Tonlarca isimsiz bilim \u015fehidi laboratuvar fareleri, Pavlov&#8217;un k\u00f6pekleri ve klonlanan koyun Dolly gibi hayvanlar \u00e7o\u011funlukla bilim tarihine damga vuracak kedilerden daha \u00e7ok ilgi \u00e7eker. Fakat asl\u0131nda kediler aras\u0131nda da bilime damga vurmu\u015f pek \u00e7ok \u00f6rnek bulunmakta. \u0130\u015fte sizlere bu \u00f6rneklerden be\u015fi:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Schr\u00f6dinger&#8217;in Kedisi <\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-56587 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/shutterstock_1132484249-300x197.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"362\" height=\"238\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/shutterstock_1132484249-300x197.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/shutterstock_1132484249-600x394.jpg 600w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/shutterstock_1132484249.jpg 660w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 362px) 100vw, 362px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kedilerle ilgili herhangi bir \u015fey yaz\u0131lacaksa Schr\u00f6dinger&#8217;in kedisi \u00f6rne\u011finden bahsetmek adeta bir do\u011fa kanunudur. \u00d6rne\u011fi \u00fcreten Erwin Schr\u00f6dinger&#8217;in kedi sahibi olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bile ku\u015fku konusuyken Nobel \u00d6d\u00fcll\u00fc \u00fcnl\u00fc fizik\u00e7inin 1935 y\u0131l\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce deneyinin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan Schr\u00f6dinger&#8217;in kedisi; hipotetik bir kedi ve i\u00e7inde \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc zehir bulunan hipotetik bir kutu i\u00e7erir. Kutudaki zehrin etkisini g\u00f6sterme ihtimali yar\u0131 yar\u0131yad\u0131r ve biz kutuyu a\u00e7\u0131p g\u00f6zlem yapana kadar kedinin \u00f6l\u00fcp \u00f6lmedi\u011fini bilemeyece\u011fimiz i\u00e7in kutu a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131ncaya kadar kedi hem ya\u015f\u0131yor hem de \u00f6l\u00fcd\u00fcr.<br \/>\nD\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcnce olduk\u00e7a gaddarca bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce deneyi. Schr\u00f6dinger&#8217;in kendisinin de pedofili oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren kapsaml\u0131 raporlar\u0131n oldu\u011fu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulunca \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fil. Fakat yine de belirtmekte fayda var ki Schr\u00f6dinger bu deneyi ciddiyetle ortaya atmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. O d\u00f6nemler i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a yeni olan kuantum mekani\u011finin dalga fonksiyonu kavram\u0131n\u0131n abs\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden bahsederken ele\u015ftiri mahiyetiyle yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Fakat bu ele\u015ftiri, kuantum kuram\u0131na yeni bir ya\u015fam (ve \u00f6l\u00fcm) katt\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca yine bahsetmekte fayda var ki bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce deneyi yap\u0131l\u0131rken hi\u00e7bir kedi zarar g\u00f6rmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Ayr\u0131ca 30 maymun, bir\u00e7ok k\u00f6pek, fare, meyve sine\u011fi ve hatta kaplumba\u011falar da uzaya g\u00f6nderilen hayvanlar aras\u0131nda. Uzaya gidip D\u00fcnya&#8217;ya geri d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f sadece tek bir kedi bulunmakta.<br \/>\nParis sokaklar\u0131ndan toplanan siyah beyaz 14 kedi, Frans\u0131z Ulusal Uzay Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Merkezi (Centre national d&#8217;etudes spatiales; CNES) Bu 14 kedi, bir k\u0131sm\u0131 insan adaylar\u0131nkiyle ayn\u0131 olan s\u0131k\u0131 bir tak\u0131m e\u011fitimlerden ge\u00e7ti.<br \/>\n18 Ekim 1963&#8217;te C 341 ad\u0131 verilen se\u00e7ilmi\u015f uzay kedisi, uzaya do\u011fru kaderi olan yolculu\u011fa ba\u015flad\u0131. Yolculu\u011fu s\u0131ras\u0131nda D\u00fcnya&#8217;n\u0131n yer\u00e7ekimi ivmesinin 9.5 kat\u0131na maruz kald\u0131. Bu miktar herhangi bir insan\u0131 ya\u015fayamaz hale getirmek i\u00e7in fazlas\u0131yla yeterli. Akabinde be\u015f dakika kadar D\u00fcnya atmosferinde a\u011f\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da tecr\u00fcbe etti.<br \/>\nKedici\u011fimiz D\u00fcnya&#8217;ya ba\u015far\u0131yla geri d\u00f6nd\u00fc ve bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in Fransa bas\u0131n\u0131nda parlayan bir y\u0131ld\u0131z oldu. D\u00f6nemin kedi \u00e7izgi film karakterinden ilhamla halk aras\u0131nda &#8220;Felix&#8221; ismiyle an\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Tabi kedici\u011fimiz bir di\u015fi oldu\u011fundan ismi &#8220;F\u00e9licette&#8221; olarak d\u00fczeltildi. Fakat ne yaz\u0131k ki birka\u00e7 ay sonra kedici\u011fimiz uyutulmak zorunda kald\u0131 \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc u\u00e7u\u015fun fiziksel ve n\u00f6rolojik etkileri tedavi edilemeyecek boyutlara ula\u015ft\u0131. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda F\u00e9licette Strasbourg kentindeki Uluslararas\u0131 Uzay \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;ne tun\u00e7tan bir heykeli kondu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Klonlanm\u0131\u015f kedi CC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-56589 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Ccandowner2003-300x197.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"344\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Ccandowner2003-300x197.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Ccandowner2003-600x394.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Ccandowner2003.jpeg 660w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 344px) 100vw, 344px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Hayvan klonlama aktiviteleriyle bir d\u00f6neme damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurmu\u015f ABD&#8217;nin Teksas Eyaleti&#8217;ndeki A&amp;M \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nin Veterinerlik ve Biyomedikal Bilimler b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden biliminsanlar\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar bir\u00e7ok at, domuz, ke\u00e7i gibi bir\u00e7ok hayvan\u0131 klonlamay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131lar. 2001 y\u0131l\u0131nda, D\u00fcnya&#8217;ya bir kopya kedi getirerek yeni bir \u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131r daha a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f oldular.<br \/>\nE-postalarda &#8220;Klonlanm\u0131\u015f kopya&#8221; (Cleaned Copy; CC) olarak ge\u00e7en terimden ismini alan kedi CC, gezegenimizin ilk klonlanm\u0131\u015f kedisi. Rainbow ad\u0131ndaki shorthair(T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;de Amerikan kedisi olarak da bilinir) cinsinden bir di\u015fi don\u00f6r kedinin klonu olan CC, don\u00f6r\u00fc kadar sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir hayat ge\u00e7irdi. Fakat iki kedi tamamiyle ayn\u0131 de\u011fildi! Birbirlerinin klonu olmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen tam kopya de\u011fillerdi \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc kedilerin beyaz t\u00fcyleri \u00fczerindeki tekir desenler her t\u00fcrde kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc izler b\u0131rak\u0131r, t\u0131pk\u0131 parmakizi gibi.<br \/>\nCC&#8217;yi, deneyler ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar bitince laboratuvardan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 sahiplendi ve proje b\u00fct\u00e7esiyle kendisi i\u00e7in kedi standartlar\u0131nda son derece l\u00fcks bir yuva in\u015fa edildi. CC bir de do\u011fum yapt\u0131, \u00fc\u00e7 kedicik yeti\u015ftirdi. Ayr\u0131ca san\u0131lan\u0131n aksine CC&#8217;nin \u00f6mr\u00fc klon olmas\u0131 sebebiyle azalmad\u0131. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda 18 ya\u015f\u0131nda b\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fi sebebiyle hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Bu &#8220;fosforlu kedi g\u00f6zleri gibi yol g\u00f6sterici&#8221; par\u0131ldamalar\u0131n ak\u0131beti, bilim sayesinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f durumda. Kimi kedilerde ger\u00e7ekten, t\u0131pk\u0131 ate\u015f b\u00f6cekleri ve denizanalar\u0131nda g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz bioluminescence (biyol\u00fcminesans veya dirimsel par\u0131ldama) fenomenini g\u00f6zlemliyoruz.<br \/>\nKaranl\u0131kta par\u0131ldad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen ilk kedi Bay Ye\u015fil Gen (Mr. Green Genes) idi. Biliminsanlar\u0131, kedilerin g\u00f6zlerindeki par\u0131ldamay\u0131 sa\u011flayan gen \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir kediye denizanalar\u0131ndan al\u0131nan ye\u015fil florasan proteini enjekte ettiler. Bu protein, dirimsel par\u0131ldayan canl\u0131larla tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda canl\u0131n\u0131n mor\u00f6tesi \u0131\u015f\u0131k alt\u0131nda par\u0131ldamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, kedi yumurtalar\u0131na AIDS enfeksiyonunu bloklayan bir gen enjekte ettiler. Enjekte ettikleri gen, bahsi ge\u00e7en proteini i\u00e7ermekteydi.
