Bu boyuttaki bir kanaldan akan suyun h\u0131z\u0131 da dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, b\u00fcy\u00fck tonajl\u0131 gemilerin ge\u00e7irilmesi de m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnmemektedir. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede \u0130stanbul\u2019un bat\u0131dan gelecek bir z\u0131rhl\u0131 birlik sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 savunulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de \u201cSu kanal\u0131\u201d olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve buna ait bir de harita yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (Harita 2.). Bu projedeki kanal\u0131n g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 Durusu (Terkos) G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn bat\u0131s\u0131ndan, B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00c7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019ne uzanan al\u00e7ak arazi ile vadiyi izlemektedir. Kanal derinli\u011fi Ekim 2019 \u00c7ED raporunda 17 m\u2019dir. Ge\u00e7irilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen gemilerin su \u00e7ekimi 17 m olup, hesaplar\u0131m\u0131zda kanal derinli\u011fi i\u00e7in 25 m kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kanal\u0131n<\/p>\n<p>35 km\u2019lik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc arazide, 10 km\u2019lik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ise K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00c7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019ndedir. Kanal\u0131n geni\u015fli\u011fi, Sazl\u0131dere baraj g\u00f6l\u00fcnde artacak ve K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00c7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019nde 1000 m\u2019ye ula\u015facakt\u0131r (Tablo 1). (1\/200 000 \u00f6l\u00e7ekli haritadan al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>SORU 5. <\/strong><strong>\u0130STANBUL KANALI \u0130\u00c7\u0130N NE KADAR KAZI YAPILACAKTIR?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Kanalda sadece su kesiti i\u00e7in kara alan\u0131nda 277,812 milyon m\u00b3 kayan\u0131n ve materyalin kaz\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00c7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc taban\u0131nda da 115 milyon m\u00b3 \u00e7amurun kaz\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bildirilmi\u015ftir. Yan ve alt beton kaplamalar\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada kullan\u0131lacak ara\u00e7lar\u0131n manevra alan\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak kaz\u0131 hacmi ve kanal \u00fcst\u00fcndeki arazi de g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak, yap\u0131lacak ger\u00e7ek kaz\u0131 2,249-2,425 milyar m<sup>3<\/sup> aras\u0131nda hesaplanmaktad\u0131r. Bu materyal kaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda % 40 kadar hac\u0131m art\u0131\u015f\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131 da hesaba kat\u0131l\u0131rsa, ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 ve y\u0131\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken kaz\u0131 materyali hacminin yo\u011funlu\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 4,851-6,063 milyar m<sup>3<\/sup>\u2019e ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131 sonucuna var\u0131lmaktad\u0131r (Tablo 2.1. ve 2.2.).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-39425 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/tablo-2-1-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"369\" height=\"231\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/tablo-2-1-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/tablo-2-1-768x481.jpg 768w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/tablo-2-1-600x376.jpg 600w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/tablo-2-1.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 369px) 100vw, 369px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>SORU 6. <\/strong><strong>KANALIN \u00c7EVRES\u0130NDEK\u0130 ARAZ\u0130N\u0130N KULLANIMI NASIL OLACAKTIR?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Kanal \u00e7evresinde arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131na, ula\u015f\u0131ma ve \u00e7evresine olacak baz\u0131 olumsuz etkiler \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetlenebilir (\u015eekil 1).<\/p>\n<p>1) Kanal\u0131n \u00e7evresindeki tar\u0131m, otlak ve orman alanlar\u0131 yerle\u015fime (kentle\u015fmeye) a\u00e7\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>2) Kanal kaz\u0131 ve in\u015faat alan\u0131 ile \u00e7evresindeki k\u00f6yler de yok olacakt\u0131r. Arazisi kamula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan veya sat\u0131n al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olan halk, ge\u00e7im kaynaklar\u0131 da yok edildi\u011fi i\u00e7in, g\u00f6\u00e7 etmek zorunda kalacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>3) \u0130stanbul\u2019un su kaynaklar\u0131ndan Sazl\u0131dere Baraj\u0131 yok olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>4) Kire\u00e7 ta\u015f\u0131 arazisinde kaz\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak patlatmalar binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k su s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 sistemini (\u00e7atlak sistemi) yok edecektir. Kire\u00e7 ta\u015f\u0131 \u00e7atlak sisteminden s\u0131z\u0131p, kaynaklar\u0131 besleyen sular\u0131n yollar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fecektir. Bu patlatmalar\u0131n yarataca\u011f\u0131 yer sars\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 etkileri sadece kanal \u00e7evresinde de\u011fil, b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00c7atalca Yar\u0131madas\u0131\u2019nda (Durusu G\u00f6l\u00fc ile B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00c7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc besleyen yeralt\u0131 suyu kaynaklar\u0131) ve Ergene Havzas\u0131 i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir. S\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fc patlatmalar yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131p s\u00f6ylense de geni\u015f ve \u00fcst\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131k alanda uygulanamayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>5) Kanaldan akacak olan Karadeniz suyu K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc (tatl\u0131 su g\u00f6l\u00fc) dolduracak, dip \u00e7amurunu Marmara Denizi\u2019ne ta\u015f\u0131yacakt\u0131r. Marmara Denizi daha da kirlenecektir.<\/p>\n<p>6) Kanalda olacak bir petrol veya gaz tankeri yang\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7evresindeki yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n da yanmas\u0131na veya dumandan bo\u011fulmas\u0131na sebep olacakt\u0131r. Bu verilere g\u00f6re 7915,96 ha tar\u0131m alan\u0131, 448,71 ha \u00e7ay\u0131r, 641,74 ha mera, 1217,1 ha orman [445,3 ha orman+771,8 \u00e7al\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f orman (Fundal\u0131k)] ve 1199,72 ha yerle\u015fim alan\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>2) Tablo 3 (2)\u2019de tar\u0131m alan\u0131 3567,29 ha olarak verilmi\u015ftir. Di\u011fer alanlarda da azalmalar vard\u0131r (\u00c7ED raporu, Ekim 2019).<\/p>\n<p>3) Tablo 3 (2)\u2019de tar\u0131m alan\u0131nda % 52,16 oran\u0131ndaki azalma dikkat \u00e7ekicidir. \u0130ki proje de\u011ferlendirmesi aras\u0131nda bu kadar fark olamaz. Bu fark b\u00f6lgede sat\u0131n al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olan tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131 tapular\u0131n\u0131 kaps\u0131yor olabilir. Ciddi bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>4) \u00d6te yandan \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Dursunk\u00f6y ile Arnavutk\u00f6y arazisinde 1\/100 000 \u00f6l\u00e7ekli plan de\u011fi\u015ftirilip (2018) 279,66 ha alan imara a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu giri\u015fim y\u00f6redeki di\u011fer arazilerin gelece\u011fi hakk\u0131nda da fikir vermektedir (Bkz. \u015eekil 2).<\/p>\n<p><strong>SORU 8. <\/strong><strong>KANALDAN GE\u00c7\u0130R\u0130LMES\u0130 \u00d6NG\u00d6R\u00dcLEN GEM\u0130 BOYUTLARI NED\u0130R?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Kanaldan ge\u00e7irilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen gemiler ba\u015fl\u0131ca; akaryak\u0131t tankerleri ve konteyn\u0131r gemileri olarak 2 s\u0131n\u0131fa ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Akaryak\u0131t tankerlerinin y\u00fck\u00fc 145 000 DWT i\u00e7in se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. Bu tankerlerin boyu 275 m, eni 48 m, su \u00e7ekimi 17,2 m olarak verilmi\u015ftir. Kanaldan ge\u00e7irilebilecek en b\u00fcy\u00fck konteyn\u0131r gemileri 120 000 DWT y\u00fck boyutunda olup, bunlar\u0131n boyu 340 m, eni 48,2 (do\u011frusu 42,8) m, su \u00e7ekimi 15 (do\u011frusu 14,5) m olarak verilmi\u015ftir. Gemi boyutlar\u0131n\u0131n SUEZMAX boyutlar\u0131na g\u00f6re belirlendi\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r (Tablo 4). Marmaray bitti\u011fi halde gemi ge\u00e7i\u015fi \u00e7ift \u015feride d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmemi\u015ftir. Tankerlerin denizde beklemelerinin sebebi \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015finin h\u00e2l\u00e2 tek \u015feritte devam ettirilmesidir. \u00c7anakkale Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019nda ge\u00e7i\u015f \u00e7ift \u015feritten yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019nda da \u00e7ift \u015feride d\u00f6n\u00fclmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Son emniyet tedbiri olarak, \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019na \u00f6zg\u00fc bir emniyet tedbiri olarak \u201c\u0130stanbulmaks\u201d isimli bir gemi modelinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019ndan ge\u00e7ecek tankerlerin bu niteliklere haiz olmas\u0131 istenmelidir. Bu konuda haz\u0131rl\u0131klar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Son olarak;<\/p>\n<p>Al\u0131nan bu emniyet tedbirleri ile \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019nda kaza ihtimali en aza indirilmi\u015ftir. Bu tedbirler al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra \u0130stanbul kanal\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6sterilen \u201cb\u00fcy\u00fck tankerlerin ve tehlikenin \u0130stanbul\u2019dan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131\u201d gerek\u00e7esi de ortadan kalkacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SORU 12. <\/strong><strong>\u0130STANBUL KANALINDAN B\u00dcY\u00dcK GEM\u0130LER GE\u00c7\u0130R\u0130LEB\u0130L\u0130R M\u0130?<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u0130stanbul Kanal\u0131n\u0131n boyutlar\u0131 \u00fcstte 360 m, altta 275 m ve derinli\u011fi 25 m olan bir yamuk olarak verilmi\u015ftir (Tablo 1, \u015eekil 1). \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131ndan ge\u00e7en tankerler ile kuru y\u00fck gemilerinin boyutlar\u0131 da Tablo 3\u2019te verilmi\u015ftir. \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019n\u0131n en dar yeri (Hisarlar aras\u0131) 598 m\u2019dir. Karadeniz-Marmara Denizi kanal\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ecek su debisinin 600-800 m\u00b3\/sn olaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilmektedir. Bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerde (dar bir kanalda), bu ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131nda, bu boyuttaki gemilerin idaresi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Gemilerin eni 48 m olup, kanal\u0131n kavisine g\u00f6re d\u00f6nerken ba\u015f ile k\u0131\u00e7 aras\u0131ndaki geni\u015flik 100 m\u2019ye ula\u015f\u0131r. Kanal kesitinin ortas\u0131 317,5 m olup, gemi ile kanal betonu aras\u0131nda (yanlarda) 100-115 m\u2019lik mesafe kal\u0131r. Y\u00fcksek h\u0131zla akan su gemiyi s\u00fcr\u00fckler ve beton kenara s\u00fcrt\u00fcnmesine veya bindirmesine sebep olur. Bu durumda ya geminin sac\u0131 y\u0131rt\u0131l\u0131r veya kanal betonu k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Her iki durum da felaketle sonu\u00e7lan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SORU 13. <\/strong><strong>KANALINDA GEM\u0130 KAZASI OLURSA \u00c7EVREYE ZARARI NED\u0130R?<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u0130stanbul Kanal\u0131n\u0131n boyutlar\u0131 \u00fcstte 360 m, altta 275 m ve derinli\u011fi 25 m\u2019dir. Su ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 600-800 m\/sn olan kanalda boyu 200-280 m olan bir gemi yan d\u00f6nerse (\u015eekil 3.) deniz suyu geminin arkas\u0131nda \u015fi\u015fer ve yanlara ta\u015far. \u00c7evredeki araziye yay\u0131l\u0131r. Toprak tuzlan\u0131r ve \u00e7orakla\u015f\u0131r. Bu toprakta bitki yeti\u015fmez. Topra\u011fa s\u0131zan su yeralt\u0131 suyunun da tuzlanmas\u0131na sebep olur. Yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131 i\u00e7ilemez ve sulama veya evde, sanayide kullan\u0131lamaz. Ta\u015fan tuzlu su Terkoz G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019ne ula\u015f\u0131rsa (arazi al\u00e7ak) g\u00f6l\u00fcn suyu tuzlan\u0131r. \u0130stanbul\u2019un i\u00e7me ve kullanma suyu kayna\u011f\u0131 yok olur (felaket). Kanaldan g\u00f6le girecek su lodos ve poyraza g\u00f6re 51,8-69,1 milyon m\u00b3\/g\u00fcn aras\u0131nda olup, g\u00f6l\u00fcn su hacmini (145 milyon m\u00b3) 2,1-2,8 g\u00fcnde yenileyebilir. Bu durumda g\u00f6l suyu y\u0131lda en az 130-174 defa Karadeniz suyu ile yenilenecektir. G\u00f6ldeki y\u00fcksek ak\u0131nt\u0131 taban ve yanlardaki dip \u00e7amurlar\u0131n\u0131 Marmara Denizi\u2019ne ta\u015f\u0131yacakt\u0131r. Marmara Denizi \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcnt\u00fcleri Trakya k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131 ve Kocaeli Yar\u0131madas\u0131 g\u00fcneyi-\u0130zmit K\u00f6rfezi do\u011frultusunda uzanmakta olan \u201cKuzey Anadolu Fay\u0131\u2019n\u0131n\u201d devam\u0131d\u0131r (Harita 5.2.).<\/p>\n<p>Marmara Denizi \u00e7ukurluklar\u0131; do\u011fuda \u201c\u00c7\u0131narc\u0131k \u00c7ukuru\u201d, ortada \u201cOrta Marmara \u00c7ukuru\u201d ve bat\u0131da \u201cTekirda\u011f \u00c7ukuru\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Marmara Denizi k\u0131r\u0131k sistemi tarih boyunca \u00e7ok zararl\u0131 etkiler yapm\u0131\u015f depremlere sebep olmu\u015ftur. Denizin dibindeki k\u0131r\u0131klardan h\u00e2l\u00e2 metan (CH4) ve hidrojen s\u00fclf\u00fcr (H2S) \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenmi\u015ftir. Marmara Denizi\u2019ndeki k\u0131r\u0131k sisteminin farkl\u0131 par\u00e7alar\u0131nda olu\u015fabilecek depremlerin \u00e7evresini etkileme derecelendirmesi \u00fczerinde de \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u0131narc\u0131k \u00c7ukuru\u2019nda ve di\u011fer k\u0131r\u0131klar boyunca olu\u015fabilecek depremlerin, \u0130stanbul Kanal\u0131n\u0131 Sazl\u0131dere Baraj\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kuzeyine kadar \u00f6nemle etkileyebilece\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir. \u015eiddeti \u2265 7 MW olan depremlerin kanal\u0131, kanal a\u011fz\u0131nda (Marmara Denizi) yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen konteyn\u0131r liman\u0131 ile K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00c7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019nde ve Sazl\u0131dere Baraj\u0131 \u015eamlar Dere koyunda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen yat limanlar\u0131n\u0131 etkilemesi ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Bu konuda MS 557 depremi ile \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcp batan Bathonea antik k\u0131y\u0131 kenti \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir \u00f6rnektir (Harita 4. ve 5.3.). B\u00fct\u00fcn bu tesislerde olu\u015facak deprem tahribat\u0131 yeniden yap\u0131lanma veya tamir ile giderilebilir. Ancak kanal\u0131n ana yap\u0131s\u0131nda ve yat limanlar\u0131n\u0131n temel yap\u0131lar\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6kme, burulma, yanal kaymalar sonucunda olu\u015facak \u00e7atlamalar ile buradan deniz suyu s\u0131zmalar\u0131 \u00f6nlenemez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc h\u0131z\u0131 400-800 m\u00b3\/sn\u2019lik bir debi ile nehir gibi (Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i\u2019ndeki ak\u0131nt\u0131!) akan suyun bir kapak sistemi ile kesilmesi, kanal\u0131n kurutulup, \u00e7atlaklar\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 ve onar\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Kanal\u0131n derinli\u011fi 25 m olaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in tuzlu Akdeniz suyunun alt ak\u0131nt\u0131 ile Karadeniz\u2019e ge\u00e7mesi pek az olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>4) \u0130stanbul Kanal\u0131ndan Marmara Denizi\u2019ne akacak Karadeniz suyu ile birlikte Karadeniz\u2019den su gideri 853,6 km\u00b3\/y\u0131l olarak hesaplanmaktad\u0131r (Tablo 11) (Al\u00e7alma etkisi 4,5-6,0 cm)<\/p>\n<p>5) \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u0131s\u0131nma\/kurakla\u015fma s\u00fcrecinde Karadeniz\u2019e gelen su miktar\u0131n\u0131n % 10 azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul edilirse (Gelen sudaki azalma daha fazlad\u0131r), su gelirinin 791,91 km\u00b3\/y\u0131l oldu\u011fu hesap edilir. Bu durumda Karadeniz\u2019in su bilan\u00e7osunda 64,76 km\u00b3\/y\u0131l azalma olacakt\u0131r (Tablo 12). Karadeniz\u2019in y\u00fcz\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcne g\u00f6re (Tablo 13) su azalmas\u0131 18,3-21,3 cm al\u00e7almaya sebep olabilir. Bu azalma dahi Marmara Denizi\u2019ne Karadeniz suyunun kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve oksijen dengesini \u00e7ok olumsuz etkiler. Bu sebeple bir kanal a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na gerek yoktur.<\/p>\n<p>2) Karadeniz sahildar devletlerin bir i\u00e7 denizi olup, Balt\u0131k Denizi\u2019ne ve Hazar Denizi\u2019ne nehir ve kanallar ile ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in de \u00f6nemli ve stratejik bir su\/kara yolu kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131d\u0131r (Harita 6).<\/p>\n<p>3) Rusya petrol ve gaz ihracat\u0131n\u0131 boru hatlar\u0131na aktarm\u0131\u015f ve aktarmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Ama gene de \u00f6nemli miktarda petrol ve gaz ihracat\u0131n\u0131 \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019ndan yapmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>4) \u00c7in petrol, gaz vd ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 deniz yolu (Karadeniz ve Basra K\u00f6rfezi) ile sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r (Harita 6).<\/p>\n<p>5) ABD, donanmas\u0131 ile d\u00fcnya denizlerini ve deniz ge\u00e7itlerini kontrol etmektedir. B\u00f6ylece kendi g\u00fcvenli\u011fini de sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r (Amiral Alfred Thayer Mahan stratejisi<strong>) <\/strong>(Harita 6).<\/p>\n<p>6) \u0130stanbul Kanal\u0131 sava\u015f gemilerinin Karadeniz\u2019e ge\u00e7irilmesi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilir. Bu durumda \u00c7in\u2019in \u0130stanbul Kanal\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve i\u015fletmesini \u00fcstlenme\u011fe kalk\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, Rusya ile birlikte bir kar\u015f\u0131 hamle olarak de\u011ferlendirilmelidir. Kanal\u0131n bir pazarl\u0131k konusu edilmesi veya \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmaya sebep olmas\u0131 ve de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kendi iradesi d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki olaylara s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmesi beklenebilir.<\/p>\n<p>7) \u0130stanbul Kanal\u0131, Montr\u00f6 Bo\u011fazlar S\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin yeniden ele al\u0131nmas\u0131na sebep olabilir.
