Ayn\u0131 zamanda banyan a\u011fac\u0131, bir yabanar\u0131s\u0131 t\u00fcr\u00fcyle e\u015fsiz bir ili\u015fkiye sahiptir.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, banyan a\u011fac\u0131ndan elde edilen incirin havai k\u00f6klerinin geli\u015fimini destekleyen ve yabanar\u0131s\u0131 tozla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kendine \u00e7ekme kabiliyetini art\u0131ran genom b\u00f6lgelerini belirlediler. <em>Cell<\/em> dergisinde yay\u0131nlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, ayn\u0131 zamanda <em>Ficus hispida<\/em> t\u00fcr\u00fc a\u011fa\u00e7larda cinsiyet belirleyici gen b\u00f6lgelerini de tan\u0131ml\u0131yor. <em>F. microcarpa<\/em> havai k\u00f6kler \u00fcretebilmekte ve ayn\u0131 a\u011fa\u00e7 \u00fczerinde erkek ve di\u015fi \u00e7i\u00e7ekleri bir arada ta\u015f\u0131yabilmektedir, ancak <em>F. hispida<\/em>\u2019da erkek ve di\u015fi \u00e7i\u00e7ekler farkl\u0131 a\u011fa\u00e7lardad\u0131r ve bu t\u00fcrde havai k\u00f6kler yoktur.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_47057\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-47057\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-47057\" src=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/agac-1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/agac-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/agac-1-600x399.jpg 600w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/agac-1.jpg 625w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-47057\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Banyan a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n havai k\u00f6kleri.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Urbana Illinois \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nde bitki biyolojisi \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fcten Prof. Ray Ming, <em>Ficus<\/em> t\u00fcrlerinin ve tozla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 olan ar\u0131lar\u0131n evrimsel tarihini anlaman\u0131n \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli habitatlarda b\u00fcy\u00fck meyve (incir) \u00fcretme kabiliyetleri bulundu\u011funu ve bu \u00f6zelli\u011fin onlar\u0131 tropikal ormanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu i\u00e7in temel bir t\u00fcr haline getirdi\u011fini belirtiyor. Bu t\u00fcr a\u011fac\u0131n meyvesi olan incirlerin en az 1200 ku\u015f ve memeli taraf\u0131ndan t\u00fcketildi\u011fi bilinmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca incir a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131 insanlar taraf\u0131ndan ilk evcille\u015ftirilen bitki t\u00fcrlerinden biriydi.<\/p>\n<p>Banyan a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131 sadece bu \u00f6zellikleri ile \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131km\u0131yor, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir ar\u0131 cinsiyle de yak\u0131ndan ili\u015fkililer. Banyan a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131 ile yabanar\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki, o kadar kapsaml\u0131d\u0131r ki her bir banyan a\u011fac\u0131 t\u00fcr\u00fc, \u00f6zg\u00fcl ar\u0131 tozla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kendine \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in e\u015fsiz bir parf\u00fcm \u00fcretir. Ming ve ekibi, bu \u00f6zelli\u011fin evrimsel s\u00fcrecini daha iyi anlamak i\u00e7in tozla\u015fma yoluyla banyan a\u011fac\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6llenmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan bir yabanar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ve iki incir a\u011fac\u0131 t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn genomunu analiz etti. Yap\u0131lan di\u011fer ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, kopya say\u0131lar\u0131 ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 do\u011frular nitelikte. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc havai k\u00f6klerdeki oksin seviyesi, havai k\u00f6kleri olmayan a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n yapraklar\u0131ndakinden be\u015f kat daha fazlayd\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek olan oksin seviyeleri, havai k\u00f6k \u00fcretimini tetiklemi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Biliminsanlar\u0131, yabanar\u0131s\u0131 genomu ile incir genomu \u00fczerine yapt\u0131klar\u0131 analizin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 incelediklerinde dikkat \u00e7ekici bir durum oldu\u011funu fark etti. Ar\u0131lar, incir a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcrettikleri parf\u00fcmdeki bile\u015fikleri tan\u0131yan koku resept\u00f6rleri ile ili\u015fkili, evrimsel olarak korunmu\u015f genler ta\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131.
