Hanbel, Zerke\u015fi, \u0130bn Salah, \u0130bn Nuceym, \u015eirbini, Buhuti; kelamc\u0131lardan, Bakillani, C\u00fcveyni, Gazzali, \u0130bn Teymiye vb. felsefeyle u\u011fra\u015fman\u0131n ilhad, z\u0131nd\u0131kl\u0131k ve k\u00fcf\u00fcr oldu\u011funa h\u00fckmeden fetvalar vermi\u015flerdir. Kim, zekas\u0131yla peygamberlerin bilimiyle felsefi bilimi uzla\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rsa, ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak birini di\u011feriyle muhalefet eder.\u201d (2) (\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>Kel\u00e2m (ve felsefe) bilimi konusunda ak\u0131l y\u00fcr\u00fctmenin yasakland\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair bir di\u011fer delil de, kitap ve s\u00fcnnette bu konuda bir emrin bulundu\u011funun ve selefin bu konuda ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n rivayet edilmemi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eaf\u00ee ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde bu delile de i\u015faret ederek Bi\u015f el-Merisi (M 825)\u2019ye \u015f\u00f6yle demektedir: \u201cOnlar\u0131n \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fey konusunda, nat\u0131k kitap, y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ifade eden bir farz, bir s\u00fcnnet ya da selefin bu konuda ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve soru sordu\u011funa ili\u015fkin bir rivayet mi var, bana s\u00f6yleyiniz?\u201d \u00d6yle g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor ki, \u0130bn Sal\u00e2h (1245) mant\u0131k bilimini yasaklayan fetvas\u0131nda bu illete dayanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ondan \u015fu s\u00f6z rivayet edilmektedir: \u201cE\u011fer isim isimlendirilenden, \u015fey \u015feyden farkl\u0131d\u0131r diyen bir adam duyarsan, onun z\u0131nd\u0131k oldu\u011funa tan\u0131kl\u0131k et.\u201d (5)<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde, Ebu Hanife en-Nu\u2019m\u00e2n b. S\u00e2bit (H. 150)\u2019den de felsefeyi ele\u015ftirdi\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde s\u00f6zler aktar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n kelam konusunda ortaya att\u0131klar\u0131, ilinek, cisim gibi konular \u00fczerinde soruldu\u011funda \u015f\u00f6yle dedi\u011fi belirtilir: \u201cBunlar felsefenin i\u015faretleridir; bunlar\u0131 terk edip, selefin yoluna d\u00f6nmen gerekir, onlar\u0131n hepsi sonradan ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u015feyler olup, bidattir.\u201d (6)<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e2lik b. Enes (H. 179) kel\u00e2m (ve felsefe) bilimini yermekte \u015eafi\u00ee ve Ebu Hanife ile ortakla\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Nitekim kendisine soru sormaya gelen adama \u015f\u00f6yle dedi\u011fi aktar\u0131l\u0131r: \u201c\u00d6yle san\u0131yorum ki, sen Amr b. Ubeyd (M. 62)\u2019in ashab\u0131ndans\u0131n; Tanr\u0131, bu kel\u00e2m bidatine bula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in onu lanetlemi\u015ftir.\u201d (7)<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6yle g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor ki, bu hadis\u00e7iler ve f\u0131k\u0131h\u00e7\u0131lar, dine ili\u015fkin bir \u015feyi tart\u0131\u015f\u0131rken din hakk\u0131nda cedeli yasaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtilen Hz. Muhammed\u2019in bir s\u00f6z\u00fcne dayanarak, t\u0131pk\u0131 onun gibi, bu konumda kalmakla yetinmeyi tercih etmektedirler: \u201cEy \u00fcmmet-i Muhammed, g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yolunuzu \u015fa\u015f\u0131rmay\u0131n\u0131z; ben size bunu mu emrettim, sizi bundan nehyetmedim mi? Bundan \u00f6nce, bu t\u00fcrden \u015feyler s\u00f6yleyenler helak oldu. Hayr\u0131n\u0131n azl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle tart\u0131\u015fma ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011fa yol a\u00e7ar; az bir faydas\u0131 olsa da tart\u0131\u015fma, par\u00e7alar, karde\u015fler aras\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k meydana getirir\u2026 Beni \u0130sraili tart\u0131\u015fma 71 f\u0131rkaya, H\u0131ristiyanlar\u0131 ise 72 f\u0131rkaya ay\u0131rd\u0131. E\u011fer din ussallar \u00fczerine bina edilirse, bu durumda m\u00fc\u2019minlerin bir \u015feyi ak\u0131l edene de\u011fin kabul etmeleri caiz olmaz. Biz, dini emirler konusunda bize ula\u015fan \u015feyleri genel olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde, Tanr\u0131\u2019n\u0131n s\u0131fatlar\u0131 ve insanlar\u0131n ona inanmas\u0131yla ilgili oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. Bu ise, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar aras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a bilinmekte, kendi aralar\u0131nda aktar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu konuda ana kaynak ise selefin aktard\u0131klar\u0131d\u0131r. Selef ise, kabir azab\u0131, kabirde iki mele\u011fin sualleri, havz, cennet, cehennem, bunlar\u0131n nitelikleri, s\u0131rat ve mizan gibi konularda peygambere dayanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. E\u011fer onu kavrayam\u0131yor ve anlayam\u0131yorsan, onu akl\u0131na havale etme, ona inan ve tasdik et. Ona g\u00f6re, kelam tan\u0131m, t\u00fcrleri, k\u0131yas, burhan ve t\u00fcrleri konusunda mant\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131r. Yine buna g\u00f6re ilim ya tasavvur ya da tasdikten ibarettir.
