Do\u011fal seleksiyon-mutasyon mekanizmalar\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131klanamayan kanatlar\u0131n d\u00f6rt kez ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 olu\u015fmalar\u0131, hem de bu olu\u015fan kanatlar\u0131n birbirine benzer yap\u0131lar sergilemeleri, evrimci biyologlar i\u00e7in bir ba\u015fka ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 nedeni olu\u015fturur.\u201d <\/em>(Harun Yahya, Yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f Atlas\u0131 2, s.713)<\/p>\n<p>Ku\u015f ve yarasalar\u0131n evrim s\u00fcrecinde, \u00f6n uzuvlar kanat olu\u015f\u00adturacak \u015fekilde modifiye olurken, b\u00f6ceklerin kanat evrimine uzuvlar dahil olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ku\u015f ve yarasalardan daha \u00f6nce \u201cu\u00e7a\u00adbilen\u201d b\u00f6ceklerin kanatlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6keni hakk\u0131nda iki hipotez belirgin olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlardan birincisi, kanatlar\u0131n muhtemelen solunga\u00e7 olarak g\u00f6rev yapan \u00e7ok dall\u0131 atasal uzuv\u00adlardan evrildi\u011fidir. \u0130kinci hipotez ise kanatlar\u0131n, halihaz\u0131rda var olan uzuvlarla do\u011frudan ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olmayan, v\u00fccut duvar\u0131ndaki birtak\u0131m \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lardan olu\u015ftu\u011funu ileri s\u00fcrmektedir. E\u011fer kanat\u00adlar \u00e7ok dall\u0131 uzuvlar\u0131n dorsal yap\u0131lar\u0131ndan k\u00f6ken ald\u0131ysa, baz\u0131 ay\u0131rt edici \u00f6zelliklerinin b\u00f6cek kanatlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131sal atalar\u0131nda ve di\u011fer eklembacakl\u0131 uzuvlar\u0131n\u0131n homolog yap\u0131lar\u0131nda zaten var olan genetik i\u015flevlerin \u00fczerine kurulmu\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131 bekleriz.<\/p>\n<p>Son zamanlarda yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, b\u00f6ceklerde kanatlar\u0131n 330 milyon y\u0131l \u00f6nce d\u0131\u015ftaki hareketli solunga\u00e7lardan olu\u015ftu\u011fu\u00adnu g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Fosil kay\u0131tlar ve genetik kan\u0131tlar da bu hipotezi desteklemektedir. Bu durumu a\u00e7\u0131klamak i\u00e7in Averof ve Cohen (1993) yapt\u0131klar\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, b\u00f6ceklerde kanada \u00f6zg\u00fc fonk\u00adsiyonu olan iki geni ve bunlar\u0131n kabuklulardaki (Crustaceae) homologlar\u0131n\u0131 izole etmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Geli\u015fim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kanatlar\u0131n ve bacaklar\u0131n b\u00f6cek embriyo\u00adsunda ayn\u0131 ilkin h\u00fccreden k\u00f6ken ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve ayn\u0131 d\u00fczenleyici mekanizmay\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ceklerin ya\u015fayan en yak\u0131n akrabalar\u0131 olarak say\u0131lan ve uzuvlar\u0131n\u0131n ilkin \u00e7ok dall\u0131 yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 koruyan crustace\u2019lerde de bacak olu\u015fumu ayn\u0131 meka\u00adnizmayla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir. Buna g\u00f6re b\u00f6ceklerin bacak ve kanatlar\u0131n\u0131n embriyonik k\u00f6kenleri ve g\u00f6reli organizasyonlar\u0131, kabuklu uzuvlar\u0131n\u0131n dorsal ve ventral \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n embriyonik k\u00f6keni ve organizasyonu ile benzer say\u0131labilir.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-37552 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"297\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2-8.jpg 500w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2-8-300x178.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Averof ve Cohen b\u00f6ceklerdeki \u201ckanada \u00f6zg\u00fcl genlerin\u201d ka\u00adbuklulardaki \u00e7ok dall\u0131 uzuvlar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131ndaki rollerini ortaya koymak amac\u0131yla Drosophila ve Artemia\u2019dan homolog genler izole etmi\u015flerdir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma sonucunda b\u00f6cek kanad\u0131n\u0131n di\u011fer ya\u00adp\u0131larla olan ili\u015fkisinin ortak kal\u0131t\u0131lan genlerin ifadesi olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlenmi\u015ftir. Yine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya dayan\u0131larak kabuklular\u00addaki uzuvlar\u0131n dorsalinde yer alan solunum ve osmoreg\u00fclasyon gibi g\u00f6revleri olan epipodlar\u0131n ayn\u0131 zamanda b\u00f6cek kanatlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6keni olduklar\u0131 da s\u00f6ylenebilir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla Averof ve Cohen b\u00f6ceklerin kanatlar\u0131yla kabuklular\u0131n uzuvlar\u0131n\u0131n ortak atalar\u0131ndan gelen ayn\u0131 genetik yap\u0131ya sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durum kanatlar\u0131n kabuklu uzuvlar\u0131nda bulu\u00adnan belirli i\u015flevlere sahip epipodlarla homolog olduklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrmektedir ve b\u00f6cek kanatlar\u0131n\u0131n solunga\u00e7 benzeri yap\u0131lardan evrildi\u011fi hipotezini desteklemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ceklerde kanatlar\u0131n k\u00f6kenini a\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u201csolunga\u00e7 teorisi\u201d ayr\u0131ca fosil \u00f6rnekler aras\u0131ndaki sucul t\u00fcrlerin ergin \u00f6n\u00adcesi evrelerinde (larva, nimf) bulunan solunga\u00e7lar\u0131n tam olarak kanat boyutlar\u0131nda, kanat yap\u0131s\u0131nda ve v\u00fccutta kanatlar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konumda olmalar\u0131na dayanmaktad\u0131r. Bir\u00e7ok fosilde ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz t\u00fcrlerinde bu solunga\u00e7lar mente\u015fe benzeri ba\u011flant\u0131lar ve kaslarla donan\u0131ml\u0131d\u0131r. Kanatlar\u0131 di\u015filerin kanatlar\u0131ndan daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckt\u00fcr. Bu y\u00fczden u\u00e7amaz, ama s\u00fcz\u00fclebilir. Sol en altta, s\u00fcz\u00fclme pozisyonunda bir di\u015fi plecopter g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Peki ama sualt\u0131nda ya\u015famaya uyum sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f solunga\u00e7l\u0131 bir b\u00f6cek, neden karasal ortamda bulunan a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131ks\u0131n ve de havada s\u00fcz\u00fclmeye ba\u015flas\u0131n? B\u00f6ceklerin u\u00e7mas\u0131 problemin\u00addeki en zor k\u0131s\u0131m b\u00fct\u00fcn sinir, kas, eklem ve kanatlar\u0131yla dona\u00adn\u0131ml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde \u201cu\u00e7abilen\u201d bir yarat\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u201cu\u00e7amayan\u201d atalar\u0131n\u00addan nas\u0131l evrildi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klamakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte yak\u0131n zamanda Marden ve Kramer (1994) bu soruya a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirecek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir t\u00fcr buldular: Taeniopteryx burksi (Plecoptera). Bu t\u00fcr k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda \u00adakarsularda erginle\u015fip sudaki kayalar\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kar, u\u00e7maz ve k\u0131y\u0131ya su y\u00fczeyinden sekerek ula\u015f\u0131r. Bireylerin erginle\u015fti\u011fi d\u00f6nemdeki hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (0\u00b0C) u\u00e7ma i\u00e7in gerekli y\u00fcksek kas g\u00fcc\u00fcne eri\u015fmesini engeller, ancak zay\u0131f bir r\u00fczg\u00e2r bile b\u00f6ce\u011fi su y\u00fczeyinde bir k\u0131y\u0131dan di\u011ferine s\u00fcr\u00fckleyebilir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k ba\u015f\u00adka bir Plecoptera t\u00fcr\u00fc olan Allocapnia vivipara kanatlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131rp\u00admaya tenezz\u00fcl bile etmez, bunun yerine kanatlar\u0131n\u0131 kald\u0131rarak kuvvetli bir r\u00fczg\u00e2r yakalar ve suyun \u00fczerinde s\u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Marden ve Kramer, plecopterlerin bu davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131karak daha \u00f6nce akla gelmeyen bir sonuca vard\u0131lar: A\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kla\u00adr\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mak zorunda olmayan bu t\u00fcr ilkin, tam ola\u00adrak geli\u015fmemi\u015f, kanat ve kaslar\u0131yla tam anlam\u0131yla desteklenen \u201cger\u00e7ek\u201d u\u00e7ma aktivitesi g\u00f6stererek kademeli olarak evrilen bir \u00f6zelli\u011fin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 basama\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktayd\u0131. B\u00f6ylelikle so\u00adlunga\u00e7tan kanada do\u011fru ge\u00e7i\u015fteki ara ba\u011flant\u0131 kurulmu\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Plecopterler (ta\u015f sinekleri) Karbonifer D\u00f6nemi\u2019ndeki atalar\u0131n\u00addan evrimle\u015fen en eski gruptur ve efemerlerle (may\u0131s sinekleri) birlikte anatomik ve fizyolojik olarak fosil atalar\u0131na en yak\u0131n grubu olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Buna dayanarak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz plecopterle\u00adrinin \u201cya\u015fayan fosiller\u201d ya da \u201ceksik ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u201d ve de solunga\u00e7 ile kanat aras\u0131ndaki \u201cara formlar\u201d olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu g\u00f6zlemlere dayanarak b\u00f6ceklerde kanat olu\u015fumu ve u\u00e7ma\u00adn\u0131n evrimini \u015fu \u015fekilde \u00f6zetleyebiliriz: 1) Eklemli ve hareketli solunga\u00e7 plakalar\u0131 ilkin u\u00e7ucu t\u00fcrlerin sucul nimflerinde iterek su i\u00e7inde hareket etme amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131l\u0131r, 2) Solunga\u00e7 plakalar\u0131 r\u00fczg\u00e2rla su y\u00fczeyinde sekerek ya da s\u00fcz\u00fclerek ilerlemeyi sa\u011fla\u00adyan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kanatlara do\u011fru evrilir, 3) S\u00fcz\u00fclme i\u00e7in gerekli g\u00fc\u00e7, g\u00f6\u011fse ba\u011fl\u0131 bu kanat\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131lmas\u0131ndan elde edilir, 4) U\u00e7ma kaslar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7 kapasitesi tam anlam\u0131yla u\u00e7abilmeyi destekleye\u00adcek kadar artar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KAYNAKLAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1)Averof M. and Cohen S.
