Say\u0131\u201d dedi. Bu c\u00fcmlenin ard\u0131ndan ne yaz\u0131labilir, uzun s\u00fcre d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcm. En az\u0131ndan \u015funu s\u00f6yleyebilirim ki, akl\u0131mdan ge\u00e7en her c\u00fcmlenin i\u00e7erisinde \u201csayg\u0131\u201d kelimesi vard\u0131. Bu vesileyle dergiler hakk\u0131nda de\u011ferli bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma kitab\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131tmak istiyorum. <em>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de \u015eiir Dergileri &#8211; \u015eairler Mezarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (1909-2008)<\/em> adl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, Mehmet Can Do\u011fan taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan bir incelemenin kitapla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f hali. Dergiler kronolojik olarak birer birer ele al\u0131n\u0131yor. Dergiyi dergi yapan nedir? Ne eksilirse, ne olmazsa dergi \u00e7\u00f6ker? Elbette bu sorular\u0131 cevaplamaya kalk\u0131\u015fmayaca\u011f\u0131m, ama nedense, s\u00f6z konusu dergiler oldu\u011funda \u201ck\u0131sa \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc\u201d ifadesi bir s\u0131fat olmaktan \u00e7ok dergilerin ad\u0131na s\u0131z\u0131yor, ad\u0131yla birlikte an\u0131l\u0131yor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sorular\u0131n i\u015faret edece\u011fi cevaplar dizisine ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<br \/>\n\u015eiir dergileri \u00f6zelinde yap\u0131lan ilk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bu, Mehmet Can Do\u011fan kitapta 1909\u2019dan ba\u015flayarak 99 y\u0131l boyunca \u00e7\u0131kan dergileri titizlikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Kimi yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ama \u00e7o\u011fu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 1909 \u2013 1930 aras\u0131nda 3, 1940\u2019larda 4, 1950\u2019lerde 3, 1960\u2019larda 6, 1970\u2019lerde 5, 1980\u2019lerde 19, 1990\u2019larda 35, 2000\u2019lerde 42 olmak \u00fczere 117 tane dergi yay\u0131nlan\u0131yor. Bu bilginin yan\u0131nda, <em>Yer G\u00f6stergesiyle<\/em> diyerek de k\u0131ymetli bir kategori sunuyor yazar; dergiler i\u00e7in nerde \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yay\u0131nland\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda 2000\u2019lerden sonra b\u00fcy\u00fck bir de\u011fi\u015fim ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da ekleyerek. Dergilere dair bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmada 2000\u2019li y\u0131llar bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<br \/>\nD\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7al\u0131m: 1960 ve 1970\u2019lere kadar \u0130stanbul Ankara merkezli olan dergiler 1980\u2019den sonra Urfa ve Berlin, 1990\u2019larda Van, Bursa, Antalya, Osmaniye ve ba\u015fka pek \u00e7ok ile yay\u0131larak \u00e7o\u011fal\u0131yor. Kitab\u0131n deyi\u015fiyle, ta\u015fra kendi \u201cmakus talihi\u201dni yeniyor ve sesini, kimi zaman g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc ve yank\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 merkezlere kadar ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Burada, yap\u0131lan incelemede g\u00fcndeme getirilen \u00f6nemli bir soru var: Merkez ta\u015fraya ta\u015farak onu ele mi ge\u00e7iriyor, yoksa ta\u015fra kendi dilini koruyarak m\u0131 yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor? Bu soruya ta\u015fran\u0131n merkezin dilini konu\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feklinde cevap veriliyor. Ama bu konuyu problem edinen dergiler, mesela Le Po\u00e9te Travaille dergisi, bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f ya\u015f\u0131yor. Dergi sahibi Ahmet Bozkurt\u2019un Ekim \u2013 Kas\u0131m 2003 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki ifadelerini do\u011frudan aktar\u0131yorum:<br \/>\n\u201cLe Po\u00e9te Travaille dergisi olarak bizim istedi\u011fimiz tek \u015fey k\u0131s\u0131r tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek, \u015fiiri geri planda b\u0131rakmamakt\u0131r. \u015eiir \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan tart\u0131\u015fmalar ki\u015fisellikten daha \u00e7ok metinsel bir d\u00fczlemde yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bir dergiye \u2018ta\u015fra entelekt\u00fceli\u2019 deyip de i\u015fin i\u00e7inden s\u0131yr\u0131lmak hi\u00e7 de ho\u015f bir durum de\u011fil. Bizi ele\u015ftirmek isteyenler, derginin k\u00e2\u011f\u0131d\u0131na de\u011fil de, yap\u0131lan i\u015fin i\u00e7eri\u011fine kafa yorsunlar bir zahmet (Do\u011fan, 2008, s. 17).\u201d<br \/>\nBu ifadeye paralel olarak, gene 2003 Kas\u0131m\u2019da, Akatalpa\u2019dan Ramiz Dara\u2019n\u0131n s\u00f6zleri \u015f\u00f6yle:<br \/>\n\u201cMerkez sanatt\u0131r. Edebiyatt\u0131r, \u015fiirdir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ta\u015frad\u0131r. Ta\u015fra kavram\u0131n\u0131n hele i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz \u00e7a\u011fda co\u011frafyayla hi\u00e7bir ilgisi yoktur (Do\u011fan, 2008, s. 18).\u201d<br \/>\nBu y\u0131llardaki merkez \u2013 ta\u015fra aras\u0131ndaki gerilimin gene bir\u00e7ok derginin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na ve kendi dilini sorgulamas\u0131na zemin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bu tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n dindi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek uygun olmaz. Ama bug\u00fcne yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda e-derginin dergi \u00e7\u0131karmaktaki \u00e7o\u011fu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011fe ferahl\u0131k sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla tart\u0131\u015fmaya kat\u0131lmak ve \u201cs\u00f6z\u00fcm var\u201d demek i\u00e7in daha fazla zemin bulmak kolayla\u015f\u0131yor.<br \/>\n<em>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de \u015eiir Dergileri &#8211; \u015eairler Mezarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (1909-2008)<\/em> bu verileri bize sunman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, dergilerin manifestolar\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f gerek\u00e7elerine ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131na dair g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini de aktar\u0131yor. G\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor ki, her dergi bir probleme binaen aya\u011fa kalk\u0131yor. Bazen de parmak sall\u0131yor. Ama ne yaz\u0131k ki okuruna veda edebilen, veda etmenin hassasiyetini ta\u015f\u0131yabilen dergi say\u0131s\u0131 az. Gene de \u015fiir dergilerinin b\u0131\u00e7k\u0131n, agresif, \u00f6fkeli hallerini bu tan\u0131t\u0131mlarda g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. A\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7as\u0131, uzun s\u00fcredir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm \u015fu sorunun baz\u0131 i\u015faretlerini de bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada g\u00f6rme imk\u00e2n\u0131 buldum: Dergi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rken ya\u015fanan duygu nedir? D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri biliyoruz ama duygu nedir? Bu sorunun cevab\u0131n\u0131 okurlar kendi verecektir, benim g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm, \u00e7o\u011funlukla \u00f6fke oldu.<br \/>\nSon olarak, \u015fiir dergileri hakk\u0131ndaki bu k\u0131ymetli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya i\u015faret ettikten sonra metni tan\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131m kitaptan uzakla\u015farak yapaca\u011f\u0131m. \u201cK\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckken\u201d dedi\u011fim ya\u015flardan beri Bilim ve Gelecek okuru oldu\u011fumdan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc 200. say\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fini, edit\u00f6r metnimizde co\u015fkunun ve tebri\u011fin ne kadar az yer kaplad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc hissederek de olsa, mutlulukla kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 aktarmak isterim. Gurur duydum. Ama Bilim ve Gelecek\u2019in Aral\u0131k say\u0131s\u0131ndaki edit\u00f6r metni bir kutlamay\u0131 i\u00e7ermiyordu, neden? Bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 de\u011ferlendirme sonucunda hemh\u00e2l ve hemdert olmaya davet ediyordu. \u00d6nemli kayg\u0131lar dile getiriliyordu. \u00a0Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u015funun gereklili\u011fine fazlas\u0131yla inan\u0131yorum: K\u00e2\u011f\u0131t konusundaki sars\u0131nt\u0131dan sonra gelen pandemi ko\u015fullar\u0131nda, her derginin edit\u00f6r notlar\u0131na ayr\u0131ca dikkat kesilmek gerekiyor. En az\u0131ndan ben de bu say\u0131da bunu hat\u0131rlatmak ve okura iletmek isterim.
