Fakat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren ekip Twitter\u2019da yaz\u0131l\u0131p \u00e7izilenlere bal\u0131klama atlanmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi belirterek, herkesi temkinli olmaya davet ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda yay\u0131lan s\u00f6ylentiler \u00fczerine Louisiana State \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde fizik\u00e7i olan ve deneyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren LIGO (Laser Interferometer Gravitational Wave Observatory- Laser Giri\u015fim\u00f6l\u00e7er K\u00fctle\u00e7ekim Dalgas\u0131 G\u00f6zlemevi) grubunun s\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc Gabriela Gonz\u00e1lez, <em>Nature<\/em> dergisine verdi\u011fi r\u00f6portajda, \u201cResmi yan\u0131t veri analizinin devam etti\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde\u201d demi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Krauss\u2019un sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n teyit edildi\u011fini a\u011fz\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131rmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, LIGO ekibinden gelen yan\u0131t de\u011fi\u015fmedi. Ekibin bir \u00fcyesi olan Alan Weinstein <em>Gizmodo<\/em>\u2019ya (tasar\u0131m ve teknoloji \u00fczerine bir blog) yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada t\u00fcm s\u00f6yleyebilece\u011finin veri analizinin devam etti\u011fi ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n haz\u0131r olundu\u011funda yay\u0131mlanaca\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Larence M. Krauss att\u0131\u011f\u0131 tweet\u2019te \u201cLIGO ile ilgili ilk payla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131m ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z kaynaklar taraf\u0131ndan onayland\u0131. Takipte kal\u0131n! Heyecan verici\u201d ifadelerine yer vermi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>1916\u2019da Einstein\u2019\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc uzay-zaman e\u011frisindeki dalgalanmalar olan k\u00fctle\u00e7ekim dalgalar\u0131 s\u00fcpernova patlamalar\u0131 veya kara delik birle\u015fmeleri gibi evrendeki en \u015fiddetli olaylar sonucunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. \u00c7e\u015fitli uzay betimlemelerinde g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz uzaydaki t\u00fcm objeleri kapsayan devasa ve k\u0131vr\u0131ml\u0131 karelere b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f y\u00fczey, k\u00fctle\u00e7ekim dalgalar\u0131n\u0131n etkisini g\u00f6rselle\u015ftirmenin bir yoludur.<\/p>\n<p>Bunlar\u0131n 13,8 milyar y\u0131l \u00f6nce ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen B\u00fcy\u00fck Patlama\u2019dan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Evrendeki bu temel etkiyle ilgili t\u00fcm bildiklerimiz, onlar\u0131n uzaydaki \u00e7e\u015fitli objeler \u00fczerindeki (var oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen) etkileri \u00fczerine dolayl\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlerden ibaret.<\/p>\n<p>Maddie Stone\u2019un <em>Gizmodo<\/em>\u2019da a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi belirli bir y\u0131ld\u0131za, gezegene veya insano\u011fluna bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda uzay\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde en \u015fiddetli patlamalar\u0131n bile inan\u0131lmaz derecede k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir etkisi var.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cK\u00fctle\u00e7ekim dalgalar\u0131n\u0131 yaratmaya giden t\u00fcm enerji d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, uzay zaman dalgalanmalar\u0131n\u0131n kendisi inan\u0131lmaz derecede k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u201d diyor Stone ve \u201cFizik\u00e7iler zaman i\u00e7inde D\u00fcnya\u2019ya ula\u015fan k\u00fctle\u00e7ekim dalgalar\u0131n\u0131n bir atomun milyarda biri \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde oldu\u011funu \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Onlar\u0131 tespit edebilmek i\u00e7in ak\u0131l almaz derecede hassas dedekt\u00f6rlere ve tamamen g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm ortam\u0131na ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z var ki, bu zamana kadar elimizdeki dedekt\u00f6rler bu seviyede de\u011fildi\u201d diye de ekliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu anlamda LIGO halihaz\u0131rdaki en y\u00fcksek hassasiyete sahip sistem ve ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan bu hassas \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri bize sa\u011flayabilir. LIGO, bir tanesi Washington, \u00f6teki ise Louisiana\u2019da bulunmak \u00fczere birbirinden kilometrelerce uza\u011fa yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve lazer giri\u015fim\u00f6l\u00e7erinden olu\u015fan 2 tane dedekt\u00f6rden meydana geliyor. K\u00fctle\u00e7ekim dalgalar\u0131n\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131k h\u0131z\u0131nda hareket etti\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden, iki g\u00f6zlemevi aras\u0131ndaki 3,002 km\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen mesafe, k\u00fctle\u00e7ekim dalgalar\u0131n\u0131n 2 g\u00f6zlemevi taraf\u0131ndan tespit edilme an\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan 10 mili-saniyeye kadar bir zaman fark\u0131 meydana getiriyor. Sistem \u00fc\u00e7genleme &#8211; nirengi (genellikle haritac\u0131l\u0131kta\u00a0kullan\u0131lan ve belirli bir alan\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7genlere b\u00f6lerek bilinmeyen bir uzunlu\u011fu, y\u00fcksekli\u011fi veya koordinat\u0131 hesaplama) y\u00f6nteminden yararlanarak iki dedekt\u00f6r aras\u0131ndaki zaman fark\u0131ndan dalgalar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit etme esas\u0131na dayan\u0131yor. LIGO ekibi, MIT ve Caltech \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131ndan 80\u2019in \u00fczerinde enstit\u00fcden gelen biliminsanlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fctle\u00e7ekim dalgalar\u0131n\u0131n pe\u015finde sadece LIGO da yok. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz aylarda k\u00fctle\u00e7ekim dalgalar\u0131n\u0131 saptamak \u00fczere ESA\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc eLISA projesinin ilk ad\u0131m\u0131 ve D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n ilk uzayda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan k\u00fctle\u00e7ekim dalgalar\u0131 dedekt\u00f6r\u00fc olan LISA Pathfinder uzaya g\u00f6nderildi. LISA\u2019n\u0131n \u015fu an ki g\u00f6revi 2034\u2019te f\u0131rlat\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan eLISA\u2019da (Evolved Laser Interferometer Space Antenna) kullan\u0131lacak teknolojiyi test etmek.
