Bu analiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla birlikte \u00f6zellikle kardiyovaskil\u00fcr bir bozukluk veya ya\u015flanmaya ba\u011fl\u0131 kalp rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni tedavi metotlar\u0131 geli\u015ftirilebilir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Nature Commications dergisinde yay\u0131mlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada yer alan biliminsanlar\u0131, ara\u015ft\u0131rmada RNA molek\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fc\u00e7 boyutlu yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 elde edebilmek i\u00e7in bir t\u00fcr X-\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 analizi olan SAXS tekni\u011fini kulland\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen insan genomu dizileme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan \u00f6nce biliminsanlar\u0131, protein gibi yap\u0131lar\u0131n \u00fcretilmesinde b\u00fct\u00fcn genetik materyalin i\u015flev sahibi oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerdi. Ancak dizileme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda, genetik materyalin sadece y\u00fczde 10&#8217;luk b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn protein kodlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ke\u015ffedildi. O zamandan beri genetik materyalimizin y\u00fczde 90&#8217;l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flevsiz oldu\u011fu san\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Ancak yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar bu b\u00f6lgelerin protein yap\u0131m\u0131nda i\u015flev sahibi olmayan RNA yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcrettiklerini g\u00f6sterdi. IncRNA ad\u0131 verilen bu RNA&#8217;lar\u0131n, h\u00fccre b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda genlerin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131p kapand\u0131klar\u0131 evrelerde i\u015flev sahibi oldu\u011fu raporland\u0131. Bu molek\u00fcllerin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya da hasarl\u0131 oldu\u011fu bireylerde otizm, kanser hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00e7e\u015fitli do\u011fum kusurlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zlendi\u011fi de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu RNA tipinin k\u00f6k h\u00fccre \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemini vurgulayan biliminsanlar\u0131, bu molek\u00fcl\u00fcn yap\u0131s\u0131na ili\u015fkin kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla molek\u00fcl\u00fcn \u00fc\u00e7 boyutlu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc elde etti.
