Buradaki sorun, cans\u0131z maddelerden canl\u0131 molek\u00fcllerin olu\u015ftu\u011funu g\u00f6steren deneysel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131yd\u0131. 1952\u2019de \u015eikago \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden doktora \u00f6\u011frencisi Stanley Miller ve dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 Prof. Harold Urey bir deney d\u00fczene\u011fi tasarlad\u0131lar. Ama\u00e7lar\u0131 Oparin-Haldane hipotezinde oldu\u011fu gibi inorganik molek\u00fcllerden canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n olu\u015fumu i\u00e7in gerekli organik molek\u00fcllerin olu\u015fabildi\u011fini g\u00f6stermekti. Bu \u015fekilde de atmosfer ortam\u0131ndaki y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n deney t\u00fcp\u00fcnde kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 elde edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Devam\u0131nda da, olu\u015fturulan yapay atmosfer so\u011futularak suyun tekrar s\u0131v\u0131 hale ge\u00e7mesi sa\u011fland\u0131. B\u00f6ylece ilk D\u00fcnya ortam\u0131ndaki ya\u011fmurlar deney t\u00fcp\u00fcnde canland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu. Okyanus b\u00f6lmesi de \u0131s\u0131t\u0131larak bile\u015fiklerin tekrar atmosferik b\u00f6l\u00fcme gitmesi ve yeni bir d\u00f6ng\u00fcn\u00fcn ba\u015flamas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Di\u011fer deneyler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Miller-Urey deneyi, benzer bir\u00e7ok deneyin yap\u0131lmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131. 1961\u2019de Juan Oro, su ortam\u0131nda hidrojen siyan\u00fcr (HCN) ile amonya\u011f\u0131n elektrik ak\u0131m\u0131na tutulmas\u0131 sonucu n\u00fckleik asitin yap\u0131ta\u015flar\u0131ndan adenin baz\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fumunu g\u00f6sterdi. Deney sonucunda ek olarak \u00e7e\u015fitli amino asitler ve baz\u0131 porfirinler de (d\u00f6rt tane pirol halkas\u0131n\u0131n metilen k\u00f6pr\u00fcleriyle birle\u015ferek olu\u015fturdu\u011fu halkal\u0131 molek\u00fcller) \u00fcretilmi\u015fti. Daha sonra yap\u0131lan baz\u0131 deneylerde de di\u011fer n\u00fckleik asit bazlar\u0131 inorganik bile\u015fiklerden indirgen atmosfer ko\u015fullar\u0131nda \u00fcretildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miller deneyindeki soru i\u015faretleri ve yeni bulgular<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1990\u2019lara gelindi\u011finde bulunan kan\u0131tlar, ilksel D\u00fcnya ortam\u0131nda yo\u011fun olarak karbondioksit (CO2) ve bir miktar da azot (N2) bulundu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdi. Bu gazlar Miller\u2019in deney balonunun i\u00e7inde bulunmayan gazlard\u0131. Kaliforniya\u2019da bulunan Scripps Okyanus Bilimleri Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nden Prof. Jeffrey Bada ve grubu (Jeffrey Bada, Miller\u2019\u0131n ilk \u00f6\u011frencilerinden birisi) bu yeni gazlar\u0131 ekleyerek Miller\u2019\u0131n deneyini tekrar etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda neredeyse hi\u00e7 amino asit \u00fcretmeyi ba\u015faramad\u0131. Bu sorun ise \u015f\u00f6yle a\u015f\u0131ld\u0131: \u0130lk atmosfer ortam\u0131nda yeterli miktarda demir ve karbonat mineralleri bulunmu\u015f olabilir, ki bu bile\u015fikler ortama eklenerek deney tekrarland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, zengin amino asit i\u00e7eri\u011fi elde edildi. Bada ve grubu orijinal deneyde asl\u0131nda 22 amino asitin ve di\u011fer baz\u0131 organik molek\u00fcllerin \u00fcredi\u011fini ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131lar. Gruba g\u00f6re, buhar\u0131n daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ge\u00e7mesi avantajl\u0131 bir durum olu\u015fturmu\u015f olabilir: Yeni olu\u015fan amino asitler h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde elektrik alan\u0131ndan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir ve b\u00f6ylece olu\u015fan di\u011fer molek\u00fcllerle de reaksiyona girmeyerek yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 koruyacaklard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdiye kadar Miller ve Urey deneyinin atmosferin ilk ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 tam olarak do\u011fru yans\u0131tmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yolunda ele\u015ftiriler s\u0131k\u00e7a yap\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Ger\u00e7ekten de deney t\u00fcp\u00fcndeki ortam ilk atmosfer ortam\u0131n\u0131 tam olarak yans\u0131tm\u0131yor, ancak gezegen \u00fczerinde, baz\u0131 ufak b\u00f6lgelerdeki \u015fartlar\u0131 do\u011fru olarak yans\u0131t\u0131yor olabilir.
