Bilim ve Gelecek\u2019in 2011 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Haziran ay\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan 88. say\u0131s\u0131nda, Kanal \u0130stanbul projesinin kente, do\u011faya ve ya\u015fama etkilerine ili\u015fkin biliminsanlar\u0131ndan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f alm\u0131\u015f, projenin potansiyel etkilerine dair kapsaml\u0131 bir kapak dosyas\u0131 haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bu say\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7en yakla\u015f\u0131k dokuz y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcrecin ard\u0131ndan Kanal \u0130stanbul projesi, t\u00fcm potansiyel etkileriyle birlikte yeniden g\u00fcndemde. \u0130stanbul\u2019u ve kent sakinlerinin ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden bu vah\u015fi proje ile ilgili dosyam\u0131z\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmalara cevaben yeniden yay\u0131nl\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ender Helvac\u0131o\u011flu yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131: &#8220;Vah\u015fi rejim!&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c<\/em><em>\u0130ktidar partisinin \u2018\u00e7\u0131lg\u0131n proje\u2019 ad\u0131yla pazarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kanal \u0130stanbul Projesi\u2019ni ele alan kapak dosyam\u0131z\u0131n slogan\u0131: Vah\u015fi proje! Vah\u015fi olan sadece bu uygulanmas\u0131 olanaks\u0131z proje olsayd\u0131, bu kadar \u00f6nem vermeye gerek duymazd\u0131k; bir iki ele\u015ftirir ge\u00e7erdik. Ama bu ve benzeri projeler, epeydir ayak sesleri duyulan ve se\u00e7imlerden sonra ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi hedeflenen \u2018vah\u015fi rejim\u2019in g\u00f6stergeleridir.<\/em><em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yaz\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 okumak i\u00e7in:<em> <a href=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/index.php\/2011\/06\/01\/vahsi-rejim\/\">https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/index.php\/2011\/06\/01\/vahsi-rejim\/<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Ali Bardak\u00e7\u0131\u2019n\u0131n, Prof. Dr. H\u00fcseyin Kaptan ile s\u00f6yle\u015fisi: \u201cDo\u011fay\u0131, insan\u0131, bilimi yok sayan vah\u015fi proje!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c\u015eehir bir canl\u0131ya benzer, organlar\u0131nda bir ar\u0131za oldu\u011funda kilitlenir. Bak\u0131yorsunuz, do\u011fu yakas\u0131nda hizmet sekt\u00f6r\u00fc yok, bat\u0131 yakas\u0131nda var. 1 milyon insan her g\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131ya ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015f\u0131r, geri de d\u00f6nemez. Toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma yetersiz, lojistik k\u00f6yler yok, t\u0131rlar yollar\u0131 i\u015fgal etmi\u015ftir bu y\u00fczden. Bu sorunlar \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmeden Kanal \u0130stanbul ve &#8216;iki yeni \u015fehir&#8217; in\u015fa etmek, insan\u0131n kafas\u0131n\u0131 kesip aya\u011f\u0131na ba\u011flamak gibidir.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yaz\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 okumak i\u00e7in:<em> <a href=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/index.php\/2011\/06\/01\/dogayi-insani-bilimi-yok-sayan-vahsi-proje\/\">https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/index.php\/2011\/06\/01\/dogayi-insani-bilimi-yok-sayan-vahsi-proje\/<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>\u00d6zlem \u00d6zdemir\u2019in, d\u00f6nemin \u0130stanbul \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 Odas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tayfun Kahraman ile s\u00f6yle\u015fisi: &#8220;<\/strong><strong>Bu proje \u0130stanbul\u2019un y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 olur&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDevletin \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in harcayacak 30 milyar dolar\u0131 varsa, bu kayna\u011f\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019un iki \u00f6nemli sorunu i\u00e7in, deprem ve ula\u015f\u0131m alanlar\u0131ndaki sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in kullanmas\u0131 gerekir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak t\u00fcm yat\u0131r\u0131mlar, at\u0131l olacakt\u0131r. \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in gereklilikler ve yap\u0131lacaklar listesi yapsak, 10. s\u0131rada bile gelmez b\u00f6yle bir proje. Elimizdeki bilimsel ger\u00e7ekler ve analizler sonucunda de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131yoruz. Kuzey ormanlar\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lacak bir kanal nedeniyle, oradaki ormanlar\u0131n yok olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmek i\u00e7in alim olmaya gerek yok. 1988\u2019de \u0130stanbul\u2019a 2. k\u00f6pr\u00fc yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve 50 bin hektar arazi ka\u00e7ak yap\u0131la\u015ft\u0131. Bu \u00f6rnekleri bilen bizler, \u0130stanbul\u2019a b\u00f6yle bir projenin hay\u0131rl\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l s\u00f6yleyebiliriz? Ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olmak zorunday\u0131z. Bu proje \u0130stanbul\u2019un y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 olur.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yaz\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 okumak i\u00e7in:<em> <a href=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/index.php\/2011\/06\/01\/su-orman-tarih-plan-yok-varsa-yoksa-rant-bu-proje-istanbulun-yikimi-olur\/\">https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/index.php\/2011\/06\/01\/su-orman-tarih-plan-yok-varsa-yoksa-rant-bu-proje-istanbulun-yikimi-olur\/<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>D\u00f6nemin TMMOB Peyzaj Mimarlar\u0131 Odas\u0131 y\u00f6neticilerinden Bora Bayrak\u00e7\u0131 yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131: Kanal \u0130stanbul = Do\u011fa, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, tarih ve insan y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 \/ Piyasaya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclen kent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c<\/em><em>Kamuoyuna &#8216;\u00c7\u0131lg\u0131n Proje&#8217; olarak duyurulan Kanal \u0130stanbul Projesi, Marmara Denizi ile Karadeniz\u2019i birbirine ba\u011flamay\u0131 hedefleyen, yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalara g\u00f6re uzunlu\u011fu 40 km\u2019yi bulan, derinli\u011fi 25 m, geni\u015fli\u011fi ise 150 m olan, deniz ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131 bir kanal projesi. Yine yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalara g\u00f6re, bu proje ile birlikte \u0130stanbul\u2019da yeni yerle\u015fim, ticaret ve finans merkezleri olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Proje i\u00e7in d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen yer, bizimle payla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6rsellere bak\u0131l\u0131nca Silivri\u2019den ba\u015flay\u0131p, Yal\u0131k\u00f6y\u2019den Karadeniz\u2019e ba\u011flan\u0131yor gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cKent mek\u00e2n\u0131 art\u0131k tamamen sermaye taraf\u0131ndan kontrol edilen, \u00fczerinden bolca para kazan\u0131labilen bir k\u00e2r arac\u0131 haline geliyor. K\u00fcresel ekonomi ile entegrasyon dedikleri, k\u00fcreselle\u015fme dedikleri, d\u00fcnya kenti \u0130stanbul olarak hayal ettikleri \u015fey halka ait olan\u0131 k\u00fcresel sermayenin hizmetine a\u00e7makt\u0131r. Akdeniz\u2019den ba\u015flay\u0131p Karadeniz\u2019de biten bir sefer, yerk\u00fcrede olabilecek en z\u0131t deniz ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan ge\u00e7er. Marmara\u2019n\u0131n ve Bo\u011fazlardan akan suyun son derece \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir yap\u0131s\u0131 var. Bu yap\u0131y\u0131 inceledi\u011fimizde &#8216;\u00e7\u0131lg\u0131n proje&#8217;nin neden yap\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlar\u0131z. Bu sorunun yan\u0131t\u0131 i\u00e7inse \u00f6ncelikle d\u00fcnyada var olan ve iki deniz aras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yapay kanallar\u0131, \u00f6zelliklerini ve bu kanallar\u0131n bulunduklar\u0131n b\u00f6lgelerin ekosistemine etkilerini ara\u015ft\u0131rmak gerekliydi. Bug\u00fcn, gemi trafi\u011fi, yo\u011fun \u015fehirle\u015fme dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kirlilik ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 avc\u0131l\u0131k nedeniyle Marmara Denizi\u2019nden Karadeniz\u2019e bal\u0131k g\u00f6\u00e7lerinin nerdeyse hi\u00e7 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi\u011fi bir deniz \u00e7\u00f6l\u00fc. Bu nedenle projeyle, Bo\u011faz\u2019daki gemi trafi\u011finin durdurulmas\u0131 vaadi bal\u0131k g\u00f6\u00e7lerinin zamanla tekrar ba\u015flamas\u0131 i\u00e7in umut verici gibi g\u00f6z\u00fckse de, bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k konusundaki uygulamalar\u0131n yetersizli\u011fi Bo\u011faz\u2019\u0131n giri\u015finde hemen avlanan istavrit-hamsi s\u00fcr\u00fcleri bunun pek olas\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bu yaz\u0131da bahsedilen yabanc\u0131 t\u00fcrlerin yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve gemi ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ili\u015fkisi, projenin y\u0131ll\u0131k kapasitesinin Bo\u011faz\u2019dan fazla olmas\u0131yla bir tehdit olu\u015fturabilir. Ne yaz\u0131k ki projenin denizel ekosistem a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tam olarak ne ifade edece\u011fini kestirmek zor.
