Y\u00fcce Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nin bu t\u00fcr reayan\u0131n g\u00fcvenlik asayi\u015fini sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve adalet ve iyilikle davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcp, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmayanlar\u0131n hem din hem de mezheplerinden olan kendi krallar\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 zul\u00fcm ve eziyetlerine de tahamm\u00fclleri kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan peri\u015fan bir durumdad\u0131rlar. Bu y\u00fczden, Rumeli taraflar\u0131ndaki b\u00fct\u00fcn reaya, Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nin h\u00fckm\u00fcnde olmay\u0131 temenni etmekte, kendilerine de adalet ve yard\u0131m bah\u015fedilece\u011fini bilmektedirler. Neden, a\u011fz\u0131na kadar sihirli i\u00e7kiyle dolu, dudaklar\u0131na kadar kolayca uzat\u0131lan medeniyet kadehinden bir yudum \u00e7ekmesin?<br \/>\n\u00dcstelik, yapaca\u011f\u0131, ba\u015fka i\u015f de kalmam\u0131\u015f gibi.
