Matthias Nahrendorf ve ekibi bu durumun nas\u0131l ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini anlamak i\u00e7in yeni bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya giri\u015fti. Ekip, \u00f6zellikle de plak ad\u0131 verilen yap\u0131lar\u0131n damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l olu\u015fturdu\u011fu ve egzersizlerin bu durumun \u00f6nlenmesi ad\u0131na nas\u0131l bir mekanizmada etkin oldu\u011funa yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Nahrendorf\u2019un y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ara\u015ft\u0131rma grubu, fiziksel aktivitenin kemik ili\u011finin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma mekanizmas\u0131nda ve k\u00f6k h\u00fccrelerde nas\u0131l bir etkisi oldu\u011funa e\u011fildi. \u00d6zellikle de HSPC olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan hematopoetik k\u00f6k h\u00fccre \u00fcretimindeki etkiye yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. V\u00fccudun enfeksiyonlara kar\u015f\u0131 savunma sistemini \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ve yabanc\u0131 maddelerin v\u00fccuttan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in l\u00f6kositlere ihtiya\u00e7 duymaktay\u0131z. Nahrendorf, \u201cFakat bu h\u00fccrelerin miktar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f meydana geldi\u011finde, damarlar\u0131n \u00e7eperlerinde iltihaplanma ba\u015flar\u201d a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Nature Medicine portal\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ekip, fareleri kullanarak \u00e7e\u015fitli deneyler yapt\u0131. Bu deneylerde bir grup fare, ko\u015fu band\u0131 bulunan kafeslere yerle\u015ftirildi. \u0130kinci gruptaki fareler ise i\u00e7erisinde ko\u015fu band\u0131 bulunmayan kafeslere al\u0131nd\u0131. Alt\u0131 hafta sonra ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, ko\u015fu band\u0131 bulunan kafeslerdeki farelerin HSPC aktivitesinde \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalma oldu\u011funu ve di\u011fer farelere k\u0131yasla daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck l\u00f6kosit seviyesine sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlemledi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ekibi egzersizlerin, i\u015ftah mekanizmas\u0131nda etkin olan ve ayn\u0131 zamanda HSPC aktivitesini kontrol ederek l\u00f6kosit \u00fcretimini artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinen leptin hormonunun \u00fcretiminde azalmaya neden oldu\u011funu ortaya koydu.
