MedUni Vienna\u2019dan (Viyana T\u0131p \u00dcniversitesi) Walter Rossmanith ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma ekibi, her canl\u0131 organizmada bulunan \u201cribon\u00fckleaz P\u201d enzimini ara\u015ft\u0131rmakta. Grubun elde etti\u011fi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 yan\u0131 ise, evrimsel ekonomi ilkesinin bu enzim i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fcyor oldu\u011fu sonucu.<\/p>\n<p>Enzimler canl\u0131lar i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemlidir. Sindirimden genetik bilginin tekrar \u00fcretilmesine kadar bir\u00e7ok biyokimyasal reaksiyonu kontrol eder ve h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131rlar. Bu durum, MedUni Vienna Anatomi ve H\u00fccre Biyolojisi Merkezi\u2019nden Walter Rossmanith liderli\u011findeki ara\u015ft\u0131rma ekibi ile Marburg (Almanya) \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden ve Max F. Perutz Laboratuvarlar\u0131\u2019ndan ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar i\u00e7in enzimlerin evrimlerine daha yak\u0131ndan bakmak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yeterli bir sebep olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRibon\u00fckleaz P\u201d enzimi, ayn\u0131 sorun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda verilen basit \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u2018molek\u00fcler karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u2019 \u00f6nemini ara\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131ld\u0131. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle \u015fu soruyu sordurttu: Di\u011ferleri bir\u00e7ok bile\u015fenden olu\u015furken, neden bir enzimin sadece tek bir bile\u015feni olur?<br \/>\nUyku hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na sebep olan bir patojen olarak bilinen <em>Trypanosoma brucei <\/em>organizmas\u0131nda, sadece tek bir proteinden olu\u015fan ribon\u00fckleaz P tespit edildi. Ayn\u0131 molek\u00fcl\u00fcn bug\u00fcne kadar incelenmi\u015f maya veya insan gibi kompleks organizmalarda daha karma\u015f\u0131k bir yap\u0131ya sahip oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlemlendi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ba\u015flatan ve \u00f6nderli\u011fini yapan Rossmanith \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor: \u201cMevcut basit bir formu olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, ayn\u0131 enzimin baz\u0131 organizmalarda neden bu kadar karma\u015f\u0131k bir yap\u0131da bulundu\u011funu bilmek \u00e7ok ilgin\u00e7.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u015ea\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 sonu\u00e7: Basit yap\u0131s\u0131 ile de\u011fi\u015febilen karma\u015f\u0131k bir enzim<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>\u015ea\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 bir \u015fekilde, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar mayada bulunan karma\u015f\u0131k enzim ile <em>Trypanosoma brucei<\/em>\u2019de bulunan basit enzimi kolayl\u0131kla de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015fler ve birbirlerinin yerine kulland\u0131lar. Rossmanith diyor ki, \u201cBundan b\u00f6yle, karma\u015f\u0131k enzimin olas\u0131 evrimsel avantaj\u0131n\u0131n ne oldu\u011funu anlamak i\u00e7in enzimin iki formunu kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmaya devam etmek istiyoruz. Sonu\u00e7ta bu bulgu, evrimsel s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde ekonomi e\u011filimi ile \u00e7eli\u015fir.\u201d Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 uluslararas\u0131 Cell Reports dergisinde yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cRibon\u00fckleaz P\u201d enzimi: bazen basit, bazen karma\u015f\u0131k<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>Basit bakterilerden insanlara, t\u00fcm canl\u0131lar\u0131n h\u00fccrelerinde, \u201cribon\u00fckleaz P\u201d enzimi baz\u0131 RNA&#8217;lar\u0131n \u00fcretiminde (transfer RNA, tRNA) \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131mdan sorumludur. \u015eimdiye kadar incelenmi\u015f olan b\u00fct\u00fcn kompleks organizmalarda, \u201cribon\u00fckleaz P\u201d enziminin, kendisinin en \u00f6nemli bile\u015feni olan RNA ve en az on proteinden olu\u015ftu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Uyku hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan sorumlu patojenlerde ise \u201cribon\u00fckleaz P\u201d enziminin sadece tek bir proteinden olu\u015ftu\u011fu biliniyor.
