u201cdevlet d\u00fczenini\u201d belirlerken, di\u011fer taraftan bu te\u015fkilatlanma i\u00e7erisinde birey, kabilelerin korumas\u0131 alt\u0131nda yer al\u0131yordu. Bu anlamda kabilenin koydu\u011fu kanunlara ya da gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklere ayk\u0131r\u0131 hareket edenler, kabilenin stat\u00fcs\u00fcne zarar verenler cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmakta ve nihai olarak ailesi ile birlikte kabileyle olan ba\u011f\u0131 kesilmekteydi. Ayr\u0131ca ceza alan kimsenin durumu panay\u0131r ve hac d\u00f6nemlerinde ilan edilerek a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Siyasi te\u015fkilatlanma konusuna geri d\u00f6nersek \u00e7\u00f6lde ya\u015fayan Bedevilerle (k\u00f6yl\u00fc-g\u00f6\u00e7ebe), \u015fehirde ya\u015fayan Hadarilerin (kentli) kimi noktalarda farkl\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 benimsedi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. Bununla birlikte her iki te\u015fkilatlanmada da kabilelerin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fat konumdad\u0131r. Bedevilerde her kabilenin ba\u015f\u0131nda bir \u015feyh (melik, emir) bulunmaktad\u0131r. Siyasi n\u00fcfuz ve ekonomik g\u00fc\u00e7le birlikte, a\u011f\u0131rba\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k, cesaret, c\u00f6mertlik gibi \u00f6zellikleriyle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan kimseler \u015feyh olarak se\u00e7ilirdi. \u015eeyhlik babadan o\u011fla ge\u00e7memekle birlikte, e\u011fer o\u011ful \u015feyhlik i\u00e7in aranan \u00f6zellikleri ta\u015f\u0131yorsa \u015feyh olabilirdi. B\u00fct\u00fcn kabilelerin ba\u015f\u0131nda yer alan genel kabile ba\u015fkan\u0131 ise, d\u00f6nemin g\u00fc\u00e7 ili\u015fkileri, t\u00f6releri vb. \u00f6zellikleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak se\u00e7ilir ve yine a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak \u201cg\u00fc\u00e7 ili\u015fkileri\u201d \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde hareket ederdi. Ayr\u0131ca kabile ba\u015fkan\u0131na dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k yapan bir meclisin de bulundu\u011fu bu siyasi te\u015fkilatlanmada, devrin politikalar\u0131na h\u00e2kim \u00f6\u011fretiler yol g\u00f6sterirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Kentli Araplar\u0131n siyasi te\u015fkilatlanmas\u0131 da yukar\u0131da belirtti\u011fimiz ilkeler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde belirlenmekteydi. Bununla birlikte, bu te\u015fkilatlanmada da \u201cDarun Nedve\u201d denilen bir meclis bulunmaktayd\u0131. Mekke Parlamentosu ya da \u201conlar meclisi\u201d diyebilece\u011fimiz bu mecliste, on ileri aileden gelen temsilciler, siyasi ve toplumsal sorunlara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rd\u0131.
