DNA sekanslar\u0131 bu bireyin daha \u00f6nceden bilinmeyen soyu t\u00fckenmi\u015f insan grubu olan ve art\u0131k Denisovan diye bilinen bir gruptan geldi\u011fini g\u00f6sterdi. Karde\u015f grup olan Neandertallerle birlikte Denisoval\u0131lar g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ya\u015fayan insanlar\u0131n\u0131n en yak\u0131n soyu t\u00fckenmi\u015f akrabalar\u0131ndand\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Leipzig ekibi, 10 miligramdan az parmak kemi\u011fi kullanarak \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan DNA\u2019y\u0131 kullanarak yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 kat fazla Denisoval\u0131 genomunun her pozisyonunu dizilemeye olanak sa\u011flayan duyarl\u0131 bir tak\u0131m yeni teknikler geli\u015ftirdi. 2010\u2019da yay\u0131nlanan daha \u00f6nceki taslakta, genomdaki her bir pozisyon ortalama olarak sadece iki kez belirlenebilmi\u015fti. Biz Denisoval\u0131 genomunda \u00e7ok tekrarlanmayan t\u00fcm DNA dizilerini -ki bu da \u00e7o\u011fu g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz insanlar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmi\u015f genomlar\u0131ndan daha az hata i\u00e7erdi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor- koruduk.\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu genom \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ilk y\u00fcksek kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve genomunun tamam\u0131 dizilenmi\u015f bir antik insan toplulu\u011funu temsil etmekte. Bu durum soyu t\u00fckenmi\u015f insan formlar\u0131n\u0131n incelenmesinde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir at\u0131l\u0131m. \u201cModern insan uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve teknolojisinin geli\u015fiminde ve 100.000 y\u0131l civar\u0131 \u00f6nce ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f modern insanlar\u0131n Afrika\u2019y\u0131 terk etmesi ve h\u0131zl\u0131ca d\u00fcnyaya yay\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli olan genetik de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin ke\u015ffedilmesi i\u00e7in bu genomun biyologlar taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131labilmesini umuyoruz.\u201d diyor P\u00e4\u00e4bo. Bir\u00e7ok bilim insan\u0131n\u0131n kendi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in bunu faydal\u0131 bulaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu proje Max Planck Society taraf\u0131ndan finanse edilmi\u015f ve Dr. P\u00e4\u00e4bo\u2019nun antik DNA \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan grubunun neredeyse 30 y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Parmak kemi\u011fi 2008\u2019de Rusya Bilim Akademisi\u2019nden Profes\u00f6r Anatolu Derevianko ve Profes\u00f6r Michail Shunkov taraf\u0131ndan 280.000 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesi artan insan i\u015f ve u\u011fra\u015flar\u0131na i\u015faret eden k\u00fclt\u00fcrel katmanlar\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran e\u015fsiz bir arkeolojik alan olan Denisova Ma\u011faras\u2019ndaki kaz\u0131lar s\u0131ras\u0131nda ke\u015ffedilmi\u015f.
