Bug\u00fcn Nature Astronomy&#8217;de yay\u0131mlanan yeni ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, g\u00fcne\u015f r\u00fczgarlar\u0131 ve asteroidlerin bir araya gelmesine \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131klar e\u015flik etti\u011fi durumlarda su olu\u015fumu g\u00f6zleniyor ve bu su molek\u00fclleri asteroidlerin y\u00fczeyinde birikiyor. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, uzay bo\u015flu\u011funda bile ger\u00e7ekle\u015febiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Curtin \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nin Uzay Bilimleri ve Teknoloji Merkezi&#8217;nden Dr. Katarina Miljkovi\u00e7 ve ekibi, ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n uzaydaki hava \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n iki bile\u015feninin -hem elektronlar hem de termal \u015fok- asteroitler \u00fczerinde su molek\u00fcllerinin birikimini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in gerekli oldu\u011funu kan\u0131tlad\u0131. Dr. Miljkovi\u00e7, &#8220;Su molek\u00fcllerini yeniden olu\u015fturmada kullan\u0131labilecek olan bu karma\u015f\u0131k i\u015flem, su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 Ay gibi di\u011fer cisimler \u00fczerinde \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in olas\u0131 bir mekanizma olabilir&#8221; dedi ve ekledi: &#8220;Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma bulgusu potansiyel olarak b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6neme sahip \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc hepimiz g\u00fcne\u015f sistemindeki suyun uzaydaki ya\u015fam alan\u0131 i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemli bir unsur oldu\u011funu biliyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>NASA taraf\u0131ndan finanse edilen proje, 50 y\u0131l \u00f6nce Avustralya&#8217;ya d\u00fc\u015fen bir meteorun incelenmesiyle birlikte \u015fekillendirildi. Biliminsanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re g\u00fcne\u015f r\u00fczgarlar\u0131, ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f durumda bulunan oksijen ve hidrojen atomlar\u0131na bask\u0131 uygulayarak onlar\u0131 bile\u015fik olu\u015fturmaya zorluyor.
