Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, Amerikan Kalp Derne\u011fi&#8217;nin orijinal Life&#8217;s Simple 7 (LS7) \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm birimlerine yeni bir sekizinci \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm birimi olarak uykunun eklenip eklenemeyece\u011finin ilk g\u00f6sterge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 oldu ve Amerikan Kalp Derne\u011fi Dergisi&#8217;nde yay\u0131nland\u0131. G\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcler uyku muayenesine kat\u0131l\u0131p uyku \u00f6zellikleri hakk\u0131nda kapsaml\u0131 veriler sa\u011flad\u0131lar.<br \/>\nAra\u015ft\u0131rma, kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in hangi uyku parametrelerine \u00f6ncelik verilmesi gerekti\u011fini de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in Amerikan Kalp Derne\u011fi&#8217;nin Life&#8217;s Simple 7 (LS7) \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc birimleri dahil olmak \u00fczere birden fazla geni\u015fletilmi\u015f kardiyovask\u00fcler sa\u011fl\u0131k skorunu ve farkl\u0131 uyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerini de\u011ferlendirdi.<br \/>\nGenel uyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc olarak uyku s\u00fcresini i\u00e7eren kardiyovask\u00fcler sa\u011fl\u0131k puanlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra uyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7oklu boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 (yani uyku s\u00fcresi, verimlili\u011fi ve d\u00fczenlili\u011fi, g\u00fcnd\u00fcz uykululu\u011fu ve uyku bozukluklar\u0131) i\u00e7eren kardiyovask\u00fcler sa\u011fl\u0131k puanlar\u0131n\u0131n her ikisini de kulland\u0131lar. Uyku s\u00fcresi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm birimini belirlemek i\u00e7in, her gece 7 saat veya daha fazla ve 9 saatten az uyumak, ideal uyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6stergesi olarak kabul edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00fct\u00fcnsel uyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 vizyonu<\/strong><br \/>\nColumbia Mailman Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Okulu&#8217;nda epidemiyoloji uzman\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ba\u015fyazar\u0131 Nour Makamen: &#8220;Sonu\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z, uykunun, kalp damar sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131lmaz bir bile\u015feni oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda, sadece uyku s\u00fcresini de\u011fil, bireyin uyku davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 ve olduk\u00e7a yayg\u0131n, hafif uyku problemlerini i\u00e7eren b\u00fct\u00fcnsel bir uyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 vizyonunu belirlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k\u201d dedi.<br \/>\nGenel olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 63&#8217;\u00fcn\u00fcn gecede 7 saatten az uyudu\u011funu ve y\u00fczde 30&#8217;unun 6 saatten az uyudu\u011funu; y\u00fczde 39&#8217;unun ve y\u00fczde 25&#8217;inin uyku s\u00fcresi ve uyku zamanlamas\u0131nda geceden geceye y\u00fcksek de\u011fi\u015fiklikler oldu\u011funu belirledi.
