Bu proteinin nas\u0131l aktifle\u015fti\u011fi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma mekanizmas\u0131 hakk\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapan biliminsanlar\u0131, proteinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma mekanizmas\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131karak \u00e7e\u015fitli ila\u00e7lar geli\u015ftirilebilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Science Advances portal\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemimizin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma mekanizmas\u0131 \u00fczerinde duruldu.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminin en \u00f6nemli h\u00fccrelerinden biri olan T h\u00fccrelerinin \u00fczerinde &#8220;kontrol noktas\u0131 inhibit\u00f6rleri&#8221; ad\u0131 verilen proteinler vard\u0131r. Bu proteinler ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminin aktifle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in gereken sinyalleri fark eder.
