Bilgisayar sim\u00fclasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 model ile cam\u0131n s\u0131v\u0131 formdaki yap\u0131s\u0131ndan so\u011fumayla ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kat\u0131 forma ge\u00e7i\u015fi incelendi. B\u00f6ylelikle cam\u0131n yap\u0131sal de\u011fi\u015fimi incelenmi\u015f oldu. Bu alana dair \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olsa da hen\u00fcz tam olarak anla\u015f\u0131lamam\u0131\u015f olan pek \u00e7ok nokta var. Kristal kat\u0131lar\u0131n atomik yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n aksine cam materyaller, uzun s\u0131ral\u0131 atom gruplar\u0131ndan olu\u015fmaz. Bir cam \u00fcfleme sanat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 izleyenlerin de bildi\u011fi gibi cam y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda ak\u0131\u015fkan bir form al\u0131r. Bu durum, cam materyaller i\u00e7erisindeki yap\u0131lar\u0131n aras\u0131nda bo\u015fluklar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu anlam\u0131na gelir. Bununla birlikte cam malzeme so\u011fuduk\u00e7a, atomlar\u0131n yava\u015f hareket ederek \u201cdonmu\u015f s\u0131v\u0131\u201d durumuna ge\u00e7ti\u011fi bir \u201ccam ge\u00e7i\u015fi\u201d ya\u015fan\u0131r. Cam materyalin atomlar\u0131 kristal atomlar\u0131 gibi olsayd\u0131 daha kararl\u0131 bir yap\u0131ya ula\u015fabileceklerdi ancak cam materyali olu\u015fturan atomlar daha kararl\u0131 hale gelmelerini \u00f6nleyecek bariyeri a\u015famazlar. Biliminsanlar\u0131 cam\u0131n bu ve benzeri \u00f6zellikleri de i\u00e7eren dinami\u011fini \u201cyap\u0131sal gev\u015feme s\u00fcreci\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>Bu alana ili\u015fkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fcten Tokyo \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden biliminsanlar\u0131, bir atomun ve onun kom\u015fu atomlar\u0131n\u0131n yerel grupla\u015fmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olan ve \u201cyap\u0131sal d\u00fczen parametresi\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan durumu analiz etmek i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli bilgisayar sim\u00fclasyonlar\u0131 kulland\u0131lar. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fclerinden Hua Tong, \u201cAtomlar\u0131n birbirlerinden ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gev\u015feme evremesi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fte pek \u00e7ok fakt\u00f6rden etkilenebiliyordu. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada bu durumu atomlar\u0131n yap\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fczerinden tan\u0131mlayabildik\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Nature Communications&#8217;da yay\u0131nlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada kullan\u0131lan bilgisayar sim\u00fclasyonlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, atomlar\u0131n d\u00fczenleri ile cam materyalin genel dinami\u011fi aras\u0131nda bir ba\u011flant\u0131 var. Bu durum, cam materyale kristal kat\u0131larda g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyen e\u015fsiz bir \u00f6zellik sa\u011flar. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerinden Hajime Tanaka, \u201cAra\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131z cam materyallere ait atomlar\u0131n ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan fiziksel bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve sunmaktad\u0131r\u201d dedi.
