Raupeng An\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nderli\u011findeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ayr\u0131ca, bu ki\u015filerde 5 gramla 18 gram aras\u0131 daha az \u015feker ve kolesterol t\u00fcketimlerinde de 7-21 gram aras\u0131 g\u00fcnl\u00fck azalma oldu\u011fu belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>An\u2019e g\u00f6re, g\u00fcnl\u00fck diyetteki su t\u00fcketimi ile etnik \u00f6zellikler, e\u011fitim ve gelir d\u00fczeyleri ile v\u00fccut kitle indeksi oranlar\u0131 benzer ge\u00e7i\u015fler i\u00e7ermekteydi. Bulgular bu anlamda evrensel beslenme m\u00fcdahalelerini yeniden d\u00fczenlemek i\u00e7in yeterli bilgileri de i\u00e7eriyor. Sa\u011fl\u0131k stratejilerini belirlemede alt grup \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n da \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oluyor diye de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Ulusal Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve Beslenme Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn 2005-2012 tarihleri aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan elde edilen veriler, g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fclere 3-10 g\u00fcn arayla 2 g\u00fcn boyunca yedikleri ve i\u00e7tikleri her \u015feyi kaydetmeleri istenerek elde edilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015finin g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131nda yiyeceklerden ve i\u00e7me suyu d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki i\u00e7eceklerden ald\u0131klar\u0131 su da hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Normalde \u015fekersiz ye\u015fil \u00e7ay, bitki \u00e7aylar\u0131 ve kahve i\u00e7me suyu kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak say\u0131lmamakla birlikte bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada dikkate al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ortalamada, g\u00fcnl\u00fck 4,2 fincan i\u00e7me suyu t\u00fcketen g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcler g\u00fcnl\u00fck su al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 30\u2019unu tamamlam\u0131\u015f\u00a0 oluyorlard\u0131.
