D vitamini bol ya\u011fl\u0131 bal\u0131klarda, s\u00fct ve portakal suyu gibi g\u0131dalarda bulunurken, G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir s\u00fcre kalmak da D vitamininin v\u00fccutta salg\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<br \/>\n\u00d6nceki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n hep deneklerin kan de\u011ferlerindeki D vitamini \u00fczerinden ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken ekip, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada do\u011frudan beyinde D vitamini bar\u0131n\u0131p bar\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 incelemi\u015f. \u00d6zellikle D vitamininin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma h\u0131z\u0131 azalmaya ba\u015flayan beyinde nereye tutunabildi\u011fini g\u00f6rmek istemi\u015fler.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, D vitamininin do\u011frudan Alzaym\u0131r gibi hastal\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6nledi\u011fini ortaya koymuyor, bu konuda daha \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ihtiya\u00e7 var. Fakat beynin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 olumlu y\u00f6nde etkiledi\u011fi a\u015fikar. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaysa genel ge\u00e7er sonu\u00e7lara sahip de\u011fil zira \u00f6rneklerin tamam\u0131 Beyazlardan olu\u015fuyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, sonraki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda daha \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli bir grup \u00fczerinden devam ettirmeye niyetliler.
