Fuku\u015fima a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131ndaki deprem Japonya yerel saatiyle 23:07\u2019de, 7.1 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ve 60 km derinlikte oldu. Depremin merkezinin k\u0131y\u0131ya en yak\u0131n oldu\u011fu yerle\u015fim 70 km uzakta ki 22.000 n\u00fcfuslu Namie \u015fehri. Hissedilen en kuvvetli yer hareket \u015fiddeti Avrupa \u015fiddet \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fine g\u00f6re 5, Japon \u015fiddet \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fine g\u00f6re 6+. Tokyo Elektrik \u015eirketi deprem nedeniyle yakla\u015f\u0131k 860.000 evin elektriksiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ancak elektrik ar\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131n giderildi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Ulusal yay\u0131n kurulu\u015fu NHK TV bir bina duvar\u0131ndan baz\u0131 s\u0131va par\u00e7alar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, bir ma\u011fazada \u015fi\u015felerin yere d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve baz\u0131 evlerde e\u015fyalar\u0131n raflardan d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yledi. NHK\u2019in havadan verdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclere g\u00f6re Fuku\u015fima b\u00f6lgesinde bir \u015fehire yak\u0131n otoyolun heyelan taraf\u0131ndan kapat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Depremin orta derinlikte ve k\u0131y\u0131dan 70 km uzakta olmas\u0131n\u0131n hasar\u0131n daha az olmas\u0131na neden oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Ancak buna ra\u011fmen binalar\u0131n \u015fiddetli yer sars\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 etkisinde kalmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen can kayb\u0131 ve bina y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131, a\u011f\u0131r hasar gibi olaylar rapor edilmedi. 30 Ekim 2020\u2019de Sisam Adas\u0131\u2019nda olan 7.0 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki depremin \u0130zmir\u2019in \u015fehir merkezinde 500 binada y\u0131k\u0131m ve a\u011f\u0131r hasar yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve 117 ki\u015finin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne neden oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrsek Japonya\u2019daki bu son depremde oradaki binalar\u0131n depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. (Kaynak: EMSC).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Fuku\u015fima k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131nda 11 Mart 2011 tarihinde 9.1 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir deprem olmu\u015ftu (\u015eekil 2). D\u00fcnyan\u0131n ilk be\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fck depreminden biri olan bu deprem s\u0131\u011f ve \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu\u011fundan tahminlerin \u00e7ok \u00fcst\u00fcnde (17 metre) tsunami dalgas\u0131 yaratm\u0131\u015f ve su alt\u0131nda kalan Fuku\u015fima N\u00fckleer Santral\u0131nda olu\u015fan patlamalar\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hasar nedeniyle \u00c7ernobil N\u00fckleer s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczeyinde tehlike olu\u015fmu\u015ftu. Mevcut belgelerde Fuku\u015fima depreminin neden oldu\u011fu can kayb\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 15.000-18.000 aras\u0131nda verilmektedir. Bu \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun tsunami nedeniyle oldu\u011fu, n\u00fckleer s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 sonucu \u00f6len ki\u015fi say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ise 2 ki\u015fi oldu\u011fu ifade edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>13 \u015eubat 2021 depremi Pasifik Levhas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bat\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131nda oldu. Yery\u00fcz\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck tektonik levhalardan biri olan Pasifik Levhas\u0131 bat\u0131da Japonya s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131ndan Asya Levhas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n alt\u0131na dalarken, do\u011fuda Amerika Levhas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n alt\u0131na dalar. (\u015eekil 2) Bu dalma h\u0131z\u0131 baz\u0131 yerlerde y\u0131lda 7 santimetreye ula\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle Pasifik Levhas\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck ve en derin depremleri olmaktad\u0131r. Derinli\u011fi 800 km\u2019ye ula\u015fan derin depremler \u00e7ok s\u0131k g\u00f6zlenir. B\u00fcy\u00fck ve derin depremler \u00e7ok geni\u015f alanlarda hissedilmesine ra\u011fmen yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde hasar yapacak \u015fiddete ula\u015fmazlar. Ate\u015f \u00c7emberi olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan ve 40.000 km uzunlu\u011fundaki bu deprem ve volkan ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 d\u00fcnyada olan depremlerin say\u0131 olarak %90\u2018\u0131n\u0131, en b\u00fcy\u00fck depremlerin ise %80\u2019ini kapsamaktad\u0131r. Ate\u015f \u00c7emberi 452 adet volkanla d\u00fcnyadaki t\u00fcm volkanlar\u0131n %75\u2019ini bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. En \u00e7ok tsunami olaylar\u0131 da bu ku\u015fak \u00fczerindeki b\u00fcy\u00fck ve s\u0131\u011f depremlerden kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Bu deprem ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ortalama her 10 y\u0131lda bir 8,0\u2019den daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir deprem yaratabilmektedir.
