O ana kadar \u00f6\u011frenci hareketi i\u00e7inde yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlesem ve \u00fczerinde durmasam da, bu slogan\u0131 DEVR\u0130M yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde g\u00f6rmek i\u00e7imde bir k\u0131r\u0131lma yaratt\u0131, belki 2013 Haziran Ayaklanmas\u0131ndan devrald\u0131\u011f\u0131m kimi korkular\u0131 y\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131 ve konuya dair yazmaya te\u015fvik etti. ACAB ideolojisi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve esteti\u011fiyle; kendi ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131m\u0131n, Haziran Direni\u015fi&#8217;nde \u00f6\u011frenci olanlar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 kimi dersleri aktarmaya verimli bir zemin sundu\u011fu i\u00e7in, bunu bir f\u0131rsat olarak da g\u00f6rd\u00fcm.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle; stadyuma karlar\u0131 k\u00fcreyip ACAB yazan \u00f6\u011frenci arkada\u015flar\u0131n niyetlerinden hi\u00e7bir \u015f\u00fcphem yok elbette, nas\u0131l olsun? \u00dcniversite \u00f6\u011frencileri; yorulmu\u015f, bitkin fakat y\u0131lmayan bir halk\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc oldular. \u0130leri at\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n i\u015faret fi\u015fe\u011fini, tarihten ald\u0131klar\u0131 mirasla bir kez daha ate\u015flediler ve halk\u0131 arkalar\u0131na katarak y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fe ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Bundand\u0131r ki, Ankara\u2019da istisnas\u0131z b\u00fct\u00fcn eylemlerde, \u201c\u00d6\u011frenci arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z da alanda\u201d dendi\u011fi an t\u00fcm kitleyi bir co\u015fku al\u0131yor. Halk onlar\u0131 ba\u011fr\u0131na bast\u0131, ben de ki\u015fisel olarak, onlarla bir zamanlar ayn\u0131 s\u0131ralar\u0131 payla\u015fm\u0131\u015f olmaktan, \u015fimdi de omuz omuza durmaktan gurur duyuyorum.<\/p>\n<p>En b\u00fcy\u00fck korkum, i\u00e7ine girdi\u011fimiz bu ini\u015fli \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fl\u0131 tarihsel s\u00fcrecin, t\u0131pk\u0131 2013 Haziran Ayaklanmas\u0131 gibi bir muhalefet hareketi olarak kalmas\u0131; halk\u0131n y\u0131llar\u0131n birikimiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan enerjisinin, hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, taleplerinin ve \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131n bir \u015fekilde iktidara ta\u015f\u0131namamas\u0131, hayatla bulu\u015famamas\u0131d\u0131r. Yaln\u0131zca bu da de\u011fil, muhalefette kalmak korkusunu katlayan en yak\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcndemlerden biri, hareketi zorla bast\u0131rmak yolunu se\u00e7en iktidar\u0131n, halihaz\u0131rda son derece kabar\u0131k olan su\u00e7 defterine yeni sayfalar halinde ekledi\u011fi g\u00f6zalt\u0131nda i\u015fkence ve taciz gibi, maruz kalan yurtta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zda onulmaz yaralar a\u00e7an insanl\u0131k su\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n hesab\u0131n\u0131 soramamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kimse yaln\u0131z ba\u015f\u0131na \u00e7ok zeki de\u011fil, halk\u0131n kolektif bir akl\u0131 var. Bu yaz\u0131da yaln\u0131zca, devrim fikri ile taban tabana z\u0131t g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm, fakat giderek yayg\u0131nla\u015fan ve hareketin zay\u0131f kar\u0131nlar\u0131ndan biri oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm bir ideolojik\/k\u00fclt\u00fcrel motife dair d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimi, tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 umuduyla, bu ortak ak\u0131l ile payla\u015fmak istedim.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ba\u011flamda, yaz\u0131n\u0131n iddias\u0131, kuramsal anlamda bir t\u00fcr \u201canar\u015fizm motifi\u201d diyebilece\u011fimiz ACAB\u2019\u0131n, tam te\u015fekk\u00fcll\u00fc bir yenilgi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc\/ideolojisi\/esteti\u011fi oldu\u011fudur. Bir ara ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n mensubuyum, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00fcst ku\u015faklara ve alt ku\u015faklara ayn\u0131 anda derdini anlatabilmenin kimi zorluklar\u0131 var. Okurun yaz\u0131y\u0131 \u201cVay sen nas\u0131l ACAB dersin!\u201d benzeri bir iptal k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fil de, bu ba\u011flamda bir katk\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirmesini dilerim.<\/p>\n<p>Tarihin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok h\u0131zland\u0131! G\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fcn\u00fcne de\u011fi\u015fen kolektif hissiyat, in \u00e7\u0131k, in \u00e7\u0131k, ard\u0131 ard\u0131na hamleler, deniz olmu\u015f halk ad\u0131m ad\u0131m, dalga dalga, fakat k\u00fckreyerek y\u00fckseliyor, har\u0131l har\u0131l turpun b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc arayan iktidar \u00e7\u0131kara \u00e7\u0131kara so\u011fan c\u00fcc\u00fckleri \u00e7\u0131karabiliyor heybesinden&#8230; Belki de yaz\u0131da dikkat \u00e7ekilen unsurlar\u0131n hi\u00e7biri, ger\u00e7ek birer tehlike olu\u015fturmadan halk denizince s\u00fcp\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp gidecek, temennim de bu y\u00f6nde, umar\u0131m bu yaz\u0131daki \u00e7ekinceler, 2013 Haziran\u2019\u0131nda yenilen ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n bir \u00fcyesinin kuruntusu olarak kal\u0131r ve tarihin \u00e7\u00f6pl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne gider!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nedir bu A.C.A.B.?<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>Terime a\u015fina olmayan, belki sa\u011fda solda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan ve anlam veremeyen okur i\u00e7in: A.C.A.B., \u201cAll Cops Are Bastards\u201d ifadesinin k\u0131saltmas\u0131d\u0131r, kabaca \u201cB\u00fct\u00fcn polisler pi\u00e7tir\/\u015ferefsizdir\u201d olarak \u00e7evirebiliriz. \u0130ngiliz alfabesinde ilk harflerine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen 1312 ile de yaz\u0131l\u0131r. K\u00f6k\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130ngiltere\u2019den, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131ndaki grev ve hapishane k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden al\u0131r. Yine \u0130ngiltere\u2019de, 1970\u2019ler ve 80\u2019lerde punk ve skinhead alt k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinde yayg\u0131nla\u015farak politik bir kimlik kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Esas\u0131nda Skinhead alt k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc i\u00e7inde ACAB karma\u015f\u0131k bir yere sahipti; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc hem sa\u011f hem de sol hareketler taraf\u0131ndan sahiplenilebiliyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Yine 1980\u2019lerde \u0130ngiltere\u2019deki maden i\u015f\u00e7ileri grevi, Brixton Ayaklanmas\u0131 gibi olaylarda polisin sert m\u00fcdahaleleri ACAB\u2019\u0131n politik benimsenirli\u011fini daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi. Punk m\u00fczik alt k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde ve duvar yaz\u0131lar\u0131nda slogan\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc artt\u0131, 1990\u2019lardan itibaren Avrupa\u2019da futbol taraftar gruplar\u0131 (ultras), 2000\u2019lerden sonra ise ABD\u2019de Occupy ve Black Lives Matter gibi hareketlerle slogan\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 daha da k\u00fcreselle\u015fti. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ACAB 2013 Haziran Ayaklanmas\u0131nda yer yer kendini g\u00f6sterse de, esas g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne 2025 Bahar Ayaklanmas\u0131nda eri\u015fti\/eri\u015fiyor.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_64819\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-64819\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-64819\" src=\"https:\/\/bilimvegelecek.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-64819\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Brixton Ayaklanmas\u0131nda polis barikat\u0131, 1981 Nisan, Londra. https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2021\/apr\/12\/brixton-rioting-flares-again-as-police-move-in-archive-1981<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ba\u011flama g\u00f6re anlam\u0131 ve hedefi de\u011fi\u015febilse de genel olarak ACAB \u201cAntifa\u201d gibi otorite kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131, ideolojik anlamda anar\u015fizan hareketlerle veya taraftar gruplar\u0131nda g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00fczere, polise tepkisellikle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>ACAB\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerine uzla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir kuramsal \u00e7er\u00e7evesi, bir el kitab\u0131 ya da k\u0131lavuzu yoktur, kuramsal anlamda anar\u015fizmin besledi\u011fi ideolojik motiflerle, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00f6\u011feler ve gaz maskeli, sprey boyal\u0131, 1312 d\u00f6vmeli, molotof kokteylli, yanan barikatlar \u00f6n\u00fcnde el ele tutu\u015fmacal\u0131 bir t\u00fcr \u201cdireni\u015f esteti\u011fi\u201d ile birlikte gelir. Kurumsal sa\u011f hareketlerin propagandalar\u0131nda, pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcrde, Bat\u0131 film ve dizi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u201ctaleplerinin ne oldu\u011fu belli olmayan, eylemleri hi\u00e7bir sonu\u00e7 vermeyecek \u015fiddet yanl\u0131s\u0131 t\u00fcrediler\u201d imgesini vermek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zafer mi, yenilgi mi?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Her \u015feyden \u00f6nce, basit ama temel birka\u00e7 hat\u0131rlatmayla ba\u015flayal\u0131m. Hi\u00e7bir kitle hareketi sonsuza kadar s\u00fcrmez. Kitle hareketleri, halk hareketleri, ara zaferler ve ara yenilgiler, ileri ad\u0131mlar ve geri \u00e7ekili\u015flerle ini\u015fli \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fl\u0131 bir seyir izler ve ard\u0131nda yeni bir g\u00fc\u00e7ler dengesi b\u0131rakarak sonu\u00e7lan\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn de durum farkl\u0131 de\u011fil; b\u00fcy\u00fck iddialar\u0131m\u0131z, k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z, verimli ve titizlikle kullanmam\u0131z gereken bir enerji havuzumuz var, bunu bilelim.<\/p>\n<p>Devrim, k\u00f6kl\u00fc d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmler, eskiyi y\u0131k\u0131p yeniyi kurmak, g\u00fcne\u015fli g\u00fcnler, ad\u0131na ne dersek diyelim, her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bir zafer meyvesidir, milyonlarca s\u0131radan insan\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ili\u011fini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir zaferin meyvesi. Yenilgi ise, \u00f6yle veya b\u00f6yle, d\u00fc\u015fleri zihinlere ve kalplere hapseder, iyiyi g\u00fczeli ya\u015famla bulu\u015fturamaz, hakl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 iktidara ta\u015f\u0131yamaz, yurtta\u015flar\u0131n \u00fclkeyle olan ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 bir bir koparacak yeni karanl\u0131k zamanlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n<p>Kula\u011fa basit geliyor, fakat ara ara kendimize hat\u0131rlatmam\u0131z gereken dupduru ger\u00e7ekler bunlar. Biz zaferin pe\u015findeyiz, yenilginin de\u011fil. Ka\u00e7\u0131p gidecek ba\u015fka yerimiz yok, bu \u00fclkeyi ba\u015ftan yarataca\u011f\u0131z, iddiam\u0131z budur. \u201cMuhalif olmak yasak, hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z iktidara!\u201d da diyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn hareketin par\u00e7as\u0131 olan b\u00fct\u00fcn toplumsal kesimlerin etraf\u0131nda kenetlendi\u011fi ilk hedef, ilk potansiyel zafer, \u00fclkenin tepesine \u00e7\u00f6reklenen \u00e7ete iktidar\u0131n\u0131n koltuklar\u0131ndan indirilmesidir. Bu ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilecek midir, hareket nerede duracakt\u0131r, duracak m\u0131d\u0131r, olas\u0131 bir zaferin ate\u015fi \u00f6zg\u00fcr yurtta\u015flar\u0131n kurdu\u011fu bir emek\u00e7i cumhuriyetiyle ta\u00e7lanacak m\u0131d\u0131r, olas\u0131 bir yenilgi bizi nereye s\u00fcr\u00fckleyecektir&#8230; Bunlar\u0131 tarih akt\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6recek ve tart\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada bir parantez de \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe a\u00e7al\u0131m. Elbette halk hareketleri ba\u011flam\u0131nda, bireysel tasarruflar\u0131n etkisi olduk\u00e7a k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131, bu i\u015fin esas\u0131 kurmayl\u0131kta, \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fckte, harekete olgun bir kurucu program yazabilme becerisinde, halk\u0131n enerjisine y\u00f6n tayin edebilme niteli\u011finde, kendimizden olmayan milyonlar\u0131 bizimle y\u00fcr\u00fctebilme, bu amaca hizmet eden ara\u00e7lar\u0131 yaratabilme yetene\u011findedir. \u00d6nc\u00fcs\u00fcz devrim olmaz. Fakat bu sat\u0131rlar\u0131 yazarken, emek\u00e7i halk\u0131n \u00fclkeye dair tasarruflar\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6zlemlerinin bir program\u0131 ve arac\u0131 hen\u00fcz ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131, \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck fiilen hen\u00fcz yaln\u0131zca CHP\u2019nin tasarrufundayd\u0131, o da s\u00fcreci galiz bir hata yapmadan, kendi perspektifinden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye sosyalist hareketi i\u00e7in konu\u015facak olursak, tekil tekil siyasi hareketlerin, birer birer \u00fcye kazanmak d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda siyaset minderine \u00e7\u0131kma ve oyun kurma hamlesi hen\u00fcz gelmedi. Bu yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, hareket \u00f6yle veya b\u00f6yle CHP\u2019nin insaf\u0131na kalacak. Belki iktidar\u0131 koltu\u011fundan indirdi\u011fiyle (bu kazan\u0131m\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsedi\u011fim san\u0131lmas\u0131n, aksine, bahsetti\u011fimiz \u00fczere, \u00fclkenin ve co\u011frafyan\u0131n kaderini belirleyecek ilk b\u00fcy\u00fck hedeftir) fakat ard\u0131nda emek\u00e7i halk\u0131n \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 savunabilecek ve iktidara ta\u015f\u0131yacak bir yap\u0131 b\u0131rakmad\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kalacak, belki \u00e7e\u015fitli pazarl\u0131klar\u0131n konusu olup s\u00f6n\u00fcmlenecek&#8230; Hareket s\u00f6n\u00fcmlendi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ACAB benzeri, hareketin \u015fimdilik i\u00e7inde eritebildi\u011fi geri motifler daha da \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r, bundan ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f yok. \u00d6nc\u00fcl\u00fck meselesini acil fakat ba\u015fka bir tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n konusu olarak \u015fimdilik kenara ay\u0131ral\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>ACAB\u2019\u0131 ameliyat masas\u0131na almadan evvel, tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 \u00fczerine oturtabilece\u011fimiz kuramsal bir zemin olu\u015fturarak ba\u015flayal\u0131m i\u015fe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Siyasal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn k\u00f6k denklemi<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>Bir soru: Siyasi yap\u0131lara, iktidar ya da muhalefet fark etmeksizin, g\u00fc\u00e7lerini veren esas unsur nedir? N\u00fckleer ba\u015fl\u0131klar, tanklar, toplar, dronlar, t\u00fcfekler, coplar, biber gaz\u0131 kaps\u00fclleri mi? Hakimler, savc\u0131lar, b\u00fcrokratlar m\u0131? Ta\u015flar, sopalar, molotof kokteylleri mi?<\/p>\n<p>Hay\u0131r. Siyasi yap\u0131lara g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc veren ba\u015fat unsur, onlara r\u0131za \u00fcreten s\u0131radan insand\u0131r, milyonlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Her siyasi yap\u0131 bir yekv\u00fccut olma, y\u0131k\u0131lmazl\u0131k, s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k ill\u00fczyonu yaratmaya ve bunu diri tutmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Fakat ne kadar tekle\u015fmi\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrse g\u00f6r\u00fcns\u00fcn, politikan\u0131n arenas\u0131nda olan, kitlelere dayanan her siyasi \u00f6nc\u00fc, b\u00fcnyesinde t\u00fcrl\u00fc ekonomik, siyasi, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7\u0131kar ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ve farkl\u0131 e\u011filimler bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn siyasi yap\u0131lar\u0131n bir alt k\u00fcmesi olan siyasi iktidarlara odaklanal\u0131m: Ne kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olursa olsun, alt\u0131nda onu ta\u015f\u0131yan zemin, yani onu omuzlar\u0131nda y\u00fckselten milyonlarca insan, \u00e7at\u0131rdayan bir iktidar, \u00e7atlaklar olgunla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde yalpalayacak ve devrilecektir. Tarihten iktidarlar\u0131n ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcne dair bir tun\u00e7 kanun \u00e7\u0131karacaksak e\u011fer, budur. \u0130ktidar\u0131n ba\u015fat iki ayg\u0131t\u0131 r\u0131za \u00fcretimi ve zor ise, r\u0131za zorun m\u00fchimmat\u0131d\u0131r, r\u0131zas\u0131z zor, g\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda \u015farj\u00f6r\u00fc mutlaka t\u00fckenecek, bo\u015f s\u0131kacak bir tabancad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Her ger\u00e7ek siyasi hareket, g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn esas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6yle veya b\u00f6yle arkas\u0131nda toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kitlelerden al\u0131r. Bu siyasi g\u00fc\u00e7, iktidarda ve devlet d\u00fczeyinde \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc de olsa, her ne kadar yekv\u00fccut g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de, benzer \u00e7atlaklara mutlaka sahiptir. Hay\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kendi mikro kozmosumuzun, yani bireysel vicdan\u0131m\u0131z, duygu durumumuzun \u015fiddeti, hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve i\u00e7inde devindi\u011fimiz sosyal\/siyasal \u00e7evrenin duygu durumu ve hakl\u0131l\u0131k hissi de\u011fil, halk hareketinin kolektif hissiyat\u0131, morali, radikalizmidir esas k\u0131stas. Buna k\u0131saca \u201cemek\u00e7i vicdan\u0131\u201d da diyebiliriz.
